Lia was very helpful for us in planning our destination wedding to Ocho Rios, Jamaica.
We had gone through a few other travel planners first who didn’t seem nearly as interested in our needs. We really appreciated the way Lia helped us navigate through some of the complexities, including the local laws of Jamaica and the planning with the resort itself. Even once we got to the resort and ran into a few snags, Lia was able to quickly get those resolved very quickly. I am writing to express my heartfelt gratitude and to share the wonderful experience my partner and I had eloping at Zoetry Casa Del Mar in Los Cabos, a recommendation that came directly from my travel agent, Alena. From the moment we stepped onto the sun-kissed sands of this breathtaking resort, we knew we had made the perfect choice for our special day.
First and foremost, the setting was a dream come true. The pristine beach, with its golden sands and crystal-clear waters, created a magical and intimate atmosphere for our elopement. The sunset ceremony, with the ocean as our backdrop, was nothing short of spectacular, exceeding our most romantic expectations.
The service at Zoetry Casa Del Mar was impeccable. Every staff member we encountered was not only professional and efficient but also genuinely warm and accommodating. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay and wedding arrangements were seamless and stress-free. Special thanks to the event coordinator, who paid close attention to every detail, making our day feel unique and personal.
The accommodation was a luxury experience in itself. Our suite was beautifully appointed, offering stunning ocean views and top-notch amenities. The comfort and elegance of our room provided a tranquil haven for us to relax and savor every moment of our stay.
The culinary experience was a highlight. Each meal was a delight, featuring a variety of exquisite flavors that catered to our every preference. The romantic dinner set up on the beach was a standout, making us feel like the only two people in the world.
Moreover, the inclusive spa treatments added a touch of indulgence to our elopement experience. It was the perfect way to unwind and enjoy each other's company in a serene setting.

We had booked a trip in 2020 which we were not able to go on due to the pandemic. With the credit we still had with Delta Vacations expiring at the end of this year, and with our 50th wedding anniversary coming up in 2024, Ashlee came to our rescue. She has helped us plan a most wonderful and fun trip to Las Vegas in April of 2024, something we would not have done our own. Ashlee's help in booking the airline, the hotel, and additional events while we are there, will make it easy for us to finally take some time away just for us. 50 years together is a milestone, and an adventure we will enjoy! Thank you to Adventures with Ashlee & AIW for getting us there!

Stephanie was great to work with! She was the first step in planning our destination wedding in Mexico at UNICO 2087. The process was very simple and she was always just a text away! Not having to worry about our guests travel plans allowed us to focus on just the wedding day which I’m so grateful for. I used Stephanie Tindall to help me choose the perfect resort in PV Mexico for where my guests would stay for my destination wedding. She went round and round with me helping me find the perfect location. It had to be nice, trendy, not to outrageously expensive and within a certain mile radius of a marina where my guests needed to go for the wedding. She helped everyone get booked and when things became a little hectic as tracking sometimes can get. She took care of the details. One of my guests had passport issues and she helped talk them through what to do. It was such a relief to have a point of contact for travel related issues so I didn’t have to be stressed about it. She did this all with a patient, positive? upbeat and kind attitude through the entire process. I highly recommend her. -

