A Magical Celebration

My wedding at Comber Hall was an absolute dream come true, thanks to the incredible service provided by Fancy Fiesta Catering and the flawless planning and coordination from Barbara Salazar. The food from Fancy Fiesta Catering was outstanding. Every dish was prepared to perfection and bursting with flavor. The passed hors d'oeuvres were a huge hit with our guests, and the entrees were beautifully presented and delicious. The wedding cake they created was gorgeous and also incredibly moist and delicious. We received endless compliments on the quality and taste of the food. Comber Hall was the perfect setting for our special day. The elegant ballroom was exquisitely decorated, creating a warm and romantic atmosphere. The staff was attentive and helpful throughout the entire event, ensuring that every need was met. But the true star of the show was Barbara Salazar. She handled every detail with the utmost professionalism and care, going above and beyond at every turn. Her expertise in wedding planning was evident in the seamless execution of our big day. Barbie kept us stress-free and allowed us to fully enjoy our wedding! We are so grateful for her exceptional service and dedication! We couldn't have asked for a more perfect celebration, and we highly recommend their services to any couple planning their special day.

A Fancy Fiesta, enough for making our wedding day the most beautiful and most special day in our life!!!! Barbie did an amazing job with capturing what our dream wedding would look like and made that dream come to life!!!!! Everything was absolutely perfect!!!! My husband and I did the all inclusive package and I’m so happy that we moved forward with this option. Barbie took care of all of the details, from the chairs, plates, and napkins all the way to the flowers, food, cake and DJ. Everything was above and beyond what we were expecting and we’re over the moon to have entrusted Barbie and her team with our special day!

Amazing Wedding!!!

When your daughter ends the night by thanking your "For the wedding of her dreams", there is not much more you can ask for. Barbie Salazar from Fancy Fiesta made the entire wedding experience seamless. Barbie lead us through the entire process with professionalism, calmness and valuable advice. She recommended all the vendors we used. Every single one was amazing and added to the reception. The food and drinks from Fancy Fiesta were beautifully presented and very tasty. The decor was beyond what we imagined. From the lighting, to the flowers, to the music - everything was perfect. Barbie's timeline keep the reception moving and there was never a dull moment. Be best of all was getting to know Barbie, she is an amazing woman who we consider to be a friend.

Tomasino-Schiraj Wedding

Barbie was on top of things at all times before, during, and after the wedding. She made sure my daughter and son-in-law were fed and having a good time throughout the entire night. She made them a priority. To have a wedding at Comber Hall is very convenient due to all of the vendors that it automatically comes with. For example, we did not have to worry about the DJ because he automatically gets booked through Comber Hall when you reserve your date - he is by the way amazing, kept my party going the entire night, and played excellent music. I would have hired him had he not automatically come with the venue. Moreover, we also loved the percussionist during the hora loca - added a unique touch to the hora loca that a lot of our out-of-state guests had never experienced. The food was excellent! We had multiple guests come up to us several times expressing how much they loved the food which I feel never happens at weddings. The flower arrangements were beautiful. I had specific ideas for how I wanted everything arranged and they brought them to life exactly how I imagined it. I was in awe when I saw everything. All in all, we wouldn’t change a thing and if we ever needed to have another event or party we would do it at Comber Hall. Thank you, Barbie, for helping us make the wedding of our daughter a dream come true. We appreciate you so much!!

