Executed a Type A bride’s plan with military precision
I cannot say enough about Melissa!! I am a very type A bride and we met multiple times to be sure everything went flawlessly. Melissa remembered each detail (including some things I forgot to think about!) and I got to hand over the reins without worry on the big day. We had an incredible time (as did all the guests) and she executed everything exactly as we planned! I can’t tell you how wonderful it was to be able to trust her and relax on our wedding day. Thank goodness she was there, she and her assistant bustled my dress quickly when we all forgot what we were taught, made sure we had food in the getaway car, and made sure our bags made it into the car as well. She also took great care of our family heirloom pieces and made sure to return them to a safe packed away space. Melissa was friendly, professional, and ran the huge rehearsal quickly and efficiently. She directed our huge family, wedding party, and military sword arch with ease. Melissa & her assistant even put my veil back on when the 30 mph wind gusts tried to take it with them. All of this work for a reasonable price! NB: I have been to weddings where the coordinators were in sweats, messy bun, and a tool belt. ATOS dressed cute & classy for our black tie wedding! So professional! Thank you ATOS!

I worked with Amanda at ATOS through their month of management package and can’t recommend this team enough!! She was a quick communicator and did so much helpful leg work when my vendors were difficult to get in touch with which was a huge stress reliever for me. A Touch of Southern (ATOS) did a great job as our wedding planners and day-of coordinators. We mostly worked with Britni, who was awesome. Britni and her team were able to offer experienced perspectives on vendors, attend a few meetings, and were always available for advice or to answer any questions that we had throughout the planning process. Prior to the wedding, the ATOS team developed a thorough day-of plan that aligned to our goals for the day, and everything went so smoothly thanks to their leadership and operation. If you are considering working with the team at ATOS, your search is done! The team came highly recommended by my venue team and I could not have been more pleased with the level of service they provided for the value. A Perfect Day!

I need more stars to give!! ATOS is the dream team. From beginning to end, the attention to detail, communication, genuine care and professionalism blew us out of the water and put my bride anxiety at ease. Amanda and her team handled all vendor coordination before and during the wedding, wedding set up and clean up, found last minute rain plan solutions that transformed our indoor ceremony option, wrangled and lead our big families on the big day, and everything in between. Amazing experience
I had an amazing experience with our intimate ceremony at the Colonnade at Revolution Mills. I’m SO glad Amanda was my day-of coordinator for my wedding this past June. My wedding was originally set for 2020, but the pandemic forced my fiancé and I to postpone a couple times. The ATOS team was so kind to me and my fiancé during this time, helping me find new dates and offering to help me by contacting all my vendors to reschedule. Leading up to the event, Amanda was very organized and thorough in helping me get together all the important details for my special day. Britni and her whole team were amazing! Our wedding was planned a total of 3 times (the original date plus 2 reschedules) due to COVID-19 and each time she was willing to work with us to make our dream a reality. Our day went off without a hitch an I know it was because of Britni! I cannot say enough good things about these ladies and I will tell you that you should NOT hesitate to reach out and book them for wedding coordination. Britni was quick to answer, she was SO sweet and pleasant to work with, the services were within our budget and so much more. Not a single vendor contacted me the week/day of the event which I really appreciated. We had to change our videographer and she helped us find someone whom I loved even more than our original! Fantastic experience for our May wedding
Our wedding simply would not have been complete without A Touch of Southern (ATOS)! We chose the day of coordination package ATOS offers. Amanda and Britini are both fantastic to work with, reply quickly, and communicate effectively. Their team problem solves any and all things that come up with complete confidence and calmness despite the chaos! They assisted with coordinating all of our vendors and on the day of our event they organized every single detail from table settings to bridal party line up, and all the things in between. As we got closer to the wedding and my stress level started to rise, Amanda began organizing every detail to decrease my stress. She came into our planning process with such an upbeat and positive energy. There was not a detail in our timeline or a decor item that the ladies of ATOS didn’t orchestrate! Our guests and families spoke so highly of their interaction with ATOS on the day of our wedding. You must hire atos!
I just wanted to drop a huge shoutout to ATOS! They were instrumental in making sure our big day went well. Story time! Our original date was 5/9/2020, but because of the pandemic we had to reschedule twice and finally had the reception last weekend. We kept our date and got married in a private ceremony but this past weekend was the big party. Melissa was so great to work with and understanding of all the changes. The day of I decided I no longer wanted to do intros, first dances and it was all taken in stride. Can we also mention that she took my inspiration photos and new exactly what to do to decorate the day of?! These girls are visionaries and complete professionals.
From someone who thought I could do it all the day of I now will never NOT recommend a bride having a day of coordinator. From the timeline, to the setup, to the breakdown, to the communication to all vendors, it was all perfect! Thank you for making what I've waited so very long for, the most perfect day. Over the top!
Having previously been in the wedding and event industry, I guided my daughter (the bride to be) toward who I thought would be a great fit for her, for the venue and for the busy days ahead. Many thought I could handle the planning following up to and during the big day, but I can tell you that it was such a comfort to know someone else was handling those details so I could enjoy the process with my daughter.
When the events were all done and we had to pack up our personal items used during the wedding, we were all able to find what we had brought, because Britni made sure everything was put in a place we could find it.
Britni met all of our expectations and was so kind and responsive through the whole process. She had ready suggestions when we had questions and gave her opinion when we so desperately asked for it.
Amanda and Britni are the kind of ladies who will be consistent and their love for what they do shows in each encounter.
You will be so glad you made the decision to use A Touch of Southern for any event you are planning! I highly recommend!

