  There is a reason Alicia has the reputation she does - she is incredible.
  
  Alicia coordinated our wedding, and my only regret is that we didn't hire her to plan the whole thing! But truly, she took our careful planning and vision and executed it with such grace, warmth, kindness - and of course, professionalism. Everything on our wedding day was lovely, and flowed so smoothly, and we were able to focus on the moments, each other, and our guests, which was the thing we wanted most of all. She firmly and sweetly made sure that everything happened the way it was supposed to - or, in some cases, in better ways.
  
  Her skills are superior, but most of all, she really cares. For example, I found out a week after our wedding that she had left our wedding to drive my parents in law to the hospital to check on a guest who had been taken away by ambulance - and then come back, and I hadn't noticed a thing. Our guest is fine, which is most important, and Alicia truly took care of us all.
  
  She is a kindred spirit!

  We hired Alicia as our day of coordinator after wondering and thinking to ourselves "who is going to execute everything on our wedding?!" She was AMAZING! From the first meeting I knew she was the one for the job! Her friendly and bubbly personality, her serious organization skills and her genuine love for her job were only a few reasons we hired her. She really makes you feel like her only bride and a friend during your time together! Alicia took care of all of our personal items on the wedding- set them up and packaged them away at the end of the night. She ran our rehearsal, and most importantly she made sure the wedding I had spent the last year planning went smoothly and on time! I knew I didn't have to worry about anything because she was there and that was the best gift I could have given myself! Piece of mind!!!
  Thank you so much Alicia for executing my vision and being there to handle everything! I could relax and enjoy the day and it was the best day I could have ever imagined!

  I am sooooo thankful that Alicia was a part of our wedding. We were able leave everything in her meticulous hands and spend time with our family and friends who had traveled from far away and this meant so much to us. Alicia truly went above and beyond in troubleshooting during our wedding day when some plans fell through and with helping with last minute speech issues. Alicia was able to anticipate what we needed help with before we asked. It's wonderful to have someone who is so skilled at what they do and also clearly loves it. I would recommend Alicia Keats to anyone as the best investment they can make for their wedding.

  Having Alicia Keats plan our wedding was the smartest wedding decision I made. Alicia helped us realize our vision for the wedding and execute that vision while still keeping us on budget. Her exquisite taste, years of experience, and connection to the wedding industry made it easy to throw a wedding which was both beautiful and fun.
  
  Alicia is pro-active, reliable, and extremely organized. As a result of Alicia’s superb organizational skills, the week of our wedding we were able to relax at the beach and enjoy our days off because we had no wedding-related tasks to do! We cannot thank Alicia enough for all that she did. Because of Alicia, my husband and I, our families, and our wedding party were all able to enjoy our wedding without any stress at all.

  I cannot say enough great things about Alicia and her team. The only thing I regret about my wedding is not hiring Alicia to plan the whole event. Alicia was my day of planner and the day went off without a hitch, at least from where we were sitting. I could not have been happier with Alicia and all of her hard work. I think hiring her was worth every penny and by far the best money I spent on my wedding besides the dress. She made me feel at ease from the second she took over the event and I think I may have lost it without her. Thank you Alicia and Sarah for making the day so worry-fire for us!

  Alicia and her team are beyond amazing. From the pre-wedding planning to the execution of the event, I always felt confident knowing that Alicia was involved. The whole team is so efficient and organized, I absolutely loved everything they did and I felt so comfortable and carefree, relaxed and able to enjoy my day and visit with my guests knowing that Alicia and her team were taking care of everything. She spends time to understand your vision, gives you advice, and goes above and beyond to make your day perfect. Every time I would think about doing something or getting something, Alicia and her team were one step ahead and had already done it. They are so attentive to not only myself as the bride but to all my guests. My advice to every bride is to have a planner/day of coordinator, and I would recommend Alicia and her team to anyone.

We were looking for help on the day of our wedding including assistance with developing a timeline for the day, reconfirming suppliers and then executing everything and she was amazing! She kept everything running smoothly so that we could enjoy our day without having to worry about little things that can come up along the way. She did such a great job that many of our guests came up to us during and after the event to say what an amazing job they thought she did, which we agreed with! We would definitely recommend Alicia and her team's services if you are planning your wedding. You will be in good hands.

  Aurora from Alicia Keats is AMAZING. We planned my wedding abroad, and it could not have been done without her extraordinary work! My wedding was yesterday and she did a fantastic job putting it together. We worked w/ Aurora for almost 1.5 years, and everything was perfect. We actually had to do the rain plan given Vancouver’s unpredictable weather, but it turned out to be PERFECT and better than the sunny plan. I am so happy to have found Aurora. She is patient, thoughtful and truly cares about her clients and committed to doing whatever is necessary to make them happy. I have some things in a wedding that I really obsess over and she was patient and helped me through each of them. Thank you so much Aurora – we will miss skype dates w/ you!

  We couldn't have asked for a better wedding planner! We had Aurora Buchanan as our wedding coordinator and we had full/complete service for our wedding. We started somewhat over a year in advance, and the whole process was so organized, smooth and really fun. She looked into details and worked with us from the start to finish, and helped us through some really tough decisions. On the day of our wedding we were so happy! We were able to spend time with our family and friends who also didn't have to worry about working for the day. Most importantly we enjoyed our wedding and felt it was just for us!

