Great Travel Experience With All American Limousine

All American Limousine did a great job on our wedding day! The limo party bus was very clean and new-looking. The driver John was super nice and arrived early. We used All American Limousine for our Wedding and it was such a relief as they took care of everything regarding Transportation for our large wedding party. We rented a Party Bus and Stretch Limo. The Stretch was used for the Wedding party while the Party Bus was used for family and close friends as a shuttle service to and from church, banquet hall, and hotel. The entire time the 2 drivers, Sally and John were professional and courteous. They made our special day stress free and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional wedding transportation company!

My friends and I probably rent a bus maybe 2-3 times a year during the colder months. This is my first time using this company and I'm never going back to anything else. And my friends agree! The 30 passenger bus was super clean, comfy seats, funky fun colorful decor, best sound system I've ever heard inside a vehicle, 3 TVs, including a HUGE one in the back.Honestly the best customer service, driver, epic classy bus and an amazing time!

We got a party bus from All American Limo for our wedding party and to transport people from the hotel to the ceremony/reception and back. The company did a nice job and they allowed us to rent the vehicle for a shorter time after the wedding since we were using them before as well. The party bus was clean and well stocked and the driver was very polite. He was also very punctual. My only problem with the vendor is they did not return phone calls right away. But I would recommend them to anyone.

Was overcharged 33%...then it got worse

Use All American for airport transportation. Was quoted $129 each way but was charged $172 there and $173 back! Driver was terrific; tipped him $50 one way and $45 for the return. When I called about the $87 overcharge, I was told it was taxes. Then the same person called me and told me it was tip and taxes. Finally received a call from John the manager. After letting John explain, uninterrupted, what the charges were for, I attempted to explain how I was never made aware of the extra charges beyond my quote. I was immediately interrupted with a tirade of expletives and vulgarity before John hung up on me! STAY AWAY FREOM THIS COMPANY.

Horrible company to work with once you have an issue with their services. We rented a limo bus for our day...an hour into it, it broke down on the side of the road. We waited for the owner (who was very arrogant and short) to bring us another one, which was WAY TOO small for my 6'2'' male portion of the bridal party. We ended up staying in the orginial bus with someone trailing us...only to arrive at the reception site to pick up food and getting stuck there also when it broke down AGAIN!!! We didnt get to go anywhere to take more pictures and I was VERY disappointed in the services provided. I understand mechanical stuff happens, but dont then blame the bride for screwing up her perfect day and then purposely avoid phone calls to resolve the issue. We did end up getting some of our money back...two months later. There are so many good companys out there to work with for your day...this is not one of them. Not worth the time or headache if something goes wrong.

Wonder why a business would have so many websites/names and phone numbers? Hm, its because the business is basically family-run, and they are not only a) late b) unprofessional c) unprofessional appearance-wise (it was an embarrassment when we were picked up...i thought it was a joke) d) they add charges that you did not authorize and finally, e) they present themselves as a 'wedding limo company' - don't ruin my day just because you want to make a buck or two

This company should be dissolved. After reading reviews on other sites, I should have known better. Unfortunately, it was the only bad part of what you could call a perfect day.
