We had an amazing experience with All About Events for our wedding! The quality of the rentals was excellent. The tables, chairs, and bar looked absolutely stunning. A huge shoutout to Breann (Bre), who was incredible to work with- responsive, detail-oriented and so patient and kind. We felt so taken care of. We’re able to get linens and tables and chairs for the best price when shopping vendors on the Central Coast. Tables and linen were delivered directly to the venue for convenience. It made wedding rehearsal and wedding day seamless. -

Clean and responsive

As a wedding planner on the Central Coast, I work with a variety of rental companies—and All About Events continues to be my number one choice. Their communication is always prompt and professional, their rental quality is excellent for the price, and the delivery/pickup process is consistently smooth and reliable.
Hannah, in particular, is such a joy to work with. She’s responsive, helpful, and makes my job so much easier by staying one step ahead. Loved AAE!
AAE was so easy to work with and Hannah made the entire rentals process seamless from start to finish! All About Events Rental services for a multi-day wedding event
We had the pleasure of working with Hannah at All About Events for our multi-day wedding, and she was absolutely amazing! We had a huge rental order for 300 guests, and Hannah made sure we were set up with everything we needed, no matter how complex the order was. Throughout the planning process, we went through so many changes in our inventory count, but Hannah was always on top of it. She handled every adjustment with ease and professionalism, ensuring that the entire process was smooth and stress-free.
The quality of the rentals was fantastic, and everything arrived in perfect condition. The All About Events team did a wonderful job with both the delivery and the pickup—everything was on time and handled efficiently. Hannah’s attention to detail, responsiveness, and dedication truly made this event possible. We couldn’t have done it without her support, and we are incredibly grateful for all the hard work she put into making our wedding events an absolute success. Fabulous Company for a Ranch Wedding!
My son chose our family ranch in California for his wedding reception because of all the happy memories while growing up. All About Events provided the perfect farmhouse table and chairs for our event! They also contract with a special linen supplier that offers an incredible product line (you will be thrilled with the choices). We chose a pretty table runner in ivory with a hint of sparkle. Over the course of the year I made changes, additions, deletions to the order, and they were very accommodating. Delivery and pickup went smoothly, as well. Our guests can't stop gushing about the event, in particular how pretty and "unique" the table settings were. So, this is confirmation that I made the right decision in selecting All About Events!-

Rentals to Rave About
We solely went through All About Events for our rentals. This worked in our favor since the wedding venue already sourced a few items included in the wedding package through them. Their website is user friendly, making the process of building your rental list is easy. Plus there are so many great options to choose from to bring your vision together. Jamie was super helpful and very responsive throughout the rental process, adjusting rentals and answering questions as needed. While we did not make use of their showroom, it is nice to know that is an option for those wanting to see everything laid out in person. Glassware Rental- Pick-up
We had a great experience with the pick-up order for glassware we had with All About Events. They were very quick to provide us with a quote and when delivery was not available for our date, I was a little worried about picking up and dropping off. It could not have gone smoother! They were so helpful to load and unload my car and I was in and out in 5 minutes each time. Would definitely recommend their pick-up option if delivery is unavailable. -

Elegant and timeless
My daughter was married last weekend and we rented most of the glassware from All About Events. It was beautiful and elegant! We used All About Events for our wedding day rentals. They were able to provide everything we needed for our caterers to cook and serve our dinner. Really glad we rented through All About Events!
We did all of our rentals for our wedding day through All About Events and are really glad we did! The process to build your rental list is easy and there are a lot of great options, and we were able to find pieces that fit our style and budget. Jamie was super helpful and accommodating when helping me adjust my rentals and answering my many questions which I appreciated, and I enjoyed working with her! We were able to visit their showroom as well to see our table setting which was great because it was hard to picture it all together. We were really happy with everything we rented and the whole process through the wedding day went really smooth. Thank you All About Events! -

Easy and Awesome
From start to finish, working with All About Events for our wedding was a pleasure! Long-distance wedding planning is not an easy task, but Lindsay was absolutely wonderful in guiding me through our selections and had saint-like patience dealing with the many times I changed my mind and requested various quotes and of course being so understanding while navigating COVID-19 changes/requirements. Everything went off without a hitch and I know that wouldn't have been possible without their dedication to organization and professionalism! Farmhouse tables are a must!
All About Events has amazing rental services! They have super unique furniture pieces while also providing basic necessities for catering, tabletop and bar. Their farmhouse collection is BEAUTIFUL! It provided such a gorgeous contrast next to the linens. AAE will work hand in hand with your wedding planner/designer to ensure you have everything you need for your wedding day. -

Perfect Touches to our Garden Wedding
I rented chargers, glasses, and gold flatware from All About Events, to add that special touch to our tables. The items were affordable, and pickup was fairly quick and convenient. The items were absolutely beautiful, and added that extra oomph we were looking for!

