Planning the wedding of our dreams with A Good Affair
Going into wedding planning, we had no idea what to expect -- it all seemed really overwhelming. But after our first phone call with A Good Affair, I knew they would be a pleasure to work with and had the design ability to truly create something beautiful, unique, and personal for us. We're so grateful for A Good Affair and all of their help. I could call or text them anytime and they were always so positive and reassuring. My husband and I could not have asked for a more special day and it was largely thanks to A Good Affair. We still have friends telling us how beautiful our wedding was and how impressed they were with every single detail. We loved working with them -- they are truly the best! -

Best Team!
Where do I even begin! We loved the Good Affair team and they made our dreams come true! We got married during the uncertain times of the pandemic and they really made us feel like no matter what, our wedding would be the perfect, special day we dreamed of - and they did NOT disappoint! Every detail was thought of and it was the most magical day. They also had so many amazing vendors to partner with, so we knew we would be in good hands every step of the way. The day of our wedding went so smooth and Ellie was a dream - she was there by my side and helped with every tiny details! Both of our families were so happy, and I know my mom, as mother of the bride, agrees with how amazing the whole process was! I can’t thank the team enough for turning out vision into the most PERFECT day. Love you all at A Good Affair!

Springtime Wedding, Monarch Beach Resort
Because of Natalie and her team, our wedding was an absolute dream. Based from her previous work, I knew she was the perfect wedding planner to hire to help plan our special day. From the initial meeting to the wedding day, the process was easy and her team kept all of the details organized. My husband and I were one of the many couples who postponed and changed venues due to the pandemic. Despite the uncertainty and chaos, we never felt like our day would be anything less than what we imagined.
On the wedding day itself, her team managed every minute and detail perfectly. We never had to worry about where to go or when. We were able to 100% enjoy the day with absolutely no stress. Very few couples I know can say that about their wedding. We love to look back on our wedding day and talk about how fun, beautiful, stress free, and lovely the day was! -

I can't say enough amazing things about Natalie and the entire AGA team! From start to finish, they were all professional, organized, helpful, enthusiastic and SO friendly. She really did make my wedding dreams come true and exceeded our expectations, especially when it came to the design and decor. We would hire them again in a second! 15/10 would recommend! -

Dream Wedding Planner!!
Was referred to Natalie and her team and never looked back!! I wanted to plan a wedding back in my hometown but because we were living abroad, a friend of mine highly recommended we find a wedding planner. Natalie and Ellie were so kind to me throughout the entire process and were able to cater to all our budgets, big or small! We were also able to incorporate our cat into the wedding details :)
The wedding was a dream come true to me and my guests still talk to me about it. Some say it is the most beautiful wedding they've ever been to in their lives and I only have AGA to thank for all the details! My husband and I will honestly miss the wedding planning days. Thank you AGA for not only giving us the perfect wedding but also being our friend along the way. This experience wouldn't have been the same without you guys. -

Full service coordinators at the top of the game!
Hiring A Good Affair was by far the best decision I made for our wedding. Of all the planners/designers I interviewed, Natalie was the most competent, talented, and trustworthy. And she delivered! Natalie is so talented and she designed for us a truly mind-blowing luxury dream wedding. It was more beautiful than I could have ever imagined!
Natalie, Ellie, and the rest of the A-team took away all the stress of planning and literally took care of everything to make our engagement a truly blissful and fun experience. They handled every little detail, including venue coordination, rehearsal dinner, bridal luncheon, dealing with all the vendors, and keeping me calm during the emotional ups and downs. They were on top of everything during the months and weeks leading up to the big day in additional to making the day itself a seamless experience. These ladies are heaven sent, and are a truly sweet kind and caring team. Anyone would be lucky to have A Good Affair on their side. -

Look no further than AGA
We were lucky enough to get to work with Natalie, Ellie and Kimberly and couldn't more highly recommend them!!! They took our vision and created an absolute dream of a wedding, and were highly respectful of making sure all the different people in the process (parents, both bride/groom, siblings, etc) were included. They were also so flexible and kind - even when we decided NOT to sign the original venue contract we were looking at and instead change the state, location, guest count, budget, and move up the wedding by 6 months on a whim! Handling something like that with grace is so rare, let alone then still creating the most stunning experience. If you are looking for caring, talented, go-getters for your wedding planning team then you've found them in A Good Affair! As my mom says, we'll never have another big event without Natalie and her team!-

The Best Wedding Planner Ever!
Finding AGA was totally random but such a blessing! Just like many other brides, I would go on Instagram and follow some wedding pages to get ideas, and one of those pages was the AGA Instagram. I simply fell in love with how unique and elegant all of the weddings were. Not thinking much about it my now husband (Fernando) and I went on with looking at different locations of a destination wedding. After getting these a ton of cookie cutter packages from resorts/hotel’s event planners, we knew that we needed to get our own wedding planner. With a little hesitation we reached out to AGA, that’s located in California while we are located in Florida, but much to our surprise we got the sweetest and most willing to help response from Natalia and her team! So we set up a facetime appointment to go over details. Natalie totally got us as a couple and what we wanted right away, like she read our minds. At that moment we know that she was the perfect wedding planner for us. Not only did she create our perfect day but she also planned all of our other events that lead up to it. AGA took care of everything and anything for us, things that we didn’t even know of at the moment.. She helped us find our perfect location (Baha Mar- Rosewood). They took care of our Welcome Cocktails (Thursday), Beach BBQ on a Private Island (Friday), the wedding day (Saturday) and Goodbye Brunch (Sunday). My husband and I give Natalie and her team all the credit in the world, not only were they super professional but they were so sweet. The girls felt like family, you get to build such a friendship with them all you aren’t just another bride/ wedding! They were such a huge part of getting our special days done, which lead them to be such big part of our lives. And will forever hold a special place in our hearts! AGA didn’t just delivery a magazine perfect wedding but they gave us an unforgettable experience. I was so lucky to have worked with them, Natalie’s and her team are just design genius, they were able to take our little ideas and turn them into a dream. It wasn’t our dream perfect wedding. it was better than anything we could’ve dreamt of. I could go on, and on about them and it would still not do it justice. We are forever thankful for all their hard work. Only when you get the chance of being an AGA bride you will understand what an experience it is to work with them! And I look forward to doing any future events I might’ve have with them!-

The best wedding planner around
Natalie and her team are truly one of a kind. When I first got engaged, I planned on interviewing several wedding planners to get a feel for who I would work best with. I went to A Good Affair first because they were highly recommended and I left that day without question that Natalie would be planning my wedding. She is unique and creative, detail oriented, personable, and professional. She is nothing short of the best wedding planner out there. I am so thankful for all the days leading up to the wedding, but what I am most thankful for is the day of. Natalie and her team were by my side from the moment I started getting ready to leaving the venue. This was valuable to me because they handled everything. Any problem that may have occurred, I was not aware of and I did not have to stress. They made sure I was able to take it all in and guided my through the entire day seamlessly. Amazing!
My Sister worked with Natalie about 6 years ago. The day was spectacular and ever since that day I knew we would be working with Natalie again in the future. The second I got engaged we knew exactly who to call! Natalie and her team are incredible! I knew going into it I was in great hands which made it so easy to sit back and be able to enjoy the entire planning experience. Our day turned out more beautiful than I could have ever imagined, and this is all due to Natalie and the AGA team. I can be very indecisive which can make planning a wedding very overwhelming, but with Natalie’s help and expertise it was effortless and fun. She referred us to all our amazing vendors from the photographer, radiographer, DJ, bakery, florist, hair and makeup and many more. All of which were amazing to work with.The day was flawless and the design she came up with absolutely BLEW US AWAY! It was more beautiful than I could have even imagined. We also worked extensively with Ellie who was amazing every step of the way and so sweet. She helped us coordinate all the scheduling and is extremely thorough and detailed and always made sure we were on top of our timeline. We cannot say enough good things about Natalie and the entire AGA team. Working with them was the best decision we could have made for our wedding. We cannot thank her enough for creating our most magical and amazing day of our lives!!!-

