We had the pleasure of working with Alexis for both our engagement session and our wedding day, and the photos turned out absolutely beautiful. From the start, she took the time to get to know us and understand our story, which made every image feel personal and true to who we are.
Neither of us are experts at posing, but she made us feel completely comfortable and confident in front of the camera. Her direction was gentle and natural, and the results reflect that.
We’re so grateful to have these photos to remember such special moments. Alexis captured our day in a way that truly felt like us, and we couldn’t recommend her more highly. -

Hiring Alexis was one of the best decisions we made about our wedding. Alexis is professional, and her photography is stunning, but just as importantly, she is a kind and generous person. She has a remarkable ability to put anyone she's working with at ease (including children and family members who shy away from cameras!). She has a calming, steady presence while also having a remarkable ability to keep people on track when necessary. Starting with our engagement session (and continuing with family sessions), we've always been impressed with how well she is able to capture really fun candid photos as well as beautiful portraits and more traditional shots. We 100% recommend Alexis! -

Alexis is a masterful artist! Her eye for composition, use of natural light, and ability to capture "the" moment (and the subtleties of each interaction) are what makes her photos more than just a record of the day! Her photos are simply stunning, each one better than the last! As a side note, as mother-of-the-groom, I was particularly grateful that she shared her expertise and guidance with the bride and groom as they planned their wedding in the months leading up to the wedding day! -

Alexis was the most amazing photographer that we could ask for. Throughout our whole wedding planning process, she was there for us, giving inspiration and helping us find the style that was "us". She was incredibly professional and knowledgeable in our planning calls, during the engagement shoots, and throughout our wedding weekend.
She sent us our engagement photos in a very timely manner, and set sneak peak photos very soon after our wedding so we could already relive the magic. We are just so impressed with everything she did.
We also heard nothing but amazing things about her from my guests and other vendors. My husband and I now have beautiful classic photos that feel so timeless and artistic. We really recommend Alexis to be your photographer for your special day, because she truly cares, and her love and talent shows through all her photos! -

I cannot speak highly enough about Alexis... Having seen her work for years, she was the only photographer I reached out to when planning our engagement/wedding photos. She reached out early in the process to hear our thoughts and ideas and create a cohesive timeline for our wedding day.
When the pandemic forced us to cancel our original wedding plans in October 2020, Alexis insisted on traveling to Boston to photograph our private wedding ceremony. Not only did she travel TWICE to take our engagement and wedding photographs, but she essentially created and executed our entire wedding day timeline and kept everyone and everything organized over the course of the day. Without hesitation, she scaled down her services to accommodate our "micro wedding" and was able to capture our wedding day in the most beautiful photos. During the posed photos, Alexis provided incredible guidance and made my husband and I, who had never been professionally photographed, feel so comfortable and have a blast during the sessions. On top of all that, she sent us sneak peeks within 48 hours of our wedding and the full digital album was completed even faster than I had imagined.
Again, incredible experience overall. I would recommend Alexis to any friend or family member looking for a wedding photographer and I can't wait to call Alexis in the future for maternity/family photos! -

Highly recommend!
Alexis is not only a talented photographer, but inserts kindness, cheerfulness and calm wherever she works. Alexis captured my engagement and wedding photos as well as a few of my friends'. She has an amazing ability to capture each couple's unique energy and make everyone around her feel comfortable. She is responsive and just lovely to work with. I highly recommend Alexis to everyone I know who is getting married or is looking for any kind of event or portrait photography. -

Alexis is the first person we booked when we got engaged- I knew from the beginning that I wanted her capturing our special day!! Her attention to detail and beautiful artwork is exactly what we were looking for and she is the sweetest human there is. Alexis made us feel comfortable throughout our engagement photos and wedding and we couldn't have asked for anyone better! There is truly no one better than Alexis El Massih. There are so many qualities we love about Alexis, we could list a million, but our favorites are her compassion, empathy, kindness, love, and honesty. She is an incredibly talented photographer and artist. She is able to capture images that will blow you away. Our engagement session with Alexis was our first time working with her, but when we received our images back, we were beyond excited to have the opportunity to work with her again on our wedding day. Our wedding day album is filled with photos of the little details, the love, our families, and the dance floor - the images capture our wedding perfectly. We look back at the photos often and fondly! We have MANY of them printed and hanging in our home. Fast forward, Alexis just captured the MOST precious photos of our growing family. We have recommended Alexis to all of our loved ones and will continue to do so! -