  I am so happy I stumbled across Alicia when I started my wedding planning! I recommend any and all brides to consider hiring a coordinator because you don't want to burden any of your guests/bridesmaids with this large task. I was planning my wedding from abroad and needed some help selecting vendors given I wouldn't be able to meet most of them. Alicia Keats and her team provided me top knotch service and made my wedding go flawlessly. I was on a tight budget so couldn't afford to have Alicia do the complete wedding planning package but had her for day-of coordination and also added on an email option so I could pick her brain during my year of planning. She was always quick to respond and gave me her opinion without pushing me towards any vendors. So so so happy I had her be a part of my wedding - would recommend her to all of my friends so if you are still reading this, give her a call!

  Aurora from Alecia Keats Wedding planning was my right hand woman. When we first met for coffee I could tell she understood my vision for the day and from start to finish she helped guide my husband and I through the entire process. She had amazing connections in the industry and helped us find other vendors who were just like her (and by just like her I mean AMAZING!). Our wedding was at our home so there were a ton (and I mean a ton) of details to consider. Aurora didn't miss one - in fact I trusted Aurora so much that I rarely even had to follow up - she had already thought of it, or in many cases had already done it! The vision we had was for our guests every need to be taken care of from the minute they stepped onto our property and I am so pleased to see that was exactly what we accomplished. At the end of the day when it all came together it was beautiful, even better than what we had hoped for.

  We hired Alicia Keats for day-of coordination as we wanted the wedding day to be minimal stress for our families, friends and especially ourselves - it was to be a celebration and we wanted everyone in good spirits for the weekend. Alicia came in a few weeks before the wedding and took over all contact with our vendors, relaying to us summarized questions/comments as necessary. The weekend of the wedding Alicia and her assistant were incredible - making sure everything came together in regards to coordinating all of the vendors and keeping track of time to make sure everything ran smoothly. Our wedding day was absolutely wonderful, and Alicia and her team were an instrumental part in the execution of it.
  
  In addition, Alicia herself is wonderful - from the initial meeting to follow up emails to the weeks before the wedding, she was extremely responsive and helpful. We could tell that she really cares about her clients and wants to make sure that their vision is executed perfectly.
  
  Finally, while hiring a day-of coordinator is an added cost that many may not be able to fit into their budgets, I would strongly recommend seeing it as a wedding gift to yourselves (i.e. bride and groom) and your families. Weddings are expensive and stressful, but having a coordinator takes away a lot of the stress so you can actually enjoy the day you have worked so hard to plan for.

  On the fence about hiring a wedding planner or a day-of-coordinator? Truthfully, I was too. And then I met Alicia. We chatted for a bit about the wedding and she pulled out this amazing, personalized detail-oriented timeline to show me what she puts together for her clients and I was sold. Essentially, she presented me with a project plan for your wedding day with all the details you could possibly ask for in one document.
  
  Alicia took over about three weeks prior to our wedding day and was just phenomenal. Having the time available to focus on the important things like spending quality time with our family, who travelled long distances to see us, was more than worth it. On the day of, my husband and I did not have to worry about a SINGLE detail. If something was out of sorts – Alicia was already on top of it. Everything went smoothly and even more amazing than either of us could have imagined. We spent the entire night focusing on our guests, our family and on each other. Our friends & family also didn’t have to worry about a thing because Alicia and her assistant had taken care of every single detail (including sending my mother home with cake so that we could enjoy it on our first anniversary).
  
  I would highly recommend Alicia to any couple who is thinking about getting a planner due to time constraints or a coordinator on the day of to really enjoy your day. Think about it – you only get married once (hopefully!) and do you really want to be running around or asking your friends to run around on the day of? Not only is Alicia organized, contentious and professional, but the most important thing about her is that she truly LOVES what she does. You can tell this within moments of meeting her.
  
  So after reading this, if you’re still thinking about whether or not to hire a planner or a day-of-coordinator – it’s really a no brainer. An individual with her talent & experience will book up quickly. So get her early & while you still can!!!

  On the fence about hiring a wedding planner or a day-of-coordinator? Truthfully, I was too. And then I met Alicia. We chatted for a bit about the wedding and she pulled out this amazing, personalized detail-oriented timeline to show me what she puts together for her clients and I was sold. Essentially, she presented me with a project plan for your wedding day with all the details you could possibly ask for in one document.
  
  Alicia took over about three weeks prior to our wedding day and was just phenomenal.   Aurora from Alicia Keats is amazing and I would recommend her to anyone. She helped me plan my wedding and was so kind, detail oriented and organized. I have a hard time letting go of control unless I trust the person and I could put my complete trust in Aurora. I never met Alicia in person, only over email but she was very pleasant, is also very friendly and organized and made my experience with her company extremely seamless and stress free.   Alicia was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire planning process. She was professional, patient, and supportive. Her day of coordination was extremely well planned and executed. We were planning a destination wedding in Vancouver and after spotting her name in a Canadian wedding magazine, reached out to see if we could set up a consultation. From the beginning Alicia blew us away. Her organization, professionalism, resources, and creative ideas made everything about our wedding day so special and so easy to plan. A year later, we still get compliments on how great our wedding celebration was and we can't thank her enough!
