  Great Experience from another vendor!

  I've just had the pleasure of working with Alicia and her team about 2 weeks ago. From start to finish, she had great attention to detail and made my job so easy. She also has the same vision and goals as our team ... "the wedding couple comes first." Thanks for all of your help Alicia! John and the staff at JD Entertainment.

  Phenomenal - highly recommend Alicia and her team. They are well organized, efficient, and thoughtful.

  One of the best decisions I made for my wedding was hiring Alicia. Not only was she there to help me coordinate and organize my event, she was also there emotionally. Alicia always made herself available for me and all my random questions and concerns. She truly has a passion for event planning and I was very lucky to find her.

  Incredible!

  Alicia coordinated the day of activities for our wedding and words can't even express how amazing she is! It meant so much to my husband and me that we had someone there that we trusted completely to make our wedding vision come to life. She managed everything so we could focus entirely on each other. We had an absolute blast at our wedding and a large part of that is thanks to Alicia!

  Alicia is amazing! She is incredibly detailed and thorough. We had our wedding at a Farmers Market and it took a lot of work to setup in a short amount of time. Alicia was on top of it! I’m not sure if there were any hiccups during the process because we could not enter the Farmers Market until my ceremony was starting. She handled everything from putting the tablecloths on the tables to directing all of the vendors. I found out the next day that we had run out of Pepsi and Tito’s. She had it all restocked before anyone even noticed. I will definitely recommend her to anyone planning a wedding!

  I can't say enough how AMAZING Alicia was for our day of coordination for our wedding! Although the services were called "day of", they were anything but as she helped me plan, organize, and execute so many details several months leading up to the big day. I don't know what I would have done without her as I did not have much help from family/friends and became quickly overwhelmed and stressed by how much there was to get done. Alicia was extremely helpful to me along the way. The day of the wedding she was incredible. We had a large bridal party that would get off task quickly and Alicia was right there to whip them into shape which is exactly what we needed.   Alicia is not only an amazing wedding planner but she is also my best friend! She thought of all of the little things that I ever would have thought of and because of her we had the wedding of our dreams!

  Alicia was our event coordinator for our destination wedding at South Seas Resort on Captiva Island in October of 2016. Alicia helped to make our special day everything we could have imagined and more. From the very start of the planning process to the very end of our wedding night, she was incredible! Her experience and knowledge were invaluable to us. She went above and beyond to make our wedding dreams come true, helping us in ways beyond what was expected of her. Our rehearsal dinner and entire wedding day went off without a hitch, all due to Alicia's hard work and attention to detail. Having Alicia there every step of the way allowed us to truly be in the moment and enjoy every single minute. Looking back, I have no idea what we would have done without her by our side. Our entire bridal party, parents and many of our guests couldn't say enough about how amazing she was! If you're looking for a 5 star wedding coordinator/planner, Alicia is your girl!!

  Alicia was a life saver for our wedding! We had moved to Chicago during our engagement and she had helped me stay organized with our wedding in Florida. She had great recommendations too for vendors. Alicia always had a smile on her face and was eager to help us in anyway. I even sent tons of decor to her house so we would not have to travel with it.   Alicia is simply amazing. She is attentive, honest, trustworthy, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and most importantly cares deeply about the events in which she is involved. She takes a vested interest in her brides and grooms, doing all that she can to make the wedding day as special and perfect as it possibly can be. She has a unique ability to see the planning from all sides (venue, vendor, wedding party/family) and thus is able to make things run smoothly from all angles. From the moment we met Alicia we knew there was something truly special about her. She went above and beyond to make our wedding day perfect, and I cannot imagine it being what it was without her. She is a true pleasure to work with and I wish all brides had the opportunity to work with her!

  Alicia was absolutely amazing! I am beyond happy I decided to use her as my wedding planner. She was there with me every step of the way, going on all my appointments for linens, florals, décor, etc.. Without her expertise, organization, and ideas my wedding would not have been the same. All of my vendors and guests noticed how helpful and professional she was day of the wedding and at the rehearsal. (Her organizing family photos and telling my husband and I what to do and where to go next is a must.) Thank you for everything Alicia!!

  My husband and I got married on October 17, 2015 at the Sanctuary Golf Club on Sanibel and knew we needed a day-of-coordinator since we were getting married out of town (we are from Washington, DC).
  
  I can not overstate how lucky we were to have found Alicia Wenturine from Alicia Ann Events to coordinator our wedding. Though, "day-of-coordinator" is really an understatement for the level of commitment and service we received from Alicia! Along with creating our day of schedule (and changing it a bunch of times when we changed our minds), leading our rehearsal, coordinating the schedule with our 5+ vendors, giving guests directions, setting up at the wedding, directing the wedding party during ceremony and pictures, etc., she made planning from afar much easier. And, most importantly, made the day of the wedding go incredibly smoothly and stress free!
  
  We shipped 20+ boxes of DIY projects to her in the months prior to the wedding. She helped us select our florist. She picked up our cake and cupcakes the morning of the wedding to help us avoid the delivery fee. She helped us stuff the gift bags for the guests. She assisted with setting up our rehearsal dinner. She even helped one of our guests find a babysitter! I could really go on and on and on here with "above-and-beyonds" - her commitment to making sure our day was perfect was incredible.
  
  Alicia is a true professional who brought a calming presence to a day that had quite a few moving parts. She is extremely organized and detail oriented. I would highly recommend her to any bride getting married in SW Florida. Thank you Alicia!
