Best Wedding Planner in the Paso Robles area
My husband (feels so good saying that) and I recently had the pleasure of working with Amanda, the brilliant mind behind "A Perfect Day," for our dream wedding at Terra Mia in Paso Robles, CA. To say that Amanda exceeded our expectations would be an understatement; she turned our special day into an absolute fairytale! As a couple who live outside of Paso Robles, Amanda was our "boots on the ground" for everything we needed to have taken care of in town until we could arrive for our wedding week. Not only did she help coordinate everything, but her immense knowledge of local vendors really helped us find those who would suit what we were looking for to make it "our day."
From the moment we met Amanda, we were struck by her professionalism, her warm personality, and her unwavering commitment to making our wedding day absolutely perfect. She took the time to get to know us as a couple, understanding our vision, style, and preferences. Her attention to detail was truly remarkable, and it was evident that she was fully invested in creating a day that was uniquely "us."
Amanda's organizational skills are out of this world. She meticulously planned every aspect of our wedding, from the stunning table arrangements, our gorgeous very personalized seating charts, to the impeccable timing of the ceremony. She effortlessly managed all the logistics, ensuring that everything ran smoothly and on schedule. We were able to relax and enjoy our day without any stress, knowing that Amanda had everything under control.
The day of the wedding, Amanda was everywhere, making sure every detail was just right. She worked tirelessly to set up the venue, coordinating with all the vendors, and ensuring that each element of our vision was executed flawlessly. The result was nothing short of breathtaking. The decor, the ambiance, and the flow of the entire event were more beautiful than we could have ever imagined.
Amanda's ability to handle any unexpected challenges that arose was truly impressive. Her calm demeanor and quick problem-solving skills put our minds at ease. We knew that no matter what happened, Amanda would find a solution, and she did so with grace and composure.
Our guests were also blown away by the magic Amanda created. Many of them commented that it was the most beautiful, well-organized and FUN wedding they had ever attended. That is entirely thanks to Amanda.

We chose the “Oh Happy Day!” wedding coordination package - which far exceeded our expectations for day-of coordination. With several in-person and virtual meetings, it was abundantly clear they were coming along with us for the whole journey – not just the wedding day.
As a self-proclaimed Type A bride, I was consistently blown away by the amount of detail put into every meeting agenda and planning document – which allowed me to spend our wedding day focused on the celebration knowing that we were in good hands.

We are so grateful for Amanda and her assistant. They did an amazing job helping us secure everything wedding related before our event. On our wedding day they ensured that the day went smoothly and that everything was beyond beautiful. Whenever we needed something they were quick to help problem solve. Amanda and her assistant were on top of everything during our wedding weekend. I was able to fully enjoy the rehearsal and the morning of with family and friends knowing that the details would come to life with Amanda's thorough attention to detail. She went above and beyond leading up to our day by reaching out to vendors, answering any questions and sharing updated timelines as changes were made. We met twice at our venue before our wedding day and each time, Amanda asked thoughtful questions to ensure our day would run smoothly. Amanda was extremely organized, responsive and truly brought my vision to life. I will forever be grateful to A Perfect Day for allowing me to fully enjoy a once in a lifetime weekend without any doubts that our day would be magical. Truly Perfect!
Amanda really did make sure our day was "A Perfect Day"! I'm someone who is extremely detail oriented so I was nervous trusting someone to be as meticulous as me. Best coordinator you could find and ask for!
Their company is what you will absolutely get. "A perfect day" indeed. Amanda is such a pleasure to work with. She will listen and give recommendations when you need it. She was super all that we could ever ask for. Amanda was always on top of everything from the first meeting we had with her, to the menu tasting, and even the walk through of the venue. I was never worried because her notes were always on point and she took every single email we had and complied it to the most recent timeline. Amanda loves what she does, and it truly shows. Running around making sure everyone was in place, to looking for missing people, She really was superwoman in our eyes. OUR PERFECT DAY exceeded our expectations. We are going to miss planning with her because she was super organized, but it's time for another couple to have this great coordinator. We will miss you, Amanda! -

Could not have had my wedding without her!
I cannot recommend Amanda enough! I was trying to plan my wedding from across the country and there is no way I could have gotten it done without Amanda. She was amazing at keeping me on track, giving great advice and a wonderful insight into the local industry. My only regret was that I didn't buy her larger full service package! -