My wedding was a dream and I owe it to the Fancy Fiesta team, in particular Barbie. Barbie wasn’t originally my wedding planner, but after so many hiccups and one month before the wedding I didn’t want to work with my wedding planner anymore. Luckily for us, Barbie offered us her services. Wow, as weight was immediately lifted from my shoulders. She was like J-Lo from the movie Wedding Planner. Barbie truly made our special day special and she will forever be recognized for that. Barbie is just one of the many perks you will have when you choose Fancy Fiesta. Her team were exceptional. Everything was smooth and the food was amazing. So many people were saying how they’ve never had food that amazing at a wedding. Everything tasted amazing and most importantly the food was hot when it reached the guests. Know that choosing them, you are choosing an amazing catering company that is exceptionally incomparable to any other company out there. I am a Chef and I am very picky with my food but here I am with 0 complaints for this company. I will forever recommend them and their services to any and everyone. Exceptional work!! You won't regret it!! Barbie is an absolute breath of fresh air to work with. Myself and my husband, immediately, after our zoom meeting felt soooo connected to her and she understood absolutely everything we envisioned! Going backwards a year and a few months we met Barbie through a zoom meeting. We were in the middle of a Pandemic and we lived in New York (native to Miami though) so it made it extra difficult for us to ever see each other in person. She was so accommodating & supportive with our odd schedules. When we met her finally in person it was as if I known her my whole life LOL! It's very rare to find someone who understood every detail you envisioned and even gave us her own own professional opinion on certain segments when planning. i'll be very honest she felt, like a sister, who took over planning our wedding but never forgetting to get our input on things. She was so on top of things, every detail I explained was seen in our wedding. it was honestly the most magical night we could have ever had. Our vision would have not been possible without Barbie. Absolutely Amazing!

Fancy Fiesta was outstanding! Highly recommend any couple to use them for your wedding. It isn't just about the quality of their service but the care they put into getting everything exactly right. As someone that works in customer service, they are amazing! Barbie was always responsive to all of our communication and went out of her way to find solutions when issues came up. I would say the best thing for us was how amazing the staff were the day of the wedding. We did and had to worry about absolutely nothing. We were told what to do and when according to the schedule we worked on and the night was perfect. Amazing food & fantastic wedding planning!

We could not recommend A Fancy Fiesta and Barbie enough! We booked with them back in 2019 and after three different dates we were finally able to have our dream wedding last weekend. The food was absolutely incredible and our guests loved the lamb chops and tomato/grilled cheese that was served at cocktail hour. Barbie is a dream to work with as well. Along with being super sweet she is extremely detail oriented (who knew how many decisions went into weddings?!?!), organized, has amazing contacts with other vendors and knows how to bring your wedding vision to life. Even when we had some last minute reception requests she put all of her effort into ensuring we got what we wanted for that day. I couldn't imagine the stress that goes into being a wedding planner but she made it look easy and I was happy to have someone to trust throughout this whole process that I knew would pull it off without a hitch. If you are looking for a seamless wedding planning process that has great food, the best wedding planner and is fun then book this team now!

Book fancy fiesta today!

Booking Barbie and Fancy Fiesta for our wedding was absolutely the best decision my husband and I could have made.

Barbie and her entire team made sure our special day ran perfectly smoothly without a single hiccup. Barbie was extremely responsive and detail-oriented. We were an out-of-state couple, so we were initially nervous about planning our wedding in Florida but Barbie made sure she walked us through everything and handled our entire wedding planning process so perfectly even with us across the country.

The food, bar, vendors, and overall event experience were AMAZING and our guests are still raving about how it was the best wedding they have ever been to!

Where do we even begin with Barbie and “A Fancy Fiesta” catering service?!...One word to describe our experience is “EXCELLENT” from Barbie following up and giving us more advice than expected to the actual entrees, cocktail foods and service everything exceeded our expectations. Exceptional!!

Like many Couples this past year, we had to postpone my daughters wedding from February to June. Through the whole process Barbie was incredible to work with. She helps what could be an extremely stressful time into something that will forever be remembered as Magical. From deciding on the linens, to the food, to even the last minute details, she made the whole experience effortless. Even the day of the Wedding she was texting me and letting me know everything was coming out great and to relax and enjoy the day. I did! Perfection

When writing this review, it is hard not to get emotional. I proposed to my wife in May at the beginning of the pandemic. We first spoke to Barbie a month later. The first available date in 2021 was in April where Comber Hall and our church were available.