Beautiful Rentals
We were so happy we hired All About Events to handle the rental items for our wedding. They were so flexible, especially as our guest count changed and as we made several last-minute additions a week before our event. Everything was handled smoothly and professionally. -

Great staff and super easy
We used All About Events to book our rentals for our wedding and they were great. They responded quickly and were very informative with their selection of rentals and their pricing. We didn’t want to worry about picking up and dropping off giant wine barrels and umbrellas so we had them deliver them and it was seamless. They contacted us and the venue a couple of days before to confirm where and when they should drop off and pick up and we never even saw them! When we got to the venue the rentals were where they said they would be and then the day after the wedding they came and picked them up. Overall a great experience.ALL ABOUT EVENTS's reply:

Great Quality Rentals
I contacted Brittany 20 days before our intimate wedding and she was super quick at helping us set an appointment and sharing their prices for the table and chairs I was interested in renting. They have a great selection to choose from, and I'm so happy I went with them. The delivery guys kindly agreed to deliver on a Sunday, as we were at an Airbnb, and they arrived bright and early. Highly recommend!
We loved working with all about events! They made it easy to coordinate all rentals, made suggestions where necessary, and worked directly with the venue to drop things off and pick things up. They had all of the items we needed, including wine barrels and farmhouse tables for an affordable price. They had copper flatware which we loved too. They were always quick to respond and answer all questions, which really helped too. -

Great Service
All About Events was very easy too coordinate with. We got the sail tent, all of our tables and chairs, heaters, dance floor, the bars, a few wine barrels, all of the linens, and Ice to boot! The dance floor was placed in the correct spot according to the floor-plan but once I got there in person it really bothered me that it seemed off-center and too close to the entrance to the tent. They came back the next morning before the ceremony free of charge and moved it to the correct location! The whole place was cleaned up very quickly the next day and they did a wonderful job!-

Just what we wanted
All About Events is very accommodating, has a nice inventory and is easy to work with. On our first visit to their showroom, with our wedding coordinator, we selected our place setting pieces and linens which were a cornerstone to the entire design. It was a Fall wedding in a barn and we wanted a warm glow. With the selection of their cut amber glass goblets, we achieved this. They have a wonderful selection of specialty linens and budget friendly linens which we mixed and matched. We selected a velvet kings drape for the sweetheart table which was just stunning and elevated the golden oak chairs to an amazing level. We loved All About Events!

Could not have asked for a better company to work with
All About Events provided our rentals for the Edible Magazine Summer House at La Lomita Ranch in San Luis Obispo. La Lomita is an already stunning venue, but then to accent the look with AAE furniture made the aesthetic just that much more beautiful. We used wine barrel cocktail tables with umbrellas, farmhouse style tables and chairs, a rustic bar, etc - each piece was just eyecatching and substantial. And Kelsie and Steven were a breeze to work with, very professional yet supportive, and handled all of our last minute inventory need changes with ease. We couldn't have asked for a better partner to this event. -

We used All About Events for my daughter's bridal shower and wedding - everything looked absolutely amazing! Kelsie did a great job helping our vision come to life and gave her professional opinion when needed. We had a couple slight hiccups with the bridal shower, but the AAE team was on it and everything turned out beautifully. The AAE team was on time and so helpful with drop-off and pick-up. We are so thankful for their patience with both events for our numerous changes to our rentals as our vision evolved over the course of planning. They have so much to choose from and the rentals make any event exquisite. We will definitely use them again when rentals are needed.-

We used All About Events for our April 2019 wedding. We used them for tableware, tenting, and everything our caterers (Pacific Harvest) required for our rehearsal dinner and wedding. The process was smooth thanks to Caitlin! She was quick to respond to any questions and gave her input when asked (which was very helpful since we didn't use a coordinator and felt in over our heads). Drop-off/pick-up went smoothly and the quality of everything was great. We had a rain-scare and our venue (Grace Maralyn Estate) is entirely outdoors so we did rent a tent just in case. The tent was all clear and BEAUTIFUL, so if you need one- they've got you covered. Their prices were similar to other rental companies in the area, but their reviews were better and we were definitely satisfied. Thank you Caitlin and AAE! -

All About Events saves events!!!! I use AAE products for almost every event here at Niner Wine Estates and I'm never disappointed with the quality and customer service. Their Client Relations Coordinator Caitlin Teixeira in particular has always been very helpful and goes out of her way to make sure all your event needs are met. I was in a bind for glassware on a day they were closed and Caitlin went out of her way to make sure I had what I needed. Supreme customer service!!!

