Do not miss the opportunity to hire Brina. I was 10mo out from my wedding back in January and I was struggling to find/vet/manage vendors with a busy work/travel schedule when I stumbled upon her profile here. After vetting so many planners, the options and cost were overwhelming. Brina's services came with the best options (in my opinion): pay per month, day-of coordination services, additional support for all setup/breakdown day of, personalized vendor recommendations, emotional support etc. Before even agreeing to work with me we had an interview to get to know each other and get a feel for what my husband and I envisioned. She was transparent about her availability and it was so easy to get setup with her and immediately make progress. We met with her nearly every month for two hour calls where we reviewed our checklist, she gave me updates on vendors she spoke with on my behalf, I provided updates for my items, and so on. In between our calls Brina was extremely responsive over text (and even calls when we had emergencies). She not only took the time to ensure everything was situated with vendors, she even ensured she met with my venue coordinator and specked my venue as she had not been there previously. The week of my wedding Brina took the reigns so I could focus on myself, she had a call with each of my vendors ensuring they had all their paperwork and arrival/departure times, ensured my venue coordinator was looped in to all details, called/texted me regularly to keep me up to date (even checking on me to ensure I was mentally/physically/emotionally well). On my wedding day, Brina took care of EVERYTHING. I will never be able to thank her enough for giving me the gift of being present on my wedding day. My husband and I truly enjoyed our day due to the immense dedication/precision/care that she provided. Brina is exceptional at what she does, she is the "peace of mind" that made my day the best it could have been. Hire her! -

We hired Brina to help us find vendors and check over all of our contracts before we hired anyone. She was absolutely amazing!! She curated all of the potential venues perfectly so we never felt overwhelmed with options or other decisions. Her plan options are so flexible and very well priced. If I ever have another large event anywhere near her, I’m using her as a planner. Thank you so much Brina! -

I hired Brina for day of coordination for our big day. We had the event at home, 45 people, just immediate family. Brina and I spoke the month before the wedding to make sure I was organized and had a clear list of tasks that I had to complete before the day. She had a warm, positive vibe, I felt comfortable with her immediately. It was also very clear from our first convo that she is well organized and has done this before. She reminded me of a bunch of things I had not thought of. It was a very helpful meeting for me and I felt a lot less stressed after it, even though I had more on my to-do list. I also discussed with her that we have 5 kids (teenagers) from previous marriages that we somehow wanted to include but could not figure out how. She suggested doing a sand ceremony (which I had not heard of before) and sent me links. I modified it a bit to include 2 other members of our families as well (so we had 9 layers of sand in the end). It turned out to be the focus of the whole ceremony and was super well received by our guests and the kids! Thank you Brina! The week before the wedding we met again to firm up details and she told me I should think of her as my personal assistant on the wedding day. The day of Brina arrived early and after a quick tour of the house and where everything would take place she completely took over the flow of the event, the food service, welcoming guests, wiping up spills, coordinating with the photographer, shepherding us to the alter for the ceremony, basically anything that needed to be done to keep the event running smoothly and make it successful. She also made sure my champagne glass was filled 😆 leaving me to be able to focus on my guests and myself. She was so efficient I practically felt like a guest! After the event when my husband and I went to clean up we had the lovely surprise of realizing Brina had already done most of it!! She was worth every penny. A few of my guests came up to me at the end of the event and unsolicited told me they thought she was fantastic. ❤️ I highly recommend using Brina as your wedding coordinator no matter the size of your wedding! -

From one severe type A bride to you: stop reading reviews, stop searching for a wedding coordinator, and hire Brina.
She is a consummate professional. Brina has years of experience and uses it to anticipate things that never even crossed your mind. And the problems you’re already worried about? She handles them, and only involves you if you want to be involved. Otherwise, they are simply…resolved.
If you are wondering if you need a day of coordinator, the answer is yes. Having Brina on your team means you will be able to enjoy your day as a guest of honor, not feeling like you need to be working at your own (very expensive!) party. My go to phrase on the wedding day during the typically hectic getting ready period? “Ask Brina!” Give your worries to Brina and trust that she will handle them.
She is a one woman show, a one stop shop for everything, and she will ensure all of your vendors are on the same page before the big day. She wrangles late parties, helps arrange faux florals, climbs ladders, fixes hair extensions, creates/manages timelines, answers all questions, and thoroughly manages any anxieties/issues as they arise (which, during wedding planning, is often). She is worth every single penny and then some. -

I can't say enough nice things about Bri. If you're on the fence about hiring her as your planner, this is your sign to do it! I'm a type A person, so I was hesitant to hire a planner because I thought I wouldn't need one. But that is NOT the case. The last thing you want to do on your wedding day is be in charge of things, and I can't tell you how much of a relief it was to have someone handling all the little things so that my husband and I could just enjoy our day. While this is our first time getting married, it is definitely not Brina's first time planning a wedding. Her experience alone is so beneficial to have. Any questions we had, any little thing that would've kept me up all night, Brina had it covered. Every single time we talked to her, I walked away from the conversation feeling relieved, but also supported. She constantly went above and beyond for us, doing things I wouldn't even have known to ask her to do. We rented our flowers, and the next day I realized I forgot to ask the groomsmen to give me their boutonnieres at the end of the night so that I could ship them back the next day. I was bummed because this meant I would have to pay a penalty for not returning them. Turns out that without being asked, Bri went around and collected all the boutonnieres at the end of the night and packaged them up for us. She is SO kind, and SO supportive. You're dealing with a lot of people that day that have their own agenda, but to have someone whose sole purpose is to support you in whatever you need is priceless. I can't recommend her enough. You won't regret having her on your team. -

My daughter got married on September 1, 2019. We chose Brina of a Guilded Wedding as our wedding planner. It was one the best decisions I ever made.
Brina is knowledgeable, organized, and responded to all of our questions during the months of planning. She is the ultimate professional and has a passion for what she does.
Her organizational skills are phenomenal. Brina made sure the brides and the entire wedding party were well taken care of.
We had an early ceremony and brunch reception. Brina provided excellent service by arranging a great schedule for hair and make-up. She arranged to have carafes of coffee delivered at the crack of dawn to the bridal party, so they could be awake and ready for the morning ceremony.
Brina was meticulous about all of the details and a delight to work with. During the ceremony and reception, Brina took care of everything, kept us calm, and on schedule.
I want to thank Brina for going above and beyond. I knew the wedding would be wonderful, but it surpassed my greatest expectations, thanks to Brina. I relaxed and was able to focus on the joy of such a momentous day. It was perfect! -

I fully admit that I’m a “DIY-type-A” personality and started taking that approach to planning my wedding. Thank god we hired Brina who helped organize all of my thoughts (that were all over the place). Brina is so organized and helpful (and all while remaining calm). I’ve said it to about anyone who will listen: my wedding wouldn’t have been as perfect as it was without her there. From the ore-wedding meetings (I would go into them feeling overwhelmed and a bundle of stress and leave feeling calm and in control of everything) to the day of the wedding, Brina was my rock! The entire day went off without a hitch and I was so relaxed when I was expecting to be a bundle of stress. Brina was sweet, professional, caring and intelligent and if I could I would give her 10 stars. -