Hi Brides! Apologies for the long overdue review- but I am not great at social media so cut me some slack. We got married back in August at the Riu Palace and had a great experience. Overall costs were about 10k for the wedding plus our stay & flight.
Ceremony- We opted to do a ceremony on the beach, I feel like it was the right choice because hello we’re in Aruba, but if you are sensitive to strangers in the background of your photos maybe opt for the garden. The garden is gorgeous and a little more private. Keep in mind that it is a public beach and even at 6pm there are stragglers!
Reception- We did the pool bar area for some privacy (additional fee) It was excellent. We had 30 guests so 5 tables of 6, everything was gorgeous.
Food- We had no diet restrictions so we did a sit-down dinner and verified with everyone ahead of time that steak would be the option, and our guests were fine with that. No additional fee for sit down private dinner if everyone orders the same thing. (Caesar salad, steak with veggie and potato, cake) I personally am an Italian from Long Island NY and food is my life, but it was great, no complaints from anyone!
Drinks- Bartenders were great except for when one bartender told me to have some water and I laughed at him.
Music/Photo- To the right of the tables was a dancefloor area and our DJ (on site) did an amazing job. We basically put together a list of must plays and he stuck to it. I can also send you that if you would like to peruse/ take. Used the on-site photo as well, no video. They were fine, but I would maybe do more research on outside companies. Also, maybe I just don’t photograph well lol.
Wedding Coordinator-was awesome. Keep in mind that communication throughout is via email, so if you are a control freak like me, this may be the time you learn to let that shit go! We opted for no additional flower archways or centerpieces bc expensive, but our wedding coordinators literally stole them from the wedding the previous evening, so we got our archway and centerpieces for free! P.S if you got married at the RIU on August 18th, thanks a bunch!
Hair/ Makeup- Hair done at the spa on site and boy did she deliver. She was a beautiful Dominican girl who listened to exactly what I wanted. Long waves with little braids throughout. However, kind of wish I listened to her when she said it is very windy maybe do an up do. I would recommend hair up, but I don’t love my hair up so if you opt for a down hairstyle, just know that the wind/ heat is a thing. Also did my makeup myself because I am alright at it (competition dancer my whole life), it came out great because I had a nice tan. Also, I got a full set of lash extensions prior so no stress on the lashes.
Dress/ How to fly with the dress – My dress was medium sized, I double garment bagged it, and put in the overhead bin. Jetblue. I had a steamer with me but didn’t even use because it was fine.
Guest list- Overall experience is hard to beat in paradise but I will say this. PLEASE be overly picky on who you invite as you are quite literally stuck on an island with these people and unlimited booze for the duration of your stay. This is your special time with your spouse, do not feel any sort of way if you choose not to include someone for your own mental wellbeing!

Jessica took great care of us for our destination wedding. She provided us with multiple options and gave great advice on pros and cons for all of them. She provided continuous feedback on the entire process and answered all questions and concerns rapidly and professionally. My husband and I worked with the company's owner, Lia Vincent, and office manager, Linze.
Lia & Linze were both very warm and friendly, and from day one, we could tell cared about us as a couple and our destination wedding success, rather than just seeing us as more clients. I get stressed out easily, so planning my own wedding alone was overwhelming, even though my wedding was 10 months out. I ended up working with Linze, and we pushed up the wedding date with a little less than three months to prepare. I was initially nervous about using a travel agent / wedding planner, but it turned out to be a huge blessing, because it took away a lot of the stress and worry I was experiencing. A bride has so many things to worry about, so having someone else bear the brunt of the work and worry about the nitty-gritty details was a HUGE relief for me.
Why spend hours analyzing vendors and reading reviews, when you can have a pro do it? If you want an intimate wedding, if you want to elope, or if you want a huge all-out, go-into-debt-for-years wedding, and if you're in the market for a wedding travel agent, Lia and Linze should be at the top of your list!
The day of the wedding, everything was so beautiful, and so much better than I could have done on my own. Lia's company finds the best local vendors, so you know you'll get great value in your package, and what's nice is her company offers different packages for different budgets. We worked with and met AMAZING vendors! The reception was so elegant that as soon as I entered the reception, I felt amazement, joy, and relief because being the worrywart and control freak that I sometimes can be, it was hard for me to trust someone to somehow make everything perfect. Lia was able to give us the dream wedding we couldn't have done ourselves. Our family and friends were also amazed, and repeatedly told us how great the wedding, reception, and food were at the resort. -

Wedding planning can be stressful and overwhelming, but if you're planning on having a destination wedding, especially with a large group, I would highly recommend using Lia!
From beginning to end, they help with every step; i.e., finding the venue, creating a custom wedding website, and booking all your guests. Our travel agent, Linze, was very responsive, helpful, and so sweet! Everything turned out smoothly and we couldn't be happier!

