Gosh, I don't know where to begin with Arleigh. From the beginning, it felt like we knew Arleigh for the longest time. She made us feel so comfortable from the get-go. Her friendly and full of positivity and love personality made us feel so sure about choosing her as our wedding photographer. She was always just a text away for any question I had. She captured our personalities and love in the most beautiful way. The photos she took truly showed who we were as a couple. In addition, she was a calming force as I was full of anxiety before walking down the aisle in front of a huge crowd. She made sure we were happy and calm the entire day and was always willing to take care of us in any way she could. I know I will be forever recommending Arleigh to others, as well as using her in the future for family portraits. -

Amazing Wedding and Engagement Photography
Arleigh was a dream to work with! I went with her for my engagement and wedding photos and I couldn't be happier! She did such a good job helping us loosen up and get really comfortable when taking our engagement photos. Turn around was so quick and we had so many good options we chose for our save the dates. We just got our wedding day photos back and I'm over the moon! Turn around was about a month. I can tell that she really took the time to select the best and most beautiful shots. It makes me feel like I'm back at my wedding day!! She did a great job keeping the ball rolling on my day and checked in with me often, making sure I had water and even pretzels! LOL. I'm so glad I went with Arleigh and Alivia Gray Studios. -

Exceptional!
Arleigh is the sweetest and most caring photographer, she was incredibly supportive and flexible during the crazy times of planning and rescheduling our wedding.
She made Patrick and I feel so comfortable taking engagement photos all around downtown Saint Joe. She found the best places to take photos and captured all the memorable moments. Despite the freezing temps of our December wedding Arleigh and Kat made taking photos so fun! We loved the photos of us and our wedding party at the sand dunes on Lake Michigan. The photos of us at Journeyman are Pinterest Perfect and we can’t wait to see the rest of the album!
I truly couldn’t imagine our special day without her! -

The best wedding photographer ever!
Wow where do I even begin? AGS was the best part of our wedding day. Arleigh went above and beyond and made our day so special. Arleigh was both a photographer/wedding planner for our big day. She was accommodating and organized. Many girls I’m my bridal party said when it comes to their big day, they are going to hire AGS. Thank you Arleigh! -

Couldn’t have made it better
She was definitely exactly what I was looking for. The most flexible and easy experience I had. The most important moments were captured she felt like part of my party and not a stranger taking pictures at my wedding even though it was the first time ever meeting her. Most friendly and excited person on my day. Made me feel even more special. Truly an amazing experience. Delivery was super fast as well. I really appreciated the flexibility and how it felt that we knew each other for years. Very professional yet so comforting. Thank you again! -

If we could rate them more than 5 stars we would!
Hands down they made our experience amazing! We started planning our wedding in the beginning of 2019 and of course life threw us 100 curve balls but our best choice was this amazing woman and her team!! They rolled will the punches along with us and even went out of the way to try and block some for us!! Arleigh and Veronica hands down made us feel so good and comfortable! We absolutely don't like taking pictures but because of them it was so effortless and easy it actually was my favorite part of the day! I felt confident in my choice the first time we got together to talk but I felt like we left with friends! I honestly I hope to have her apart of more huge life events and will recommend her and her team any chance I can get!! Please please make her part of your day I promise you it will be one of your best decision!! -

We had a lovely experience. We met a bridal show.
Excellent job for our daughters wedding. Alivia Grey Studios captured the day with picturesque photos telling the story of the bride and groom. The photographers took over 1000 photos and Detailing the moments throughout the day telling a picture. From the first reveal, to the wind blowing in off Lake Michigan, to the Harry Potter themed reception, every moment was captured with a photo. One day of photos, but a life time of memories for our family. -

My fiancé and I aren’t getting married until 2022, but wanted to book our vendors early. Arleigh has been responsive and helpful since the first message was sent. Even though we were mid-pandemic she video-called us to meet and answer any questions about their services. After that call, we knew we wanted the our wedding day vendors to include AGS! Our package came with an engagement shoot that we did last month and honestly the pictures speak for themselves! Arleigh perfectly captured our love and happiness for this time in our lives. If you are thinking of hiring AGS, DO IT! -

When we decided last minute to change our wedding date to 6 weeks away we knew the one thing we would not compromise on was loosing Arleigh and team as our photographers. They bent over backwards to find a date that worked for us both. Day of was a wonderful experience they were right there to capture every moment and work with me to help to make my vision come true. After the wedding my whole wedding party raves about how comfortable they felt when getting their pictures taken because Arleigh and Alex weren’t afraid to get into the bushes to get the right shot and it made for a lot of fun and laughs the whole day! They magically got the kids in our party to hold still and captured amazing moments of our day. I couldn’t be happier with how everything has turned out and will only use Arleigh and team for any family or anniversary photos in the future. -

Look no further for a photographer, Arleigh is it!! She is the most creative and compassionate person that was perfect for our wedding day. If you’re looking for an easy going, personable photographer she is it. (Seriously just book her already.)
Arleigh and her assistant Kat were an ear for me when I needed to vent and fix any problems I had on our wedding day. Arleigh is easy to contact and stays in touch. On our wedding day Arleigh kept me at ease and seriously handled every problem thrown our way. The team captured our most beautiful moments and really meshed well with my wedding party. I chose her because of her style of photos and how romantic and fun her photos are. She is very talented and professional. My wedding experience with Alivia Gray studios was so magical, capturing all our best moments and emotions, as well as the photos I wanted. Arleigh fulfilled everything we needed in a wedding photographer. She was my right hand all day long. She jumped in anywhere she could to get photos or even fix a bridesmaids hair! Being the bride, my stomach was a bit nervous and Arleigh was right there calming me down and getting my ginger ale! Arleigh is extremely personable and energetic. She will get all the pictures you wanted and capture the raw emotions. We LOVED Arleigh and will recommend her to anyone. Her assistant Lauren did a great job as well and was easy to communicate with. We love you Arleigh, keep up the awesome work you do! -

A Great Photography Choice for Chicagoland Couples
We had a great experience with Arleigh and her assistant, Lauren for our September wedding! Alivia Gray Studios captured so many beautiful images of our day that we will cherish for a lifetime. Arleigh was kind, professional, flexible, and sensitive to me and my fiancé’s unconventional needs that came with planning our wedding on a budget while I was still a full-time student. Her team is a great choice for Chicago and Michigan brides and I would highly recommend them! -

Unfortunately I had to cancel my contract with AGS as their communication was below standard for any vendor I’ve contacted and booked. Arleigh, as nice as she may be, was not great at communicating and unfortunately we encountered more than one mishap on their end due to the lack of communication. There was no follow up contact on things that should be followed up on (i.e. making sure our new contract with the new wedding date had been properly sent and then blaming the non-delivery on their “new” system while I waited for 2 weeks with no follow up). From the pictures I’ve seen, they do beautiful work but to me communication is the second biggest part to the whole ordeal and they dropped the ball.
