Lovely and Easy Experience

Alii Kauai Weddings was wonderful to work with at every step. Their elopement packages offer everything we could have needed. It was great to have a lot of choices, especially regarding flowers, music, and location. Their coordinators are professional and friendly. Their consistent and timely communication enabled us to trust (and not worry!) that our destination wedding would come together as planned. The vendors we were assigned were excellent and perfectly executed each aspect of our vision. The wedding day went smoothly and we really appreciated working with friendly and competent people!

Highly Recommend

Christy was extremely helpful and easy to work with from start to finish! The day was perfect and exactly what we were looking for. We felt everything leading up to the big day was very easy to make decisions and communicated through phone calls & email. The timeline was very helpful and flowed really well.m for the day of. The day of was stress free and we both could just enjoy being in the moment. Getting hair and makeup done was easy and I loved how it came out along with the matching hair clip! The bouquet of tropical flowers were amazing! Her pick of vendors we used were excellent and I wouldn’t have changed anything! We really enjoyed working with Keith. His energy and direction made each photo shoot flow really smoothly and he kept us moving along to stay on time. The few sneak peak photos were stunning. He has a great eye and took over 500 final photos for us and sent in a very timely manner. We will cherish these forever! I would not have been able to pull this together on my own. You have a great turn key system down with great vendors that really hit all the points a bride is looking for. We both thank you and would highly recommend if you’re considering eloping to Kauai!

Amazing!

Going back to the basics of planning an elopement in Kauai and all that stood behind the scheduling and calling and planning. We didn’t want to do any of that we wanted to enjoy the moment and be spontaneous. The search for the perfect elopement agency was priority. That’s when we were both so bless to find Alii Kauai Weddings. From unlimited emails to facilitate the process specially since Alex and I were coming from Texas. Everything was answered and we were stress free. We lived our perfect moment that beautiful morning at sunrise. All thanks to all the vendors that made this possible. We want to thank Veronika and everyone involved in the process of our wedding! We loved it!

Guaranteed Beautiful wedding!

Veronika and Christy put together an amazing wedding ceremony for us and our family - we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect wedding day! They made the entire process easy from the very beginning, detailing out all the different options for our ceremony and making helpful suggestions (that we honestly needed!). Veronika made time for us in the months and weeks leading up to the wedding and was always available to chat over the phone and was attentive to our emails. Beyond just the wedding, she gave us great suggestions for where to stay and what to do while in Kauai (as an aside - Princeville might be the most amazing suburb I’ve ever been to in my life). We chose to have our wedding at the Princeville golf course and the decorations and ceremony looked amazing and went incredibly smoothly, thanks to Veronika and her team. We also had Harneet as our photographer and he did an awesome job on directing us during our pre- and post- wedding ceremony pictures - it was definitely worth it for us to book the additional hour of photography since we had photos on the golf course and the beach (which required extra time) and both sets of photos came out better than we could have imagined. Overall, we would highly recommend Veronika, Christy, Harneet and their entire team of vendors at Ali’i Kauai Weddings!

Made getting married super easy!

Veronika and her team were so wonderful to work with! They made our wedding beyond easy. We really just had to show up and enjoy! All of the vendors that Veronika works with are amazing as well - the flowers were perfect, my hair and makeup came out beautifully, the ukelele player was awesome, the officiant was just what we hoped for, and the photographer was incredible. #Blessed In So Many Ways 🤙 😉

Ok, I'm going to be honest here. I might have been a little bit of a slacker when it came to wedding planning. My dream wedding day was simply to surf all morning, get married on the beach, and go to the tiki bar to celebrate. Also, all I wanted to do was show up. No stress.

Jessica and her team managed to create a wedding so beautiful that I could never have even dreamed of it. Oh, and did I mention that she managed to pull this off with very little direction on my end. A few e-mails and **WOW** everything, from hair and makeup to the stunning flowers, was completely effortless. It was so beautiful, and so magical, that I sent her an e-mail (of course) thanking her for giving us a moment we'll never forget.

If I could get married 100 times again...to the same wonderful man, of course...I'd choose Alii Kauai Weddings every time.

Best Wedding Experience

We wanted a no hassles elopement but we wanted it to be classy and beautiful. Jessica and her staff made this process so easy. Our wedding planning took less than 30 minutes but the actual event was gorgeous. The details and little touches made a huge difference. We were so pleased with vendors that Jessica contracts with- our officiant was great and same with our photographer.
Our wedding exceeded our expectation and we are so grateful that we chose Ali'i Kauai Weddings. We got our perfect wedding.

Our wedding was amazing!

Every step of the planning was easy thanks to Jessica and team at Alii Kauai Weddings. They provided all of the details that made our day wonderful in every way, from the wedding officiant, to florist, to assistance with choosing the venue for our dinner party after the wedding. The wedding location on the beach on Hanalei Bay was perfect. We were blessed with a beautiful sunset to enjoy.

Wedding lifesavers!!