I have used Jessica Riediger to plan all my travel with my destination wedding being the latest and GREATEST!! Bora Bora!! Jessica knows what her clients want and she always provides me with good, better and best options to choose from. She always explains which she prefers and why - plus details on the food. For the wedding, Jessica booked our entire ceremony, scheduled dinner reservations, set up airport arrival and departure transportation, the entire trip was hassle free because she took care of all the details! Her attention to detail is unmatchable! Thank you Jess for making my wedding a dream come true! Next trip is to Disney World for Christmas and for that, Jess has me covered plus 4 others traveling along. -

I have never used a travel agent before Lia. I have always been the "I can do everything cheaper by myself on the internet" type person; most of the time, it works great. When my husband and I decided to have a destination wedding, we were not sure about anything - number of guests, length of stay, etc; we also have very demanding jobs, requiring constant travels up until the week before our wedding. So we thought that a travel agent may be a lifesaver; as it turned out, she was. Lia was endorsed as an expert in destination weddings on the American Express Travel website. Although she lived over a 1,000 miles away, I felt comfortable.
As I am not a "girly" person, wedding planning was not my thing; however, party planning and event coordination are. Lia and I treated this "event" like a business and I loved that about her; I needed someone to be truthful and provide honest advice. As it is with my job, I like corresponding via emails because I can have all the information on hand and in writing at all time; Lia always accommodated that, and always very promptly. I'm not talking about several emails over a few months; I'm talking about over the course of over a year. Lia was there to provide support when I had a hard time reach the wedding coordinator; she was there when I freaked out at the resort regarding my brother's return transportation (as it turned out, my brother spoke with the wrong transportation company); she was organized to be able to provide me with spreadsheet of all guest arrival information; she always submitted my requests to Classic Vacation and the resort promptly. James and I cannot thank Lia enough to make everything go smoothly for the biggest event of our lives. All 48 of us had such a great time that we absolutely see another group vacation in the future. -

I just wanted to let you know that if you are looking for a travel agent to book your trip that this is the place! Chelsea helped us book our honeymoon and she went above and beyond to answer ALL of my questions, find us exactly what we wanted in our budget, show us multiple options, communicate easily and quickly, and was reachable way past normal business hours which was great since communicating during the day is harder when we have full time jobs. She made the process easy and was very sweet! HIGHLY RECOMMEND having Chelsea help you book your vacation! -

I had tried with a few other travel agents before I had two different people give me Lia's name, and with each of the previous TAs they had to look into things and call me back (I'm still waiting for those calls). Getting in touch with Lia was a whole new experience, she answered all my initial questions in that first phone call, had so many recommendations, and it was obvious she knew exactly what she was doing. By the time we hung up the first phone call, I had decided on a destination and venue (per Lia's suggestion). She was a God send! A year later, we are still having people talk about what a great trip it was and people are always amazed by what a great turn out we had. We ended up with about 60 people, all booking through Lia and everyone had a flawless experience. One even asked for her name when planning her destination wedding a few months later and was just as pleased! Lia told me a lot through the planning process that I was such a laid-back bride, but it really was because she left me nothing to worry about. She answered any question I had, was always quick to respond to calls and emails, and helped me plan the most perfect wedding ever. I wish I could re-live it all again!! -

Having her own beach wedding in Puerto Vallarta and having escorted and hosted several destination wedding groups, my husband and I felt like Lia had the first hand experience to make our big day a success! Lia went above and beyond with making sure all of the guests knew every detail about the wedding, book and pay in a timely manner and truly don’t have to come to me for much, she handles all their questions! Lia makes sure everyone knows their flight itinerary, that transportation happens smoothly too and from the resort, all COVID documentation is taken care of! She has reached out to the resort, pulled strings and made sure things were the way that I had hoped. I can’t imagine doing what she does is easy, but she sure makes it look that way! From start to finish, Lia has been there. Really, a true gem to work with! If anyone is looking for a place to start planning a destination wedding- I would definitely check out Lia!!! -