Barbie gave us some initial ideas and we assembled a rough contract. Barbie put up with my constant worries about the pandemic and whether our wedding would be the wedding my wife deserved. The guest list constantly changed, which altered our amenities at the reception. Barbie never took issue with this, and was always agreeable to changes we wanted to make.

In December, we tasted the food and cake, decided on tables, chairs, silverware, linens, and flowers. Barbie was wonderful in providing us all the different options and giving us her recommendations.

As you can imagine with the initial distribution of vaccines starting in December, January through March was extremely hectic with respect to our guest count. Barbie, as always, was extremely patient with us and worked with us on all the changes. In the few weeks leading up to the wedding, Barbie took over coordination with our vendors: photographer/videographer, saxophone player for cocktail hour, and Salty Donut (party favor).

By the time of the wedding, we were set to have about 100 people. We got married at the Church of the Little Flower, right next door to Comber Hall. Because Barbie has such a good relationship with our church, she attended our rehearsal the day prior. She didn’t have to, but she did because she wanted to do everything in her power to make sure we had the perfect wedding day.

Before the ceremony began, Barbie was in the church helping the groomsmen and fathers with their boutonnieres. She worked with the photographer and videographer on getting all the pictures I wanted before the ceremony. My wife got ready at the Biltmore Hotel down the street. When the ceremony was over, Barbie’s focus was completely on us, making sure we got all the photos we wanted.

We had our cocktail hour on the first floor of Comber Hall. During cocktail hour and after all our pictures in the church and outside were complete, Barbie took us to the second floor where the reception would take place so we could see it. We were greeted with a welcome drink (mojito) and hors d’oeuvres.

Here are our comments with the various components of the reception.

1) Music. The DJ (UBIS Music & Lighting) was fantastic. Our reception started around 4:30 and ended at 10:30. The dancing began at around 6:15. People danced the whole night. We provided the DJ with a few must play songs and let him run with the rest of it.

2) Percussionist – La Hora Loca. THIS IS A MUST. This was the best 30 minutes of the reception. I completely recommend it. Everyone was having so much fun with the party light sticks. The percussionist had me and my wife playing the drums. My dad was even shaking a morocco. There are tons of videos now of us having the best time with our closest family and friends. I will cherish that memory forever.

3) The food. This is A Fancy Fiesta’s staple. The hors d’oeuvres were incredible. For dinner, we had churrasco steak or chicken with a mango salsa. We even had a mushroom tower vegetarian option. We also had chicken fingers for kids. Barbie also provided 3 highchairs for the smaller children. We loved the food when we tried it months prior. But the guests raved to us about the food, and frankly we are still hearing about the food. Around 9:00 pm, we had cubanitos brought out with plantain chips for those that needed a late-night bite.

4) The alcohol. 7-hour open bar. The bartenders were great. This is based on your guests, but I will say that our guests had enough alcohol in them so that no one was shy when it came to dancing. Like I said, my wife and I have pictures, videos, and memories of having a blast with our closest family and friends.

5) Tables and Flowers. Barbie knew just how to make my wife’s image—of how she wanted everything to look—come to life. Everyone has their own preference, but I was in awe of how beautiful the flowers and tables looked.

6) Market Lights. Because our guest count was a little lower than what we expected, we added the Market Lights. If you’re interested, ask Barbie to show you a picture of how it looked. IT WAS GORGEOUS. At one point, I was on the fence about whether to add the market lights since many of the photographs were going to be taken when the sun was still out. But even in the daylight, it was beautiful. It put the ambience of the reception on another level.

7) Cake. Barbie uses Edda’s for the cake. We did a semi-naked vanilla rum cake. It was gorgeous. Once again, our guests said the cake was absolutely delicious.

8) Coffee Cart. We did the coffee cart. We had a lot of coffee lovers and they were obsessed. A barista made the coffee. We made sure the coffee cart was available for when the cake was served and also for when Salty Donut arrived with the donuts. The donuts were our party favor.

9) Masks. We provided masks if guests wanted to wear them.

