  Excellent from start to finish!

  Melissa with A Touch of Southern was so helpful and kind throughout the planning process. She and her assistant helped us all have such a relaxed and enjoyable day for my daughter’s wedding! I felt like I could reach out and get a response whenever I had a question and that she was taking care of the details so I didn’t have to! Thoroughly recommend A Touch of Southern!

  Executed a Type A bride’s plan with military precision

  I cannot say enough about Melissa!! I am a very type A bride and we met multiple times to be sure everything went flawlessly. Melissa remembered each detail (including some things I forgot to think about!) and I got to hand over the reins without worry on the big day. We had an incredible time (as did all the guests) and she executed everything exactly as we planned! I can’t tell you how wonderful it was to be able to trust her and relax on our wedding day. Thank goodness she was there, she and her assistant bustled my dress quickly when we all forgot what we were taught, made sure we had food in the getaway car, and made sure our bags made it into the car as well. She also took great care of our family heirloom pieces and made sure to return them to a safe packed away space. Melissa was friendly, professional, and ran the huge rehearsal quickly and efficiently. She directed our huge family, wedding party, and military sword arch with ease. Melissa & her assistant even put my veil back on when the 30 mph wind gusts tried to take it with them. All of this work for a reasonable price! NB: I have been to weddings where the coordinators were in sweats, messy bun, and a tool belt. ATOS dressed cute & classy for our black tie wedding! So professional! Thank you ATOS!

  Professional and great to work with!

  Amanda was extremely professional and it was great working with her from a venue standpoint. She was very communicative and flexible when it came to last minute changes. I definitely recommend her services and look forward to working with her in the future!

  So friendly and professional!

  I worked with Amanda at ATOS through their month of management package and can’t recommend this team enough!! She was a quick communicator and did so much helpful leg work when my vendors were difficult to get in touch with which was a huge stress reliever for me. From planning meeting, rehearsal, to wedding you can count on these ladies to deliver what they promise! Not to mention all your guests will love them and they are so adorable and professional.

  Britni and the ATOS crew exceeded all expectations! They were so organized, attentive to detail, and had great communication throughout the entire planning process and the wedding day. Our rehearsal and day-of coordination ran flawlessly. It was so nice that we could relax on our wedding day knowing that all details and coordination were handed by Britni. She blended in so nicely during our wedding that we forgot she was there! You won't be disappointed hiring A Touch of Southern Events!

  A Touch of Southern was Great!

  A Touch of Southern (ATOS) did a great job as our wedding planners and day-of coordinators. We mostly worked with Britni, who was awesome. Britni and her team were able to offer experienced perspectives on vendors, attend a few meetings, and were always available for advice or to answer any questions that we had throughout the planning process. Prior to the wedding, the ATOS team developed a thorough day-of plan that aligned to our goals for the day, and everything went so smoothly thanks to their leadership and operation. Could not recommend ATOS highly enough!

  A Perfect Day!

  We hired Amanda as our wedding planner and she made the process so easy and effortless. My husband and and I were able to enjoy our day without worrying about the details. I am detail-oriented person and it felt so freeing to let go and enjoy myself and our guests.
  
  It was a perfect day and we loved every minute of it. I’m so glad Amanda was leading the team.

  Amanda was a joy to work with throughout all the planning and the day of the wedding. She is very attentive to details and makes sure that everything is in order for the big day! The team came highly recommended by my venue team and I could not have been more pleased with the level of service they provided for the value. ATOS worked with me to find an option that fit my wedding needs and my budget, and they were always responsive and professional. The execution leading up to and on the day of my wedding was seamless. Britni was on top of everything and that allowed me to enjoy the event itself - which went by way too quickly! Amanda was our lead planner and from the time of booking, she was so responsive and put my mind at ease when the inevitable stressful parts of wedding planning started. The ATOS team is so knowledgeable and has amazing connections in the wedding community. They helped me put together the most perfect team of vendors and our day ran so smoothly! On the day of our wedding, Amanda was so attentive from set up to clean up. I couldn’t be happier with how smoothly our wedding day went and I truly owe it to Amanda and the ATOS team!!