Amanda was amazing! She was always prompt, organized and personable. I don’t know what I would’ve done with out her to help organize, set our decor out / clean our decor up and have it ready for my family to take at the end of the night AND keep us on schedule the day of our wedding. From the very start, I immediately felted connected to ATOS and knew this was the perfect team to help bring my dream wedding to life. We signed on with A Touch of Southern for full wedding planning services and we are so happy we did! Britni set my mind at ease at all times, she was always available and she made a beautiful rain plan happen last minute even though I stubbornly wouldn’t think about it! She even brought in extra help for the last minute flip. She treated my family heirlooms with the amount of care I felt they deserved, babying them and keeping them safe and properly used and cared for so they could be appreciated on my wedding day and many years to come. I can’t thank a touch or southern events enough for making my wedding day a dream come true. Amanda was my main coordinator throughout the process. And let me tell y’all my process was NOT your normal wedding planning process. I was going through dental school, graduating during a pandemic, taking 5 board exams, starting a new job, OH and planning a wedding during covid 19.
When I say I was so at ease I’m being dead serious. I mean my wedding plans changed 3 times and about a week before my wedding my plans changed majorly. My wedding count guest list went up (due to phase 2.5), I had to order more flowers, get more tables/linens, change reception layouts, order more food, get more rentals, get the correct amount of bakery items, and the list goes on. Amanda made me feel like everything was in place during those final days/ weeks and made the process go by as stress free as possible. She deserves a dang reward for that!!! She was always a phone call away and helped me with anything I needed. I just told her what I envisioned and it was done that exact way!!!
Lastly..
I was a covid bride and I can honestly say I’m so proud of it and I’m SO glad we went ahead and had our wedding during a pandemic. I wouldn’t of had it any other way and I wouldn’t have had anyone else coordinate or decorate my wedding.
Ladies, I promise it’s worth hiring these ladies for your wedding!

A Touch of Southern - Planning my Wedding in a Pandemic!
I worked with Melissa from ATOS and she was AMAZING! She was always quick to text me back when I had questions (and I had A LOT) and was very helpful with suggestions for my vendor team. The day of the wedding, I didn't have to do a thing (which is not something I am used to) - she handled everything from vendors to decor and much more. Not to mention I got married in the middle of a PANDEMIC which is stressful enough, she was always a calm presence when I didn't know if I could even have a wedding a week and half before our date. I would highly recommend working with anyone from ATOS - they're a great team that supports each other and makes their brides' wedding day the best day ever.

Genuinely Wonderful Service
ATOS is simply wonderful. I had them booked as my wedding coordinator during the covid-19 pandemic and they were my saving grace. They constantly checked in on me, were always quick to answer questions, and went above and beyond to make this time a little easier. Not only that, but they are kind and genuine people. Covid-19 Bride
Britni and her team helped make my wedding amazing. My wedding was March 20th, 2020 (a Friday) - we were able to have the event just as the U.S. began entering quarantine. A week before our date, guests began cancelling. I was broken up, but Britni assured me that everything would still be wonderful.
The Sunday before, my parents arrived from out of town. As every day of the week progressed, we watched state by state, and county by county close. Most of my guests and family canceled (obviously). Britni stayed in CONSTANT contact with every one of my vendors. We had an entire plan that if the wedding could not happen at my venue, then it would take place in my in-law's backyard. Britni confirmed with each vendor (florist, photographer, caterer, etc.) that they would still be there to make the day special. More than once, Britni calmed me down and assured me that this wedding was happening no matter once and she was going to make it beautiful.
Finally, Friday came and it was out wedding day. The venue was still open, so we all went about the wedding day as normal. I had a significantly smaller guest count than originally planned. Britni and her team took care of everything. If there was an issue - she didn't tell me. She handled it and frankly - I don't really know what any of the "issues" actually were. It was perfect and was exactly what I needed after the stress of that week.
While our wedding did not happen as we initially expected it to, it still turned out beautiful. The day was gorgeous and everything I've ever dreamed of. I'm so thankful to Britni and her determination to have the wedding.