We recently got married in Kauai near the Princeville resort with Veronica. After hitting a wall with stress and frustration with budget and other things trying to plan a large wedding at home in California we reached out to Ali'i Kauai and Veronica and her team were an absolute pleasure to work with. They gave just the right combination of guidance and flexibility to give us a beautiful wedding with the best possible outcome. Harneet takes absolutely breathtaking photos and the entire staff is helpful and pleasant to work with. Veronica's kind and calm demeanor brings a sense of ease and comfort on what can be a stressful and overwhelming day and made the overall experience wonderful. Jessica is unreal. I have worked with organized people in my life but she is the most efficient individual I’ve had contact with thus far! If you have a question, and I mean any question, she responds with utmost urgency! it’ll blow your mind. She sends you decision making emails in pieces so you never feel overwhelmed. The wedding process is actually fun and exciting. You feel special because all you’re having to do is pick from a menu of options.
From my photos to makeup to minister to all she can be responsible for, it was far beyond any kind of expectations.

Best day ever

Hire them. Veronika and her team worked with us for almost a year. Our wedding had 31 guests (including ourselves). My husband and I are pretty laid back but also have high expectations. We really put all of our trust in Ali'i Kauai and they went above and beyond to exceed our expectations. Veronika's team coordinated a breathtaking ceremony with the most romantic reception. Every single vendor she helped us choose was perfect. We had the best day of our lives and all of our guests gave so many compliments, stating 'it was the best wedding they'd ever been to.' Veronika is MAGICAL!!

I have to say the attention to detail that Veronika does is truly amazing, all the way down to showing bobby pins in the hair. :) I can honestly say not many organizers work as hard and diligently as she does. All the vendors that were assembled were top notch and communication was always available on any given day! We hired Ali’i Kauai weddings from afar, Las Vegas to be exact with not even meeting prior... The connection that was made and the follow thru on all things wedding was pretty extrodincary, with advice on location, flowers, tent strategies, table formation and view, along with help regarding were to even stay!

Fantastic experience for a destination wedding in Kauai!

Our main contact through Ali'i Kauai was Jessica, and she was a delight to work with. She was always ready and willing to answer any and every question both my (now) wife and I had for her. It was extremely comforting to have her on location in Hawaii when planning a destination wedding, as much of the groundwork we were unable to do from so far away. She was our liaison with our officiant (Kate Sample) and our photographer (Sandy Swift) who I would both highly recommend as well. Oh the day of our wedding, we had insanely high levels of wind on the beach of our choice and Jessica and her team worked hard to ensure that our dream of having our wedding on Hanalei Bay became a reality. Magical beach wedding come true

From the first day I emailed Ali'i, every part of the wedding planning was painless and exciting. We did an elopement package on the beach at sunset in early October. Jessica always responded immediately, and their packages were appealing, easy to understand and reasonably priced. Throughout the process, Jessica was always incredibly responsive and friendly. But the actual day of our ceremony (elopement package) exceeded all expectations. Everything was organized and on time, we knew exactly where to go. Their vendors were all phenomenal- the officiant (Manulele), photographer (Harneet), musician (Darryl), and hair/makeup (Crystal) were all exceptional. The flowers were stunning. We had a flower petal walkway down to the beach and flower head lei for me. We're still looking back at the pictures constantly to day dream. I'm getting emotional even as I write this review! I can't recommend Ali'i enough.

Best wedding planner in Kauai!!

A big shoutout to our wedding planner Veronika and our most talented photographer Harneet for making our most important day wonderful & memorable. Even though it rained Harneet captured some beautiful shots of us. Veronika and Christi were professional, kind and very helpful from the beginning. Christi always responded very quickly every time I had any question. It rained on our wedding day, but Veronika stayed calm, everything happened on time. Misti did my makeup and hair. She arrived on time and was very professional. I sent them some pictures of my favorite wedding boutiques from Pinterest. My wedding boutique was so beautiful and almost same as the pictures I sent them. We wanted to get married on Tunnels beach, but it was inaccessible due to the landslides that happened in May 2018, so we decided to get married on Pu'u Poa beach which was beautiful as well. Christi also scheduled our appointment with the wedding license agent. Every thing went very smooth and was organized.

Hands down best wedding planner in Kauai. We never felt stressed during the wedding planning process. Thank you Veronika, Christi and Harneet for making our wedding day beautiful.

Perfect Wedding Despite a Hurricane & Serious Traffic Accident

Ali’i Kauai Weddings is the one stop shop for a dream wedding! We requested a waterfall wedding. They found us a private (No one there but us) 50 foot waterfall. It was stunning the most beautiful location I have ever seen. A hurricane was scheduled to hit the island the date of our wedding. They managed to push our wedding up by two days!!! No problems at all. On the day of the rescheduled Wedding a major car accident occurred on the route to the wedding location. This resulted in all of us being two hours late for the wedding. Was it a problem? NOPE they called the minister and waterfall owner and worked it out! We had time to take all the pictures we wanted (They were amazing) and everyone was so kind and helpful.

We did all the planning via email from Washington State and it was wonderful. The reception was organized by Ali’i Kauai as well and it was perfect. The cake was beautiful and exactly what we wanted. If you want an easy but over the top wonderful wedding go with Ali’i Kauai Weddings!

