The Resort staff made sure, despite the rain, that it was a memorable event. The whole trip was great, Lopesan Costa Bavaro Resort was top shelf. Sara made sure we were kept up to date with everything we needed to travel in and out of DR. From the moment we arrived at Hyatt Ziva Cancun, we knew we had made the right choice for our destination wedding. The resort itself is breathtaking — white sandy beaches, turquoise waters, and beautiful grounds everywhere you look.
The all-inclusive experience made everything effortless. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the delicious food, fun activities, and incredibly friendly staff. The wedding team took care of every detail and helped bring our vision to life, making the planning process so much easier (even from afar!). On the big day, everything was absolutely perfect — from the gorgeous ceremony location overlooking the ocean to the lively reception and delicious wedding cake.
We especially loved the little touches, like a private dinner on the beach and the amazing hospitality everywhere we went. Our family and friends left with smiles and memories that we will cherish forever.
If you’re considering a destination wedding, we cannot recommend Hyatt Ziva Cancun highly enough. It was the most magical experience and truly the wedding of our dreams! -

From the moment we arrived, Dreams Playa Mujeres wowed us with its beautiful grounds, friendly staff, and high level of attention to every detail. Planning a destination wedding from afar can be stressful, but the wedding coordinators here made everything so easy and seamless. They truly went above and beyond to make sure our big day was perfect!
The ceremony location was stunning, with the sparkling ocean as our backdrop. The setup was even more beautiful than we imagined. Our guests were blown away by the views, the delicious food, and the fun atmosphere throughout our stay.
All of the amenities, from the pools to the private beach areas, were top-notch. Our suite was spacious and comfortable, and the service was excellent at every turn. Our friends and family are still raving about the wedding and their time at the resort!
If you’re looking for a gorgeous spot for your destination wedding, we can’t recommend Dreams Playa Mujeres enough. It was the best decision we could have made, and we have memories to cherish forever. Thank you to everyone at the resort for making our dream wedding a reality! -

From the moment we arrived, Dreams Riviera Cancun exceeded all of our expectations. Planning a destination wedding from afar can be stressful, but the wedding coordinators at the resort made everything so easy and seamless. Every detail was thoughtfully handled, from the flowers and décor to the delicious food and drinks. The setting was simply beautiful—gorgeous gardens, white sandy beaches, and the turquoise Caribbean as our backdrop.
Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the hospitality and how comfortable and welcome everyone felt. The staff were attentive, friendly, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The rooms were spacious, clean, and luxurious, making our entire stay feel special.

First and foremost, the setting was a dream come true. The pristine beach, with its golden sands and crystal-clear waters, created a magical and intimate atmosphere for our elopement. I used Stephanie Tindall to help me choose the perfect resort in PV Mexico for where my guests would stay for my destination wedding. She went round and round with me helping me find the perfect location. It had to be nice, trendy, not to outrageously expensive and within a certain mile radius of a marina where my guests needed to go for the wedding. She helped everyone get booked and when things became a little hectic as tracking sometimes can get. She took care of the details. One of my guests had passport issues and she helped talk them through what to do. It was such a relief to have a point of contact for travel related issues so I didn’t have to be stressed about it. She did this all with a patient, positive? upbeat and kind attitude through the entire process. I highly recommend her. -