Amanda was the best!
Amanda was the best choice as our day of coordinator! She made the day absolutely perfect and stress free. She had amazing vendor recommendations and allowed the wedding planning process to be so easy. As the day of coordinator, she helped with everything from coordinating all the vendors, helping with setting up the tables and decor, the layout of the whole venue and ceremony, and more. I would absolutely recommend Amanda for anyone's wedding and can now look back on our wedding with so much happiness and joy.-

A calming force
I am so grateful for the support that Amanda provided while planning my wedding. It can be such a stressful time and she was always available to talk when needed. She read me well from the start and gave me practical advice, understanding the things that would matter to me. She gave me permission to do things my way rather than what a wedding checklist might say I had to do. For a recovering people pleaser that was what I needed to make sure my day was absolutely perfect for me and my husband. Everything she organized and set-up was beautifully done and really represented us. She had great vendor recommendations. She’s also just a very good human. -

Amanda is amazing!
Amanda helped us plan our wedding in San Luis Obispo. We live in Denver so we relied on her guide us through the process since we could not easily go to the venue, visit venders etc.
She kept us organized during the process and kept our preferences in mind the entire time. Amanda was communicative and always patient in answering our questions. Planning a wedding is stressful and having Amanda's help took so much of that away, allowing us to enjoy the process and maintain our sanity leading up to our wedding day.
Our wedding was beautiful and perfect thanks to Amanda (and her team). We cannot recommend her enough!-

Best Coordinator Ever!!!
Amanda is cream of the crop! She is calm and collected, while in control of everything. From day one during our consultation phone call, she had done her research prior to our call and already had all sorts of ideas for our big day based on my pinterest boards.
Amanda joined us on several walk throughs of the venue and took detailed notes on any little thing we mentioned we would want to do for the wedding. She truly loves her job and it is very apparent in the fruits of her labor! We had our absolute dream wedding and it would not have been possible without all her help.
She was such a help with any vendor suggestions, random questions we had and just a support during all of the planning stress. All of the vendors we hired also could not stop raving about how great Amanda is and easy to communicate with.
If you're looking for a coordinator - there really is no better choice than Amanda, seriously!! Thank you one million times for all of your hard work and dedication to executing our dream day. -

Ensures a Perfect Wedding Day
Amanda planned and coordinated our wedding. Planning a wedding is very stressful, however hiring Amanda helped relieve a lot of that stress, as she was able to put together all of the pieces. She was patient and thoughtful with our needs, and spent a lot of time communicating with all of our vendors. For the day of coordination, Amanda ensured that our wedding went smooth, and was able to quickly and discretely fix any small road bumps that happened along the way. Overall we cannot recommend A Perfect Day more. If you are in need of a wedding coordinator/planner within the Central Coast, look no further. -

Amazing, professional, and a huge life saver!
My husband and I had the pleasure of having Amanda as our wedding coordinator. Amanda made our wedding planning process and wedding day run so smoothly. She is extremely easy to work with. She is professional, sweet, incredibly organized, and one huge thing we really appreciated was that Amanda remembered the smallest of details during our planning process. She went above and beyond to make our special day come into a reality. She is talented at what she does and we couldn't have been more grateful for having her by our side during this whole process. She was present at every vendor appointment, food tasting, desert tasting, and phone call we had with potential vendors. Amanda was also quick to negotiate for best pricing and offers, scoured around for vendors in our budget, and offered a ton of connections and resources to us. Work with the best
Amanda is the absolute best. Her patience, kindness, and knowledge of the wedding industry were critical to the success of our wedding. She made sure to cover every topic in great detail, connected us to her top vendors, and made sure all of our concerns were addressed. She made us feel heard, understood, and went above and beyond what was asked of her.
On the day of the wedding, there are a million things that need to take place for the event to run smoothly, and I didn't have to think about any of them because we were in such great hands with Amanda. Would HIGHLY recommend working with her. -

Amanda was fantastic to work with! we hired her as our day of coordinator and she was extremely helpful! The day before our wedding we realized we needed to put all chairs away after the wedding, she quickly found two people we could hire to help with this situation. It was a HUGE relief!!! She was also so helpful in recommending vendors! She is extremely organized and thorough. I highly recommend booking her for your wedding for peace of mind!! -

Amanda is Great!
We really enjoyed working with Amanda for our wedding. We booked her for month of services and she went above and beyond. She came with us before the month of services kicked in to do a walk through at our venue as well as going to view the rentals we had ordered in person. She even quickly found extra items to rent that we didn't realize we needed last minute! When Bevmo flaked on delivering the beer we ordered for the wedding, she drove there herself to pick it up! If I could go back in time, I would have hired Amanda sooner and I would have hired her for full planning services. -