I knew I wanted to get married on a beach as soon as me and my husband were engaged. We are from Michigan so planning a wedding in Kauai was a little daunting at first. I found Ali'i Kauai Weddings and they took care of everything!
I worked with Veronika. She guided me throughout the entire process. She helped me pick a restaurant for dinner after the wedding, a great photographer (Naomi Wong), flowers, where to get a cake, she helped with every step of the process.
My wedding was beautiful, and exactly what I wanted. Leading up to the wedding was relaxed and fun. Veronika was great to work with, and always prompt in getting back to me when I had a question. I would not have changed a thing about my wedding, I cannot recommend them enough.

My husband and I wanted to renew our vows for our 30th anniversary in Kauai. We wanted something simple, romantic and intimate since it was just the two of us. At first I did not feel we needed an event planner as I love putting together any type of celebration and am very organized. However, after attempting to put together vendors, locations, etc. we felt we needed the assistance. How incredibly happy we are that we chose to work with Ali’i Kauai Weddings.

Jessica was our planner. What incredible customer service and availability she provided. She made us feel that we were her only clients and that our small celebration was just as important as a large wedding. She was available to answer questions and provide valuable input.

Max was fantastic as the onsite coordinator for the service. Christine was our awesome photographer and Manulele performed the most beautiful ceremony bringing in her Hawaiian heritage and stories of love passed down through her ancestors from the Island.

Just incredible from start to finish and more than we had hoped for.

We loved working with Veronika for our wedding in February! She went above and beyond to ensure we had everything that we needed on our wedding day, and the day went perfectly thanks to all of her work to coordinate the different vendors we worked with. The entire planning process was extremely relaxing for us because we knew Veronika had already thought through every aspect of the wedding and had everything handled. She was always easy to contact and responded to our emails/calls within a day. We always felt that Veronika was really listening to us as we planned our wedding - the ceremony and reception that she coordinated aligned exactly with what we had envisioned. After searching for "wedding planners in Kauai" on Yelp, Alii Kauai weddings was the top site listed, and after reading through the reviews, I contacted Veronika and received a reply almost immediately! I didn't bother even looking at other options, I was thrilled with the initial response from Veronika. The level of communication throughout the entire wedding planning process was exceptional. I live in Oregon, and was able to plan my entire wedding via emails and phonecalls with Veronika. She allowed me to bug her at any time, with all sorts of questions! She stayed ahead of every detail, and had perfect answers for each question I asked, including questions about the impending rainy weather as our wedding got closer!! Obviously she could not control this aspect of the day (I was so used to her having everything else 100% under control, I almost expected her to fix the weather too!). Veronika took the time to write to me, and encouraged me to focus on the love that the day would bring. She went as far as to tell me that in Hawaii, the rain is seen as a blessing for prosperity. Her kindness meant so much to me, I wasn't expecting emotional support over and above all of the logistical support she provided when planning the wedding, yet she didn't hesitate to provide it! Despite a few drops of rain, the entire day was absolute perfection. We also ended up receiving the most incredible photos because of the lighting! Veronika handled everything! I honestly feel as though I hardly did a thing to plan this wedding; I just showed up and enjoyed the wedding of my dreams. Friends and family were so surprised at how stress-free everything was for me; whenever anyone asked how the wedding planning was going, I HONESTLY said each time that it was so super easy. We kept it small and didn't stress the small things, which helped, but it was truly Veronika who allowed the day to approach with ease and confidence that everything would be amazing. I cannot recommend her enough!

I cannot imagine planning a destination wedding without the assistance of a wedding coordinator. Veronika was an absolute joy to work with, guiding my daughter to the services and venues which matched her vision for a wedding in Kauai. We appreciated the open access we had to ask questions and contact Veronika as plans were being made. She was so helpful and patient during the entire process. I'm thankful we placed the details of my daughter's wedding day in Veronika's capable hands. She beautifully orchestrated changes around a rainstorm, a last minute amazing replacement musician when the original could not make it due to a cancelled flight, and all the inevitable little details that we didn't have to think about because Alii Kauai Weddings had it covered. Mahalo, Veronika and staff, for making Sierra and Everett's dream wedding a reality!

The team at Ali'i Kauai was an absolute pleasure to work with! Having never been to Kauai, Jessica made planning from thousands of miles super easy and put all of my anxiety aside. She is extremely quick to answer emails and helped guide us through the whole process. Jessica went the extra mile to coordinate special requests that really made our wedding day special. We had pretty high expectations for our wedding...I mean you can't go wrong with Kauai's natural beauty, but Jessica and all of the vendors she lined up for us knocked it out of the park. Contracting with Veronika with Ali’i Kauai Weddings was the best decision I made for our wedding in Kauai. We live in California so we needed someone we can trust to make recommendations for us, and she really made the time and effort to get to know us so she could be the best coordinator, and it showed! She was super communicative, clear, effective, creative, caring, professional, and talented. Our wedding ceremony came out perfect because of her. All of her recommendations were perfect for us, and she held my hand through everything to make sure I was comfortable with my decisions and eased my wedding anxiety. She truly is the best, I could not have asked for a better wedding coordinator!!

We had the perfect elopement thanks to the ladies at Ali’i Kauai Weddings. Whether we were in the planning process or on the day of our wedding, we felt as if we were their only client. The team knows the secrets of the islands and ensured we had the best ceremony location and a fabulous celebration thereafter. Ali’I Kaui only works with the best contractors who are all consummate professionals. Everything from my hair and makeup, to our wedding photos and live music were perfection. I swear Veronika even made it STOP raining for us and we had the most gorgeous sky for our ceremony.

