The owner was incredibly sweet whenever we talked on the phone about details and was incredibly understanding of my lower budget. I was really basic in my concepts (very simple, white flowers), and she was amazing at creating gorgeous bouquets & boutonnieres that were better than my wildest imagination. She came and delivered everything herself, as I believe I might have been her last bridal client. I wish her all of the best! -

Dina was so easy to work with and is clearly well seasoned in the industry! I had a fall wedding, but didn't want anything orange or pumpkin-y that screamed fall, and she totally delivered. I sent her my color scheme and my pinterest board, and she nailed it! I was able to see a mock bouquet a week or two before the big day, which I really appreciated. Everything was delivered promptly on the wedding day, and set up beautifully at the ceremony/reception venues. The quote fit our budget and seemed very reasonable. I'd highly recommend! -

My Husband and I instantly loved Dina the moment we met with her to discuss the flowers for our wedding. We just got married in September 30th and she helped to make it such a dream. She immediately understood our vision and knew the perfect flowers to grab that would also incorporate the colors we needed, including incorporating my favorite color of yellow! The arch we also used from her for our ceremony was incredible and we received so many compliments. We also absolutely loved the flowers she did for our center pieces and our sweetheart table! She is such an amazing person and so talented. Her colleague, Michelle, is also incredibly talented and helped to make sure our flowers were perfect for our day! It was simply a dream and I cannot recommend Agnew Florist enough. I never thought I would give much thought to flowers until we met with her. She is so reasonably priced and you will not regret hiring them! -

The BEST vendor - would recommend to every future bride
Agnew Florist was absolutely fantastic - I can’t recommend them more. I had to push my wedding back due to Covid and Dina was so fantastic and accommodating. On our first meeting, I showed her my Pinterest board and the inspiration I had for our flowers. What she came up with blew me away - it was way better than Pinterest could ever be! She took the time to answer all my questions (over a two year wedding planning process) and was so kind and helpful. Her team drove all the way out to Old Saybrook to deliver our arch and flowers and coordinated seamlessly with the venue. Could not recommend them more highly - was the best vendor! -

The most pleasant, straightforward vendor experience I had whilst wedding planning.
For whatever reason, finding a florist in the 2022 wedding market was tough! I was not getting very many calls or emails back until I connected with Dina from Agnew. I emailed her at 8 AM and I had a phone call that day at 1 PM. She got me a quote on the phone, I booked the next day, and she took care of the rest! I wanted something "light and airy" but aside from that, was pretty open. The arrangements were stunning and Agnew was the best price I found BY FAR in my area. I recommend tenfold. -

I truly can’t say enough good things!! Such an amazing experience working with Agnew. Dina understood exactly what my vision was and made it come to life. My arch, bouquets, and tables were more beautiful than I could have even imagined! Delivery was on time and the setup was seamless. 10/10 recommend!! With a year as crazy as this one has been you would have never known it while working with Agnew. Dina was the kindest person I worked with throughout the entire wedding process and made it so easy. Gorgeous Wedding Flowers
We Booked Agnew Florist for our wedding on October 9th. The owner Dina was so kind and great to work with. From the start Dina was very informative and responsive. I called her quite a few times throughout the planning process and she was always available to talk and answer any questions. Dina created my bridal bouquet, bridesmaids bouquets, corsages, and boutonnieres, table centerpieces, as well as a spray for the ceremony Arch. I changed my mind a couple of times about the design/colors I wanted to use and Dina made sure I was happy without hesitation. I had given her an invitation as inspiration and I have to say she pretty much matched the colors perfectly. All of the flowers were GORGEOUS and FRESH. I had an evening wedding, but needed our bouquets earlier for pictures. The flowers held up beautifully! Dina, thank you so much for your hard work and dedication. We LOVED our wedding flowers and look forward to working with you again in the future! If you are looking for a talented, genuine, experienced; yet affordable florist for your wedding or any of your floral needs for that matter, I highly recommend Agnew Florist.

Dina and Agnew Florist provided us with THE BEST overall experience, I really cannot say enough wonderful things. From the start, Dina was so personable, invested, reasonable, responsive, and competent. Aside from the outstanding customer service, our wedding flowers were GORGEOUS. Agnew took my inspo, and used their professional talent, to create gorgeous bouquets, centerpieces, arrangements, boutonnieres, corsages, cake flowers, etc. for our wedding ceremony and reception. Everything was setup beautifully by them on our wedding day- I did not have to worry about a thing, and people are still asking me about my flowers! I honestly will miss working with Dina now that our wedding has come and gone. Agnew Florist is 110% the way to go! -

My daughter did not want to spend a fortune on flowers. She also is petite and didn't want her bouquet to overpower her. We met with Dina and the initial bouquet she showed her was not what she was looking for. Dina listened told us she would be right back and came back with the perfect bouquet. We then added flowers on the aisle and at the last minute, 2 weeks before wedding day, asked Dina to provide flowers for the tables. Dina was a pleasure to work with and we highly recommend Agnew Florist. -

2020 was a crazy year to plan a wedding, I'm so glad that we had Agnew Florist to help make the day look complete!
The whole day changed from my first meeting with the shop and it was nice to work with someone who was flexible in these times.