Best decision we made for our wedding
Victoria made the planning process so easy for us from beginning to end. We spoke with 4 other planners and after our meeting with Victoria, we knew she was our pick. She understood our vision right from the start and also had a great handle on the areas where we needed more assistance than others in the planning process. She let us take free reign in areas where we knew exactly what we wanted but also offered any suggestions she had. At the same time, she knew when to take the lead for us. When we were overwhelmed with all of the different choices for florists and desserts (both of which are not my forte) Victoria made it easy for us and narrowed it down 2-3 vendors that were within our budget and fit our style and simplified our decision process. We were so happy with all of the vendors we ultimately chose through her recommendations. From a design perspective, I knew the things I liked but had no idea how to bring it all together. Victoria put together a fresh, unique, and modern design that was above and beyond what I had even imagined and totally exceeded our expectations Victoria was easy to communicate with, organized, efficient and very patient with us throughout the planning process. We knew we were in good hands for the actual wedding day and we really were. It has been months since our wedding and our friends and family are still raving about how flawless the design was and how smooth and organized the night was.
Thanks to Victoria and her team, our wedding was everything we could have imagined and more. We couldn’t have been happier with choosing AGA and having Victoria as our planner.

Natalie and her team are incredible! My wedding could not have been more beautiful, thank you AGA! I never imagined my wedding day and had no ideas for what I wanted. If you are like me DO NOT WORRY!! Natalie and her team will spend the time with you in order to create the most beautiful wedding design, a truly exquisite representation of you and your groom! I am still amazed at the perfection of our wedding as my husband and I are no dream clients... we tend toward procrastination, indecisiveness, and are very casual. Natalie and the AGA team easily tackled our characteristics and produced an absolute dream of a day/evening. Thanks to AGA my entire day as a bride felt effortless. AGA created my dream wedding!
Natalie, Anna, and the rest of the AGA team were so amazing and made our wedding dreams come true! A Good Affair actually planned & designed my brother's wedding, which turned out to be so beautiful that I knew I wanted to work with them for my wedding. However, it was really important to me that our wedding had it's own feel and look. Natalie reassured me that each of their weddings are unique, matching each couple's personality and vision. I can't express enough how true this is. Our wedding was the most beautiful, magical day and night of our lives. Natalie brings to life your dream wedding and beyond. She is a truly talented event designer.
Anna was also so wonderful to work with! She dealt with most of the planning and coordination of the wedding. Since we live in Los Angeles with busy work schedules, it was difficult for us to meet in the OC. Anna would work with our schedules and meet us in LA when we had to go over details. If we ever had any questions or concerns, she was always accessible. Anna is so thorough and makes sure you don't have to worry about the many elements that go into putting a wedding production together. Our actual wedding day went by so smoothly and stress-free for us, and I know that it was all because of the hard work that the AGA team had put in. We are so thankful to A Good Affair for putting together the most wonderful day of our lives and for giving us such a beautiful start to our marriage! -

From beginning to end, it has been a wonderful experience working with A Good Affair. Janel and Natalie did a SUPERB job! Janel was our planner and Natalie designed the venue. Working with Janel ensured we were on track with vendors and kept things practical with our budget. Janel was professional, attentive, and friendly. Although I’m NO Bridezilla, lol....Janel was quick to respond to my concerns even on nights and weekends. Janel even went out of her way to get aspirin for my ring bearer, which the mother truly appreciated. Janel amazed our guests on how organized and smooth our wedding was. Some guests used the words “perfect”, “flawless”, “GREAT Planner”, etc. to describe Janel and the wedding. From ceremony to reception, it was beautifully organized. We truly were guests to our own wedding!
Natalie was amazing with her designs. Natalie and I only met a few times to discuss the designs and budget. Knowing what my budget was, Natalie, still, was able to deliver my vision. Natalie left me speechless at mock-up, the day Natalie presented her designs, and was even more blown away on the day of the wedding! As for our guests, they were in shock with “WOW” as the only word they could utter. From the flowers, mirrored table, vases, candles, velvet table napkins, etc...guests were in awe. And the blush drapery, aaaaah....that was just awesome!
So, THANK YOU Janel and Natalie for the incredible experience! I enjoyed every minute of my dream wedding. And as days go by after the wedding, we continue to receive compliments from our guests. Words such as “once in a lifetime experience”, “the best wedding ever attended”-coming from the 50+ year old people, “amazing”, “gorgeous”, “exquisite”, “beautiful” were just some of the words used by our guests. It feels great to know that every single one of our guests enjoyed and left the wedding feeling special (the best gift we received). Thank you sooooo much from the bottom of our hearts!! -

When I first met Natalie I knew she was going to be my wedding planner. She was actually the only planner I met with because I instantly connected with her outgoing, confident, take charge personality. It was evident in her work that she was a fabulous designer but I could definitely tell she was very passionate and experienced in what she does. I provided Natalie with two sentences of what I wanted and she created a vision board that perfectly displayed my dream wedding. With a whole weekend of events to plan, my parents and my husband's parents out of town, high expectations, vendor meetings, and the stress that comes along with planning a wedding, Natalie had her hands full and did not disappoint. She was definitely present every step of the way along with her amazing team. I was so impressed with the creative design, organization, and commitment to making this day so special for me and my husband. Her ability to multitask so many aspects of the wedding at once gave me the confidence to not stress. I did not have to worry about things not running on time or people/vendors showing up, and especially not the overall production that goes into planning such an over the top event. I was absolutely blown away and cried when I walked into the ballroom. It was beyond my dreams and the most beautiful wedding I have ever been to. Everyone continues to tell me how amazing and flawless the entire weekend went. It was truly a fairytale setting and the most special day of my life. Erin and I actually met when we were in college and were able to reconnect through Facebook; when I got engaged, I knew immediately there was no one else I would trust my day to and she did not disappoint, thanks to her my wedding was perfection. I can’t say enough about how AMAZING Erin was throughout the whole process, she was always available to answer all my little questions, she was communicative, creative and passionate and helped everything stay on track. The day of, I was able to stay in the moment and not worry about all the little details around me; Erin took my vision and executed it perfectly, there literally wasn’t one thing I would have changed. She went above and beyond even (thankfully) convincing my husband that they needed props for his “It’s Tricky” dance with his groomsmen and went and got them props (day of!), something I previously tried to convince him of unsuccessfully; it was those little touches that truly made the day so memorable. So many guests have complimented me on how amazing everything was, calling out Erin specifically and how SPECTACULAR she was! As I look back on my wedding all I can think is that it was pure perfection and that couldn’t have been done without Erin. Thank you Erin & A Good Affair! -