We found our officiant, Manulele, through Ali’I Kaui and she is by far, the most special woman in the Hawaiian archipelago. Her spirit and grace are something to behold.

Veronika is so easy to work with and extremely professional. She makes sure everything is perfect and just how you wanted. We had a very intimate wedding with just 4 guest: our parents on the Tunnel Beach. I first came across with Veronika asking her if she can help us find the place for the private dinner and to be the day of coordinator. We talked out the my idea and specific needs. The next few day, she got back to me with the perfect dinner place. During the planing, she helps me with the private chef and the musician. As the process goes on, I realize how stressful it could be for such a small wedding of just 6 of us, then I asked her if she could take care of the whole thing. Next day, I had the officiant and the make-up artist confirmed! Veronika is always on top on getting back to me. The whole process moved on quickly and smoothly. She had so much great ideas and always had the best resource. She had a large selection from the bouquets to the make up style. We confirmed the bouquet, my flower crown, the flower circle on the beach and the table set up through emails. We met the day before the wedding and went through the schedule. On the big day, my make up, hair and bouquet were so dreamy, far exceed my expectation. The wedding set up was astonishing. every details were more than perfect. It was definitely the dream wedding I've always wanted. I can't thank her enough to help us making our (well, basically my) dream came true. After the ceremony, we went to the dinner. The view was breath taking, the table set up was lovely and the food was absolutely delicious, far better than the fine dinning in St. Regis. Both our parents are asian and extremely picky when comes to food. They just love the food and finished every courses, Without Veronika, it won't be such a special and memorable event. We will always appreciate and truly grateful for all her hard works. She will definitely be your go to person if you have some special plan.

Veronika did a great job with our vow renewal ceremony. She was responsive, accommodating and thought of all the details on the day of our vow renewal. She arranged for beautiful flowers, a perfect hawaiian spiritual vow renewal and also a hair stylest that was great.

There are no words to quite explain how absolutely amazing Veronika is and my experience with Ali'i Kauai Weddings was! From the start Veronika was so attentive and helpful and kind. She made all of my wedding dreams come true. I thought planning a wedding in Kauai from CA would be somewhat difficult, and Veronika made it utterly painless. I had the best experience planning my destination wedding with her, she made sure to get me every single thing I wanted and was looking for. She also provided me with the most amazing vendors to make everything perfect. Veronika would always be available to talk with me and answer questions, and she always got back to me so quickly. I went through this wedding planning experience with Veronika with no stress because she was ALWAYS there. I got married on May 3 in Princeville on Puu Poa beach below the St. Regis and worked with Jessica from Alii Kauai weddings from January 2016 through now. I chose Alii Kauai from the reviews on Wedding Wire and I am so glad that I did. It was a very efficient process - I filled out a questionnaire of what I wanted (location, photographer, videographer, etc.) and she came back with a quote. Her requirements were clearly spelled out (when deposit was due, when final balance was due) and she went beyond that by getting to know us individually and as a couple. Whenever I emailed her, she emailed right back or we arranged a phone call, and the time difference never caused a delay in her reply. My wedding day ended up being perfect - I wanted a wedding where I just showed up, not one where I had to plan anything, and that was exactly what I got. She arranged everything from flowers to the office visit for the marriage license to the coordination of vendors showing up on that day. She provided recommendations for getting our wedding clothes steamed & pressed. All of the vendors were friendly and professional and helped us through the ceremony (there's no practice when you have an elopement), then gave us recommendations for dinner afterward. I loved working with Jessica and I unreservedly recommend Alii Kauai for anyone doing a wedding in Kauai.

I can't say enough good things about Alli Kauai Weddings. Planning a wedding in Hawaii when you are coming from Scotland can be quite daunting but Veronika handled everything perfectly. She was there for me, and quickly and calmly answered all my questions and organized the most amazing day. We contacted Jessica at Alii Kauai Weddings for our Elopement. She was amazing!! Super cheerful, helpful and informative. Jessica made getting married on the beach with two small kids and a breeze! She provided us with the perfect officiant, a lovely Hawaiian woman who did a traditional blessing and chant. Veronika listened SO carefully to my vision for our wedding, offering amazing resources and suggestions to help us fulfill all of our wildest dreams. My 13 year old daughter wanted to be part of the planning and Veronika was so supportive of her participation. The day of the event there was a rare mudslide and the vendors and guests could not get to our venue. By 4:00 pm the road was still closed. Astonishingly all of Veronika's vendors waited it out! When the road finally reopened at 4:30 they came, demonstrated the most efficient set-up of all of flowers, food, everything! And the wedding started only one hour late! Veronika's loyalty, kind-heartedness, professionalism, determination, and the loyalty of her vendors truly made this event exquisite.

We worked with Veronika at Ali'i Kauai and our wedding was everything we hoped for and more; speaking with guests in the days and weeks after, we've had many say it was the best wedding they ever attended. Veronika was great throughout the process. Planning a destination wedding remotely wouldn't be possible without help from person who is responsive and whose advice we could rely on and trust--Veronika was this and more. She always worked within the parameters we had--and even more importantly, she worked within our parameters even as they evolved throughout the process. This was important for us as we developed our own ideas about the wedding we wanted. And it was important because things--weather!--can be unpredictable on Kauai. We couldn't be happier.