Wedding Crisis Extraordinaire!
Our wedding was originally planned for 3/28/20 and we spent over a year planning for it. Our venue required that we hire a day-of coordinator, so we contacted A Touch of Southern for their help. Little did we know that our coordinator, Melissa, was going to be the saving grace for our wedding! As we approached the two week mark until our wedding, things started getting a lot more concerning with the Covid-19 virus, and we started getting nervous about our wedding. Melissa was always available to talk and give suggestions and advice during this stressful time. We got a call on 3/20 that our wedding probably would not be able to happen on the 28th, and with a few calls to Melissa, we moved our wedding to the next day. Melissa and A Touch of Southern made a wedding happen in 24 hours, and not only made it happen, made it the most absolute perfect day! I would 1000% recommend working with A Touch of Southern for your wedding plans, because they made our wedding day perfect within 24 hours, so I know they can make anything happen!

A Touch of Southern (I worked with Amanda mostly) was the best choice for me for a wedding planner! Amanda is hands down the BEST event planner in the US OF A. That's right. I said it. I am a bride/human that needs to have organization at all times in my life. I was planning a wedding from Colorado....and our big day was in North Carolina...I was a mess. Without Amanda, I am pretty sure the wedding would have gone down in history for worst wedding! Amanda not only was able to make sure things ran smoothly throughout the entire day, but the year leading up to the big day. A Picture Perfect Day!
The Touch of Southern team was amazing from the start. Amanda never judged my Type A tendencies and was always thorough in her responses. My husband and I live in California so it was SUCH a blessing having a planner I trusted - even though I didn't meet her until the big day. Which by the way went 100% according to plan (or at least as far as I know). It was so great to see that my mom and sisters got to enjoy the day too instead of worrying! I had the pleasure of working with Amanda for my wedding this past weekend, June 15th at Summerfield Farms. She was everything and more that you would want your planner to be! Aside from being just a genuinely sweet person who truly values the brides she works with, Amanda has such a beautiful sense of style and knew exactly how to make my wedding visions come to life! A Stress Free Wedding Day
The ladies at A Touch of Southern were an absolute pleasure to work with for my recent wedding! I got the partial planning package and it fit my needs perfectly. Alyson with A Touch of Service was absolutely wonderful to work with. My daughter was supposed to get married in September, but we had to postpone the wedding due to Hurricane Florence. She was so supportive and didn't miss a beat in planning everything for the new date. The wedding was absolutely perfect, and the bride and mother of the bride both had the opportunity to enjoy every minute of the day knowing that Alyson was in charge of all of the details. From my research in choosing a day-of wedding coordinator, A Touch of Southern was a great value, as well.

The day went off without a hitch!
My wedding day went off without a hitch thanks to ATOS. Britni was our day-of coordinator and we just loved working with her. She was organized, prepared, and had such a great personality. It was definitely worth the money to have someone there on our big day to make sure the ceremony flowed and vendors were in place and ready to go. Thank you Britni and ATOS!!!!

Alyson and Amanda truly went above and beyond to make our wedding day amazing! We went with the partial planning package over the day-of and I can honestly say that we are so glad we made that decision. Amanda was our point of contact throughout the planning process and she made everything run so smoothly. It rained on our wedding day, so our ceremony had to be moved inside and our guests never even knew the difference! I found out I had a brain tumor in November and our wedding was in May and ATOS took so much stress off of me during a time where i had so many different emotions and life was so busy. I cannot recommend them enough!

For our June wedding, we purchased the “partial planning,” package with ATOS events, and it was by far the best pre-wedding decision we made. I had about 10 months to plan our wedding for around 100 guests. Our amazing planner Amanda was prompt in all correspondence, and so outgoing and easy to talk with. I felt like we were friends right away! She answered a ton of vendor questions via email prior to our first meeting, which helped when I felt overwhelmed during the planning process.The client meetings and final walk-through as well as all her assistance leading up to the wedding made things so much easier for me, and it was so nice to have someone to externally process everything with. As for the rehearsal and day of coordination, I CANNOT say enough good things about Amanda and Britni. They both were so helpful!. I felt like I only had to worry about being present for our big day, and just relax and enjoy being a bride! They alleviated so much stress and worry and made sure everything looked absolutely perfect! If you are looking for a wedding coordinator, look no further than ATOS Events!