We decided to us All About Events after knowing how many events they had done at our wedding venue, Terra Mia. Although they were a bit more expensive than other rental companies in the area we decided that their expertise of the venue space was really important to us. They were very easy to work with and were very patient with me when I had questions, and I had a LOT of them. The gal we worked with, Lindsay was also provided us with tons of recommendations for other vendors which was super helpful. One criticism is that they have a limited selection of certain items, but it sounded like they were starting to increase and diversify their inventory. -

We used All About Events forour rentals and also hired Brooke Johnson as our wedding coordinator.
In terms of rentals, everything was great. The pricing was some of the better pricing I found in the area and they had lots of great options for upgrades like blush water goblets and gold flatware. Love! Everything showed up as expected except I think we were short one barrel, but no biggie.
Brooke was an amazing coordinator. Her pricing was extremely reasonable for the value we got. She helped us find our vendors from the moment she was hired and was just all around an amazing resource. I wish we had found her earlier because of all the help she offered leading up to the event. We had already booked a few vendors when we hired Brooke, including a caterer that we decided to leave after a really poor tasting. She helped us find several amazing catering options in our budget that were so much better and really saved the day.
Brooke was very responsive, dependable and timely. Plus ses just a nice person who is easy to work with and talk to. We are truly thankful to her for all the hard work she did in helping us plan and enjoy our day! Thank you, Brooke! -

With just one quick phone call, the schedulers had my tables on order. They showed up as scheduled (early, even!) and were picked up as scheduled, too. The nice delivery man even helped me set them up. They were very nice looking, sturdy tables that worked great. -

The team at AAE was over-the-top accommodating and kind throughout all the changes in my wedding rentals. I must have emailed them 10+ times with edits and changes to my order, and they were so quick to respond and wonderful. Their selection options are stunning and can work with multiple wedding themes and styles. Our order was executed perfectly, and they delivered to my venue on time and picked everything up the day after, so I didn't have to worry about a thing! My daughter is active duty military and was stationed in Hawaii, plus had to travel a great deal during the planning of her Paso Robles wedding. It was crucial to have a good coordinator to help handle the planning and vendors. Brooke especially proved herself during the weeks leading up to the event by quickly answering all the mother of the bride's questions. She especially shined during the day of the wedding by keeping everything flowing smoothly from deliveries to making the bride and groom, and their families, comfortable and on track! Just what you need with so many things happening at once, not to mention the emotion of the day. We are grateful to, and highly recommend Brooke Johnson of All About Events as a wedding coordinator. -

I can’t recommend Brooke and All About Events enough for wedding rentals. All of their stuff was high quality and they were incredibly easy to work with, even as we made change after change in the months leading up to our wedding. They have a huge selection — we got everything from wine barrel tables to lounge furniture to plates for dinner — and they weren’t out of anything that we needed. Their delivery was right on time, and they were even willing to help us arrange some of the furniture we had rented when they dropped it off. I highly recommend choosing All About Events for your next event. -

All About Events handled so much for our large-scale event, it was our 10th Anniversary at DAOU Vineyards & Winery. There were a LOT of moving parts & difficult details that went into this event, but the team handled it wonderfully. Everyone was very accommodating, event the night before our event! From handling a custom stage, to supplying us with clean plates, All About Events was a spectacular choice. -

We used All About Events for our wedding last month and it was a breeze! I was able to do everything online and via email - how easy! I emailed them my wish list and got everything on it! They delivered and picked up from the venue without us having to do anything at all! I even made a change two weeks before, cancelling an item, and it was no problem at all! Long overdue review... we had our wedding in May of 2017 at Terra Mia in Paso and we used AAE for our rentals and Brooke as our wedding coordinator. I cannot stress enough how great of a company this was to work with. Brooke is a total gem and if you are in need of a local coordinator who will take away all the stress of wedding planning, she is your girl. AAE also had very trendy and nice quality rentals which made our wedding a hit. Being able to go into the showroom and see all the stuff was very helpful. Highly recommend this company. -

I used All About Events for the rentals at my wedding last month, and it was such an easy and pleasant experience. Planning a wedding can be overwealming, we didn't really know what we were doing, ha. We walked in and Brooke helped us out. She took us in the show room and figured out what we were going to need for our big day. Through the planning process things always change, and making additions to the rental list was as easy as sending an e mail. They set up the chairs, dance floor, and propane heaters, and were there in plenty of time before the wedding. We shopped around for the best prices and value for a rental company and there's no question, All About Events is the place to go. I would highly recommending them to any friends who are getting married in the future. Five stars! -

Being a general manager of a party rental company in the Bay Area, it was a funny situation to rely on another rental company for my Paso Robles wedding. Luckily, I found All About Events and they rock! Their inventory selection, condition of equipment and professionalism was top notch! I was super particular when it came to the rentals and I was insanely pleased with the end result. With my many questions, strange requests and changes they made it work! Being able to partner with them for my wedding was such an awesome experience and I highly recommend them! -