So helpful, friendly, and professional
Amanda was so helpful in helping us plan the wedding and on the actual day. I would have walked down the aisle without my bouquet with her running back to get it! She was great at communicating with vendors and letting everyone know where and when to be so that everything ran smoothly on the wedding day. A perfect Planner
Amanda went above and beyond in every single facet we could ask for. She kept us meticulously organized with our vendors and reached out to check in with them at appropriate intervals. She consistently found us the best people to work with and even found a person we could rent a piano from when we wouldn't have known where to start. Simply put, we could have not done it without her and she provided everything in an incredibly timely fashion while being pleasant and not pushy. She had ideas, but she was always flexible with our vision. In all honesty, I could not have been more pleased with anyone we decided to hire. -

I can't say enough about how great it was to work with Amanda. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect for our daughter's large destination wedding. She helped navigate all the vendors with the many, many changes we made, organized and ran the rehearsal and was their with her team the day of the wedding to ensure everything ran smoothly which allowed us to enjoy the day. Amanda is your perfect partner for a stress-free, dream wedding
We hired Amanda early in 2020, with a plan to get married in April 2021. Unfortunately, due to covid, our initial plan was thrown out the window as we waited to see if we could safely host a wedding. We ended up keeping our date, reducing headcount, and pulling together most of the plans in the last few months.
Amanda was an absolute rock, providing guidance, support and over-the-top service as we navigated a tricky planning climate.
We had our wedding at my fiancé’s family home, which is fairly remote and required us to build it into a venue from the ground up. I am not very decisive or event-savvy, but Amanda took the reins. She helped us create a gorgeous party space out of a driveway and it truly looked like a dream.
She responded to every email, answered every request for a phone call, proactively pinged us with things we hadn’t considered, and kept us on task through the whole process. And she did so in the warmest, kindest, most supportive manner. Our friends ask us what our 'big panic moment' was on the day of, and our answer is truly there were none. Absolutely everything was taken care of, and we have Amanda to thank.

Absolutely could not have done it without Amanda - hire her!
Amanda Beazley is an angel on earth. I knew I wanted her on our vendor team from our first meeting but little did I know how truly essential and amazing she would be throughout our COVID-complicated wedding process.
I was fortunate to find Amanda long before COVID turned our world upside down. As we kicked off 2020, she advised me through selecting vendors, then carefully compiled contact information for all the vendors and meticulously formulated an itinerary for our “perfect day.” Cue, coronavirus in March. Our perfect plans suddenly felt irrelevant. Nevertheless, Amanda’s positivity and professionalism never wavered. She knew we could still have a beautiful wedding even if it meant scaling back the guest count from 140 to 40 and moving the reception to a more private location. Amanda offered up countless hours of her time to make our day a success. She was there for last-minute walk-throughs, brainstorming how to have a safe, sanitary & fun celebration, communicating diligently with all parties involved and keeping us calm and focused on the wonderful, momentous wedding day ahead of us.
Amanda offers a range of reasonably priced planning packages and even created a custom planning package to best suit our needs. She became a trusted friend and source of comfort as we navigated through the challenging months leading up to our wedding day.
Planning a wedding is not for the faint of heart. Then throw on a global pandemic and widespread restrictions on events. Weddings are still possible during this time and we need to celebrate love more than ever! Amanda reminded me of that and we will always be grateful she was such a central part of our perfect day. Planning
Amanda and her team were so helpful during the planning of our wedding. I interviewed a couple different wedding coordinator / planners and Amanda immediately stuck out to me as someone who would be easy to work with and highly organized. Amanda offered recommendations for vendors and ideas for preparing for the big day.
Leading up to the wedding
Amanda’s reminders on where we should be in the planning process were excellent guides on planning our wedding over a two year period. With Covid we had a lot of crazy challenges to overcome. Amanda was always cool and collected offering the best advice on what to do. Amanda checked in often and was always available for a quick chat or text.
Also we did a walk-through of the venue a couple months before our big day and on the way to the venue my check engine light came on. Amanda helped us secure a place to take my car and they did a great job!
Last minute items
About a month before our wedding our caterer bailed on us due to covid. I was freaking out however again Amanda helped calm our nerves and gave us recommendations on what to do next. She even offered to call around to see who was available. With Amanda’s help we got it all back on track and a caterer lined up.
If the caterer bailing wasn’t enough we had a lot of last minute cancellations and Amanda worked with us to redo our seating plans and other various items.
Lastly a couple days before the wedding the weather decided to shift and there was rain planned for our big day. Amanda again helped calm us and had great ideas on sourcing white umbrellas and helped us secure a tent.
Day of
The day of the wedding it rained most of the morning and even hailed. Amanda again was there with her team ready for anything that was thrown our way. Amanda and her team took care of everything and I didn’t have to worry about any of the details (which is hard for me because I am a project manager) Everyone commented on how lovely everything was and how friendly and nice Amanda and her team were. Lastly Amanda had an issue with her car before the wedding and guess what you would have never known that, she didn’t speak one word about it and it didn’t impact her ability to do her job during the wedding. She was all smiles and ensured we had a great time.
After the wedding
Amanda and her team took care of everything and ensured the venue was cleaned up and everything was ready to be picked up.