When the reception was over, my wife and I walked down the street to the Biltmore where we stayed.

Not very many days in life are perfect. It was perfect for me because I married my best friend. Barbie was an integral part of making sure our wedding reception matched my feelings. I cannot thank her and A Fancy Fiesta enough.

“I wouldn’t have changed a thing.”

“I wouldn’t have changed a thing” was the sentiment from the bride, the groom and the guests at my daughter’s wedding this past month. Barbie and the entire team at A Fancy Fiesta totally captured the vibe we were looking for, blending the cultures of a Hispanic bride and an American groom. The food, the music, the decorations of the beautiful Comber Hall was everything we were looking for. Barbie even surprised us at our home two hours before the ceremony delivering the bouquets herself. During the reception, she was readily available whenever we needed anything and many of the guests noticed her calm, reassuring presence throughout the night. We highly recommend A Fancy Fiesta.

Beyond All Expectations

There are not enough words to describe how blown away we are with A Fancy Fiesta and Barbie. It was truly the best decision we ever made. She worked with us through all the changes up to seating changes 2 hours before the wedding. Truly speechless. I could not have imagine a more magical wedding without her. The food, flowers, DJ, everything was amazing. Guests actually called us and contacted us for days to let us know how amazing everything was and how incredible the service and Barbie was. Even people who are never impressed went out of their way to note Barbie and the service and how incredible the food was. Absolutely the best decision we made to do it all with A Fancy Fiesta.

Barbie and her team were absolutely amazing!!! We cannot thank Barbie enough for everything that she did for us in making sure that our wedding day was beautiful and smooth. Magical ❤️

Words cannot describe what an amazing wedding planning/wedding reception we had thanks to Barbie Salazar and a fancy fiesta! Barbie was the definition of what every bride and groom need to feel calm, confident, and excited about their wedding. The food at our reception was hands down the best food I have had at a large scale event. The open bar and service was nothing but the highest of quality (from the bride and groom signature drinks to the drinks for our guests.) Our coordinator Barbie, was fantastic and was always one step ahead to make sure the day ran smoothly. The day of the wedding, the entire team was friendly and welcoming to all of our guest. Absolutely amazing!

Nothing I write will do A Fancy Fiesta justice to how wonderful they were to work with. I had always heard how stressful planning a wedding would be. Well, the day before my daughter’s wedding I was extremely worried because of how stress free I felt. A Fancy Fiesta took care of everything. The food, DJ, photo booth, flowers, cake, table settings, etc. The wedding came together so smoothly. The food was absolutely amazing. I don’t always think wedding food is the best, but I can honestly say that it’s probably the best I have had. The room looked amazing and the music was out of this world. There wasn’t anything we thought of that A Fancy Fiesta wouldn’t find a solution for. I cannot express enough how amazing it was to work with Marggie, Barbie, Lupe and everyone associated with A Fancy Fiesta. Amazing Experience and my friends are still talking about the food

Marggie is probably the hardest working person I have ever met. She is so on top of every detail and if there is ever a little hiccup or confusion, she addresses it immediately and solves the problem. We had the most amazing wedding and the food is still memorable. They handled all the details and it couldn't have been better. Amazing caterer

AMAZING!! From the moment I walked into the first meeting I knew that this was the company we needed catering our wedding! Amy and Margie were so easy to work with and combined our Italian and Cuban heritages to create the perfect appetizers and entrees that everyone enjoyed! Usually people complain about food at weddings, not this time! Hats off to the chefs! The food was delicious, we could’ve eaten another plate! We actually thought people hadn’t gotten their food yet, but their plates were just licked clean (almost literally haha)! And so many compliments on how the staff came by and checked that everyone was satisfied, a rarity these days! Fancy Fiesta also works with great vendors to provide an overall package that included our cake and DJ! Everything was perfect! This team truly knows how to make their clients happy! I cannot say enough about Margie, Amy, and the rest of the staff at Fancy Fiesta. We hired them per a recommendation from our venue, Ancient Spanish Monastery, and since it was a destination wedding, we decided on the all inclusive service. Amy worked with us to arrange everything about three months prior and I swear she was able to basically help recreate every inspiration photo I gave her with the floweriest and cake designer (ET cakes). We even had the transportation to and from the hotel to the venue included in our package which our guests greatly appreciated. Amy even took photos of everything when it was all set up and some photos of us right before we walked down the isle which we greatly appreciated for instant satisfaction! The food was incredible, we opted for the open bar package (can't be the price), and even did a late night table. Highly, highly recommend!! Thank you for everything!