We used All About Events for our vineyard wedding, where we had to create everything from scratch - literally, we had an empty barn. They were extremely helpful in guiding us regarding what and how much of everything we would need, from tables and chairs to kitchen equipment to bar rentals. Everything was delivered on time and (for a small fee) All About Events set everything up in the ceremony and reception spaces. The rentals themselves are high quality and in good condition. -

Steven and Brooke are awesome, they are hard working and very professional. They are extremely flexible and easy to work with. We used All About Events for two different events in two days (rehearsal dinner & wedding) and I really felt like both exceeded my expectations. The main thing I was worried about with renting things was the quality. Not so much with dinnerware but we rented tables and linens and I didn't know what to expect. I have never been involved in planning events before but what a good first experience thanks to this company. I thought maybe the tables would show wear on them and maybe the linens would has some imperfections because of the really price of everything. I was wrong. Everything was in GREAT condition and they made it really easy when they dropped everything off and picked everything up. In addition to quality products they really had quality service. I had a LOT of questions and Lindsay always had honest answers for me. I felt like when I asked for advice on how many of something I would need based on the guest count that she was really honest and not trying to pad the bill. In fact, I know she wasn't because the counts we settled with were exactly right. This combo of quality, experience, and service really made everything so smooth. Would definitely use again. -

"Finally I Do" Wedding Project Recipients: My wife and I were nominated and voted by the community to receive an all-inclusive wedding for our dedicated service to our local community. This team of talented professionals created our dream wedding and we are forever grateful. Living in LA, it's a little tricky planning a wedding roughly 3 hours from home. But the team at All About Events made the process seamless. All of the items we rented from them were high quality and beautiful.

All About Events has the best quality rentals for your wedding or party. My wife and I used them for our wedding and everything was perfect. They are incredibly accommodating with their drop off/pick up schedule, that allowed us to sleep easy knowing that everything was there and accounted for before our big day. Just the way they package and transport everything is so clean and efficient there was no guess work when looking at our invoice and what we had rented. All items were labeled and wrapped in plastic to assure the cleanliness and quality. Also the crew, Steven and Brooke are the best people to work with. They answer every email and call asap, what is exactly what you need with the stresses of a wedding. We loved AAE so much for our wedding we rented from them for our FriendsGiving feast and it made the day so epic it has now become a tradition. If you are in the market for event rentals go with all about events they are there for you when it counts. -

The pros at All About Events are the Templeton Chamber of Commerce's "Go To" party rental company. We put on six major events per year and are working with primarily volunteers, so sometimes we don't know exactly what we need or what would be best for our patrons. AAE is a great resource for honest advice, quick response, "Bend Over Backwards" customer service plus the quality and variety of their inventory is amazing! Brooke from All About Events was recommended to me by my florist to be my wedding coordinator at Greengate Ranch in SLO and I am so happy she came into my life! When interviewing other coordinators it seemed like they just wanted to take the reigns and run the show for me. Working with Brooke felt more like working with a friend. She was so relaxed and went with my ideas and just added suggestions to improve on them. She was always available for questions, able to accommodate and meet whenever we were in town, able to go to meetings when we weren't, and even did a little craft project with my napkins right before the wedding ! It's so helpful that she works with the rental company, too, because it's so easy for her to find anything you ask for! Brooke is worth every penny - and unlike most coordinators by the book, she doesn't nickel and dime you for every hour spent. She was supposed
to be my "month of" coordinator but the moment you sign with her she is available for helping out. My wedding went off without a hitch and I couldn't have been a more relaxed and happier bride - people even commented on how happy and not stressed I was which is very unlike me in a situation like this :)
Our rentals from AAE were perfect. They have a great selection and everything looked and worked great! Especially our string lighting in the barn :) I would recommend both Brooke and AAE to anyone!!! -

Brooke was amazing! We used AAE for our wedding back in July and she helped us out. We had a mini destination wedding (we live a couple hours away) so she worked with me over the phone and via email. We had one meeting in person to go over all the details and it was super quick and easy because she was so helpful. I would definitely recommend All About Events! -

We used All About Events needed for our wedding at The Santa Margarita Ranch. Everything I rented from AAE was wonderful (chairs, china, flatware, glassware, tables) and the prices were very reasonable. The delivery and pick-up were on time. I didn’t get to work with team very much since my coordinator handled most of the rentals but I did meet with one of the team members at their showroom and she was wonderful! My coordinator also mentioned AAE is her favorite rental company on the Central Coast. I am so happy we went with All About Events and you will be too! -
