In the pursuit of a wedding coordinator, the primary task is to discover an individual whose efforts lie in the genuine desire to make your wedding day about you. Agape (and Sierra), our chosen coordinator, embodied this essence with unparalleled dedication. Through planned meetings, she exhibited a rare blend of orderliness and receptivity, patiently listening to our musings and apprehensions. Remarkably prepared, she anticipated every conceivable challenge both we and the day might present.
On the day itself, Agape's expertise shone brilliantly. I have yet to hear of any issues, and if they arose, her solutions were executed such that they eluded my notice. Her interactions with me were always centered on our comfort, showcasing a genuine concern for our well-being and a steadfast willingness to assist in any way possible.

Sierra and her team at Agape were the best (and easiest!) decision I made for my wedding and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a wedding planner. Sierra was an amazing resource from the first day we hired her. She provides a TON of free online planning resources that covered everything and is always available to answer questions or provide advice on little things that come up during the process. Sierra was open and friendly and I felt like she really got my vision for the wedding day. She prioritized what was important to my husband and I and really helped keep us focused and on track. I planned my wedding almost completely from out of town which provided its own set of challenges but Sierra handled this so smoothly. I was a big ball of nerves on the actual day, but felt instantly at ease when Sierra showed up. I didn't have to worry about a thing. She worked seamlessly with my other vendors. What was most important to me on the day was relishing the moment with my husband and Sierra handled all the little issues and mess ups so we didn't have to worry about a thing. She really made me feel so supported all through wedding planning but especially on our wedding day and I am forever grateful for that and her hard work and dedication! -

I would recommend Sierra's Agape Wedding Co. to any bride looking for a professional wedding coordinator with an approachable demeanor. My husband and I paid for our wedding ourselves, and we also had inexperienced family when it came to planning and logistics. We found Sierra's thoughtful package offerings to be reasonably priced for our budget, and we received the perfect amount of detailed attention. Your money gets her professional focus, detailed vendor communication, plus a fully stocked suite of planning guides and questionnaires to make sure you don't miss a single detail. Planning was a whirlwind, as can be expected, but day-of I was the most relaxed a bride could possibly be. The night was magical and me and my family didn't have to worry about ANYTHING logistically with all the work we put in to communicate with Sierra before the big day. I can't thank her enough for her great attitude, effort, and professional care. -

Not only will she make all of your wedding dreams come true, she will stand for what you truly want and will have your back in those stressful times in which most brides cave trying to please everyone else but themselves. Sierra takes as long as you need to discuss ideas with you and will even run ideas by you to enhance what you’ve been envisioning. She is fun, full of life and REAL. I went into wedding planning not knowing an ounce of what I was doing. Our venue required a day-of-coordinator, so I ended up choosing Agape Wedding Co. and ya'll she did not disappoint! Although I had only hired Sierra on for day-of-coordinating, she was basically involved throughout the entire wedding planning process. She was always available via email, text and phone, providing support, guidance and feedback along the way. Sierra is the type A planner that you need, but is also soooo easy going and laid back - Which is like, a stressed out Bride's dream lol. On the wedding day, she and her team were incredible and stayed on top of all the little details. She communicated so well with my vendor team and everyone was on the same page the entire night. We also hired her and her team for set up and tear down and all of our personal décor looked AMAZING - better than I set it up myself!! lol Without her, I don't think our wedding day could have been what it was! She helped make planning truly enjoyable and our wedding day uniquely our own and for that, I am forever grateful for all of her support. Thanks, girl! -