We had booked a trip in 2020 which we were not able to go on due to the pandemic. With the credit we still had with Delta Vacations expiring at the end of this year, and with our 50th wedding anniversary coming up in 2024, Ashlee came to our rescue. She has helped us plan a most wonderful and fun trip to Las Vegas in April of 2024, something we would not have done our own. Ashlee's help in booking the airline, the hotel, and additional events while we are there, will make it easy for us to finally take some time away just for us. 50 years together is a milestone, and an adventure we will enjoy! Hi Brides! Apologies for the long overdue review- but I am not great at social media so cut me some slack. We got married back in August at the Riu Palace and had a great experience. Overall costs were about 10k for the wedding plus our stay & flight.
Ceremony- We opted to do a ceremony on the beach, I feel like it was the right choice because hello we’re in Aruba, but if you are sensitive to strangers in the background of your photos maybe opt for the garden. The garden is gorgeous and a little more private. Keep in mind that it is a public beach and even at 6pm there are stragglers!
Reception- We did the pool bar area for some privacy (additional fee) It was excellent. We had 30 guests so 5 tables of 6, everything was gorgeous.
Food- We had no diet restrictions so we did a sit-down dinner and verified with everyone ahead of time that steak would be the option, and our guests were fine with that. No additional fee for sit down private dinner if everyone orders the same thing. (Caesar salad, steak with veggie and potato, cake) I personally am an Italian from Long Island NY and food is my life, but it was great, no complaints from anyone!
Drinks- Bartenders were great except for when one bartender told me to have some water and I laughed at him.
Music/Photo- To the right of the tables was a dancefloor area and our DJ (on site) did an amazing job. We basically put together a list of must plays and he stuck to it. I can also send you that if you would like to peruse/ take. Used the on-site photo as well, no video. They were fine, but I would maybe do more research on outside companies. Also, maybe I just don’t photograph well lol.
Wedding Coordinator-was awesome. Keep in mind that communication throughout is via email, so if you are a control freak like me, this may be the time you learn to let that shit go! We opted for no additional flower archways or centerpieces bc expensive, but our wedding coordinators literally stole them from the wedding the previous evening, so we got our archway and centerpieces for free! P.S if you got married at the RIU on August 18th, thanks a bunch!
Hair/ Makeup- Hair done at the spa on site and boy did she deliver. She was a beautiful Dominican girl who listened to exactly what I wanted. Long waves with little braids throughout. However, kind of wish I listened to her when she said it is very windy maybe do an up do. I would recommend hair up, but I don’t love my hair up so if you opt for a down hairstyle, just know that the wind/ heat is a thing. Also did my makeup myself because I am alright at it (competition dancer my whole life), it came out great because I had a nice tan. Also, I got a full set of lash extensions prior so no stress on the lashes.
Dress/ How to fly with the dress – My dress was medium sized, I double garment bagged it, and put in the overhead bin. Jetblue. I had a steamer with me but didn’t even use because it was fine.
Guest list- Overall experience is hard to beat in paradise but I will say this. PLEASE be overly picky on who you invite as you are quite literally stuck on an island with these people and unlimited booze for the duration of your stay. This is your special time with your spouse, do not feel any sort of way if you choose not to include someone for your own mental wellbeing!

Lia being referred to me saved me so much wedding planning mental anguish! I had tried with a few other travel agents before I had two different people give me Lia's name, and with each of the previous TAs they had to look into things and call me back (I'm still waiting for those calls). Getting in touch with Lia was a whole new experience, she answered all my initial questions in that first phone call, had so many recommendations, and it was obvious she knew exactly what she was doing. By the time we hung up the first phone call, I had decided on a destination and venue (per Lia's suggestion). She was a God send! A year later, we are still having people talk about what a great trip it was and people are always amazed by what a great turn out we had. We ended up with about 60 people, all booking through Lia and everyone had a flawless experience. One even asked for her name when planning her destination wedding a few months later and was just as pleased! Lia told me a lot through the planning process that I was such a laid-back bride, but it really was because she left me nothing to worry about. She answered any question I had, was always quick to respond to calls and emails, and helped me plan the most perfect wedding ever. I wish I could re-live it all again!! -

