Sarah is the best!!
Working with Alice Allen Events made our wedding day absolutely perfect! From start to finish, the entire planning process was smooth and stress-free. I never had to worry about a thing—Sarah and her team handled everything with such care and attention to detail. The whole experience was enjoyable! Wedding at Childhood Home - Dreams do come true!!
We are beyond grateful for Sarah and her team for making my sisters wedding day an absolute dream come true! This wedding was especially meaningful to us because it was held at our childhood home, a place full of cherished memories. Sarah's attention to detail and her unwavering dedication turned our vision into reality, even despite the cold and rain that could have easily derailed the day.
From the moment we met Sarah, it was clear that she truly loves what she does, and that love for both her job and our family shined through in every aspect of the day. She and her team worked tirelessly to ensure everything ran smoothly, always ready with solutions and making sure we felt cared for and supported. It felt like Sarah was part of our family, and her genuine warmth made our wedding even more special.
Her team made sure every detail was perfect, from coordinating the flow of the day to ensuring our guests were comfortable despite the weather. Thanks to Sarah, we didn’t have to worry about a thing, and we were able to fully enjoy the celebration surrounded by our loved ones in a place so close to our hearts.

Sarah and her team were the epitome of professional, hard working and focused .. Her experience and knowledge kept everything rolling smoothly !
Sarah and her team were beyond amazing . I never realized how much I would appreciate having a helping hand until we encountered this energetic and genuinely talented young lady take the reins and almost single handedly make our daughter’s wedding day perfect . Even with 6”’of rain at our outdoor venue, Sarah never blinked when addressing all obstacles and adjustments. She was a calm cool package of professional and optimism. She made my daughter feel safe and confident that everything was perfect. The Alice Allen Team came through for me in so many ways! From helping us find suitable vendors to making my husband and me feel like guests at our own wedding, I couldn't ask for a better team to help plan and coordinate our wedding! Adaptable, professional and comprehensive!
We interviewed several different planners for our wedding because we live out of town and needed to have someone trustworthy and professional to be boots on the ground. Sarah and the AAE team delivered! From the first call we had, I knew she was the personality we were looking for. Our wedding was the first at the venue selected, and when we booked the venue wasn't even finished being built! I think I would have lost my marbles without Sarah. She has a way of not only keeping the bride/groom on track, but the vendors in check too. On wedding day, it felt like we had an army, I did not have to lift a finger. The best thing we did for our wedding was booking with Alie Allen Events. I miss them already! -

Sarah Angell with Alice Allen events was an absolute DREAM and answer to prayer to work with. She is on top of it, ahead of the game, organized, considerate, and so so sweet. She knows exactly what she is doing and I knew I could trust her with not only my vision of the day, but with ALL the details that I didn't even think of! She made everything smooth and seamless, and there wasn't a moment we did not enjoy because of that. Seriously recommend her to anyone who either wants their whole wedding planned or even partial help -- I am a creative and pretty much knew exactly what I wanted, just needed help with logistics and vendors, and she was the perfect help. Even my vendors mentioned to me how awesome she was, and I know they have worked with lots of coordinators and planners! -

Sarah and her team were absolutely amazing! Throughout the entire wedding planning process Sarah maintained a positive and flexible attitude. The focus was always on what my daughter wanted for her wedding day. As the mother of the bride, I never worried because Sarah and her team were prepared for any problem big or small. Alice Allen Events was able to help us stay within our budget and have the most beautiful wedding. I can't recommend them enough. -

Sarah and the Alice Allen team helped give us the greatest wedding day! Sarah is the best cheerleader and truly helps you cherish and live in every moment throughout the day. She is incredibly organized and thoroughly prepared for every detail. In every meeting she was thorough and asked questions I hadn't even considered yet. Sarah is creative and fun and wants to bring your vision to life. She helped coordinate with all our vendors and schedule their set up and tear down times throughout the day. That was an aspect of the wedding day that I was worried about and the Alice Allen team helped make it so seamless. She made me feel calm and confident that everything was going to go according to plan (if anything was out of place or going wrong, I had no idea!). Sarah and her team have done hundreds of weddings and yet, in every moment that she has gone through a hundred times, she made me feel like it was the first time she was celebrating when I was going through it. Such authentic joy and support. She is excited when you are excited, she cries happy tears when you cry happy tears. She is so comforting to have around all day guiding you through every moment. I could not recommend her and her team more! You want them on your team for your special day! -