Britni was our day of coordinator and we loved working with her!! She met with us before the big day to talk about all the details and what we needed to do. She was great and understood our whole vision. On the day of we had to change from an outside ceremony to inside due to weather and she helped that transition go very smoothly. The ladies at ATOS helped make our vision come to life and I highly recommend them!!

Y’all! I can of say enough positive and wonderful things about Alyson, Amanda and ATOS Events in general! I was an out-of-state bride and Alyson and I mostly worked together over email and phone calls...even though we didn’t meet in person until 3 weeks before my wedding, it was like meeting an old friend. Alyson was so incredibly kind and helpful throughout the whole process, working with my schedule and checking in on me to make sure I was feeling good about everything. I can’t tell you the number of times I sent a frantic text, and Alyson always talked me through everything; from seating, to flowers, music, and even to telling me where I could get a marriage license, she was wonderful! On my wedding day, Alyson and Amanda made everything absolutely PERFECT and they felt like family! There were little touches with decor that Alyson and Amanda came up with, like adding extra flowers here and there that just made a world of difference! My wedding vision absolutely came to life with their help. I honestly cannot say thank you enough for everything they did; I am so glad Alyson, Amanda and ATOS events were part of our wedding family!

I honestly do not even know where to begin with this review because I have so many positive things to say! I booked ATOS over a year before my wedding for partial planning services, not yet knowing how important and necessary the role of an experienced planner was. Even though my wedding was still far away, the girls did not make me feel like I was any less important, and checked in with me periodically to see how I was doing and if I needed help. Alyson was assigned as my primary planner, and we immediately hit it off. I felt like I was planning my wedding with a friend who happened to have a ton of great wedding knowledge and ideas. Where I struggled (decor), Alyson excelled! Alyson made things that seemed daunting to me, such as the wedding day timeline, look like no big deal. She also organized the rehearsal, which with my rowdy wedding party, is a task within itself. On the day of the wedding, I was impressed with how smoothly everything ran, and I know that it is because of the hard work and coordination that Alyson put it. I was speechless when I entered my venue and I saw how she had made my vision come to life. She completely understood what I wanted the day to be like, and she knocked it out of the park. Working with Alyson was an absolute dream. She is a quiet, yet firm and powerful presence that gets things done, all while being sweet, understanding, and honest. ATOS made it possible for me to actually enjoy the days leading up to my wedding, instead of stressing about the small stuff. The services that these girls provide are priceless and I would recommend them to anyone who is getting married or knows someone who is.

Britni was the lead coordinator for my May 27th wedding and did a fantastic job! We had a large wedding party as well as over 250 guests, so help from a day of coordinator was definitely appreciated and worth every penny! Cassie assisted Britni and she was also fantastic!
Britni was very quick with her communication responses, thorough with her spreadsheets and google docs, cheerful and upbeat (even when it rained during my outdoor rehearsal - we had great weather on wedding day though!) and never questioned even my silliest requests. I would highly recommend A Touch of Southern Events....you will be in great hands!

OMG - Amanda and her team went above and beyond all of my expectations. I was so lucky to have linked up with her and having her help me throughout the whole planning process. Several of our vendors also complimented Amanda on how organized she was and how easy she was to work with. My wedding could not have been as perfect as it was without her there by my side. I cannot say enough good things about ATOS. They were absolutely amazing during the planning process for our wedding. I hired them for day of coordination, but they threw in the therapy for free! Wedding planning is stressful, and hard at times. Amanda was there to make sure I was on track and that I knew she was there to help put it all together. She answered every question or concern I had without judgement or making me feel silly. I appreciated every ounce of hard work and every second of time they devoted to making our wedding day a seamless, wonderful event. I would recommend them for any event you are planning and would trust them from start to finish with any event. They truly care about the events they coordinate and plan, and the clients they serve!