Amanda Goes Above & Beyond!!
In true 2020 fashion, my husband and I had to plan and replan our wedding three times. We hired Amanda to assist us in planning and replanning our San Luis Obispo wedding on October 3rd while we were living in Newport Beach. She was so flexible and understanding with all the different location changes due to the pandemic. Amanda truly, like I said in the review title, goes above and beyond to ensure your wedding day exceeds expectations. Leading up to the event, she was more than willing to attend site visits… meet the rental company at the site while we were in Orange County…and even formulate a master event timeline document detailing our wedding vision and vendor needs. She has great relationships with the local vendors; which further proves her professionalism is recognized in the SLO County wedding community. Amanda is a pleasure to work with and I’m so thankful for her orchestrating and creating the most perfect COVID-19 friendly, micro-wedding. -

Backyard Beauty
A wedding can be so stressful, especially if it is your own backyard! Amanda and Emily came over, took charge of all the hard things, table set up, floral arrangements and transformed my backyard into a magical dream. They went above and beyond the entire night. Amazing day of coordinator in slo!
We want to write a 15 page essay talking about how great this team but this would get too long. In short - ASK AMANDA to be your wedding coordinator, especially if it's in the SLO area. She is genuine, she communicates well with not only the couple, but with the wedding party/parents/vendors, she's friendly, & she has this vibe that makes you feel like everything is going to be perfect.
Amanda was recommended by a friend of ours & we are so thankful for the recommendation because Amanda & her team literally made not only our wedding day, but our weekend, PERFECT! Literally nothing to complain about.
We contacted Amanda last minute (~2 months before our wedding), as we needed a day of coordinator. She was easy to communicate with, friendly, reasonably priced, & she went straight to business. She contacted all our vendors & made sure everything the day of was set. I thought we were pretty organized with a day-of timeline but honestly - as the couple getting married - you can never be prepared enough & Amanda & her team made our day of timeline come true! Everything was on time & ran smoothly with their help.
We are also very grateful that her & her team went out of their way to find the EXACT centerpiece we needed for us the day of the wedding (we accidentally left it at home whoops). When she mentioned it was missing, you would think I would stress but I didn't because I trusted Amanda so much & she assured me everything would be fine.
Her assistant Emily also helped calm my nerves before walking down the aisle. I didn't think a wedding planning service would help in this area but as the bride, I felt so many emotions before walking down the aisle, & Emily calmed me & reassured me that the day will be perfect & everything I was feeling was completely normal.

Amazing and Brilliant
Amanda from A Perfect Day was amazing. She was my day of coordinator but jumped in seamlessly with all of my vendors and I didn't think of logistics at all on my wedding day and I had seven different vendors including herself. One of my favorite moments was when I had a mobile of pictures hanging that didn't have a nice looking backside. She suggested using brown paper bags taped to the back and it worked brilliantly! She's sharp, nice, ingenious, fun and an absolute pleasure to work with. I'd recommend her a thousand times over to anyone looking for a wedding coordinator. -