Exceeded expectations!
Dina did an amazing job from the first time I talked with her through the day of my wedding. Dina is so skilled and truly understood the vision I had for the flowers and she went above and beyond what I expected! She was extremely accommodating considering the changes I had to make to our original plans due to COVID and she was very understanding. My family and friends could not stop talking about how beautiful the flowers! Thank you Dina! -

I can’t thank Dina and Agnews enough for their beautiful flowers! I, like the other brides reviewing, didn’t know too much about flowers but I brought some Pinterest photos when I met with Dina and she totally understood my vision! My order and getting ready locations changed several times and Dina didn’t miss a beat! They also delivered my flowers at all my different locations (3) that were located all over the state and coordinated with my other vendors. She even allowed me to incorporate the lace from my mothers wedding dress into my bouquet. My bouquet was stunning. I can’t believe they did all this for me within my budget. I am still feeling so appreciative and grateful I found Agnews. If I could give 10 stars I would! Working with Agnews was a joy and you should definitely use them for your wedding. -

Dina was a delight to work with! Within minutes of our first meeting she immediately understood the vision I had for our wedding. She made excellent recommendations for what would be in-season and affordable while also being beautiful and still fitting my theme. The flowers on the big day were stunning; we were getting so many compliments from guests! I literally did not have to worry about a thing after choosing Agnew Florist for our florals and I am glad I didn’t. Her team delivered high quality and beautiful arrangements at a reasonable price. Agnew florist did an incredible job on our wedding flowers. Dina was so fantastic to work with and she went above and beyond to make sure our flowers were exactly what we wanted. She put together the arch and silk flowers we had bought without hesitation. Everyone complimented how beautiful our flowers looked! The bridesmaid bouquets and my bouquets were absolutely stunning and exactly like the pictures I had shown them. We highly recommend Agnew florist! -

The owner Dina was amazing to work with! When I first called in, she was not in the store but they took my information. She literally called me back within 2 minutes of hanging up. Right then in there, I knew she would be someone I would want to work with. Her work is great and I loved all of our floral details for our New England/Preppy wedding down in Mystic. Everything arrived on time on the day of our wedding and was beautifully set up! You will not be disappointed with hiring Agnew Florist for your special day! -

After visiting the beautiful shop and sitting down with Dina, I knew that she totally understood my vision. She took time to go through different flowers and options with me and look through my Pinterest pictures. She was quick to answer my questions through email or over the phone.
Most importantly, on the day of my wedding, the flowers were ON TIME and exactly what we had discussed. They were beautiful and just what I had hoped for.
My wedding flowers were so very important to me and Agnew Florist worked with my budget to help my simple venue space come alive. I'm so happy that I chose Agnew Florist for my wedding. -

We met with five florists and everyone was quoting us double the amount that Agnew quoted us for the exact same amount and type of flowers. When we met with Dina at Agnew, she won our hearts! We wanted an Italian flare on our wedding because we met in Italy, and Dina, being Italian, completely understood our vision! She took our vision and made the most gorgeous flowers! I can't think of one complaint. She took our vision and turned it into something so beautiful and perfect, and for that we are forever grateful! -

With only 4 weeks to prepare, and not having even begun to plan, Her involvement in my wedding was a huge factor in my being able to find the joy that every bride should feel, no matter what the circumstances may be. Having been a loyal client for years, I had no doubts whatsoever that the flowers and arrangements for my reception would be beautiful and exactly what I visualized. My favorite flowers (peonies) were out of season, but Dina did everything in her power to find them for me, and was able to provide me with a rose that was so similar that I could hardly tell the difference. Dina and her staff has never disappointed me before, but for this occasion, they far surpassed my expectations with the gorgeous floral arrangements, bouquets, and everything else provided, contributing in a major way to the creation of the ultra festive atmosphere of the reception that was so important to me.
Knowing how many talented florists there are in the Connecticut area, what makes Agnew’s the smart choice is the personal human element that Dina brings to the table and the apparent love for her work that makes Agnew’s better than any other florist in the state can come close to touching. -

Flowers turned out amazing and everything was beautiful! Dina did a great job however she did take a while to respond and I did need to call to remind her to send me an invoice. This October was an extremely busy for all wedding vendors so I get it and she responded back quickly after my call. -

Dina was so sweet to work with and the flowers were beautiful. It was hard for my husband and I to plan our wedding out-of-state, so there was some miscommunication between us which led to a few errors day-of. We should have met in person, but I couldn't make it happen, unfortunately. We heard many compliments on the flowers and our arch in particular turned out just stunning.