Hiring Anna of A Good Affair as my wedding planner/coordinator was one of the best decisions I made for my wedding! I’ll be honest, I consider myself a pretty organized person who enjoys researching/planning and wondered if hiring a wedding coordinator was even necessary. The answer is HECK YES. No amount of research can replace the years of experience from a veteran wedding planner like Anna.
When shopping for wedding vendors, I would compile of list of vendors from my personal online research, reach a stand-still and then request vendor recommendations from Anna. Despite my extensive research, I went with one of Anna’s recommendations for almost every vendor. Not only was she able to cater her vendor recommendations so perfectly to my personal style, but Anna truly has such a sweet disposition.
On the day of the wedding, Anna was my hero. She kept the entire wedding party on schedule while maintaining a calm temperament throughout the day. Before the grand entrance, I was having issues with the bustle on my wedding dress which made me super nervous that I would not be able to perform my first dance with my husband (our dance involved several turns/lifts) since we could not stop tripping over my dress as the bustle was originally tied. Nevertheless, once Anna showed up, she worked with one of my bridesmaids and fixed my bustle perfectly and totally saved the day!
After the wedding, Anna was so organized and made sure everything was packed nicely and neatly (even saving some late night snacks for later!) before we left the reception. She made the entire day flow flawlessly and stress-free. From the beginning stages of wedding planning to the actual day of event, Anna was truly invaluable.
Bottom Line: Hire A Good Affair for wedding planning services and request Anna if possible! You will not regret it! -

This review is for Anna Nguyen specifically, although my experience with the company and the assistant the day of was all wonderful and beyond my expectations. I really feel that Anna went above and beyond in every aspect that went into my wedding. Her communication is excellent, she is professional, she responds to emails promptly and thoroughly, every recommendation she made for other vendors was excellent, and she is super sweet to top it all off. She was just so incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. On the day of the wedding, multiple family members took notice and commented on how wonderful she was. I chose the 4 months out package. Looking back, the only thing I would have done differently would have been to hire her full time, from the very beginning of the planning process. (1) Natalie was beyond qualified and experienced. Her portfolio has countless gorgeous pictures of weddings she's designed. She knows what she's doing and that has tons of experience. (4) She's very responsive. She answered tons of emails, questions, calls, etc. at all hours. (5) She will work within your budget. She will give you multiple options and choices. (7) She was organized. On your wedding day, her team is a well-oiled machine. You need something last-minute? They've got it covered. My husband and I interviewed 3 planners before choosing Anna at A Good Affair. Anna is very professional and handled our entire planning process with complete dedication and grace. She has a design background and impeccable taste, which enabled her to fully grasp our vision and execute it to perfection on our day.
We had quite a few hurdles during our planning process that were out of Anna’s control, but she made it her priority to correct the issues promptly. An example of this is our original called and unexpectedly canceled on us just two months before our . Within a week, Anna found and secured a new and even better for our .
Our day could not have been more perfect. Not one thing went wrong. The team Anna pulled together (and vendors she recommended that we hired) worked together beautifully. We were able to relax and enjoy our day completely while Anna and team set up the ceremony and reception areas executing our vision exactly how we pictured it. Anna has incredible taste and asked us to trust her that day. We felt so comfortable letting Anna do her job- there was nothing we were worried about. It was seriously gorgeous.

What can I say about Erin Gershik and Natalie Good from A Good Affair? Well, I would say that if you don't hire them - you are seriously missing out! I don't know what I would have done without their attention to detail, multiple conversations over managing my budget and expectations and more! I had to reduce my grandiose vision due to my budget restraints but still wound up with one of the most beautiful wedding I (and many other guests have said they've) been to! I am so appreciative of all their time, effort and hard work! The staff is amazing and if anything went wrong on my wedding day - I didn't know it! I would recommend them a million times over for your big day (or any event, really)!! Anna was my wedding planner and she was super genuine and prompt in getting back to any questions, concerns via email, phone or text one might have due to wedding planning anxiety! She gets back to you, helps you fully understand the planning process in a friendly manner and is always 100% supportive and on your side to help you have the best wedding possible! I personally don't know what I would do without her and because of her extreme professionalism, expertise in the industry and friendly approach - - I always knew I was in great hands. In the middle of the reception, the bottom sole of my heel started to peel back and I had no idea what to do. Of course, Anna brought little sticky pads and glue and had it all together in no time. If you want to make your life easier and enjoy the process of planning a wedding, the only way to go is to hire a wedding planner. My daughter made the first contact with Natalie and told me she "just knew that Natalie was the right person to help us with the wedding". She said she felt she "had made a best friend" after only a 20 minute conversation with her. I have to admit the sticker shock was difficult as it was the first expense of my daughter's wedding. Right from the get go, I knew we had made the right decision with hiring A Good Affair. Natalie and her team were with me every step of the way. Their suggestions, ideas, and professional direction were exactly what I needed. We worked together as a team to bring a dream to reality. The support from AGA helped make an often challenging and overwhelming process enjoyable. They took care of the tasks that can make any sane person go crazy, so that I could enjoy the wedding planning with my daughter. We were very much part of the process but did not have the headaches or stress that come with a wedding, especially with it being a destination wedding. Everyone at A Good Affair could not have been nicer, or more pleasant to work with. It felt like we were working with our best friends to plan the most important day of my daughter's life. They didn't miss a thing and I consider the entire staff as friends. They are true professionals, complete with the compassion and patience needed to keep a mother of the bride happy and calm. It was an absolute pleasure working with Natalie and the rest of the A Good Affair team to plan my dream wedding. I believe that planning your wedding can be a very enjoyable experience with little stress if you have the right help (A Good Affair).
I was the type of bride that did not have a clue about what I wanted my wedding to be like. The only thing I really knew was that I wanted it to be beautiful and a fun experience. As Natalie got to know my husband and I better she developed a better understanding about our style and how best to reflect that. On the rare occasion that she presented something to me that I did not care for, I felt completely comfortable letting her know because of how well she would respond.
A Good Affair had a very organized and strategic approach to planning a wedding. After finding the venue, our first priority was getting contracts with our desired venders and then we moved on to planning what it would look like. I enjoyed the process of choosing my vendors (all of which I absolutely loved). Natalie would send me a list of options they thought I would like and I could just pick which one I liked the best. They were always happy to send me more options if I needed.
Something else that I think is very unique about AGA is how you have the opportunity to work with the entire team. I would constantly get emails from different team members that were just checking in on me to see if there was anything that I needed (and they would always respond to whatever my needs were).
There is not one thing I would have changed about my wedding day. Although I knew what the ceremony/reception were going to look like, my jaw still dropped when I saw how beautiful it looked (my mother even started crying)!
Natalie and her team are also extremely considerate about your budget. She was always very upfront with what things would cost and would work with you when you felt uncomfortable with an expense.