Amanda Was My Wedding Angel
My husband and I knew we wanted to get married in San Luis Obispo, where we met, but were a little nervous about planning completely long distance since we live 3 hour away. Amanda was an amazing Wedding Planner for our special day. We knew we wanted a special day but we also wanted it to be small and low key. Amanda listened to our vision and made it happen. She found our wedding ceremony spot on the most perfect spot of beach in Cambria. She looked for all of our vendors and provided choices for us. She gave me lists of things that I should be thinking about at different times leading up to the wedding and checked in to see how everything was going quite regularly. Amanda's style of working with a bride was just perfect for me. She jumped right in immediately after we hired her. She really did all the leg work for our out of town wedding and I was able to just make decisions and really, really, really enjoy myself. I found that I was never stressed for one minute of the entire process because Amanda always had everything perfectly under control. All the vendors we ended up having for our wedding were AMAZING and all had come with high recommendations from Amanda. We would have never found a team of vendors like we had without Amanda. Amanda was the best decision we made when we were planning our wedding. I live in Orange County and she helped us do so much to plan our wedding in Paso Robles. The thing that impressed us most about Amanda was throughout the entire planning process after any conversation - whether it was email, phone call, or a vendor meeting, she immediately sent out an updated itinerary with every single detail up to date. I would mention a small design detail I would want to include, like a picture of my grandma in the cocktail hour, and she would immediately add it to the itinerary, and she saw to it that all our decorations were placed exactly how I envisioned them. Amanda works really freaking hard and does a great job coordinating so many vendors' schedules to flow smoothly. None of us (me, my mom, etc..) worried about a single thing on the wedding day because we trusted her and she doesn't mess around. While my husband (eek!) and I were taking our photos, she was making sure that the photographer was on schedule, the caterers were filling water glasses and getting salads ready to roll out, making sure the Champagne was at the right temp, saving everything that was affected by the wind, getting me a snack, and honestly, probably solving world hunger she does so much and keeps a cool, level, calm energy the whole time. She helped us make decisions the whole planning process, was always responsive and easy to get a hold of, and always come through with execution. She's the best! <3 -

Amanda did the most amazing job planning our wedding at HorseTail Ranch in Creston, CA. This was a small wedding of 20 people and the date was set two months before the event, so there wasn't too much time to get everything organized. Neither one of us (the groom or the bride) had ever visited the wedding location and were also not able to go there before the wedding, so we relied heavily on Amanda to visit the site, coordinate everything with the owner and the caretaker there as well as make judgement calls on what would work and what not and think of other options. Amanda provided recommendations for every service we needed, including catering, equipment rental, hair+makeup, wedding officiant and we were extremely happy with all of them. On the day of the wedding, Amanda was there all day to make sure things ran smoothly and she even had Tide To Go on hand to quickly remove some stains from my wedding dress. Thanks to Amanda our wedding day was really stress free for us and the guests were extremely happy as well. We would highly recommend her services. -

Stop researching and just book Amanda...she is awesome! We live in LA so we wanted a Paso Robles planner despite what several LA based planners said ... we knew to go local and so glad we did! Amanda is not only extremely talented and easy to work, with she is also highly respected in the industry. Amanda helped us plan our wedding in Templeton, CA while we were living in Brooklyn, NY. Trying to plan a wedding from the opposite coast looked to be an impossible task, but after we brought Amanda on we knew we were in capable, stress-destroying hands. Amanda was incredibly patient while we asked no fewer than a thousand questions at all times of day and night. She remained positive and helpful even when we were overwhelmed and frazzled. Her haggling ability and relationships with local vendors got us so many special discounts that she practically paid for herself. Our wedding was also at a private residence, meaning every little detail had to be taken into consideration. Amanda helped us plan our wedding in Templeton, CA while we were living in Brooklyn, NY. Trying to plan a wedding from the opposite coast looked to be an impossible task, but after we brought Amanda on we knew we were in capable, stress-destroying hands. Amanda was incredibly patient while we asked no fewer than a thousand questions at all times of day and night. She remained positive and helpful even when we were overwhelmed and frazzled. Her haggling ability and relationships with local vendors got us so many special discounts that she practically paid for herself. Our wedding was also at a private residence, meaning every little detail had to be taken into consideration. It is unfair to say all that needs to be said about Amanda and keep it brief…but we’ll try. Amanda is a God-send and the best part is, we get to call her our friend now. We were planning our Central Coast California wedding from our home in Chicago. We had a very clear vision for our rehearsal/dinner, ceremony, reception and even a wine-testing tour for 30 of our 60+ guests. Amanda always said “here’s how”, she never said “you can’t”. Amanda has a variety of key traits: the kindest personality, attentive listening, great recommendations, a superb reputation with the best vendors, and top it all off with flawless execution. Despite having the kindest personality, she can be firm when necessary. It is obvious that Amanda commands respect throughout the Central Coast wedding industry because she treats everyone with respect…she practices the “Golden Rule” and that is priceless. We could write a novel about all the ways Amanda helped us and made things happen. In the end, a bride-and-groom don’t want to worry about the details…we NEVER had to worry with Amanda. Almost every one of our 60+ guests stated that this was the “best wedding ever”. Yes, we had a vision, but Amanda made it happen and we know she worked hard to do that. Full disclosure - When my fiancee said we should get a wedding coordinator I was very hesitant to the idea. We could plan our wedding ourselves no problem, right? So wrong. After meeting Amanda for the first time I completely changed my mind. Amanda made our wedding day absolutely perfect, and in the months leading up the wedding we never had to worry about a thing. She was always responsive to our requests, knew the perfect vendors for our needs, and was an overall pleasure to work with. My husband and I were able to really enjoy and take in our wedding day because we knew all the details were in good hands with Amanda. We are from the LA area, and Amanda also connected us to wonderful local vendors, helping us get good pricing on local wines, and connecting us to a fantastic florist. She also was diligent in reviewing and thinking through our logistics. If not for her, we would have ended up overlooking the need to rent or buy table cloths, which she came to the rescue for and helped us secure. We got her day-of package, but she really did so much more than day-of logistics -- we can't recommend her enough! -

