Kyra, Caroline and Amy were amazing to work with. My husband and I had thought that we could plan our wedding without help but with him & I still in school we realized pretty quickly we were wrong. Our parents also weren't really excited about this idea either when we brought it up but by the end of the wedding day they couldn't have been more appreciative! When we first talked with Kyra she was so detail oriented, organized and didn't charge one flat rate for everything. She listened to what we needed and priced her services accordingly. A Summer's Day team was so personable and helpful that we ended up also hiring Kyra for the reception coordination/decorating. We...A Summers' Day's reply:

They didn’t just plan a party—they created an experience. Every moment felt personal, elevated, and most importantly, fun! Whether it was helping with my over-the-top (and perfectly extra) itinerary or making sure I felt like true birthday royalty, they delivered beyond expectations.

I am so thankful to for Kyra and the entire team at A Summers day, not only was our wedding on 10/11/24 absolutely perfect but the entire process working with a summer’s day & leading up to it was flawless. Kyra made me so comfortable from the first time I met her!
The entire day the team was so kind, organized, calm and respectful of my husband and I’s wishes. Kyra was so so amazing! She was on top of everything and made absolutely everything run smoothly on wedding day. She was kind and helpful when she needed to be, and assertive and direct when she needed to be. She communicated very thoroughly before the wedding to make sure she understand our vision perfectly in order to execute it accordingly on wedding day. She also had an emergency bag with everything under the sun that we relied on a lot. Our family and friends all kept telling us how organized and helpful she was with everything throughout the day! -

Kyra’s eye for design made my wedding venue look more spectacular than I could have ever imagined. Kyra and Caroline are absolute gems to work with and I'm so unbelievably happy A Summer’s Day coordinated my wedding. Kyra arranged planning sessions monthly and she took the time to really understand how I wanted the big day to go and what my type of style was.
She communicated via email regularly and quickly responded to all my questions. She had great recommendations and the day went perfectly! If anything went wrong, I had no idea, and I think that is a true testament of what an amazing planner Kyra is. She really went above and beyond and I would recommend her to any bride who is looking for the best day ever! -

When it comes to planning a wedding, look no further – A Summer’s Day has you covered. They were exactly what we were looking for when we started to plan our wedding. Kyra and Caroline were attentive and super patient with all our questions during the planning process, as well as any last minute changes during the days leading up to our wedding. After months of planning, it was such a weight off our shoulders knowing that we could go into our wedding weekend festivities stress-free because Kyra and Caroline had everything handled down to a tee. Kyra was absolutely indispensable! Having her as our day-of coordinator was amazing. Not only did she oversee all the setup of our venue, but she reached out to every single vendor to make sure everything was ready to go. At one point on our wedding day, my vows were lost and she found them for me! We also had two groomsmen out because of Covid, but I never felt stressed because Kyra handled everything. She was extremely organized, quick to respond, creative with planning, kind, and just so helpful! It was a pleasure getting to know Kyra and a privilege having her as our coordinator. Kyra was the absolute best day-of wedding coordinator we could have ever hoped for! I was very anxious leading up to our wedding, but once we started working with Kyra on all of the details starting about a month before the wedding, all of my anxiety went away. She was able to make sure we had everything planned that we needed, asked all of the right questions of each vendor, and was the sweetest and calmest person to work with. I was able to truly relax and enjoy myself on our wedding day because she had everything handled. I was a bride that thought I didn't need a coordinator, but I heard enough people say what a help they were and I decided to at least have a conversation! I found Kyra through a google search and from our first meeting, I was seriously blown away! Kyra was so detailed and on top of it that a friend in the room with me decided to book her too! She went through the final venue walk through with me, helped reach out to all vendors with a final timeline, created helpful google docs with different timeline views for vendors and family, and made sure everything went perfectly on the big day. Kyra was an amazing day of coordinator! She was there to make sure my day went seamlessly and was SO helpful in set up and tear down. She called all of my vendors the week of to make sure they knew where they needed to be and when. It was wonderful to have someone helping with logistics so I didn't have to worry. The best thing we did for ourselves and our wedding was hiring Kyra as our day-of planner. She not only helped reach out to our vendors leading up to the event, which allowed me and my husband to focus on last minute details, but she also created a wonderful day-of itinerary that our wedding party, parents, and vendors were given so everyone know where they needed to be and when they needed to be there. She was kind, prompt, and professional throughout the entire process and I can't give her enough praise for what she did for me and my husband. My wedding was on March 6, 2021- right in the middle of constantly changing COVID rules. I was a complete mess; I was hoping my day would be all that I envisioned and Kyra made sure that happened. She went above and BEYOND, calling the Mayor's office, in constant contact with my mother, and doing everything in her power to make sure my day was perfect. When I was thinking of back up plans, Kyra was flexible and on board with all of my back up plans.