We booked Agape through an all-inclusive vendor for day-of coordinating services. Sierra was organized and friendly during the process, and our day went smoothly thanks to her help. She assisted with many details, including securing my veil before the ceremony due to wind, and I appreciated those moments of her paying attention to the small things. She kept to our timeline respectfully, and let us adjust if we wanted to. Our families really appreciated her services. :-)
Constructive Feedback: When I first communicated with Sierra, I had already done the majority of ceremony and reception communications with the vendor. As a result, I felt like I was repeating information and, in some cases, I had to re-clarify details I'd forgotten by reaching out to the vendor again. This made me feel like my workload doubled, and I distinctly remember feeling very stressed about whether or not I'd remembered to communicate everything. In hindsight, I wish I would've asked the vendor and Agape to communicate some details on my behalf rather than try to handle it on my own. Because I wasn't sure what all was included in Agape's day-of services, I was hesitant to ask her to reach out or clarify with the vendor herself. I didn't remove a star from her rating because ultimately, I believe that I should've been more assertive and asked more questions. I wanted to write out this feedback in case it helps Agape and other brides who need a little encouragement to speak up and clarify information during their wedding planning journey. :-)Agape Wedding Co.'s reply:

I can totally understand where the extra stress could've come from with having to double back on previous conversations with vendors. With us hopping in only a month before wedding day due to the previous planner having to unfortunately step down, we had to do a little bit of catch up and I apologize for causing you some stress as we played catch up so close to wedding day to ensure we had all the details we needed. While that was definitely not our intentions, I do have to say that I loooove the encouragement you gave to other brides about voicing their needs! We hope to not only make a couple's wedding day stress-free, but we also hope to make their planning more enjoyable as well. This is such a good point to make with current and future couples and something I will definitely encourage couples to do! :)

My wedding day was an absolute dream come true and it is solely because Sierra and her incredible team orchestrated every detail to absolute perfection on the day and the days leading up. Throughout the entire process from our first phone call to the very end of the evening when we we're getting in our getaway car, she exceeded every single expectation and truly went above and beyond the call of duty to deliver exceptional service. We had a major medical emergency with my stepfather during the reception and as a result my mom had to leave extremely early and was no longer able to assist with tear down (she was a key person for these things). Sierra was professional and swift with coordinating a new plan and never concerned me with any of the details of it. As a bride, it is extremely important that you hire someone that is capable of handling these impossible and unexpected situations and Sierra did just that. I would trust her with any situation on your wedding day. Beyond that, she brought my wedding vision to life and executed every single thing I wanted in just the way I wanted it. I was a DIY bride, and every piece of decor was brought by me, so it was crucial that it got set out and arranged the way I wanted. In general, I'm very particular and detail oriented but I found my match in her! I even let some table arrangements be up to their discretion and they looked perfect! It also stormed on our wedding day, which was unfortunate for many reasons, but especially because we planned on having an outside ceremony. Thankfully we had discussed a rain plan and Sierra and her team were able to transition to the inside reception area with zero issues and it truly felt like it was meant to be that way all along. Lastly, thanks to Sierra's extensive and thorough video chat meetings and incredible online portal (with TONS of resources) she seriously will not miss a SINGLE thing. You will have absolute peace of mind going into your wedding week and day and truly get to enjoy your day to the absolute fullest. I can't possibly cover every single exceptional thing she did over the course of a 12-hour day, and ultimately several weeks but if you are in search of someone to plan extensively or just coordinate the day of, look no further!Agape Wedding Co.'s reply:

Wow. Where do I start? I feel so lucky that Sierra was my DOC. She went above and beyond for me from the second I booked her. She managed to make my wedding day run so smoothly and made sure I wasn’t aware of any hiccups (I stress myself out easily so I’m so thankful for this). She has this amazing calming presence that is so important on your wedding day! One of my favorite vendors by far! For any brides that aren’t sure if they need a DOC, YOU DO AND BOOK HER NOW! -