Amanda was the little gift I treated myself with upon beginning the wedding planning process for our museum wedding in San Francisco. She came highly recommended to me by a mutual friend for her down to earth personality, ability to take initiative, and great sense of style. I'm so glad I hired her as our month of coordinator, TBH she was really there for us since day one but especially took the reigns as the date neared. Our day was completely blissful because of Amanda and her thankless job well done. I'm very detail oriented and there are so many things I noticed she perfected and tweaked by going out of her way without any mention or need for credit; I think it takes a humble and confident person to do that and it really made our day seamless. She's behind the scenes day of but always a step ahead and I really appreciated her calm prescense. Amanda is seriously AMAZING! She is personable, knowledgeable, organized and so so helpful! From my first phone conversation with her, I was put at ease and knew she would make our big day perfect. When I contacted Amanda, we already had the majority of our vendors set and had a pretty good idea of how we wanted the day to go, but she helped our vision come alive. She had lists and questions that we hadn’t even thought of. She responded to all of my emails and questions immediately and provided so much advice to make our day run smoothly. And as for the day, her and her assistant, Emily, made it so we didn’t have to think about anything. I’m Type-A and organized and had the timeline all lined out in my head, but as soon as I started getting ready, time escaped me and the day became a whirlwind of excitement. Amanda and Emily made it so I didn’t have to worry about what time it was or who was supposed to be where – everything just happened, and that is putting it SO simply, because what they do is nothing short of amazing. No amount of organization from the bride & groom and family members can replace the help of a coordinator on the day of the wedding – there is so much going on the day of that having someone there whose job it is to coordinate the logistics is invaluable. Amanda knew my venue like the back of her hand and has such a great rapport with vendors. There is no way everything would have happened so seamlessly without Amanda’s help. And I’m not sure how many brides want to keep in touch with their wedding coordinator after their wedding, but with Amanda you will, because throughout the process she will become like a friend! -

I've never been married before so I had no Idea what was involved behind the scenes. There is no way it could have all gotten done without professional help. Our wedding was actually the best wedding I've ever been to and every guest that I've spoken to agreed. It was a definite home run, Amanda really came through for us and much more than we expected from any wedding coordinator. It was a destination wedding for us in Paso Robles where we travelled from Thousand Oaks. She did all the leg work to bring us several options for venues, catering, photographer, DJ, florist, party rentals, photo booth, the band( which we loved and is now one of my favorite bands), and everything else. Basically all we had to do is find our apparel and send out the invites. Then on the wedding day she even rolled up her sleeves and went to work moving furniture and hay bails, my friends and I came to help but she still kept working with determination. -