Lia was very helpful for us in planning our destination wedding to Ocho Rios, Jamaica. We had gone through a few other travel planners first who didn't seem nearly as interested in our needs. Why did you choose a destination wedding?
We are both from the same hometown and have been to countless weddings there. We felt like we had seen all the venues multiple times and wanted to do something different. We also don’t get to see our friends very often and wanted to make our wedding a vacation opportunity for friends so that we could spend multiple days with them. UNICO 20˚87˚’s all-inclusive experience and special price when staying 5 nights made this possible! Most of our friends and family stayed 5 nights, so we were able to have an extended celebration with our loved ones!
It was surreal being surrounded by our friends and family in such a picturesque venue. It was the most fun I’ve ever had at a wedding: the beach/pool in the morning, a beautiful ceremony, fun reception with amazing dj/LED dancefloor, fireworks to close the night, and then the club! It was the best day of our lives!
Which venue did you select for your special day?
We got married in the gazebo, and it was beautiful and dream-like! We liked that the gazebo was somewhat excluded from the rest of the hotel, so it felt very private. Not to mention, the view of the beach and ocean in the background was breathtaking! I also liked that it wasn’t on the sand, so I could wear high heels with my wedding dress.
What was your favorite thing about your big day?
Everything was perfect! The gazebo was the perfect setting for the ceremony and looked gorgeous with the flowers on the arch. The reception was so fun! The DJ was incredible, and the fireworks during the last song made the evening feel like a perfect dream. It was the icing on the cake—the perfect send off! Also, Maribel was so attentive and had everything set up exactly as we had discussed. I didn’t have to worry about a thing all day!
Our favorite memory was watching our friends and family having so much fun dancing and enjoying themselves in the tropical environment while celebrating our marriage!
What was the best part about the planning process?
Lia setup an Onsite Wedding Coordinator for us, Maribel. Meeting with Maribel when we arrived at the resort was so helpful. She was so patient with us and spent so much time answering our questions and finalizing many details about all of our weekend events. She really put us at ease which allowed us to enjoy our weekend with friends and family without any worries. She went above and beyond our expectations by adding special details to our events that perfected the set up—things we hadn’t even thought about!

Which was your favorite amenity?
The day bed and the bath tub on the balcony were great for relaxing. One day we came home, and the room host had drawn a bath with rose petals and set out champagne. We thought that was very romantic and gave us a moment of peace away from all the wedding festivities. Having the room host to contact was very helpful. All of our requests and questions were taken care of quickly! The room service was amazing and being able to use the Unico app made it so easy!
Also, everyone was a big fan of the clothes steamer supplied in the room. It worked great for everyone’s wedding attire and multiple people purchased it once they returned home! -

I have never used a travel agent before Lia. I have always been the "I can do everything cheaper by myself on the internet" type person; most of the time, it works great. When my husband and I decided to have a destination wedding, we were not sure about anything - number of guests, length of stay, etc; we also have very demanding jobs, requiring constant travels up until the week before our wedding. So we thought that a travel agent may be a lifesaver; as it turned out, she was. Lia was endorsed as an expert in destination weddings on the American Express Travel website. Although she lived over a 1,000 miles away, I felt comfortable.
As I am not a "girly" person, wedding planning was not my thing; however, party planning and event coordination are. Lia and I treated this "event" like a business and I loved that about her; I needed someone to be truthful and provide honest advice. As it is with my job, I like corresponding via emails because I can have all the information on hand and in writing at all time; Lia always accommodated that, and always very promptly. I'm not talking about several emails over a few months; I'm talking about over the course of over a year. Lia was there to provide support when I had a hard time reach the wedding coordinator; she was there when I freaked out at the resort regarding my brother's return transportation (as it turned out, my brother spoke with the wrong transportation company); she was organized to be able to provide me with spreadsheet of all guest arrival information; she always submitted my requests to Classic Vacation and the resort promptly. James and I cannot thank Lia enough to make everything go smoothly for the biggest event of our lives. All 48 of us had such a great time that we absolutely see another group vacation in the future. -

Wedding planning can be stressful and overwhelming, but if you're planning on having a destination wedding, especially with a large group, I would highly recommend using Lia!
From beginning to end, they help with every step; i.e., finding the venue, creating a custom wedding website, and booking all your guests. Our travel agent, Linze, was very responsive, helpful, and so sweet! Everything turned out smoothly and we couldn't be happier!