A million stars for a superstar coordinator!
Sarah and team were excellent from day one. She is a super busy lady with all of the weddings she books, but she made me feel like our wedding was the ONLY one she was working. So personal, so kind, so enthusiastic. Her energy had my husband and I smiling all day. She is also an EXPERT when it comes to a dress bustle. You can tell she loves what she does. Choosing to work with Alice Allen Events was the easiest (and BEST) decision we made while planning our wedding. Sarah, and her team, went above and beyond. They truly remembered and handled all of the details so flawlessly. From giving advice on layout and timeline to helping make our wedding signage, they helped relieve all stress from the process, and we were able to enjoy our day to the fullest! I cannot recommend Alice Allen Events enough! You will NOT regret spending the money! Our day would've been way different if we, and our families, were having to handle all the details day-of. Sarah and her team at Alice Allen Events was the best wedding investment we made! She is 1000% worth paying for the full design package. She not only brought to life our dream wedding, she melted away so much of our stress. I cannot tell you how important getting not just a planner but the best planner, and that’s Sarah and her team. So many phone calls we had where I just spewed out my thoughts and random ideas, and she patiently took everything and made sense of it. She made sure every single detail was thought out and planned. She would contact vendors and go through the long, repeated conversations for us, which was so helpful. We also had a large planning committee for all the wedding decisions and she helped in countless ways to reduce stress, keep everyone organized and bring everyone together. The amount of support she gave behind the scenes she didn’t have to give, but she did. She was constantly checking in to see how I was doing and I felt very heard the whole time. Sarah and her team go above and beyond. They all truly care about bringing our dreams to life and the whole experience during planning. We miss our weekly check ins with Sarah!! She becomes your wedding BFF and fairy who makes everything happen. Sarah is also super honest and won’t sugar coat, which I think is extremely important in a planner. Our wedding was big and we had a lot of specific things we really wanted and she pulled it all together beautifully. I had way less stress knowing Sarah and her amazing team were handling everything! Seriously, I cannot say enough about Alice Allen Events except book them quickly!!! -

Sarah Angell was a literal heaven send, no pun intended, for our wedding. She is first of all sooo kind and personable when I first met her. I was the first in my family to get married, so my mom and I had no clue what we were in for. Sarah was so helpful throughout the whole process. I came to her with all of my questions and she responded so quickly and took such a weight off of our shoulders. The biggest blessing was getting to hand off all of my vendors to her once I chose them and I knew should would contact them and make sure they were at the venue when they needed to be and with what they needed to bring. The day before and of she was a BOSS. All of my wedding party adored her. She was so fun and joyful but would GET THE JOB DONE. It was the biggest blessing getting to step into my wedding day, knowing that she was going to walk us through every part and me, my husband, and my family could just enjoy it! She took care of us so well and just felt like a genuine friend throughout the whole process. I have recommended Sarah to so many of my friends! She's a literal angel and I am forever grateful for all she did to make my wedding day so perfect. -

I never could have done this without Sarah!!! I can’t sing her praises enough!! She was so easy to work with….. professional, dependable and fun! There was not a problem or obstacle she couldn’t handle including settling down my daughter when she was upset. During the reception Sarah and her team were there if I needed them but in an unobtrusive way. There were a few very minor snags the day of the wedding and Sarah handled them before I even knew about it!! Sarah at Alice Allen Events helped make our day so special. She was one of the first vendors that we hired, and I wouldn’t do it any other way. I was able to enjoy getting ready with my friends and parents without worrying one bit. If anything didn’t go as planned (such as yellow jackets swarming the bar), Sarah and Payton made quick decisions without impacting the flow of the day. the absolute best decision we could have made
Sarah was hands down the most on top of it coordinator/ planner we could have ever asked for. She was constantly calling vendors and double checking that everything was paid for, in stock, and ready to go. She also took the time to fly all the way to Colorado for our venue walk through which was beyond helpful. I never had to question whether Sarah would get back to me fast, and whenever she was dealing with anything outside of planning my wedding (sickness, other weddings, etc.) she still made me feel like I was a top priority. I love her and she will be a forever friend!!!! -