Jayme was my all star wedding planner and Natalie was the incredible designer and we could not have gotten more lucky when we found A Good Affair! Throughout the year of planning/engagement Jayme was incredibly responsive (email, texts calls, you name it!), helpful, positive, fun and so easy to work with. From her amazing vendor recommendations (she recommended all of the best vendors!) to building a detailed timeline for the day of to being there for you every step of the way on your big day to getting to know you/your groom so well that she anticipates what you're going to decide - she's unbelievably talented! About a month before the wedding, I still felt at complete ease and remember talking to her to see if I should be more stressed than I was because everybody I knew that had gotten married was in a frantic mess one month out. She laughed at me and calmly said that's exactly why I hired her. I wasn't stressed at all during the planning process or on the day of. It is so worth it to get a professional like Jayme on your team and I recommend her without any reservations! When it came to designing our big day, Natalie took our vision and executed it to beyond perfection! If you're thinking you don't need someone to design your wedding, you'll want to reconsider when you see the unique/original tablescapes and layouts that Natalie comes up with. She was also a huge help when it came to managing stress and saves you so much time. For example, I met with our florist once at the mockup which is pretty much unheard of. Natalie takes charge of drafting up the invoice, calling out all the little details that will look good with the design, and comes to the mock up with you to ensure it looks exactly how you want it to look. This probably saved me a months worth of work and research! There aren't enough ways to say thank you to A Good Affair! They are the best in the business! -

Natalie and her team were amazing. They were professional, perfectionists and creative. I selected this company because I loved the look of A Good Affair's events as it matched the style I wanted in my wedding. Jamie was our "Girl Friday" during the entire wedding planning and on our wedding day. I could not have had a more personable and responsive wedding coordinator. My fiancee and I truly felt that Natalie and Jamie understood our personalities and our style. We were so happy with each of the recommended vendors. There comes a point during your wedding planning when you turn to your partner and wonder whether you should have just eloped and gone to Vegas...and that point hit for me about one month after I got engaged!
THANK GOODNESS we were able to hire Natalie and her team for our wedding. Natalie was amazing to work with, and ever so humble about her opinions and design. I had an idea about how I wanted my wedding to feel, but not so much about the actual details of the wedding. It was definitely her planning that made our vision come to life and for everything to come together. That's really what you're getting when you come to Natalie.
She walked me through the entire process of the taste testing, accommodating my 10000 requests/needs, was patient with me when I made so many changes to ten thousand different things, and stepped in to make a decision when I was being wishy washy. A Good Affair planned the most AMAZING wedding for me and my husband. Jayme was our wedding planner, and she was perfect! Jayme was my wedding planner and she did such a fantastic job! She was so pleasant to deal with, such a positive force! She kept me calm, and parsed out the tasks in an organized way. Everyone told me planning a wedding would be stressful. I often felt like, shouldn't I be doing more? It really was so manageable. But that's because Jayme had it all handled. I wrote my original thank you to the wedding planners, Anna & Natalie, way too soon. We continue to receive a flood of compliments from countless guests. The biggest compliment was that our guests never saw anything like this before! BINGO! I heard from an Armenian that it was refreshing to not have the typical traditional Armenian wedding. The food with the Armenian twists was new and exciting for everyone. They reinvented the wheel to everyone's delight. I heard from so many people how much they ate.
The design of the room was exquisite. Natalie, you nailed it with the layout. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous. I never expected so many bouquets but it filled the room with joy. Anna ran all the details with the precision of a little Napoleon. I did not worry about anything. If there were snags, I did not see them.
I was so happy we had the expert help to create Sandra's and my dream wedding. It was a fabulous day all around!

I am a DJ and have worked with many event planners. Most are just ok to not very good. The usually just make it look nice. This team (and I emphasize team) of people were amazing from start to finish. The made the venue look amazing and coordinated things so well all night. There was never a let down. Natalie was a joy to work with on all accounts. I knew from my first inquiry phone call to her, which lasted well over and hour, that she was just the person to plan our wedding. Natalie’s energy and her ability to connect won me over. I spoke to Natalie in August and we knew we wanted to get married the following January, February or March- so we didn’t have the luxury of a year of planning. I should also mention that I have been in the luxury hotel business for over 15 years – so I wanted to find someone who could complement my knowledge and skills, and create the event I didn’t have time to plan while working full-time. Natalie was further “challenged” by my very skeptical groom. We met with her and I thought she might fire us, as my husband certainly didn’t make it easy on her. But in true Natalie fashion, the ball just kept rolling and she didn’t skip a beat. We were very specific about not wanting a “cookie cutter” wedding – and Natalie did not disappoint. Natalie and her amazing team were able to plan and execute the wedding of my dreams in what ended up being only 3 months after we selected the venue, Pelican Hill. Natalie suggested an outdoor wedding and dinner…in January. We ended up having the ceremony, cocktails and dinner outside and moving into the Ballroom for the Party. A true visionary, as this had not been done at Pelican in the winter before- I keep seeing more events planned in their amazing outdoor space- so Natalie is a true trendsetter. I would say that she made my vision a reality, but in fact, I trusted her so much, for the most part I was happy to let her run with her amazingly creative, classy and fun ideas. Music was a huge element for us, and Natalie connected us with some amazing talent for our wedding. All of our vendor suggestions were perfect- she has a person for everything, and they won’t let you down! She made our dream a reality and, even better, I now have an amazing friend. I would highly recommend Natalie!!! -

We hired Kristin Fung as our Day of Coordinator for our wedding. After meeting with Kristin, we knew she was exactly what we wanted in a coordinator. She made us feel really comfortable and accommodated our every need and desires for the wedding. We knew we wanted to hire a day of coordinator to help relieve the stress and allow us to enjoy every minute of our wedding, and she did exactly that!! What makes Kristin such a great coordinator is that she is capable of making adjustments on the fly and not letting anyone but herself know that something did not go exactly as planned. She is organized, efficient, and accommodating (not only to the bride/groom but all important parties of the wedding). I highly recommend Kristin to every bride and groom! During the beginning stages of planning our wedding, we were unsure about how much we would actually need a coordinator but after meeting Anna, we were certain we wanted her to be a part of our special day. If you are looking for a wedding or event planner stop your search! Natalie Good and her team will throw an event that will far exceed any expectation you could have dreamed up. My husband and I got married at Rancho Las Lomas on June 13, 2015. I had no idea how to plan a wedding and I really didn't know what I wanted. My job is high pressure and I have little time to focus on anything else. Natalie and her team of planning experts got right to work. They helped me choose the best vendors, they listened to my needs, they had monthly checklists so that I could grasp the items I should focus on each month so that I did not get overwhelmed. They run like a fine oiled machine. They are experts at what they do and have so many connections. They created ideas on a breathtaking vision board and really brought the wedding to life right in front of my eyes. Yet what I saw on the board was surpassed by what I actually saw on my wedding day! Our mouths were on the floor when we walked down the isle. It was a magical dream and the enthusiasm by the AGA Team of excitement that they expressed for their own wedding design only further hightened the feeling that my husband and I felt. Thank you wouldn't even be enough to say to A Good Affair Wedding and Event Production. Anna and Natalie were especially outstanding the day of, if there were any issues I had no idea. They coordinated every single minute of our wedding day with a thorough timeline, contacting all vendors for load in and load out, and the list goes on and on. I just sat back with my girls and enjoyed the day. People are still telling me today that it was the most beautiful wedding they have ever attended. Where to start… A Good Affair was AMAZING. They were helpful from the very first meeting all the way to the wedding day. I was not the bride who had been planning my wedding since I was a little girl and really had no idea what I was going for, A Good Affair and more specifically Jayme were absolutely incredible. I cannot stress enough that if you want someone who is down to earth but will still get your wedding to look amazing, work with Jayme. She was really the one who helped us from day to one to working over 14 hours on our wedding day to make sure everything was perfect. She will be there every step of the way from little freak out days to “big” issue days. She always got back to us right away and gave it to us straight, no BS. I love her and A Good Affair and would highly recommend them for whatever event you are planning. -