AMAZING is the only word to describe Marggie and the entire team at Fancy Fiesta in helping make our wedding memorable. Marggie was extremely easy to work with and her ideas for the food being served were incredible. For appetizers we had a wide range of delicious choices, from caprese skewers, to chicken biscuits, sushi, grilled cheese and tomato soup shooters, and latkes! For dinner we had a pasta station, a carving station and a GIANT seafood paella station.

Everything was delicious and the staff was incredibly professional. We would HIGHLY recommend this team for any event!

When trying to find a caterer I did a lot of research and read a million reviews. I came across Marggie and her team through my venue; she was one of the vendors on the list. I cannot even begin to explain how helpful, friendly and warm Marggie is. She is not only professional and available 24/7 but also the sweetest person you will ever meet. The moment I met her I knew I wanted her to plan my wedding and take care of as much as she possibly could. This woman is AMAZING! She is on top of everything and knows what she is doing. Marggie and her staff at A Fancy Fiesta Production are simply the BEST there is in Catering, Event coordination and overall piece of mind for the Bride and Groom. Thanks to them we were able to enjoy our wedding ( and all the planning that led up to it) completely stress free. They had it all under control!

Marggie's attitude and smile is infectious and leaves you with a sense of clam from the first appointment. All of her ideas are amazing and she goes out of her way to make you feel like YOU are her most important client. Amy our Day of coordinator was attentive , sweet and incredibly organized. She made sure that we were taken take of and that we enjoyed our night. There were two other coordinators who were amazing as well. The entire staff is wonderful.

The food was INCREDIBLE! Our guests are still raving about it 2 weeks later. The main course looked and tasted out of a food magazine. The arepas during cocktail and our late night Fritas, got more attention than the BRIDE!!

Many guests also commented on the wait staff and bar tenders. They mentioned that they were polite , quick and went out of their way to be attentive.

We had the inclusive package that included , cake, linens, flowers, Rolls Royce, Dj, equipment rentals and the must of day of coordination services). There is no better deal than this! ( I priced it all individually and it does not come close to the high end services you are getting with this package). A Fancy Fiesta's aligns its self with the best vendors in the business .. and coordinates it all for you!!!!

I can't talk enough about this company. Our day and night was magical. It was out of a dream and we have A Fancy Fiesta Production to thank!

