Adaptable, professional and comprehensive!

We interviewed several different planners for our wedding because we live out of town and needed to have someone trustworthy and professional to be boots on the ground. Sarah and the AAE team delivered! From the first call we had, I knew she was the personality we were looking for. Our wedding was the first at the venue selected, and when we booked the venue wasn't even finished being built! I think I would have lost my marbles without Sarah. She has a way of not only keeping the bride/groom on track, but the vendors in check too. On wedding day, it felt like we had an army, I did not have to lift a finger. The best thing we did for our wedding was booking with Alie Allen Events. I miss them already!

Alice Allen events 10/10!!!!!

Sarah Angell with Alice Allen events was an absolute DREAM and answer to prayer to work with. She is on top of it, ahead of the game, organized, considerate, and so so sweet. She knows exactly what she is doing and I knew I could trust her with not only my vision of the day, but with ALL the details that I didn't even think of! She made everything smooth and seamless, and there wasn't a moment we did not enjoy because of that. Seriously recommend her to anyone who either wants their whole wedding planned or even partial help -- I am a creative and pretty much knew exactly what I wanted, just needed help with logistics and vendors, and she was the perfect help. Even my vendors mentioned to me how awesome she was, and I know they have worked with lots of coordinators and planners!

The BEST decision we made!

Other than deciding to get married, booking Alice Allen Events as our wedding planner was the absolute best wedding decision we made!

Our wedding day was absolutely PERFECT, and we owe it all to the incredible talents of the one and only Sarah Angell and the team at AAE! From the moment we met Sarah, it was clear that we were in the hands of one of the sweetest people alive and a true professional.

At the beginning of our wedding planning process, my fiancé and I had booked our venue (The Hillside Estate), but other than that, we were a little lost. Then we found Sarah from the Hillside’s Instagram, and wow did she deliver! Sarah is a visionary, and one of her greatest strengths is her ability to really listen to us and take our mix-matched ideas and turn those ideas into a fabulous and cohesive celebration.

Throughout the planning journey, Sarah was not just a wedding planner, but a supportive friend who genuinely cared about making our day extraordinary. Sarah's organization and attention to detail are also unparalleled! She thought of and planned things we never even considered, and by the end of the planning process, everything was ready to go, which allowed us to just be in the moment and take in the joy of the day without a single worry.

Alice Allen Events was truly the best choice!

Sarah and her team were absolutely amazing! Throughout the entire wedding planning process Sarah maintained a positive and flexible attitude. The focus was always on what my daughter wanted for her wedding day. As the mother of the bride, I never worried because Sarah and her team were prepared for any problem big or small. Alice Allen Events was able to help us stay within our budget and have the most beautiful wedding. I can't recommend them enough.

The most incredible planner/day of coordinator

Sarah and her team are beyond incredible. We used Alice Allen Events for day of coordination, and they exceeded our expectations. Sarah was extremely responsive and always there to help when I had a freak out. She was very thorough and made sure that every detail of our wedding day was perfect. Because of them I got to fully enjoy our wedding day and relax. They also did all of our signage and it was everything we dreamt of. If you are looking for a planner/ day of coordinator use Alice Allen Events and I promise you won’t be disappointed. They are incredibly kind and professional. I cannot recommend them enough.

Best wedding planner ever!!!

Sarah helped me with my wedding every step of the way. She went above and beyond what I payed for or expected! She was the one to help with my veil, bustle my dress, make sure I was fed throughout the day, steamed my dress, and kept me so calm when my makeup took longer than I had planned. Her and her whole team did an amazing job!! I highly recommend!!

A million stars for a superstar coordinator!

Sarah and team were excellent from day one. She is a super busy lady with all of the weddings she books, but she made me feel like our wedding was the ONLY one she was working. So personal, so kind, so enthusiastic. Her energy had my husband and I smiling all day. She is also an EXPERT when it comes to a dress bustle. You can tell she loves what she does. SO SO thankful we booked her for our June 15th, 2023 wedding. Much love!

Sarah and the Alice Allen team helped give us the greatest wedding day! Sarah is the best cheerleader and truly helps you cherish and live in every moment throughout the day. She is incredibly organized and thoroughly prepared for every detail. In every meeting she was thorough and asked questions I hadn't even considered yet. Sarah is creative and fun and wants to bring your vision to life. She helped coordinate with all our vendors and schedule their set up and tear down times throughout the day. That was an aspect of the wedding day that I was worried about and the Alice Allen team helped make it so seamless. She made me feel calm and confident that everything was going to go according to plan (if anything was out of place or going wrong, I had no idea!). Sarah and her team have done hundreds of weddings and yet, in every moment that she has gone through a hundred times, she made me feel like it was the first time she was celebrating when I was going through it. Such authentic joy and support. She is excited when you are excited, she cries happy tears when you cry happy tears. She is so comforting to have around all day guiding you through every moment. The best decision I made!

Hiring Sarah and her team at AAE was the best decision I made while planning my daughter's wedding! She was professional, kind, easy to communicate with, and flexible. Sarah gave great advice and was a great problem solver. She was very organized throughout the planning experience. All the vendors Sarah recommended were amazing, and they all worked well with each other. When an issue came up on the day of the wedding, she would calmly approach me with a choice or a solution. I was actually relaxed on wedding day and had FUN at my daughter's wedding thanks to Alice Allen Events!

Hiring Sarah and her team at AAE was the best decision I made while planning my daughter's wedding! She was professional, kind, easy to communicate with, and flexible. Sarah gave great advice and was a great problem solver. She was very organized throughout the planning experience. Sarah and her team are the best! Sarah helped me plan my wedding and it was like planning with a girlfriend but with a knowledgeable, guiding hand. I’m so sad my time with Sarah is over because her personality and dedication to you on your day- really your week are unmatched. I could gush all day but seriously, if you’re on the fence about whether or not you need a coordinator, first off, you do and second off, you need Sarah and her team!!!

Working with Sarah Angell and the Alice Allen team was one of the best decisions we made throughout the wedding planning process. She was responsive to my questions and provided excellent insight and advice. She understood our vision and helped us execute it perfectly. We always enjoyed our meetings with Sarah because not only was she prepared and professional, she was also so friendly and joyful. We left our planning meetings with Sara more excited about our wedding, not stressed or overwhelmed. We were able to be completely present on our wedding day knowing that the Alice Allen team was on top of the schedule and details. Simply the BEST!!!

Apest planner ever

Sarah and her team were our month-of planners/coordinators! They truly went above and beyond. They did all of the nitty gritty work so that my mom and I could be present and enjoy not only wedding day but wedding MONTH and WEEK. They are kind and patient, but they also know how to get the job done. Could not picture my day without them. We had to move ceremony locations day of because of wedding, and I did not even have to be anxious or move a finger they handled everything and it was BEAUTIFUL. You will be doing yourself a huge favor to include them in your special day!!!