This review is a long time in the making... I met Natalie in November of 2012, almost two years before our wedding was going to take place. She likes to say I'm her longest lasting client & I probably am. I met Natalie at Bridal event in 2012 we were both working. I fell in love with her booth and tablescape and wanted to go introduce myself. Once we started talking, we realized how much we had in common... like our love of gold, Michael Kors, & anything that sparkled! After Christmas we decided to have an actual meeting with my mom. We thought we would go down to spend a little time looking at her work and go from there. Two hours later.... mom and I both knew we couldn't do this without her! She first started this journey by planning an exquisite engagement party for our family and friends. It took 5 months, crazy amounts of emails, & a kick butt planner. Once that was done, the work began. We worked with Natalie and her team for months to make sure everything was just perfect. There were design meetings and florist meetings and cake meetings and decor meetings. It was almost like Natalie jumped in my head and knew exactly what I would want and what I wouldn't want. When it came time for our big day, I knew everything would be handled and I wouldn't have to worry about anything. Our wedding day was completely perfect and if anything went wrong, we didn't know about it. I absolutely loved having the ability to work with Natalie and her team for our engagement party and our wedding. They made everything easy and I knew they wanted us to have our Fairy tale Wedding. -

Words cannot describe how awesome Natalie is. From the very first telephone call, we just had a good feeling about her. Natalie never pressured us and was genuinely trying to give us information so we can make an informed decision. One thing that definitely set Natalie apart from all the other planners is the design service she provides. In addition to planning and coordinating, Natalie was instrumental in the design process. We had several design meetings with her where we brainstormed ideas together so she can get a sense of our likes and dislikes. She put together a beautiful and elegant proposal and we felt like she really understood. From colors, patterns, themes, entertainment, flowers, and etc, Natalie was there to help us from the initial design all the way to execution. Natalie and her team were so good at helping us narrow down vendors that fit our style and budget. We lived a bit far away so they were able to coordinate with all our vendors to make the most of our visits. On the day of the wedding, Natalie and her team took care of everything…I MEAN EVERYTHING!! From setting up to taking everything down, they did all the work. They took care of the timeline and coordinated with all the vendors, leaving us time to enjoy every moment of the wedding. I can’t imagine it to be any more stress free. Picking Natalie was definitely the best decision we made and I have to say she is worth every penny. Natalie and her team put together a dream come true wedding for us and it could not have been more perfect. Natalie and team are truly great. I interviewed a lot of planners before I decided upon A Good Affair. Natalie was so ready to take the challenge of planning my complicated wedding in under 2 months (wedding, reception, and after-party all at the same venue but in different spaces with different decor and 200+ guests--not the simplest undertaking!). Her "can do" attitude made me instantly sure that I could rely on her.
She was so good about balancing my design and aesthetic choices with my budget and with her industry knowledge. She made everything that we wanted happen. My husband was really involved, too, and she was great at navigating the multiple opinions and priorities. Her team was professional, organized, and communicative. I honestly could not have done it without them!
The great thing about Natalie is that she is able to maintain so much professionalism without losing any warmth (which is sooo needed during the sometimes stressful planning process). She was our day-of organizer as well, and our entire day went without a hiccup. She was able to negotiate messy family dynamics and unexpected bumps with grace and without us even knowing they had happened!
All in all, I cannot recommend Natalie and team enough. They are awesome!!!

Natalie Good- an unbelievably creative individual who puts her heart and soul into everything she does… A vendor mastermind who finds the perfect matches for you while constantly receiving her special “Natalie discounts” …a wedding genius whose special talent is to multiply your dream wedding by 1000!
As soon as I met Natalie, I knew we were a great fit. She was experienced and highly professional, yet sweet and easy to get along with. Since I live in Madrid and was marrying a Spaniard my wedding was going to be a little tricky! However, the cultural differences, language barriers, and living across the Atlantic didn’t seem to phase Natalie one bit.
Natalie and her team, including Jennifer and Anna, were extremely organized, emailing me checklists every month. During my short visits to Cali we would accomplish a lot. It was really nice saving so much time and energy not having to look for venders because we trusted Natalie, her experience, and that her venders were top notch.
Natalie made an extra effort for our Spanish guests. We had props from Spain for the photo booth, Spanish alcohol and Fanta, a bilingual, ceremony, speech translations, and transportation for the Spaniards. Natalie’s effort kept everyone happy and in communication!
Natalie crafted an amazing idea board and later looked high and low to find the decor. If something was unavailable or too costly, she brainstormed and searched until she succeeded. The woman is not only an artist, but extremely perseverant!
My wedding day was absolutely incredible. Thanks to AGA, the day went off without a hitch. I especially loved Natalie’s idea of releasing monarch butterflies in memory of my mother who passed away because I felt like she was there too. The guests kept telling me it was the most beautiful wedding they’d ever seen, and it was true! It was even more beautiful that we could have ever imagined. Natalie went above and beyond. Thank you Natalie! We love you!!

Natalie Good and her brilliant team at A Good Affair knocked our wedding out of the ballpark. It truly was magazine worthy. No detail was overlooked, and the most important thing was that she listened to us. If we didn't like something she had suggested, there was never an awkward feeling in the room… she just scrapped the idea and we moved on… usually to something more spectacular that she suggested! Being that we live in New York, it was difficult for us to get down to Laguna Beach where our wedding took place, so we did quite a bit of planning through Skype, phone calls and emails. So to potential clients that live elsewhere, don't count Natalie's team out. She was with us every step of the way. Our best advice to potential brides and grooms thinking about hiring Natalie's team - do it! You will not be disappointed. She created a masterpiece of a wedding, and she can do it for you, too! -

I contacted Natalie at A Good Affair about 7 months prior to my wedding after reading excellent reviews. Since I was planning a destination wedding I felt that hiring a wedding planner would be a necessity. Natalie and her team performed above and beyond my expectations. Natalie is incredibly organized, hard working and professional. Although I'm sure she is very busy planning numerous weddings, she managed to stay on top of all the details of my wedding and made the whole planning experience actually fun and enjoyable. Ask yourself a few questions: Are you smart enough to know you can't have a GREAT wedding without some professional help? Do you want your wedding to be classy and stylish as sh*t? So you should probably choose the best, and Natalie Good is hands-down the BEST. She knows every venue and vendor in Orange County and even up into LA and beyond. She gets great deals from reliable and professional vendors, all vetted and trusted so you don't have to guess or worry up to and including your wedding day. And value? Natalie slashed our venue/catering quote in half and more than paid for her fee in doing so! Our lives and schedules carried on as normal throughout the process because we didn't have to meet with any excess vendors...and this is just the peripheral stuff. The real reason you want Natalie is her wedding design. She can adapt to any style, but if you just let her be the true pro that she is, you'll get a wedding that is classy and stunning. Natalie and her team at A Good Affair helped us plan and execute the most special wedding that we could have ever dreamed of. The planning process was a breeze. She always listened to our needs. Being in the business for years, she was excellent at suggesting details (specifically with our wedding, she told us to use cherry blossom trees that MADE the ceremony space and reception area come alive)! She also works with the best vendors in the area. What I'm saying is, just trust that Natalie is going to deliver something truly remarkable that guests won't be able to stop talking about for months, and memories that will last forever. She even timed our ceremony to end at sunset! She will be with you every step of the way. Being clients that live in NYC, we only made it to Orange County twice in 7 months, and planned the entire event over the phone. She will hold your hand, calm you down, and DELIVER! Not only that, we didn't hire a videographer for our special day, and at the last second her assistant volunteered to videotape our ceremony (thank goodness)! But how nice was that? Expect a positive, professional attitude from her entire team. I could really tell they were invested in making our day special. We both couldn't be happier and more thankful to Natalie and her team, and we fully recommend A Good Affair to plan your wedding! -