Alice Allen Events (and Sarah) was the very first vendor we booked for our wedding. It was important to me that their energy matched mine and that they could essentially think like me when it comes to decision making. It was also important to us that our coordinator was fully capable of handling any and all questions and situations that might arise on wedding day, so that all of our family, friends and us could fully be present and enjoy the day. Sarah and Sara Beth were beyond amazing. I value their transparency, communication level, and execution! They are vibrant and lively and make everything fun! They were always open to answering questions and giving advice. cannot recommend them enough. We felt completely relaxed and present on our big day and the weeks leading up to it. They were the best partners in carrying out our vision and truly listened to what we wanted (and didn't want). 1000/10 recommend Alice Allen Events! -

Sarah at Alice Allen Events is worth her weight in gold!!! She was fun, creative and easy to work with; she understood our vision as well as the personal dynamics and feelings surrounding that vision from the very first meeting. I can’t emphasize that enough because we were blissfully unaware of how her attentiveness to our wish list was captured early on and how important that would become when something went wrong, as it always seems to do with weddings.
About a week before the big day, the Texas weather was not cooperating. Our hope for an outdoor event was not going to happen and we didn’t have a Plan B. Sarah waved her magic wand in a way that seemed effortless to secure and coordinate a new venue that would accommodate our large gathering while maintaining an atmosphere and vibe that we wanted. Up until that point, you don’t really understand the resources and relationships that an experienced wedding planner has at their disposal but they paid off in a big way! We were the beneficiaries of her years of networking and professionalism as she held meetings, reorganized all our vendors, and transitioned smoothly just days before the wedding.
On the big day, Sarah was present in a capacity that seemed like an entire team. Everyone, from the vendors to the wedding party, understood the assignment and was in their place at the right time and in the right way because of her clear leadership, communication and understanding of what we wanted to accomplish. If I could give her 10 stars, I would! -

Holy smokes... Sarah made our Wedding Weekend Festival everything we dreamed of! My now-hubby and I knew that this would be no easy feat and we needed not just a wedding planner, but an all-star Events Superstar. With her experience and openness to what we wanted (fire performers, drum circle, karaoke, rehearsal pool party and more) she took it all without a flinch or hesitation. Sarah with Alice Allen Events brought our wedding photo display dreams to life. We requested a larger than life photo backdrop with very specific details and she was able to do so much more than that. The wall was able to be brought down and is now being used as our headboard in our master bedroom. Throughout the process of wedding planning, Sarah was able to bring to life our demands, but with little disturbance on our end. She was very thorough, intuitive, patient, and so kind. The wedding planner we had originally hired, didn't end up working out at the last minute, but had we known how easy it was to work with Sarah, we would have hired her from the start for the whole event! I would HIGHLY recommend working with Alice Allen Events and plan to do so in the future! -

Sarah was wonderful to work with! She went above and beyond the desired services. She's great to bounce ideas off of and reminded me of details I had forgotten about. I highly recommend choosing day of coordinating and pre-planning help. It made all the difference! She personally knows several vendors in the Waco area. Our caterers dropped the ball on water to serve and next thing I know Sarah's team is serving pitchers of ice water to everyone. She helped my bridal party and family have a relaxing, fun wedding day! -

Sarah was so accommodating and helpful for our wedding in Colorado. Due to Covid and all the restrictions we needed all of the help we could get and Sarah did it all. She made sure the rehearsal and ceremony went smoothly and both events exceeded our expectations. Sarah is very organized and knew what to add to make our ceremony/reception extra special. We wanted to keep everything low-key while also being able to feel special and celebrate. Sarah took care of the cake, food, planning, schedule, and even ran a ton of errands the morning of to make sure everything was in place. Without Sarah at Alice Allen our ceremony would have been beyond stressful and not have been anything that it ended up being. We could not get over how perfect everything was and would not have changed one thing about our day and this was all thanks to Sarah. -
