I just had my wedding June 8th and I don't know what I would have done without her! She handles all the vendors, decorations and every little detail-she's extremely organized. Throughout the wedding, I would just give her a look for absolutely anything I needed. She offers every type of package for someone's price range as well. Adored her as my coordinator- you can't go wrong choosing her for your wedding. -

If you book with A Lavish Event, you will actually enjoy your wedding day.
Booking with A Lavish Event for day-of coordination was easily one of the best decisions I made for the entire wedding. I vocalized this thought on the day of my wedding, and I have continuously since then. My husband and my Matron of Honor agree with me each time I say it. That’s how great the choice to book A Lavish Event was, without exaggeration.
From our first meeting, Kaitlyn was attentive, thorough, professional, and supportive. During our first meeting over coffee, she crafted the perfect timeline for the Big Day. We had several phone meetings in the days leading up to the wedding weekend. Each time, she eased my anxiety as a “Type A” bride with a nervous disposition.
When the wedding weekend began, Kaitlyn and her wonderful assistant Ava were there for me (and my Bridal Party, and the Groom’s Party) for every moment. From the rehearsal forward, Kaitlyn thought of things that I would never have even considered, and I pride myself on being an organized person. This included the big stuff like making sure the ceremony order was streamlined, communicating with vendors and accepting their deliveries, and setting things up. The little things were where her attentiveness and her keen insight really sparkled, though; bringing my husband and I snacks before we made it to cocktail hour, holding my giant dress, veil, and my bouquet as we navigated the narrow streets of St. Augustine to take our photos, packing up our cake and bringing it to our suite (which they had decorated on request of my Matron of Honor), and even coordinating when to hand off fun props. Kaitlyn and Ava were there for it all.
I cannot stress this enough, booking with A Lavish Event is invaluable for your wedding experience. Your return will be far greater than what you pay. Again, I actually enjoyed my wedding day. I worked so hard planning everything, and I really wanted everything to come together on the day of the wedding without being stressed or distracted the entire time. I have no doubt in my mind that everything came together as smoothly and effortlessly as it did in the end because I had the best coordinator in the world.
This booking was worth every single penny. I received so many compliments from my guests about how perfect the day was, and how much fun they had. I’m so grateful to Kaitlyn and the whole team behind A Lavish Event for making my wedding flawless for my guests as well as my husband and I.

If you are on the fence about hiring a wedding planner or a day-of coordinator, let me make this very easy for you: hire Kaitlyn.
I was a pretty type B bride who had no problem booking vendors, but when it came to the logistics of a wedding day and creating a timeline, I honestly had no idea where to even begin. Kaitlyn’s day-of coordination package ended up being absolutely crucial for us. She stepped in and made sense of everything, helping turn a bunch of separate plans into an actual cohesive timeline that worked.
On the wedding day itself, Kaitlyn was incredible. My husband and I were… not great at staying on schedule (oops), and despite us constantly pushing the timeline behind, Kaitlyn calmly and expertly corralled us back to where we needed to be every single time. She somehow managed to wrangle all of our wandering bridesmaids and groomsmen, coordinate with vendors, and keep everything moving smoothly without ever making the day feel stressful.
She also handled a complicated family situation for me without batting an eye. Knowing that she was there managing things behind the scenes gave me so much peace of mind and allowed me to just focus on enjoying the day.
Kaitlyn was worth every single penny and then some. Not only is she incredibly organized and good at what she does, she is also just a genuinely cool, funny person to be around. She made the whole process feel easy, and getting along with her was effortless.
If you want someone who will keep your day running smoothly while also being an absolute joy to have around, you should absolutely hire Kaitlyn. -

The best of the best!
Of all the decisions we made during the wedding planning process, choosing Kaitlyn to be our coordinator was hands down the BEST choice we made. I honestly don’t know what we would have done without her. She was always 3 or more steps ahead of me with making sure we were staying on track, suggesting vendors and going to meetings with us, giving her professional opinions, etc. She is also so much fun to work with and a wonderful human being! She made our special day as stress free as possible by keeping everyone in line and on schedule, bringing us food and drinks, and creating the most beautiful setup. Our day was truly magical and we are so grateful 🤍 -