We had such a wonderful time working with Jennifer Chen from A Good Affair! Our wedding was October 2013 and we hired Jennifer for her coordinating services and she was such a huge help throughout the wedding planning process. She helped us find all of our vendors and attended every vendor meeting with us. All of her vendors were amazing! We couldn't have been happier.
As the bride, I would get stressed and nervous about the wedding but whenever I talked to Jennifer or emailed her, she always had everything under control and I didn't have to worry. She is very professional and responds to questions and concerns very speedily. (Which is important as a stressed out bride haha)
The day of the wedding went so smoothly. It was absolutely perfect! We even had guests commenting about how great Jennifer was and how it was the best ran and organized wedding they had been to. She definitely made our wedding dreams come true!
My groom and I enjoyed our dinner meetings with Jennifer and always had such a good time with her! She's very organized, personable, and easy going. I plan corporate events in the software industry for a living so I understand the value of a great planner. I strongly believe that a great wedding planner is “key” to a successful wedding because at the end of the day, they make your dreams a reality. You spend months of planning each and every detail so it’s vital that you hire the best to execute your vision.
Kristin at a Good Affair was the person who made everything come together. Kristin was friendly, professional and made sure that every detail was perfect. I had a huge wedding (almost 300 guests and my bridal party had 9 bridesmaids plus sponsors, etc.) and she made sure that everything was smooth, on time and stress free (for myself, my bridal party and all my guests). Kristin at A Good Affair was definitely one of my best wedding investments.

We Love Love Love Natalie and the Good Affair Team!!! They are the BEST and created the most amazing and beautiful fairytale wedding for us at the St. Regis Monarch Beach! Our wedding was the best and happiest weekend and day of our lives and it never would have happened without Natalie. She was there with us every step of the way creating an incredible design board from our first planning mtgs, connecting us to the best photographer, DJ/lighting, videographer, florist, wedding cake and officiant, jumping up and down with me while I got my final dress fitting, having a good affair chapstick to save me at the reception :) and coming up with the coolest ideas to make this the most special day of our lives. We had a Pink Confetti Cannon!!!! I didn't even know those existed haha and it was AWESOME!!! Natalie brought every idea and wish we had for our wedding to life and then made it even better!! If you’re looking for a wedding planner with the utmost professionalism, talent, and creativity, Natalie and her team are your answer. My husband and I moved to Washington DC weeks after getting engaged in Orange County and knew that Newport is where we wanted to get married. Planning a wedding from across the country was a daunting thought until I met Natalie. We had limited visits back to California before our wedding date and Natalie made every trip worth it. She is well organized and scheduled different vendor meetings and tastings sessions so it was well structured in our short availability.
From our first meeting, Natalie completely understood my vision and style and surpassed what I thought possible. Even small details like having my flip flops waiting for my tired feet under my table to making sure a waiter chased me and my new husband down while taking never-ending pictures to give us a glass of champagne and some appetizers.
Her vendors are great and very well priced. She makes sure her brides get the best deal and always stood up for what I wanted.

We just moved to NY and decided to have our wedding in Malibu within 4 months, so it was imperative to find someone to help remotely plan a large wedding (160 people) which not only would reflect our personalities but also within a short amount of time. We found Natalie Good after extensively researching wedding coordinators online and hired her for our wedding for both A Good Affair Design and A Good Affair Planning services. It was one of the best wedding planning decisions we could have made. They were professional, organized, creative, and have a strong attention for detail. In addition, Natalie is warm, enthusiastic and accessible- our emails were answered immediately by her and we felt like she was always available to talk through an issue, a decision or an etiquette question. In the planning phase, she helped brainstorm the overall design of the ceremony and reception and connected us with excellent vendors at a discounted rate such as a photographer, florals, pianist for the ceremony and reception and other vendors. Her recommendations were invaluable- we were thrilled with everyone we worked with, and without Natalie, we would’ve had an extremely difficult time sifting through countless vendors. On the organization front, she was outstanding in every respect. From the outset, Natalie inspired the utmost confidence. It was very easy to trust that she or her team were handling the month-to-month details from liaising with the venue to giving us monthly checklists, running our rehearsal and providing timelines for the Big Day and the week before our wedding when we really needed her, she readily took care of everything. As a result, we were able to enjoy all the events leading up to the wedding and the big day. A Good Affair helped us realize our vision for the wedding, and we couldn’t have been happier with how our Big Day turned out- the event radiated warmth, elegance, love, and everyone had a wonderful time. We used Natalie for her floral services. After being a special part of my brother's wedding last year as their wedding planner, Natalie's talent was obvious. We hired Natalie for our designer, day of planner, & our floral designer. So I got married almost a year ago (11.5.2012) and I still think about how amazing our wedding was thanks to A Good Affair!!! We hired Jennifer Chen as our day-of coordinator as well as creating the design of the wedding. I had so many ideas for the day and she was able to help me narrow everything down into a perfect vision of what it would be. She is so laid back, organized, helpful, and always willing to help out and answer questions (plus she knows really good places to eat!) I know AGA has many clients and events but Jennifer made me feel like I was her only bride! A Good Affair is also in great standing with many vendors and it was great knowing that Jennifer had worked with my caterer and venue many times so I felt reassured that everything would go off without a hitch. The day-of was so smooth, there was no problems at all (and if there was I didn't know about it!) She kept us on track for the evening and made sure we got to eat! We chose Jennifer of AGA to be our day-of coordinator for our 9/21/13 wedding and it was by far the best decision we made! From the minute we met Jen we knew she was the girl for us and our gut feeling was right...she was a dream throughout the entire process!! She was always available, always willing to give help/advice (even when I needed help choosing a dress!) and was always willing to go the extra mile for us (even offered to pick up appetizers for us the day-of!) When we decided that we were going to have a destination wedding on the Big Island of Hawaii I knew that we wanted Natalie to plan our wedding. She helped my wife with design and the overall feel of the wedding week. Even during our ‘reconnaissance’ visit to Hawaii, Natalie was always available by phone and gave us a check list, vendors to visit and pictures to take so we knew all the details before we retuned for our wedding. It can be very challenging planning a destination wedding, but Natalie made it look easy. We had one difficult vendor, but she really handled the situation with ease, and we couldn’t have been more thankful for that. Natalie arrived early to Hawaii to make sure everything was perfect and checked in with all of our vendors. It was amazing to have her in Hawaii with us to take care of all the particulars and to keep us on track with everything we needed to do. Our main concern was to have someone take care of all the details during the week of our wedding and Natalie did that and more. We had multiple events throughout the week, from a welcome meet-and-greet party to a group luau, and all of our events took place over 5 days on the Big Island. Natalie was there to make sure everything was running smoothly. Our ceremony and reception were at two different locations, therefore we were worried about logistics but Natalie made sure everyone was in the correct place and knew where they were going. Natalie handled it all with such ease. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is engaged as she takes a lot of the stress out of wedding planning. She also has great relationships with many vendors that, most likely, will save you money in the end (even in Hawaii!). Natalie is also very personable and wants to make sure your big day happens just as you would like it to. This is the only time in your life you’re going to get married, so spend a little extra money and hire someone who knows what they’re doing, I guarantee you won’t regret it! -