We absolutely loved our wedding ceremony organized by Ali'i Kauai.. It was the most beautiful and meaningful ceremony I've ever seen. Jessica, Hailey, and the whole team and vendors did such a fantastic job with organizing our wedding on April 4th, 2016. This was the best and the most beautiful day of my life. We can't be happier and made the best decision ever to choose Ali'i Kauai as our wedding organizers. The ceremony was breathtaking and it was so spiritual and so meaningful for us. Kelvin- the minister made me cry and everybody loved the beautiful words and spirituality behind the ceremony. Special thanks to our lovely Hailey who was there with us and made us feel so relaxed. My wife an I had Veronika from Ali'i Weddings as our day-of coordinator in order to take some of the organizational burden on our wedding day. She handled the vendor organization and reception venue set-up at the Hukilau Lanai while we were off having our ceremony at the Fern Grotto. Everything came out perfectly, and we were very happy with how hard Veronika worked to turn our original vision for a tropical wedding into reality. I only wish we had contracted her to work a few more hours earlier in the day to handle some of the vendor deliveries that came while we were still getting ready.

Initially, we worked with Veronika remotely from California, and we found her to be thorough and prompt. We also met with her several days before the wedding to go over final details. In total, we were very happy with her service and help. She has previously worked with most (or all) of the vendors we had contracted, so she was able to quickly and efficiently communicate with them, which meant we didn't have to worry about whether everyone would be there on time, whether things would end up where we wanted them. She also directed the flow of the ceremony, and worked throughout to make sure everything went well and on cue. The end result was the best party of our lives, and you certainly can't go wrong having Veronika help with your wedding.

I fully expected planning a destination on the opposite side of the nation within 5 months to a place I had never been to would obviously be a stressful experience, but honestly, Veronika made it just the best time of our life without any stress or worries as we watched details seamlessly flow together while we enjoyed our family and friends. I was initially drawn to Alii Kauai because of the amazing reviews and I felt like they had really fair packages where she would set up the flowers, ceremony details, pastor, guest leis, photography, and any other detail I wanted to add on. This saved me an enormous amount of time and stress. I just sent her pictures and pintrest pages of what I envisioned and she would magically make it appear! Her laid-back sweet attitude and inclusive knowledge of all that Kauai has to offer were absolutely invaluable. She has high standards with all vendors and ensures that if she feels anything is not up to par, she takes initiative and fixes it before you even hear about it. What a truly wonderful experience with Veronika at the helm- I truly appreciate the fact that I was able to enjoy our wedding and family rather than stressing the details. We were married March 18th on Ke'e beach in Kauai.

Jessica at Ali'i Kauai did an amazing job with making our wedding day happen! Ours was a last-minute elopement, so we didn't expect everything to work out as perfectly as it did. We gave Jessica about week(!) - and the wedding felt like it had been months in the planning. She lined up an officiant, hair and makeup, photography and an on-site coordinator for us. She clearly took our preferences to heart in her choices. We were absolutely thrilled with the results. Kahu Chuck was our officiant and kept things light and fun. Crystal Hunter did hair and makeup and did a fabulous job. Naomi Wong was our photographer and people can't stop telling us how amazing the photos look. For the amount of money charged we felt like we got incredible value to boot! Throughout the process Jessica was professional, reassuring, and extremely pleasant. I could not say enough amazing things about Jessica and her team. When my husband and I first decided on what to do for our "elopement", I started looking into wedding planners on the island. Jessica got back to me with all of the details within 24 hours of my email. It was all in the price point we could afford! She answered so many of my questions before I even committed to working with Ali'i Kauai. Hundreds of emails back and forth and 4 months later we were married on Tunnels Beach! I had Krystal for my hair and makeup- PHENOMENAL. So personable and did exactly what I wanted ( I had sent some pics of ideas). Unfortunately the dress steamer woman Jessica had recommended was on vacation, but she recommended someone else she has heard of brides using; and within the 2 days of being on the island until our wedding my dress was picked up and dropped back off in perfect condition by Elissa who I would also highly recommend. Joel Guy was our videographer and we could not have been more happy with him too! Super down to earth born and raised on the island, and felt like our friend and we only spent 2 hours with him! Chucky Boy Chock: (Chuck) our officiant--- perfection! He totally went off the cuff just by feeling the love and vibe from us and it could not have been a more personal ceremony. Naomi Wong was our photographer (exactly who I was hoping for!) and she was wonderful. Super down to earth and comfortable to work with! We felt as if all of the people involved in our wedding were perfect! I wouldn't have changed a thing and I thank you Jessica so much for all of your coordination and replies to many many emails! I truly cannot say enough about Veronika. We planned a wedding using a coordinator we didn't meet until three days before the wedding on a island we had never been too and everything was perfect! First, Veronica knows EVERYONE on the island (and many vendors off it). Needed a last minute massage therapist for the bride two days before the wedding - done. Needed someone to give the groom a straight razor shave - done. Yoga class on the beach the day of the wedding - done. Every wedding has something go wrong. For us it was the flowers, which were not to our specifications. Veronika was on top of it immediately. This was a truly special day for us and it would not have been possible without Veronika. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

Jessica was amazing from start to finish. She responded to my calls and emails in a timely manner even with a 5 hour time change. Jessica was very professional, kind, and amazing to work with. Our wedding was exactly what we wanted and was even better than expected! I felt so bad and I'm sure at times annoying because I would send her atleast 10 emails a day. Jessica responded to every email, question, and concern I had. She made me feel at ease as the wedding day became closer. She even responded to my calls a day before the wedding. Jessica you did an amazing job! We are still in awe over how fabulous and magical our wedding day was. Thank you so much!!