Our wedding was our dream come true thanks to Marggie and her team. When I first met Marggie, I knew she was the perfect person to work with. Wow! Wow! Wow! If you are looking for a event production company/ caterer for your wedding, look no further! My husband I got married last month and hired A Fancy Fiesta to do our catering, flowers, linen and DJ. All the vendors that they brought into work with us were AWESOME!!! We were blown away with the gorgeousness of the room when we walked in for our reveal. The flowers by Nevot were absolutely beautiful, the DJ had everyone dancing the entire night, the linens from AB Cover Designers looked great, our amber uplighting looked so romantic, the food was DELICIOUS....everything was perfect and we had zero stress thanks to Maureen, Marggie, Bibi, Amy and everyone else from A Fancy Fiesta. My husband, our parents and I were all so happy with how everything turned out! I'm so glad that we chose to work with A Fancy Fiesta over a year ago as our event planners. We had given them a 5 star rating for everything from the moment we made our first call to the last minute of the reception. This team is out of this world. Amy and Marggie are the perfect duo. The food was everything and more that was promised. The Planners they referred us to were out of this world. There has yet to be one person that I have spoken with since the wedding that has had anything but compliments and raves about every aspect of the food and event. Kuddos to The chef and his family on their professional, yet down to earth personal way they handled every minute of our wedding reception. We explored so many options for our wedding reception, and then we found this awesome company which made us feel like family. This catering company is amazing. Oh my goodness, what a spectacular team! From the first day we met Margie and her husband (the Chef), my husband and I were smitten. They are the most down to earth and sweetest team ever. The food tasting was amazing and we were sold instantly! We practically devoured our food. Marggie and the whole A Fancy Fiesta team were just spectacular from start to finish. Their food was the best wedding food I have ever had, and I was not alone in my sentiments as we received compliment after compliment from our guests about how delicious all the food was. They provided us with the vendors for the wedding cake, DJ (ceremony, reception, and lighting), linens, and a day-off wedding coordinator who were all superb. And to top it all off, they were the most reasonably priced caterer of the whole bunch. It's not even a choice, if you are considering them, just book them and you won't regret it.

My menu was created by Marggie to mirror a favorite dish of mine and it came out perfect!! I would recommend them HANDS DOWN!! They are a true family oriented business, when I went into that kitchen the night of my reception to say hi to Marggie and saw how many ppl came together to make my night a total success I was floored!!!! Marggie and her staff did an amazing job at making that night as stress free as possible. From the moment we first met she took the weight off our shoulders with her great advice and care. Chef Anthony isn't far off, he demonstrated his abilities to us and we made no hesitation to expect the same on our special day! the food and timing was INCREDIBLE!!!! 5 stars rightfully given to A Fancy Fiesta!

Margie and her staff are out of this world. What a pleasure it was to have been able to work with them amazing team. What can I say about the food. Chef Anthony is genius. The food was fabulous. Our parents and family are still talking about how great and delicious the food was. All I can say is THANK YOU so much for everything.

Marggie was absolutely amazing. We planned the wedding from Brazil, with her constant attention and support. When we arrived she made everything much better than we possibly imagined. Thanks to "A Fancy Fiesta" our wedding was everything we dreamed it would be and so much more. The food was amazing and cooked to perfection with quality ingredients. Chef Anthony created a menu that was fun with delicious, original dishes that were presented so elegantly to our guests. Their staff was extremely professional, courteous and attentive ensuring that glasses and plates were always full. All of the vendors recommended were excellent from the linens, to the cake and flowers – top quality. I had no concerns on that day because I knew that every single detail had been taken care of and we were in great hands. On a personal note, a very heartfelt THANK YOU to Marggie. She helped and guided us throughout a year’s time of planning from start to finish. I’d never met someone who was so passionate and dedicated to what she does. She truly knows the wedding industry inside and out and will lead you in the right direction without fail!!! Most of all of she will listen and be a friend, as well as, invest her personal time to do whatever needs to be done in order to make your event amazing. I will be forever grateful for her patience, insight and caring. It truly was our dream wedding!!!

My new husband and I could not have anything but positive amazing things to say about Fancy Fiesta and Marggie and her staff. First of all the planning process was super smooth. I got responses quickly and all my concerns were always addressed. Marggie is so personable and it's so easy to see why it's so easy to have her on your most important day. I did most of the planning long distance and having Marggie helped that process. She always recommended the best vendors and gave her truthful honest opinion about how she has seen things play out at events. The day could not have gone any better. All my guests were constantly telling me how the appetizers were amazing, and how amazing the food was. People are still taking to me about the crepe stand, 1 month after the wedding. Her staff were professional and always courteous to my guests. I was very impressed how everything turned out. It was the wedding of my dreams. But what I was most impressed by was how Fancy went above and beyond by making the little details count. Appetizers were brought to me during cocktail while taking pictures, my guests never had to wait for drinks, the decorations were upgraded to better fit the theme. There was no request too big or small. Marggie made it happen. I honestly thought putting together a wedding from scratch would be a nightmare but it went more smoothly than some weddings that are all inclusive that I have been to. I can honestly say that I will recommend Fancy Fiesta to anyone who asks. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. It was truly an unforgettable day.