We worked with Kristin at A Good Affair and she was a dream come true! She was supposed to be our Day of Coordinator, but we got so much more! From the moment we had our first meeting; Kristin put my mind at ease, providing great recommendations and advice! She checked in regularly to make sure we were on track and really took her time to understand our vision. Kristin is excellent and passionate about what she does and went above and beyond to ensure our day was flawless. She went as far as driving out of her way on her lunch break to pick up a one of a kind table for us to use as our sweetheart table and even hauled it 3 hours to our venue!!
On our wedding day, my husband and I were completely blown away when we saw how beautiful everything was and how the day went by so seamlessly. I can’t express the joy I personally felt when I saw how perfectly every detail we had worked so hard on had been put into place, better than I could have even imagined it. This review is long overdue because I don't know how I can possibly write a review that would do Natalie and her team any justice. I came to Natalie as a "lost bride" and she held my hand the entire way through the wedding planning process. My husband, my mom, and I knew that Natalie was a perfect fit for us from our very first meeting. I was able to share my ideas with Natalie and she turned them into a reality. My favorite thing about Natalie was that I was able to call her or text her whenever I needed to run something by her and she never made me feel like I was taking too much of her time or bothering her. She always made me feel important and was ready to bear the burden of the wedding planning stress for me. I know other planners offer a certain amount of time face to face and over the phone. Natalie never made me feel like my time with her was time limited. Natalie and her team were also able to keep my mom feeling relaxed through the wedding process which was absolutely amazing.
Natalie was also in charge of the design for our wedding. All I can say is she absolutely exceeded my expectations. Natalie was respectful of my budget and executed a design that was beyond what I could have ever imagined. Even though we knew Natalie would not let us down.....she over-delivered and made our wedding day an absolute dream.
On the day of the event I did not feel an ounce of stress because Natalie and her team took care of EVERYTHING. My husband and I were able to enjoy every minute of the day with family and friends because Natalie and her team had every detail covered. My husband couldn't believe how Natalie's team made sure that we always had food and water at our table and a drink in our hand. We felt waited on hand and foot.

My wife and I hired "A Good Affair" to assist us in our wedding preparations and with the coordination of our wedding. Our wedding coordinator from "A Good Affair" was Jennifer Chen and she turned out to be the most amazing wedding coordinator we could have asked for. Leading up to the wedding, I was living in Colorado and traveling to California to see my wife every 2 weeks so I was unable to attend all of the vendor meetings and appointments. Jennifer scheduled and accompanied my wife to each of the vendor meetings and even suggested a few vendors that we ultimately went with. In addition to scheduling vendor meetings, she also played a large role in helping us establish our theme and design our perfect wedding. Jennifer created a design idea board that brought the ideas to life. We also hired "A Good Affair" to provide and create all of our flower arrangements for the wedding. This was one of the best decisions we could have made considering that they were already so in tune with our wedding design. All of the arrangements and decorative flowers looked amazing and coincided with our theme. As I mentioned before, working with Jennifer was one of the best decisions we could have made for many reasons but in my opinion, the most important reason was how smooth and seamless our ceremony and reception went under her coordination. Her previous experience really shined through as she ensured that each important moment of our day went off without a single issue. At the end of our reception, we realized that we got so caught up chatting with guests and dancing that we missed our chance to get a slice of our wedding cake. As we were getting into the car to head back to our hotel, Jen mentioned that she had saved several pieces of cake for us and that they were waiting for us in the backseat. Natalie Good…I can’t even begin to explain how talented this woman is! I had interviewed a couple of planners before Natalie, but the minute we met her, we all fell in love with her. Our vision was her vision, and she truly brought it to reality. My husband and I are pretty random…very traditional, yet modern, we are tattooed but wanted elegance, and we had a large budget. Natalie made sure that we got the best that was out there, made sure we worked with honest vendors who weren’t just looking to shoot a price up, she fought tooth and nail for us when she needed to, and she always delivered. We had the pleasure of working with her for a year and a half as we planned the biggest day of our lives, and it was a great year and a half to say the least! Every time we had something we liked, she would find it and make it better than we knew possible.
People always asked me…are you nervous? Are you stressed? Are you ready? My answer was always, yep, Natalie has it covered! I never had a doubt in my mind that Natalie and her team would be able to deliver the best event to ever hit Pelican Hill, and they didn’t let us down. The minute I got to walk into the ballroom to get a sneak peak before everyone went inside, I almost fainted. The room far exceeded our expectations, it was better that I could have ever dreamed in a million years. They had done it, and we could not have been more excited. The evening went on without a hitch, and if there was a hitch, none of us ever knew about it. Natalie had this vision that no one else has done…we started with a DJ and ended with a band. But no one knew the band even existed until we pulled the curtains back to a whole different room no one saw, and we had an after party lounge and the party really began. Even though our vendors weren’t used to our little switch up, it was AWESOME, and everyone is still talking about it.

But since I had already scheduled the meeting with Natalie, I thought I would just meet for the heck of it--couldn't hurt. I am so glad I didn't cancel that meeting.
In short, Natalie is on top of EVERYTHING while still managing to laugh and keep a smile on my face throughout the entire process. Her monthly checklist as well as her regular check-ins--to see how I was doing and if i needed help--made the daunting task of planning the wedding so easy. She understood my style and theme and was able to support it by introducing awesome vendors who matched my style and budget. She handled a lot of the communication between these vendors, especially closer to the wedding, and offered sound/practical advice (always getting back to me quickly!) when I wasn't sure what to do.
My friends--especially those who were in the process of or who had already planned their own wedding--would regularly remark at how easy going and relaxed I was about the whole planning process. This is remarkable, because as a person with a type-A personality, I did not feel the need to stress over many of the details as I usually would. If I knew that Natalie was taking care of a certain issue or completing a certain project, I knew that I didn't have to worry about a thing.
My wedding was beautiful (you should see the backdrop she put together for the ceremony!!) and I had SO much fun working with Natalie to bring all my dreams to fruition. The love she has towards her job and her clients, her creativity and work-ethic, make Natalie and AGA a no-brainer.

Natalie and her team made my husband & my dream wedding come true - as someone leaning towards the other end of the Bridezilla spectrum, A Good Affair took my desire to "just show up" and went with it in a spectacular manner!
Both of us just finishing college and starting off our military careers, it took a while for Tosh and I just to set a date, let alone figure out the rest of the logistics & financing. After the news that we were being stationed in Hawai'i and that I couldn't leave the island until May, I threw in the towel and insisted we hire a wedding planner back in CA. That was my hardest decision during this whole process until Natalie came in.
Natalie was the only coordinator to get back to us in a timely manner (and if you're in the military, you know how precious a resource time is) & she just clicked with us during our initial meeting. We only met about 2-3 times over the next 11 months, but Natalie managed everything over emails, phone calls, and texts. Time zones don't even phase her - with myself being in Hawaii and my mother being in East coast.
I can not emphasize her genius enough: Natalie & her team took the stress of wedding planning completely off my shoulders, while I focused on the stress & burnout of being a brand new nurse working almost 200 hrs/month. We put our faith into the vendors she recommended and we were rewarded in every aspect.
It may only be 5 days later - but everyone can't stop gushing about it being "the best wedding ever!" Everything was PERFECT: food, drinks, music (everyone was on the dance floor!), photobooth shenanigans, scenery... Now if only her last name could be Flawless, because it ran like a flawless operation :) -

If you want that perfect wedding done right do yourselves a favor and hire Natalie Good at A Good Affair. Trust me you will not be disappointed! My fiancé and I met with several wedding coordinators prior to hiring Natalie and within five minutes of our first meeting with her we knew Natalie was the best person for the job. Throughout the entire planning process Natalie was on point and no detail was overlooked. Natalie is extremely patient and makes you feel like you are never bothering her even when you are ;-) As a groom I figured my input didn’t matter much but I was wrong, Natalie made sure to include me in the decision making process as well. The day of our wedding was stress free because Natalie and Jen took care of everything as promised. I remember Jen coming up to us throughout the night to see if we needed anything all. The entire staff at A Good Affair goes above and beyond! Thank you guys for making our special day the Best Day Ever! I’ve said it once but I will say it again because I mean it, Natalie Good needs to change her name to Natalie Amazing! -

What can we say about Natalie good and "A Good Affair." From the first day we met her, we had no idea or clue that planning a wedding could be such a headache but Natalie assured us right away that we did not need to worry, and to trust her. To us, trust is a very big word that is very hard to earn but we decided to give Natalie and her team pretty much full control of wedding. From setting up meetings with her vendors to helping us choose the right vendor and facility to host our wedding, Natalie made each step a breeze. I recall a conversation that my fiance and I had at the time. She turns to me and goes "I'm worried, we haven't really done anything for the wedding." I replied back to her and said "I think that's the whole goal of having such a great wedding planner, we don't see everything or need to worry about things because she's handling everything."