My husband and I worked with the company's owner, Lia Vincent, and office manager, Linze.
Lia & Linze were both very warm and friendly, and from day one, we could tell cared about us as a couple and our destination wedding success, rather than just seeing us as more clients. I get stressed out easily, so planning my own wedding alone was overwhelming, even though my wedding was 10 months out. I ended up working with Linze, and we pushed up the wedding date with a little less than three months to prepare. I was initially nervous about using a travel agent / wedding planner, but it turned out to be a huge blessing, because it took away a lot of the stress and worry I was experiencing. A bride has so many things to worry about, so having someone else bear the brunt of the work and worry about the nitty-gritty details was a HUGE relief for me.
Why spend hours analyzing vendors and reading reviews, when you can have a pro do it? If you want an intimate wedding, if you want to elope, or if you want a huge all-out, go-into-debt-for-years wedding, and if you're in the market for a wedding travel agent, Lia and Linze should be at the top of your list!
The day of the wedding, everything was so beautiful, and so much better than I could have done on my own. Lia's company finds the best local vendors, so you know you'll get great value in your package, and what's nice is her company offers different packages for different budgets. We worked with and met AMAZING vendors! The reception was so elegant that as soon as I entered the reception, I felt amazement, joy, and relief because being the worrywart and control freak that I sometimes can be, it was hard for me to trust someone to somehow make everything perfect. Lia was able to give us the dream wedding we couldn't have done ourselves. Our family and friends were also amazed, and repeatedly told us how great the wedding, reception, and food were at the resort. -

Having her own beach wedding in Puerto Vallarta and having escorted and hosted several destination wedding groups, my husband and I felt like Lia had the first hand experience to make our big day a success! Lia went above and beyond with making sure all of the guests knew every detail about the wedding, book and pay in a timely manner and truly don’t have to come to me for much, she handles all their questions! Lia makes sure everyone knows their flight itinerary, that transportation happens smoothly too and from the resort, all COVID documentation is taken care of! She has reached out to the resort, pulled strings and made sure things were the way that I had hoped. I can’t imagine doing what she does is easy, but she sure makes it look that way! From start to finish, Lia has been there. Really, a true gem to work with! If anyone is looking for a place to start planning a destination wedding- I would definitely check out Lia!!! -

Lia was truly a blessing.
I was actually set up with another wedding travel agent, but after a tragic family emergency, they contacted Lia to help with my wedding just one week before my wedding date. Lia picked up where my other travel agent left off without skipping a beat. She has such a beautiful soul and is so personable, we immediately connected. Lia made sure that I enjoyed my wedding and didn't worry about the timeline, the logistics, managing a large crowd, decorating, or anything! She traveled with our group and made sure I always had a drink in my hand, and absolutely made sure I ate and had cake. She was on top of our timeline and hit every event, and I felt so relaxed knowing that Lia was keeping an eye on everything. She easily fit into our party as well, she mingled with our guests and everyone loved her! She worked with the resort staff and had the entire venue set up exactly as I had envisioned it, and even helped with the clean up quickly at the end of the night! She is so great, and I am so grateful to have met her and have had her be a part of my special day! -

I would recommend Lia & Linze to every new bride that is planning there big day. My husband was very apprehensive at first because we didn't realize how many small components are involved in such a wonderful event and how they add up. However the moment we met and chatted about what I wanted and her experience with so many diverse events, I knew everything was going to be perfect - and it was.
Lia and Linze are wonderful professionals that have the knows hows to organize and plan destination weddings while maintaining a sense of order and calmness that is under rated on the big day.
Lia's staff is amazing and pays attention to details while being practically "ghosts" behind the scenes.
After all was said and done my husband and I were very impressed and grateful for the amazing job they all did. -

I hadn't had a chance to post a review since we got back from our wedding in Los Cabos, Mexico. We had about 80 guests traveling from multiple countries to attend. The resort we chose, partnered with All Inclusive Weddings for group travel bookings.
I can honestly say that there were a few details with the resort where they didn't have their act together, HOWEVER, the travel arrangements have been as smooth as anyone could hope for! Lia and Linze working with us and our guests, they have been so incredibly wonderful to work with. She is compassionate, funny, attentive, and extremely accommodating. They did an excellent job sending out necessary information to our guests, creating the web site with all the travel arrangements on it, throughout the entire process and has been wonderful at noting special accommodations as requested.
We are very grateful for Lia and Linze at All Inclusive Weddings, and I would recommend them to anyone looking to plan a larger destination wedding in the future! -

Lia was incredible in booking our trip to Punta Cana. Start to finish she went way above and beyond to make sure we had the absolutely best experience. While on site I has a small mishap and she ensured our transfer would help get me a wheelchair at the airport and I could get through without a problem. Hard Rock Resort, was outstanding, food was delicious, spa was fantastic and the rooms were beautiful.
Lia followed up to make sure we got there ok, our transfers were set and assisted in every step of the process. Prior to leaving she made sure we had our documents and our COVID tests were ready for when we needed to head back. Great service, definitely recommend her to our families and friends and use her again! -