Kaitlyn was the second best decision I've made, my husband being the first.
While looking for planners, Kaitlyn was the only one that did not stress me out and bombard me with questions. She gave me space to talk through what we had planned so far and what more we needed her help with.
She was flexible and accommodating, staying involved every step of the way. She reminded me of what I was forgetting, or didn't even know to think about, at various time intervals leading to the big day!
And then, day of, she was right there helping us trouble shoot the biblical flooding we couldn't have predicted in St. Augustine. She literally carried my dress in the rain as my dad was walking me down the aisle.
She was incredible and so worth every penny. She should have charged more.

Working with Kaitlyn was hands-down one of the best decisions we made during the wedding planning process. From the start, she made every step feel seamless, even with my work schedule. She was flexible, responsive, and always one step ahead — making it incredibly easy for me to stay in the loop without feeling overwhelmed.
What really set Kaitlyn apart was her attention to detail. Nothing slipped through the cracks — every flower, timeline, and layout was thoughtfully considered. Her ability to anticipate needs and catch the smallest things made the entire day feel polished and personal.
She also managed the unique challenge of balancing what I wanted for my day along with input from both my parents and my husband’s parents with such grace. I discovered A Lavish Event completely by chance soon after getting engaged. As someone who has been we been married, or even attended a wedding, I cannot even BEGIN to describe how helpful and patient Kaitlyn was throughout the entire process. She is very attentive, sweet, and understanding of any situation. She kept in contact not only for progress of the wedding planning but also my general well being. As for the day itself, I could not tell you a single bad thing happening that impacted how it went. If anything negative happened, it went over my head because Kaitlyn was on top of everything. I cannot recommend her enough to plan your wedding; you will not regret it. -

If you’re looking for a wedding coordinator, you can’t get any better than A Lavish Event.
Not only is Kaitlyn a professional, she is kind and is great with communicating.
Her and her team handled so much for us.
We had our wedding in Florida, which is an out of state wedding for us. She went to the 30 day walk through for me, handled all decor pick up so we could focus on getting ready the day of, and she even steamed our table cloths.
There were so many moving parts that she took care of for us that ensured our big day was perfect.
I could not recommend A Lavish Event enough! -

I originally wasn’t going to have a wedding coordinator, I had recently quit my job so I thought I wouldn’t need one since I had time to plan, but then I did some research and learned that our wedding day would be less stressful if we hired one. I looked online and found Kaitlyn and I liked her from the first call, she was very polite and kind. We hired her as day of coordinator, but she was available for my questions all the time which was very impressive to me. We had our first meeting with my fiancé and her a little over a month before the wedding and it was always evident to us how organized, professional, and good at planning she is. She also coordinated meetings with the venue, created a perfectly smooth timeline targeted to our preferences, and even shared her expertise when we were making final decisions. We were very pleased working with her until that point, but we really understood how lucky we were to have hired her on our wedding weekend. She organized our rehearsal and our wedding in such a flawless way that we didn’t have one worry in our minds for the whole weekend. She was diligent but kind when organizing our vendors and family members. She coordinated everything so both our venues (ceremony and reception) did everything exactly as we wanted, and she won both my fiancé’s and my family’s hearts with her amazing personality and hard work. We were incredibly pleased with all our vendors, and we wouldn’t have changed anything about our wedding, but our best decision was definitely hiring Kaitlyn. No one had such an immense impact as she did. Words can’t describe all she did for us but to mention some examples: she always had water bottles ready for me and my husband in the ceremony, and when we were taking pictures, she carried my veil while we walked through the St Augustine streets, she BOUGHT US SNACKS from Starbucks after the ceremony and didn’t even want us to venmo her, I was sick and had been losing my voice since the rehearsal dinner and she bought me a tea she had heard about on TikTok that saved my voice in time for the reception, she and her wonderful assistant Sam took the flowers for the grooms family in their car all the way to their Airbnb so they would have them in time for the pre-wedding photos, and they took all the cards and decorations to our hotel room after the reception, and many many other things I wouldn’t have time to finish mentioning. All I can say to finish is that you rarely find people as smart, professional, resourceful, organized, passionate about their work, person as Kaitlyn is, but above all she is a wonderful and kind hearted human being, whom we were tremendously blessed to have had as our wedding coordinator. We couldn’t recommend her enough and we are forever grateful for making our wedding day better than we could have imagined. -