Jessica and Veronika were attentive and professional-- and our wedding was amazing. They went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect, but all we had to do was show up. I can't say enough about their vendor choices for hair and makeup, flowers, drivers, photography, and (most especially) our officiant (Manulele Clark). Our was was an even that our friends still tell us was the best they've ever been to... and we owe it to Ali'i Kauai.

We had a wonderful experience! Jessica was professional, friendly, and incredibly responsive through the entire process. Being on the East Coast, it would have taken me a lot of time and effort to coordinate all of the vendors we needed, but Jessica and her team made it EASY! She connected us with the absolute best of the best vendors, as well. Our musician, Kam, learned a special song for us that he not only played perfectly for my stroll down the "aisle", but he also serenaded us with it for our first dance - absolutely above and beyond! Our officiant, Kelvin Ho, was incredible. He tailored the ceremony to us and we felt so special and absolutely honored to have him officiate our special day. The photographer, Naomi Wong, was amazing. Every shot was beautiful and her direction was perfect. She is incredibly talented and did an amazing job! The videographer, Joel, orchestrated the perfect video that we will cherish forever. He used extra tools including a drone to capture some amazing shots of the surrounding beach and mountains. Our on site coordinator, Veronika, was so sweet and on point with making sure I looked great and was ready to "take the plunge". She even captured one of my absolute favorite photos on her phone so we could have a few preview shots while waiting for the pro pix. All around the quality of our experience and each vendor deserves a thousand stars! The fact that all we really had to do was show up and focus on exchanging vows, was something that felt rare and special when it comes to wedding planning experiences. Thank you so much, Ali'i Kauai Weddings for creating a perfect ceremony for us that we will remember fondly forever!

Jessica and Veronika provided us with a wedding that was beyond our wildest dreams! All of our guests said that it "should be a law everyone get married on Kauai." From the ceremony to the centerpieces to how seamless the day went, we couldn't have envisioned a more perfect wedding. I definitely recommend having hula dancers at the reception. They were an absolute hit and great entertainment! Hiring these ladies was the second best choice I made besides saying "yes" to my groom!

I would hands down recommend Ali'i Kauai as a wedding coordinator! The top reasons I recommend Jessica and her team at Ali'i Kauai, in no particular order, are 1) responsiveness , 2) connections with great vendors, 3) flexible in terms of how and to what extent she works with you, 4) reasonable fees and 5) a pleasure to work with!

My husband and I were recently married at Hanalei Bay, but we were planning the wedding from the east coast. One of the reasons I chose to work with Ali'i Kauai is their flexible packages. Our wedding was very small, just us and our parents, so while I wanted assistance in arranging some aspects I was happy to arrange others given that it was pretty straightforward. Jessica enabled me to do just that and while I planned some parts, she took charge of others (e.g. videographer, makeup artist, beach permit, officiant, rehearsal, day of coordination). She was also available to consult on any questions I had...and I had a lot! It was so nice to have a friendly, knowledgeable and responsive person to run ideas by and offer advice. You can also easily adjust the coordination services as you plan for your big day, up to a reasonable point in time that is. Her costs were reasonable, especially given her superb customer service and connection to great vendors. Veronica was a terrific support on our rehearsal and wedding days and helped me relax and just enjoy the amazing place that Kauai is!

Ali'i Kauai delivered awesomeness. Going through them is one of the best decisions we made. We didn't have to worry about anything, our wedding was completely stress free, Jessica was always available for questions, super easy to work with, and she totally made things happen. They pulled together a beautiful ceremony for us, with all the best (and nicest) vendors. My wife, Cora, and I had the pleasure of working with Jessica to plan our wedding on Kauai almost one year ago, in June of 2014! It would be a mistake to think our delay in writing a review of our experience reflects any kind of lack of complete satisfaction on our behalf. We've just been crazy busy! Cora and I eloped to Kauai with only our daughter as a witness, and in hindsight, we wouldn't have done it any other way. One might think such a relatively small event would be easy, and perhaps wouldn't require a wedding planner. Both Cora and I like to plan things ourselves, so we can stay in control, and make sure we end up with the best of the best. I'm so glad we didn't try to plan this wedding by ourselves. That would have been a HUGE mistake. We did quite a bit of research on wedding planners on Kauai, and when we found Jessica's website, and started to read reviews, we knew instantly we had found the right person. Right from the beginning, Jessica was courteous and professional across the board, always getting back to us in a timely fashion, even when our event was still a ways off. Jessica gave us wedding location choices, with detailed explanations of pros and cons, pointed us in the right directions for flowers, hair and makeup for the bride and flower-girl, found us an amazing photographer, and officiant, and even pointed us towards certain restaurants after we tied the knot. When she said something was going to be taken care of, it was.....without exception. This allowed us to have the opportunity to enjoy all of the amazing activities on Kauai, instead of running around like crazy people all week, trying to tie up loose ends. We ended up choosing Tunnels Beach at sunset as the location for our ceremony. It was stunning, and we have the photos to prove it! We wanted low-key, private, and gorgeous to exchange our heartfelt, personal vows. Both Cora and I highly recommend Jessica as a wedding planer on Kauai. - Mark and Cora