I do not think that any words can do justice to how absolutely AMAZING Amanda is and how invaluable she was to the entire wedding planning and execution process! She was without a doubt my saving grace. Our wedding was truly the happiest day of our lives and we really owe a large part of that to Amanda and her amazing crew (who happens to be her sister and brother)! Although I could probably go on for days about all of the amazing qualities about Amanda, I thought I would highlight a couple that really stood out to us:
Responsiveness - Nothing is quite as important throughout the wedding planning process than having your support crew (i.e. vendors) respond in a timely and thoughtful manner. From the initial inquiry down to the day-of Amanda always, without a doubt, responded extremely quickly. Amanda and I corresponded mostly by e-mail and I do not think there was one time she took longer than 24 hours to respond and on top of that, would address every single item in my e-mail to her!
Going Above & Beyond - i remember our initial meeting when I told her I was looking for a day-of planning service and she told me that she didn't like to call it a day-of service because she believed that it takes more than just the week before to execute our perfect day properly. Not only did Amanda make recommendations for vendors (almost all of which we used), but takes over all of the planning, logistics, and vendor communication after you book!
Personality & Calming Demeanor - What I love the most about Amanda is that she is an amazing person all around - genuine, kind, supportive and fun to be around. She remains gracious even when you don't end up going with her recommendations and she brings a controlled but calm atmosphere to your entire day!
All of our guests are still talking about how comfortable, relaxed, fun, sweet and non-pretentious our wedding was and we couldn't be more thankful to have worked with Amanda and A Perfect Day!

Amanda is great and a blessing to work with! Although I didn't get the chance to meet her until days before the wedding, I felt like I had known her for years! She does her research and really got to know us, our style, our backgrounds.. and she brought our dream wedding to life! Other vendors speak highly of her and love working with her as well. I am not sure even where to start with this review!? Working with Amanda for my wedding helped in so many different ways. From the very first conversation, Amanda always made us feel at ease. She listened to all of our wants and needs throughout the entire planning process, and maintained a professional, yet personal manner. Having my family across the country was hard at times with wedding planning, and Amanda was always good at putting my mind at ease and helping me with final decisions. She completely went above and beyond her obligations, always without hesitation. Whether it be a correspondence with a vendor or simply just personal input, she was always there for us, and would always get back to me very quickly. We did not live in the same city as the venue, and anytime we came into down, without a second thought, Amanda was always willing to meet with us, even just for a cup of coffee.
As a bride and groom, we constantly told each other how happy we were that we had chosen Amanda to be our coordinator.
On the event day, Amanda was one step ahead at all times. She was spot on with every single detail, making our day even better than we imagined. From the decor to the timeline, she had it well thought out. The best part was how calm she remained, no matter how many different directions she was being pulled.
Amanda has truly been a pleasure to work with. I know in my heart that if we had not had Amanda on our team, there is no way our day would have gone the way it had.

Amanda, proprietor of A Perfect Day, is also a Perfect Wedding Planner! I She truly was a lifesaver for us. It's rare that you find someone always so willing to help and go above what you expect/is required. With Amanda, I felt that everything is going to be taken care of. I first went for the month of package, but upgraded to the full wedding package. It was the best thing we ever did and highly recommend just letting her take the reigns. I had a very D-I-Y wedding with so many details (tent, portapotties, hanging up chandelier and marquees, and tons of little details) so it was a lot to take on!

Amanda hands down, without a doubt, undeniably coordinated our dream wedding. She is beyond words amazing. She had the best ideas, was always organized and was just an absolute pleasure to work with. When we first met Amanda towards the end of last year, we asked her to help make our dream wedding come true. She came to our first meeting with such enthusiasm, and so many great ideas. She asked us all of the right questions and got right down to the tiny details, so she could understand what we were looking for. Then over the next few months, she worked with us to iron out all of these little details, and solidify the big ones! She was always available by phone, email or text. She never made us doubt for one second that you were on top of everything. From finding the Grilled Cheese truck (which was a HUGE hit) to adding the extra hanging flowers over the sweetheart table, her ideas were impeccable. The way she set the tables in the tent was absolutely perfect. The way she planned the flow for the cocktail hour was prenominal. I don't even know where to begin... 3 days later and my husband and I are still receiving emails and phone calls telling us how perfect, seamless, and magical our wedding was. I know that all of their comments are because of Amanda's attention to detail and creativity. My husband and I trusted Amanda completely and she did not disappoint. Our wedding was unique and very much reflected my husband and I. Amanda handled everything and I'm so glad she did because the end result was pure magic. At the end of this event, I feel like I was working with a dear friend and not someone I just met a few months ago. She was supportive and her creativity and vision are unsurpassed..I know because we had started with another planner at first and that didn't work out. . Amanda saved our day. -

We hired Amanda Beazley for day of coordination and she truly went above and beyond. We did not have ANY stress on the day of our wedding. We got married a few weeks ago at Robert Hall Winery in Paso Robles and hired Amanda Beazley as our Month-Of Planner. Our wedding was relatively large (170 guests) so it was very important for us to find someone organized and who had extensive experience.
As soon I started speaking to her, I could tell she was the right person to help us achieve our dream wedding. Not only did she help ease my stress on a personal level, she was super professional, responsive, organized, and creative with her ideas. She understood our vision and made sure every last detail reflected it. I especially appreciated the fact that she didn't immediately want to incorporate the priciest items- she made an effort to shop around and ensure we got the most value.
I would highly recommend Amanda (A Perfect Day) for your wedding planning, you will not be disappointed.