Lia worked her magic and provided us with all the information we needed to get the ball rolling with our destination wedding and answered a million questions with ease! She answered all calls as well and emails!
Would highly recommend her!! She worked with us every step of the way. Due to COVID we made the decision late in the game to switch our destination to Riviera Maya and truly could not have gotten everything done without Lia's help. She not only helped us find the location of our dreams, she stayed involved and drove things home. Between finding accommodations, setting up airport transfers, excursions, and everything in-between. Lia being referred to me saved me so much wedding planning mental anguish! I had tried with a few other travel agents before I had two different people give me Lia's name, and with each of the previous TAs they had to look into things and call me back (I'm still waiting for those calls). Getting in touch with Lia was a whole new experience, she answered all my initial questions in that first phone call, had so many recommendations, and it was obvious she knew exactly what she was doing. By the time we hung up the first phone call, I had decided on a destination and venue (per Lia's suggestion). She was a God send! A year later, we are still having people talk about what a great trip it was and people are always amazed by what a great turn out we had. We ended up with about 60 people, all booking through Lia and everyone had a flawless experience. One even asked for her name when planning her destination wedding a few months later and was just as pleased! Lia told me a lot through the planning process that I was such a laid-back bride, but it really was because she left me nothing to worry about. She answered any question I had, was always quick to respond to calls and emails, and helped me plan the most perfect wedding ever. I wish I could re-live it all again!! -

Lia with Vincent Vacations helped us plan our destination wedding at UNICO in Riviera Maya, Mexico. We had a total of 11 people and she helped each of them set up their arrangements. From the beginning she was so helpful and always quick to respond. She made the entire process a breeze. She communicated with the wedding coordinator at UNICO and made sure everything was just like we wanted. We did not have any issues at all, thanks to Lia and all of her thorough planning. This was the best and easiest decision we made about our entire wedding! Lia is the absolute best, extremely intelligent, hard working, and so caring. She truly makes you feel like you are her only client throughout the entire process. We had about 120 people coming to our Cabo wedding and even had to switch resorts, visitors coming from all different states and even Europe. She was calm, and kept the bride and groom calm! Every detail was taken care of and it was made to be the most perfect wedding! Hard Rock Resort in Los Cabos worked out perfectly for entertaining our big group on property and our destination wedding! -

AMAZING Secrets Playa Mujeres Destination Wedding!
I have never used a travel agent before Lia. I have always been the “I can do everything cheaper by myself on the internet” type person; most of the time, it works great. When my husband and I decided to have a destination wedding, we were not sure about anything — number of guests, length of stay, etc; we also have very demanding jobs, requiring constant travels up until the week before our wedding. So we thought that a travel agent may be a lifesaver; as it turned out, she was. Lia was endorsed as an expert in destination weddings on the American Express Travel website. Although she lived over a 1,000 miles away, I felt comfortable.
As I am not a “girly” person, wedding planning was not my thing; however, party planning and event coordination are. Lia and I treated this “event” like a business and I loved that about her; I needed someone to be truthful and provide honest advice. As it is with my job, I like corresponding via emails because I can have all the information on hand and in writing at all time; Lia always accommodated that, and always very promptly. I’m not talking about several emails over a few months; I’m talking about over the course of over a year. Lia was there to provide support when I had a hard time reach the wedding coordinator; she was there when I freaked out at the resort regarding my brother’s return transportation (as it turned out, my brother spoke with the wrong transportation company); she was organized to be able to provide me with spreadsheet of all guest arrival information; she always submitted my requests to Classic Vacation and the resort promptly. James and I cannot thank Lia enough to make everything go smoothly for the biggest event of our lives. All 48 of us had such a great time that we absolutely see another group vacation in the future.

Lia was very helpful for us in planning our destination wedding to Ocho Rios, Jamaica.
We had gone through a few other travel planners first who didn’t seem nearly as interested in our needs. We really appreciated the way Lia helped us navigate through some of the complexities, including the local laws of Jamaica and the planning with the resort itself.