My wife and I got married on August 2nd, 2019. Everyone always says how stressful their wedding is, but that was not the case for us thanks to Sierra and her assistant. We were looking for a day of coordinator to help us with everything that makes a wedding whole. She helped us decorate the venue exactly the way we wanted, she communicated with us, but also allowed us to enjoy our day without being overbearing. She checked with us frequently to make sure everything was okay, asked if there was anything she could do, and was more than accommodating in any requests we had all evening long. Definitely recommend!
Our wedding was in November and Sierra was our wedding coordinator. When we had our initial meeting I was a little skeptical since she hadn’t worked a wedding before but would have worked several before our wedding came up. I’m glad we trusted in her for our wedding day. Having a day of coordinator takes major stress off of you. She went above and beyond on our big day to make sure everything was going smoothly. We didn’t have one problem (that I know of). We were actually ahead of schedule a little bit and if that’s the worst thing that happened on that day then I would do the same thing over 100 times. I told Sierra I didn’t enjoy the wedding planning and it wasn’t my thing and she let me text her at odd hours for vendor recommendations and would always give a couple of options. I got married on January 18, 2020. I purchased the “Grace Package” about 1 year prior to my wedding day (around January 30, 2019). Initially, I found out about Sierra and her company on the Bride to Bride FB group. Throughout the whole process, Sierra was nothing but kind and helpful. If I ever had any questions or needed some recommendations, Sierra came through. I really started to recognize her attention to detail when we had our day of wedding meeting. We went through the agenda of the whole day, planning every single minute, including when I needed to be up for make-up/hair, when bridesmaids would need to be ready, when to get into the limos, timing the arrival to the ceremony (even though Sierra was only coordinating the reception since my wedding was at a Catholic Church). Her timelines were spot on. Then, Sierra and her helper (Brooke) really SHINED on the day of the event! When little hiccups occurred, they responded calmly and got it fixed. I had quite a few things that I wanted to happen during the reception (college chant with a flag, sorority song with candles, etc.) and Sierra and Brooke made sure EVERYTHING happened. There was not one thing that I had on the list that didn’t happen. They made sure that all of the vendors were on schedule and did what they needed to do. We had quite a few vendors: catering/bartending, DJ, photography/photobooth, and gambling (roulette and craps tables). Considering that my wedding reception was completely DIY, all the way down to all of the decor... Sierra and Brooke did an excellent job in making my vision come true. Not many brides can say that nothing was forgotten to be done or left behind, but I am so glad I can! Also, perhaps I never paid enough attention, but I’ve never noticed coordinators following the bride and groom everywhere with a plate of appetizers, drinks, and food. Well, I experienced this first hand with Sierra and Brooke and we were WELL FED! Most couples have told me that they didn’t get the chance to enjoy the food, drinks, and dancing. However, we absolutely did! Lastly, these two made us feel special in the most down-to-earth way. Both of these ladies did everything with a smile and were even a cheering squad during our couple photo shoot. If you’re looking for a company who can not only make sure all of your wish list for your special day is accomplished, but also does it in the most sincere way, look no further! Sierra really made the planning go more smoothly--even when I often forgot certain things and/or deadlines. Day of, I felt like I didn't have to worry about anything, even when we realized that I had forgotten to have a bustle put in alterations (Sierra can really work magic with some safety pins btw). I was very stressed the two weeks before my wedding day because of the weather. Our Plan A was for our ceremony to be outside at our beautiful venue, Forever 5. It is what I had envisioned for months. But Sierra handled the Plan B to do a room flip very well. We didn't always see eye to eye on when to make the decision to make Plan B our new Plan A, but, nevertheless, she and her helpers and the venue staff pulled it off. Three days before the wedding, our ice cream truck had a radiator hose issue. I just could not handle one more thing going wrong so Sierra and my mom worked together to secure another vendor without me having to deal with it, and I really really appreciated that. We had another ice cream truck come and it was still a hit! She and my bridesmaids also covered me with jackets and umbrellas to get me to the ceremony space from the bridal suite without anyone seeing me or me being soaked in the rain. Overall, Sierra and the Agape team did a wonderful job making our Plan B look like it was Plan A all along. You will be in good hands with Agape Wedding Co!