  We worked with Britni at ATOS for our August wedding. She was amazing - not only did she work with us as we planned our wedding from another state, but she helped us navigate our pandemic worries and was super flexible as we shifted our plans. She made our wedding day super smooth and relaxed, and we are so happy we got to work with her. Cannot recommend these ladies enough, as well as their recommended vendors, who were all outstanding!

  Genuinely Wonderful Service

  ATOS is simply wonderful. I had them booked as my wedding coordinator during the covid-19 pandemic and they were my saving grace. They constantly checked in on me, were always quick to answer questions, and went above and beyond to make this time a little easier. Not only that, but they are kind and genuine people. They truly care about their brides and want to do whatever they can for them. I would highly recommend ATOS for any bride. They will not disappoint!

Our wedding was planned a total of 3 times (the original date plus 2 reschedules) due to COVID-19 and each time she was willing to work with us to make our dream a reality. Britni and Amanda were my saving grace, taking all my stress away, especially with planning a wedding in the middle of COVID-19. Despite all the uncertainty leading up to the big day, I had zero worry because I knew these ladies had everything under control and my best interests at heart. It was the perfect day and I'll be forever grateful for these ladies!

  Simply the best

  We chose to have a day-of planner even though the venue did not require one at the time. Amanda and her team made this the best decision possible. They were so accommodating and helpful, especially through changes related to postponing. We are so thankful that they made everything, especially the day of, a breeze. Highly recommend! :)

  Amazing experience

  I had an amazing experience with our intimate ceremony at the Colonnade at Revolution Mills. We did not want to plan anything and have all the details of the ceremony taken care for us, and that is exactly what happened. Brittini at a Touch of Southern events took care of us perfectly, our guests had a blast and we had the day of our dreams!

  You must hire atos!

  I just wanted to drop a huge shoutout to ATOS! They were instrumental in making sure our big day went well. Story time! Our original date was 5/9/2020, but because of the pandemic we had to reschedule twice and finally had the reception last weekend. We kept our date and got married in a private ceremony but this past weekend was the big party. Melissa was so great to work with and understanding of all the changes. The day of I decided I no longer wanted to do intros, first dances and it was all taken in stride. Can we also mention that she took my inspiration photos and new exactly what to do to decorate the day of?! These girls are visionaries and complete professionals.
  
  From someone who thought I could do it all the day of I now will never NOT recommend a bride having a day of coordinator. From the timeline, to the setup, to the breakdown, to the communication to all vendors, it was all perfect! Thank you for making what I've waited so very long for, the most perfect day. You guys are the real MVPs!

  Fantastic experience for our May wedding

  Our wedding simply would not have been complete without A Touch of Southern (ATOS)! We chose the day of coordination package ATOS offers. Amanda and Britini are both fantastic to work with, reply quickly, and communicate effectively. Their team problem solves any and all things that come up with complete confidence and calmness despite the chaos! They assisted with coordinating all of our vendors and on the day of our event they organized every single detail from table settings to bridal party line up, and all the things in between. As we got closer to the wedding and my stress level started to rise, Amanda began organizing every detail to decrease my stress. She came into our planning process with such an upbeat and positive energy. There was not a detail in our timeline or a decor item that the ladies of ATOS didn’t orchestrate! Our guests and families spoke so highly of their interaction with ATOS on the day of our wedding. I highly recommend ATOS, they made our wedding day run flawlessly and executed each detail to match my vision!! I already miss chatting with them!

  You won’t regret it!

  Amanda was amazing! She was always prompt, organized and personable. I don’t know what I would’ve done with out her to help organize, set our decor out / clean our decor up and have it ready for my family to take at the end of the night AND keep us on schedule the day of our wedding. Amanda was also amazing at giving great advice on any wedding questions I had. Having Amanda and Britni there on the day of our wedding was the best decision. You won’t be disappointed!