There are not enough words to describe what an amazing job Amanda and Alyson did at my wedding. From start to finish Amanda made sure I had all the resources I needed to have the best wedding day. Her attention to detail made sure I had no missing or overlooked elements from my day. Not only was their before-the-wedding prep work awesome, their day-of management well surpassed my expectations! I did not have a single worry the entire day. My family and I were able to completely focus on enjoying the special moments with each other. I will always remember my wedding day as one of the most fun experiences because of Amanda and Alyson. Without them it just wouldn't have been the same. They allowed me and my family to be completely present in every part of that day. If you are debating whether or not to even use a wedding coordinator take my word for it and call ATOS! They will make you feel like the most special bride and take care of every little detail imaginable. I am so glad I had them there that day!

Alyson was incredible. I was not the most hands on bride and she got that but also made sure I knew what was going on at all times. She was very flexible working with two moms as I live out of state, but she made her schedule fit mine and it was perfect. We had a backyard wedding on some family land and from the second I got to the location to talk layout Alsyon swept me away and made me feel like my voice and opinion mattered without saying anything but still being beyond respectful to all other voices involved. I cannot thank her enough for subliminally reminding me that this was my day and what I wanted was what she was going to do. Come rehearsal I got to meet her partner Amanda who was just as calm, professional, and orderly as Alsyon. They were both such professionals but made me feel 100% at ease that they knew what they were doing. I had no worries at all that the wedding and reception was not going to turn out how I had envisioned it. Fast forward to the ceremony and they hustled us (in the best way) out of the house and everything went seamlessly. They both handled my (crazy) family with poise and grace and remembered that it was not about who sat where but about my husband and having a great night that we will never forget. They were so 'go with the flow' and I loved that calming aura. Despite some unexpected events happening (not having to do with the wedding at all or their planning/set up) they handled every situation like a boss, the girl bosses that they are! It is not easy out there starting a business but they know what they are doing and are reasonably priced. They kept everything flowing throughout the reception and made sure we hit all the reception moments that were important to us. Cannot say enough great things about these ladies. We chose the partial package and were quite pleased with the services. Alyson & Amanda took care of all the tiny details -- some of which were tricky as the wedding was held on private property and access was limited. The week before was a breeze as ATOS handled all the phone calls and coordination of vendors. The rehearsal was professionally executed and efficient. They arrived at the property well in advance and handled the set up and placement of everything from the ceremony chairs to tiny votive candles on the tables. These ladies know their stuff! And even navigated a slight glitch (not of their making) with discretion and professionalism. Super pleased with A Touch of Southern and would recommend to anyone needing event planning.

ATOS was awesome!! My experience was great- my wedding day was perfect (seriously). I don't think anything went wrong, and I assume that's because of ATOS :) I used their day of coordination service and I never felt unsupported throughout the whole process even though I was paying for the least expensive package. My big day was priority for them (which I was worried about when I was looking for a coordinator). From start to finish, they were there for me. They had a small business feel with incredible professionalism. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!! Thank you guys for everything :)

We got to enjoy every moment of our wedding day thanks to Alyson and Amanda making sure everything ran smoothly!! They were great to communicate with during the planning process; even though I only did day of coordination they were always quick to respond and offered helpful advice months leading up to the wedding. They executed my decor vision PERFECTLY and if there were any hiccups during the day, they handled them which meant we were oblivious and stress-free. They are super fun to work with and we wouldn't have had the perfect wedding day if it weren't for them!!

ATOS events (Allyson & Amanda) were the day of coordinators my June wedding & it was one of the best decisions I made for our day. The girls were ahead of the game and thought of everything the day of making everything move effortlessly. We received a lot of compliments on how smooth everything went & we couldn't agree more. Having these gals on site for the day helped my maids, mother, and I be able to enjoy the day as well instead of stress over the placement of everything or if everyone was going to be where they needed too. They had it handled and I would recommend their services to anyone with an upcoming wedding.

Hire this team; they are worth every penny! Amanda and Allison are easy to work with, professional and define Southern Charm. They work to make your vision perfection and do so efficiently and gracefully. As the mother of the bride, I found it to be immensely reassuring handing over some of the very last minute decisions to Amanda. I am so appreciative of how they managed the few "oh no, what do we do now" moments keeping the bride (and her mama) stress free. I wish I could give Amanda and her team from ATOS a 15 out of 5! They were AMAZING through the entire process of wedding planning. She was on top of everything and incredibly responsive both with me and our vendors. She completely understood my vision for the wedding and managed to execute it flawlessly. She truly allowed me to have a stress free week leading up to the wedding and have comfort knowing all of the details and last minute items were being taken care of. I cannot recommend ATOS enough to other brides looking for a wedding planner - they were honestly the best decision I made in the entire wedding planning process!!!!
