Fabienne is the best coordinator and planner you could ever ask for! I live in the New York area but was getting married in South Florida - obviously, this makes wedding planning a little more complicated and stressful. We met with Fabienne and we clicked with her immediately. She's honest and up front about everything in terms of costs, planning, etc. She found our venue and we could not have asked for a more perfect spot for our beach wedding. Every single vendor she connected us with was incredible from cake to flowers to hair and makeup. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect - every single detail was as we had imagined it (better actually!). She is also extremely flexible - our schedule changed a lot because we were coming in from out of town and she always made time for us when we needed it. I had no idea what the timeline was for planning, but Fabienne kept us on track and provided us with very detailed organized timelines for the planning process and the day of the wedding.

This team deserves 10 stars! BOOK HER!!! I came to her with a bunch of Pinterest pictures for my Husband surprise birthday party and I was one AWE all night of how EXQUISITE everything looked. She listened pay extra attention to literally EVERYTHING. Words can’t describe how wonderful and professional she is. I could write a whole book on how beyond satisfied I was with the excecution.. She will be doing all events that I’m doing. I will be working with her again for my birthday party coming up. Love you Fabienne, You are a Beautiful, Amazing, and Lovable spririt

From start to finish I was very happy to be working with Fabienne. I was excited to be in a community center space where I knew I would have enough space for my guests, but to be honest, I was nervous about how everything would "look". At the end of the day, I knew it wouldn't matter because I was going to marry the man of my dreams, but Fabienne and her team DEFINITELY put the icing on the cake. Leading up to the event, I was very impressed with how responsive she was and HONEST. I thought I wanted some things, but she would give her opinion as to how she thought it'd go with the other things I had requested, and in the end I was very happy to let her do her thing. Seeing the before and after of the community center, was a complete makeover. Everything was ready to go the day of the wedding. Because I knew I'd be busy with my husband the day of, I had my dad communicating with Fabienne and he was very impressed with her and her team. Everything went extremely smoothly on my wedding day! :) I highly highly recommend Fabienne!

I would highly recommend Actualite Event & Design team for any wedding. Fabienne and her team did a great job in making sure the reception space looked great & Fabienne was always working hard the entire day. She also assist with the floral arrangements for us & my bouquet was beautiful. It looked just like the pictures I had sent her. She really is a great value & makes sure that everything goes smoothly :)

We hired Actualité Event & Design to set up the venue decorations for us. Fabienne was fabulous, experienced, and very affordable. She did a great job and the few items that were different than planned she made sure to fix immediately. Can't recommend her enough!

I love Fabienne. She's the best simple as that. My husband and I live in Jupiter Florida, we knew we needed some serious help. We interviewed several planners, but we both just clicked really well with Fabienne . Her laid back personality balanced With our high strung personalities. She was beyond helpful throughout the entire planning process. She always got back to us immediately and there was not a question she could not answer. On our wedding day, she was everywhere solving every problem and making everything perfect. She even arranged for my husband and I to each have a signature cocktail and some hors d'oeuvres waiting for us right after the ceremony because she knew we'd want a few minutes alone. She had cupcakes delivered to the limo driver and up to our hotel room since we did not get to have any at the wedding. She stayed forever after the wedding with her team making sure every last item was packed up into my parent's van. I'm telling you there is nothing Fabienne did not do. As I mentioned earlier, my husband and I are not the easiest going people, but Fabienne always stayed patient and kind. She has truly become a friend and I cannot recommend her enough!

My experience with this team was extraordinaire. I’m very picky and they were there with me every step of the way. The fact I was able to interact with them through text messages, phone calls, and face to face whenever I had a question was the icing on the cake for me. I hired this team as my day of coordinator for my wedding and they did a great job with my expectations. Great Job again.

I highly recommend Actualite Event and Design because Planning a wedding can be stressful and an overwhelming task for anyone, a lot of things needs to be done, right from calling your wedding photographer to the last ceremony of the wedding, everything is very important. You can get very exhausted if things aren’t done in a systematic way and in a proper order. Actualite Event and Design is top-notch planner and I am incredibly lucky to have had hire them. the staff made me feel as though they have everything 100% under control. Thanks to Actualite Event and Design staff For making my special day most enjoyable and remembering moment for me.

Another 5 star review for Actualite Event and Design staff. We got married just a couple weeks ago, and this is one of the first reviews I was anxious to write when we got back from our honeymoon. My mom was the one who insisted on having a coordinator for the last few weeks before the big day, and I thought it was something silly and unnecessary.
Boy was I wrong! It was SO great having Fabienne to call on - from having her pick things up, drop things off, help with scheduling, contact vendors, deal with mishaps, Fabienne from Actualite Event & Design was there whenever we needed her. She was always calm, cool, and collected - never made me feel anxious or worried, was always on my side when it came to dealing with vendors, and truly knew exactly what she was doing. Our small wedding was pretty much perfect, and I really do not think it would have been that way without her and her assistant. Plus, she contributed significantly to my peace of mind for the entire month before the wedding. I would recommend Actualite Event & Design without hesitation!

From baby showers, to maternity and graduation photoshoots , I can say that I've been pretty satisfied with their service. Always come up with original ideas to match their client's expectation. Book "Actuality Event & Design" for any events, and you will never be disappointed. Kudos to the team!!!

We got married 12/12/16 at a villa house, Having a wedding at a house is very tricky being that there is no perfect layout as oppose to having it at a reception hall. Fabienne was AMAZING!!! I enjoyed my wedding because of her wonderful work. I initially hired her for the decorations service only. Having Fabienne as my planner was the best investment. The day we had our first meeting she designed the whole layout. She had never done a wedding at that particular location, yet everything was perfect because she is very creative and knows her stuff. I never thought I could relax and truly enjoy my wedding day. Her assistant and her team is absolutely top of the line. Fabienne active personality and high energy makes sure that everything goes perfect. Words can't express how happy and thankful I am. If we had to, we would do it all over again!!! Thanks for staying in the budget and remain truth to your word.