Words cannot describe how thankful we are to Natalie and her team at a Good Affair Wedding and Event Productions. Justin and I knew Natalie was our planner when we told her upon meeting we wanted to get married in three months and she replied, "No problem, I could do this in two weeks!" With a short time frame and very busy lifestyle we gave Natalie a few ideas and just let her plan away! We took all of Natalie’s recommendations including the photographer, caterer, DJ, lighting, invitations, rentals, efficient and so on. Everyone was more than wonderful!! We decided to get married at my husband's family estate instead of an established wedding venue. Natalie designed a ceremony site, cocktail space and reception area all on the property. There were candles everywhere, crystal chandeliers hanging from trees, and not to mention the amazing so lovingly nicknamed "Mack Daddy" reception tent! Everything was pristine! With winter weddings comes the risk of rain and sickness, we unluckily got both! Justin, Natalie and I all battled sicknesses the two weeks leading up to the wedding! Natalie powered through and even made a special gift as a surprise for us at the wedding! The rain came down consistently the day before our supposed to be outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour. To the rescue comes Natalie and she completely redesigned our site the day before! Looking back I am almost thankful for the rain because I loved the second layout even more than the first! Natalie and her team not only made getting married stress free but also gave us the freedom to really enjoy and focus on the important and fun things about the wedding! Now a Good Affair will be our lifelong party planner!! -

Hello Future Brides of Wedding Wire!!! Natalie Good is a GODDESS when it comes to all things wedding. My (new) husband and I came to her completely overwhelmed by the idea of a wedding. We had no clue what we wanted to do, small and simple, courthouse, destination, etc. We had looked at some local OC venues and were just not feeling any of it. I found Natalie through a google search in which her website said, "Are you feeling overwhelmed by your wedding?" And yes, yes I was.
Natalie was the answer to all of our wedding woes. She found us our venue, got us great prices on numerous vendors, did our floral and decor design and basically kept us on task when it came to everything that needed to be done for our wedding. I knew Natalie would execute our wedding flawlessly, but I had NO IDEA what this creative genius could pull off!
The day of our wedding it was pouring and I called Natalie early in the morning in tears. I hadn't planned on an indoors ceremony. Natalie managed me, the weather (as best as she could) and the entire event with a positive attitude and professionalism that only comes with years of experience.
The florals, design and decor, I mean WOW. The biggest reason I hired Natalie was to bring our creative vision to life. I am not a big event thrower. I am not a great party hostess. I have no idea how or where to even begin in such scenarios. But I do have a distinct aesthetic and style that I wanted Natalie to execute and bring to life. My husband and I LOVE old movies, and I love a more vintage, romantic, throw back kind of vibe.
The day of the wedding I could NOT believe my eyes. Natalie and her team transformed the inside space into the most romantic, intimate, yummy rainy day wonderland and I LOVED how personal the space felt indoors. They then broke down and in an hour turned the ceremony space into the most beautiful and delicious reception a bride could only dream of.
Natalie Good is exceptional.

I am sooo happy I took a risk last minute and went with Natalie!
My husband and I set an initial budget at the beginning of our planning process. However, due to a series of unfortunate events we had to cut back significantly a few months before the wedding. We could not afford Disney to do our floral and decor anymore, so we contacted the first person on their vendor list, which was Natalie Good at A Good Affair!
Our initial meeting with Natalie went great. I gave her pictures of what I liked and what I wanted, and I instantly felt that she understood my vision and more importantly, had impeccable taste.
We almost had to split our budget in half, but Natalie STILL made our wedding literally look like a million bucks. It exceeded my expectations. The reception looked like a wedding you'd see on a wedding television show! I was blown away at how beautiful everything was.
She pulled everything together in less than four months and made it look absolutely phenomenal. She took care of issues the day of promptly and efficiently, and I felt like she was on top of everything and I didn't have to worry about much the days leading up to the wedding.
Worth every last penny! I definitely recommend Natalie for any bride getting married in SoCal! -

Kristin Fung was our Day of Coordinator and she was wonderful! She was so professional and accommodating. We were soooooo lucky to have her and she honestly made our dream day a reality. All of our vendors and wedding party commented on how much they enjoyed working with her. I knew I wanted a Day of Coordinator to relieve the stress during the day, but I didn't realize how much having Kristin there would let me completely enjoy everything. A Good Affair is an amazing team and more than we could have asked for on our special day. We didn’t have to worry about a thing, we felt like EVERYTHING went on without a hitch and it wouldn’t have been as perfect or stress free without this team!
The combination of vendors A Good Affair helped us select made the day the best, we are still getting compliments on Andy’s jams and Jaimee made us feel like we were movie stars! Our tables looked perfect, our décor was spotless, everything was in the PERFECT location – it was just amazing!
We also have to comment on the fun we had leading up to the day meeting with Natalie and giggling at planning sessions. She has a wonderful spirit and a great personality that makes stressful planning a blast! Natalie is a perfectionist and a type A that sees every detail, it was so great to know we could count on her for everything!

A Good Affair was wonderful to work with!! Natalie is extremely professional and she's great at what she does. She is a busy lady, but it's because she does a great job. On my wedding day, I did not feel an ounce of stress (crazy, but true!). After over a year of planning, I knew Natalie and her team would take care of everything. And that is exactly what they did! Jennifer was amazing! We needed help along the way with contracts, some planning and the day of the wedding. She was very fast at responding to emails and answering phone calls. She was great at referring vendors for my tight budget. With her help we were able to have a beautiful ceremony and reception and on a budget! Hiring Natalie and the AGA team was the best decision my husband and I made. Originally, we were not planning on hiring a coordinator for our October wedding, but WOW are we glad we did. I am certain my wedding would not have been as beautiful, organized, and detailed if it weren’t for A Good Affair. Before hiring Natalie, I had about 10 different wedding themes going at once, stressed to the max, and desperately in need of some guidance and organization. Even though I was already exceeding my tight budget, I went in for a meeting with her "just to see" ...and I ended up hiring her on the spot. I squeezed her into my budget and it was worth every penny and more. She is amazing and the services she provides go above and beyond what I ever expected in a coordinator. Aside from creating a beautiful design and "feel", she helped on the "business" end, communicating with my other vendors, my venue, and helped create a timeline for the day. She is creative, professional, organized, unique, and 100% in control. My wedding was stunningly beautiful and went off without a hitch all thanks to her. I’m STILL getting compliments on all her little details and the beautiful setting she created. My only regret is that my wedding is over and we can’t plan it together anymore :( she was so fun to work with and I miss her already! If your looking for a coordinator to help give your dream wedding (as she did mine), Natalie is your girl!
