My husband and I recently used After the Tone's audio guestbook for our wedding, and it was truly a standout feature of our day for both us and our guests! From start to finish, the experience with the phone was seamless. They offer a range of color options to match any wedding theme. The setup was incredibly easy, and the quality of the recordings turned out excellent. Our guests had a blast leaving some heartfelt and some funny messages, and it was so special to hear their voices a few weeks after the day had ended. Listening back helped us to relive our day and we will cherish the ability to listen to those messages over and over forever!
Aside from the actual phone, the customer service was outstanding, and the team at After the Tone made sure everything was carried out smoothly. If you're looking for something memorable and meaningful for your wedding, we HIGHLY recommend! -

This is one of the most unique ideas to capture memories on big days like weddings, baby showers, big parties, graduations, etc. We used After the Tone for our wedding, and I'm so glad we did because there's something so unique about being able to listen to your memories on a day where everything was buzzing around you. The phones themselves are so cute, the color selection is awesome, the sound quality is great and everything about the product is just so ingenious!
But what really sets this company apart is it's company service. If you need your phone by a certain date outside of their usual time frame, they will work with you to make sure your phone was delivered on time.
We had a situation where we weren't sure our phone was going to arrive on time because of delays. I texted their customer service number and worked with Sal, and Sal definitely made sure that we were going to have a phone no matter what! Once I saw the delay on the original phone, Sal helped me update the address it was being shipped to, to an address in the city we were getting married in, but it was stuck in Illinois for a couple days. As a backup plan, they made sure to overnight a second phone to ensure that we got one in time for our wedding.
They were mindful of the shipping delay and kept an eye on it each day, to see if there was movement. Sal was incredibly responsive, helpful and patient with me as the stress from the phone not arriving in time started to get worse.
In the end, we got our phone!! The messages came back to us within a week and a half.
10/10 I would recommend After the Tone to everyone. You can get your messages pressed on to a record and also provided on a USB for physical storage. It's such a great idea, and it was definitely special getting to relive our wedding day through people's messages.

Alexis Sent on 07/12/2025Such a Fun Way to Capture the Weekend - SO Worth It!
We used After the Tone for our wedding on May 17, 2025, and it was such a fun and unique touch! The audio guest book format was such a hit. We set it up at both our rehearsal dinner/welcome party and at the reception, and guests loved stopping by to leave us quick, heartfelt (and often hilarious) messages. A couple weeks after the wedding, we received a recording with all of the messages compiled, and it was such a joy to listen through and relive the weekend through the voices of our family and friends. It’s such a unique and special keepsake that we’ll treasure for years to come. The After the Tone team was also fantastic to work with. They were super responsive and helpful with any questions or minor tech issues that came up. We had a great experience from start to finish and will absolutely be using them again for future events! Highly recommend! -

We loved working with After The Tone so much at our wedding that we are hiring them again for our baby shower! The whole process was super easy from ordering to setting up to shipping it back! Having our guests voices and well wishes captured is something we’re so glad we can hold onto forever! 10/10 must have! -

This was such a fun way to celebrate the retirement of our treasured Pastor. Those in person were so excited to use the actual phone to leave a message. We also used the Virtual Guestbook for those out of town, and it worked perfectly. The company was very quick to respond to my questions and helped with each one of my requests (I had a couple of unique ones). I was able to review the messages before they were sent to us and we received them really quick. From beginning to end, we were given A+++ service and we have no hesitation at all to highly recommend this service to others!!!!!!! -

Perfect Addition to my Sister's Wedding
1. The process of getting our phone, setting it up, and sending it back was seamless. Every step was clear and stress free (which is hard to come by during wedding planning).
2. After the Tone's rotary phone added such a refreshing and exciting experience to my sister's wedding guest book. People had such a great time creating sincere and comedic messages either as a group or personally.
3. She has loved sharing and listening to everyone's real emotion, frozen in time, from her special night at the push of a button, at any time of the day. -

Best vendor & Coolest Guestbook!
After the Tone was incredibly easy to work with and they really care about their customers! We had a destination wedding with 2 days of events and they worked with us to make sure we were able to use the phone for both days and seamlessly integrated both days of messages together in our guestbook. Gage and Sal in customer service were very helpful answering all of our questions, walking us through the process with very clear directions, and the phone was so easy to use and return. In retrospect, the written instructions are very clear and would’ve been enough, but I wanted to make sure we asked any and all questions before leaving the country just incase! They were also flexible and helped facilitate an easy return for us once we arrived back into the country. We also loved the added option of setting up a phone number people could call into to leave a message if they missed it at the wedding or weren’t able to travel with us. The quality of the messages was fantastic, they did great editing, and had us review it to see if we needed anything else edited out! Also, the phone was next to the DJ at the beginning of the night which stressed me out so I don’t recommend intentionally doing that, but you couldn’t tell at all in the recordings so it actually turned out perfect regardless!! Highly recommend!! -

I rented an after the tone audio guestbook for my baby shower and it was the best thing I did - my mom was able to leave her grand-daughter a voicemail, one that I am going to listen back to forever. Not only were we able to capture voicemails to my baby girl, but so many of my family and friends left encouraging quotes for me before giving birth, that was so heartwarming to hear. I could not recommend this service enough - I think if you DON'T have an after the tone audio guestbook, you're missing out!!!! -

I used After The Tone for my baby shower this year and WOW! We got the sweetest messages for my baby boy that he'll be able to cherish when he gets older. The customer support was so helpful, the phone was amazing quality, and the audio that came back was really crystal clear. Not to mention, it was such a hit for our guests! -

This was an incredible gift given to me for my Golden Birthday. It was a smash hit at the party AND I love that people who were unable to attend were able to leave messages via the online forum. Listening back after the party brought me to tears. Hearing messages from the people I love is a gift I am going to treasure for the rest of my life. I am obsessed, honestly 🙌🏼