We got to work with a lot of wonderful vendors for our wedding, but A Perfect Day was without a doubt the best wedding decision we made. Amanda was always professional, but warm...something that's needed to survive the exciting, but sometimes stressful planning process.
We had a tight budget to work with so we hired Amanda as our "day-of" coordinator. She went above and beyond what we expected. For starters, she helped us review all of our contracts, catching things we would definitely have missed. She helped us figure out things that I was clueless about, like how many wine glasses we needed, and helped us with so much of the vendor coordinating. This made our lives a million times easier, especially since we live in LA.
When we sadly explained that we didn't think we had the budget for flowers, she came up with an amazing centerpiece idea that required minimal flowers and even provided much of what was needed. That day everything looked incredible. I thought it was the prettiest wedding I'd been to, though obviously I'm a little biased. As I warned Amanda from the start, I don't have a creative bone in my body, so even though I know what I like, I would never know how to make it happen. Somehow Amanda was able to tap into my style even when I couldn't properly vocalize exactly what I wanted. By the end of the process I swear she knew what I wanted better than I did.
I didn't have to worry about a thing on our wedding day. She made sure everything was where it needed to be when it needed to be there. We had four unexpected guests show up that afternoon and she handled it perfectly. Everyone told us how beautiful the wedding was and it was really all thanks to her.
I could not recommend Amanda enough to anyone planning a wedding/big event in the area. Having a planner is one of the best decisions you can make (no way I could have done it alone!) and you can't go wrong with someone who clearly cares about her work as much as Amanda does! -

Amanda from A Perfect Day, was AMAZING. She went above and beyond her contract with us. She is very organized, responds to e-mails quickly and very easy to communicate with. She look over every contract we signed and layout a timeline of all the due dates pertaining to payments and final head count, ect. Day of our event she was a rock, she not only handled all of our and our family's needs but handeled all the venders needs as well. Our day was so memorable and we can not thank Amanda enough for all she did. We would defiantly recommend Amanda and her team to any couple planning a wedding!!! -

My husband and I hired Amanda to be our day of wedding coordinator last September (2013). We got married on a beautiful vineyard Hammersky in Paso Robles.
Prior to the wedding day:
Amanda was always responsive with all of my questions. She usually responds with in a couple of hours. She is detail oriented and very organized. On top of all that, she made me feel very special. The way she works felt like she was working on her own wedding - she works 120%. She was very determined and efficient! I feel like I can trust her and ask her about anything. She was like an older sister I never had but without any personal girl drama (when it comes to wedding).
On the day of:
Amanda and her sister arrived early. Based on the sketches and notes on the entrance/receptions/dessert table design I provided, they transformed my vision completely, if not even better! Amanda listens and understands what the bride wants and she delivers it! She also makes sure I was stress free on my wedding day.
All in all, you will not go wrong with Amanda. She takes your special day with extra care and attention, even more like her own special day. You are in good hands. :) -

Amanda seriously rocks. She was our "day of" coordinator but went above and beyond that, meeting with us and our vendors on several occasions before the wedding. She was organized, flexible, kind, caring, professional, informed....I seriously could go on and on about her. She literally made our day stress-free and the planning process fun. I would recommend Amanda to anyone who is looking for a coordinator that cares about you more than making a quick buck, and that will work just as hard (if not harder) than you on your day.

I don't have enough positive things to say about Amanda and her staff. She is an incredible wedding planner as well as a source of advice/support. Anytime I asked Amanda a question she would guide me through decisions I had not even thought of. Amanda is such an incredible coordinator, and by far the best money I spent on my wedding. It should be noted that my wedding consisted of over 400 people and took place in an improvised field. Despite all the possible things that could go wrong, there was not one hiccup and my husband and I had an amazing time, all thanks to Amanda and her staff! -