First of all, anyone that thinks they don't need a wedding planner is wrong. Aside from most venues requiring a point of contact on the day of the event, there is literally no way for the bride to focus on the details while enjoying her day. Kaitlyn was professional from the start. She helped me to customize her services based on what I wanted. Because I was planning a small wedding and I'm a bit of a control freak, we decided most of her expertise would come the last days leading up to the event and the day of. She fairly based her price for her services on this. We kept in close contact the entire year of planning. I would let her know where I was at with planning, keeping her updated through text messages, emails, pictures and the occasional meeting. Anything I asked She gladly provided. And if too much time passed she made sure to reach out to ensure i was on track and was passing along any necessary information to her (vendor information etc). I kept things very simple and for the most part handled things easily until a few weeks out. This was the point where I realized EVERYONE NEEDS A COMPETANT WEDDING PLANNER! Kaitlyn took control of day of timelines, organizing and informing all vendors. I also received a minute by minute copy so as things got hectic, I could simply email copies to whoever needed to be informed. This gave me a huge break. She orchestrated and insisted on multiple practice ceremony run through. At the time I felt it was redundant, it was not! Everything she did had a purpose. Everyone knew where they needed to be and when prior to the wedding. The details down to where presents and decorations needed to go after were pre arranged. She even handled payments and tips to vendors and venue servers. When I tell you every detail was covered, I mean it. Every event is bound to have hiccups and each one was handled swiftly, discreetly and professionally. She was everywhere but hardly seen, I have no idea how she managed it! These types of events require attention to details and every detail was perfect. Even her choice outfits for the event was professional and appropriate. Even though I wanted simple by the time everything was said and done it was so much more. My day was literally perfect. Kaitlyn at A Lavish event may not have fed my guests or played the music or officiated the wedding but she was by far the most Integral component to the most perfect day -

If you are looking for a wedding coordinator then look no further than Kaitlyn at A Lavish Event. As soon as I reached out to Kaitlyn she was prompt in responding to me and scheduling a phone meeting to discuss what I envisioned for my wedding day and how her services would best be utilized. We decided that day of coordination with an added assistant would be best. Kaitlyn kept me motivated and on track of wedding planning from the beginning. She kept in touch regularly and as we began to get closer to the final day we scheduled multiple zoom meetings. She reached out to all of my vendors the weeks prior to confirm and work out any issues that could arise. I feel like Kaitlyn really shined at the rehearsal, getting a wedding party of 12, parents, a flower girl, and officiant all on the same page is no easy task. But Kaitlyn did it like a pro, she had my music on her phone ready to play and spent time making sure the spacing of everyone was perfect and looked balanced for photos. Again, I cannot say enough good things! The morning of, Kaitlyn and her assistant arrived and were ready to go! They checked in on us multiple times as they set everything up. I believe everything went smoothly but I would have never known otherwise because she is such a professional at what she does and wants the Bride and Groom to enjoy their day. My entire family even commented on how lucky I was to have Kaitlyn and her team. I cannot even imagine how the day could have or would have gone without her expertise! Thank you Kaitlyn for making my day so special!

Hiring a Lavish Event (Kaitlyn) was one of the best decisions as we quickly approached our big day. We were planning this wedding from overseas (Spain) and she was understanding and flexible with our time zone difference along with other aspects that are difficult to navigate from afar. She asked all of the right questions leading up to the day making our rehearsal smooth and the wedding day perfect. She’s a hard worker who will go above and beyond to make the vision come to life.