We were planning a very small wedding on the beach in Kauai from Alaska. It was very helpful to have someone local be able to take care of setting up all the logistics for us on island. We had our 25th anniversary and vow renewal at Ke'e Beach in Kauai. Jessica was in contact with me through email and phone once we arrived in Kauai. Maxine was the actual coordinator during the ceremony and she was so sweet and very helpful and kept the surprise for my husband. Christine, the photographer, was really nice and fun and very patient with us. She took a lot of pictures and has a very creative eye. We got a mix of Christian and Hawaiian ceremony from the Officiant which made it very unique and special. They all made our vow renewal special and really PERFECT! Thank you all.

The officiant at our NY wedding forgot to get all the necessary signatures for our wedding certificate and brought the document to us the night before we flew to Hawaii. Instead of getting the signatures and sending it in, though, we called Alli Kauai wedding planners. Within four days in Hawaii, Jessica had arranged for us a beach-side ceremony complete with photographer, videographer, people to help me with hair and makeup, and the most amazing officiant, Kauilani. We requested that our ceremony include traditional Hawaiian wedding rituals and wow - did they deliver! Kauilani included every Hawaiian ritual we had heard of and many more and created an unmatchably most moving, soulful, personal wedding ceremony for us. Every vendor was kind and personable and gave us lots of love. After the often stressful, certainly expensive and time consuming planning that went into our fantastic wedding in NYC for 150 family and friends, our impromptu private wedding on the beach on our own honeymoon was utterly relaxed and easy and almost unbearably romantic. I absolutely recommend Jessica and Alii Kauai weddings!

My now husband and I had a wonderful experience with Ali'i Kauai Weddings. We exclusively dealt with Jessica, who was always available via email, text or via phone. Any message we left were promptly returned. She was able to provide us with the exact type of wedding we requested. We loved the beach location, where we got married. Our wedding officiant and photographer were amazing. The flowers, hair piece and Leis were absolutely beautiful, provided to us the day of the wedding by a representative of Ali'i Kauai weddings, I forgot her name but she was so sweet. Everyone showed up on time and it was perfect. I almost went with a different company that would have charged over double. Jessica took care of everything and I could not have asked for more. It is difficult to plan a wedding while out of state, but Jessica made it doable. I strongly recommend considering Ali'i Kauai Weddings if you are planning in getting married in Hawaii.

Planning a wedding in your hometown is difficult and a hard task to do; planning a Destination Wedding in Kauai is even harder! Needless to say, I needed to find a very competent and reliable wedding planner without being able to meet them in person! Jessica of Alii Kauai Weddings exceeded my expectations!

I called several wedding planners on the island of Kauai; I chose Jessica after having several reassuring and comforting telephone conversations. She seemed extremely experienced and has an excellent staff and vendors that she works with to plan a beautiful wedding! Jessica handles all aspects of planning a wedding from helping with marriage certificates to venues (whether it be at a beach or anywhere on the island), florists, photographers, hair and make-up needs, etc.!

Jessica was so patient and understanding as I called and emailed her frequently! She was always prompt in responding (often the very same day). She also made arrangements for me to communicate with the florist for a custom bouquet I wanted. She helped us choose which beach we were going to have our ceremony; even setting the time so that we would have the perfect sunset!

As the time got closer to our special day and we were coming all the way from Florida to Kauai, she provided me with a very nice woman to press my wedding dress upon our arrival.
Jessica contacted me the day I arrived and she was in contact with me every day until the ceremony. The day of the ceremony was perfect! I had no concerns and I was not nervous about anything we had planned. I had complete confidence in Jessica. I was able to enjoy the entire day and be excited instead of being worried or concerned if everything was going to turn out the way we wanted it; Jessica took all those concerns away! Our day was beautiful; and we have Alii Kauai Weddings/Jessica to thank! I would HIGHLY recommend Jessica and her staff!

Our wedding was amazing - Jessica was fantastic in helping us plan while we were at home. We came to Kauai only for the weekend of the wedding so everything had to be planned via email and over the phone. That was fine - Jessica was very accommodating, even letting me upgrade our photography package at the last minute. Which I highly recommend getting Naomi Wong to take your photos. She was amazing!! It was just the two of us so I wanted good pictures to put on our wedding announcements and to show our families. We couldn't be more pleased with the way our pictures came out.
The day of the wedding, the gale-force wind and the weather were a little uncooperative at our chosen location but Naomi (the photographer), Glenn (the amazingly kind and funny minister), and Veronika were so helpful in finding another spot for us to get married - and this was all at the last minute after we had arrived at the beach. The location was beautiful and calm so we didn't look wind-blown in our photos as we would have at the first spot.
The flowers I ordered through Jessica were perfect and beautiful. I was so happy with the way everything turned out.
I would highly recommend Alii Kauai Weddings and now can't imagine having a wedding any other way. I am so glad we eloped with the help of these friendly people!

The morning of the ceremony the weather report said: "Sunshine on Oahu and Maui, but Kauai is about to get ROCKED!" Not what you are hoping to hear on the day of your beach wedding, but I figured that all I could do is put my trust in Jessica to figure it all out. I read reviews before picking Ali'i Kauai as our planner, so I knew that they had experience with finding beautiful back-up locations. Jessica was calling all around the island for weather reports, looking at other beaches as well as more sheltered options that still had great views. I could tell that this was a really rough day even by the normal rainy-season standards, and I am very appreciative that she dealt with all the stress of it for me. She found us the one beach on the island where it was not raining (Shipwrecks' Beach), and redirected the vendors so that everything ran smoothly. We used Naomi Wong as our photographer (completely worth the upgrade), and the photos were beautiful. You would never know the weather was bad, or that it was not the first choice location.

I really feel that if all you want it a simple, stress-free experience you could not do better than this company.

Our officiant was perfect, photographer was excellent to work with, and we had a great experience. Very much easier than doing it ourselves - even though it was a two-person elopement, knowing Jessica had a weather backup and had organized the beach permit, officiant and photographer saved us a lot of stress.

Jessica is the best coordinator you'll ever find. I was worried planning my wedding from California, and I tried to do it all by myself, but found that it was not easy, then I found Ali'i Kauai Weddings! From the beginning, Jessica was patient, informative and very prompt with responses to all of my questions. Her vendors were beyond wonderful as well. Veronika was super sweet and so patient with coordinating my wedding on the day of and her decors for my reception table turned out beautiful and perfect. Makeup and hair stylists, Irean and Brenda came right to our hotel, very efficient and professional. Our photographer, Naomi was amazing. We also had a ukelele musician, who was also wonderful. Caterer and staff from our reception venue at the Hukilau Lanai were exceptional. The DJ and Emcee were fun and our guests loved them. Our Officiant Glenn gave us an unforgettable ceremony. Glenn is a very kind man, and we felt comfortable working with him. I loved my tropical bouquet and my bridesmaids bouquets, they were beautiful and creatively put together, and very much affordable. We exchanged emails talked on the phone for months leading up to the wedding. Jessica was so patient and helpful with every decision we made. We took a vacation in Kauai and met her 1 year prior to our wedding and I was really moved by how sweet and caring she is. And she was very patient with my millions of questions and even when I changed my mind about something. Everyone at our wedding had an absolutely amazing time and we still have people talking about it being the best wedding they have ever been too. This is all due to Jessica! I cannot recommend Ali'i Kauai Weddings enough. You will absolutely love the service you receive from the beginning to the end! My wedding was what I had imagined and dreamed of. Everything exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend All'i Kauai Weddings to any bride wanting a beautiful destination wedding in Kauai.

Jessica with Alii Kauai Weddings was awesome! She helped us plan the perfect wedding, right down to every last detail! From picking the ceremony site, to advice on additional services and local information, she helped make our day so special and stress-free. She even sent us great directions to our resort which really helped after we arrived late from our flight! Everyone who Jessica coordinated with for our wedding (minister, photographer, ect) was professional and friendly. We really appreciate the wonderful people who made our day possible!!! My husband and I were married on the North shore on 6.13.13. I cannot stress enough how WONDERFUL Jessica was with helping us coordinate our wedding all the way from Nebraska. We had a vision to "show up" and that is what we did. Jessica was very quick to respond to emails and was always very nice. She even had some great suggestions for dinner after the ceremony. No question was unanswered.
She called a few days before to double check that we had everything we needed. She was even able to get us our flowers earlier in the day for pictures!
Lauren was our site coordinator, and even though it was raining, she was very calm and sweet throughout the entire ceremony. She offered other suggestions if the rain didn't stop. Luckily it did just long enough for our ceremony to take place!
Ali'i Kauai weddings made our wedding dreams a reality, and talk about low-stress! I would recommend their services to everyone.
Thank you Jessica and Ali'i Kauai weddings! You are the best!

Both Jessica and Veronika were wonderful. I couldn't have asked for a better wedding. Jessica answered any questions I had (and I had a lot!) in a timily fashion and none of my questions were unanswered (no matter how stupid). She was great to speak with, extremely professional, and caring. Veronika made everything easy for me and answered many questions the day before the wedding. Rehearsal was wonderful wih Veronika she made my husband, my family and me feel extremely comfortable and calm (which is always great before a wedding). Gary our officiant was wonderful. The ceremony was everything I could have asked for and more. As the ceremony happened Gary made it fun and exciting. He explained everything, gave us some advise, and made us laugh. The flower path as well as flower tiki's were a great addition to the beautiful view. My husband, family and I were so pleased with whole ceremony we talked about it for weeks. Even today we look back at pictures and talk about how beautiful it turned out and the way Gary gave the ceremony; as well as, how helpful Veronika was. The only thing we would have changed was taking a tape recorder so we could hear the whole ceremony again because it was that great! Advise that I have is if you are getting married on the beach remember the waves are loud and your guest might not be able to hear the officiant very well.
Overall, Alii Kauai Wedding did a great job and I would highly recommend them. If I could do this all over again I would and I wouldn't change a thing!