Marggie is AMAZING! The food is absolutely delicious, everyone at our wedding was talking about how good the food was. She works with you to make your own menu at your price range. I love that every wedding she does has its own unique menu based on what the bride and groom like to eat. My best friend got married a month after me and also used Marggie and the food was just as delicious and completely different. They use top shelf ingredients. She was also my day of coordinator and my wedding went off without a hitch, absolutely nothing went wrong. I left her all of my decorations and favors, etc. and she set them up beautifully that day. At the end she picked everything up and packed it all up for us. We didn't have to lift a finger. It was great to just enjoy our wedding day and not have to worry about anything else.

Not only did she help on our actual wedding day, but she also put us in contact with vendors and made sure we got great prices on everything. She is the whole package!

Marggie and her team are the best at what they do and we would and have recommended her to everyone we know.

We only have good things to say about A Fancy Fiesta. During this process wedding planning we encountered that they are one of the only companies that offers a complete package good product, good services and good customer service.
We knew we wanted to work with them from the first time we met them. Marggie is so passionate and knowledgeable in what she does, we only used them for catering but she gave us great ideas for other areas. They developed the menu based on our personal preference and they make everything fresh, unlike other companies that serve you frozen food. The day of the wedding we were impressed with their amazing service and delicious food. All our guests loved the food. We highly recommend them for any event.

Marggie and the crew were amazing from day one she help us plan this beautiful wedding knowing that we wanted to go with a non-traditional extended happy hour/tapas style dinner and it was amazing! She had so many great ideas and helped incorporate our own as well. During the event they were very attentive to our needs and made sure we ate and drank, we really felt like royalty. We were both really able to let go and just enjoy. The food YUM!! There was so much food and it was delicious! I woke up the next morning wishing for some more ceviche! Looking back now I realized how relaxed and understanding everyone was...any last minute changes a week before was handled flawlessly. Everyone showed how much they were into and determined to get what we wanted. We couldn't have asked for a better experience! Thank you A Fancy Fiesta!!!

I am so happy that I chose A Fancy Fiesta Production to cater my wedding day! Marggie is absolutely amazing! She is the kindest, most patient person ever! I must have changed my proposal over 10 times and she still was on top of the ball and greeted me with a smiling face no matter what my requests were! The food was absolutely incredible, I am not just saying so because it was my wedding but it was by far the best food I've ever had at a wedding! Say goodbye to generic, cookie cutter wedding foods! Chef Anthony created an amazing menu that left all of our guests with happy tummies! I received so many compliments on all the food and the service? AMAZING! I literally felt like royalty! I did not have to want for anything during the reception, I honestly could not believe how professional and amazing the service was. Barbie was great too, she came up to our table and made sure we were happy and taken care of the entire evening.

I would definitely recommend A Fancy Fiesta for all your catering needs! They truly outdid themselves and made our day so wonderful and magical. Thank you!!

Words cannot express what an amazing job A Fancy Fiesta did on our wedding day and throughout the entire planning. Marggie and Antonio were great to work with! Always friendly, professional and patient. They went above and beyond, exceeding all of our expectations! Their staff on our wedding day was very attentive and polite with all of our guests. Marggie and her employees were great the day of, food was good, service was great and not one compliant from any of our guests.
The planning process got a little rocky towards the end (which I suppose is expected) "primarily" due to the cake vendor.
All in all services delivered and event was a success and some areas exceeded our expectations.

Marggie and her team are simply amazing! They coordinated the food, liquor/bar, cocktail hour, flowers, linens, chairs, venue, dj, cake, and lighting. I was planning our Miami wedding from St. Louis so it was great to have Marggie on my side! Marrgie was great to work with. She answers all my emails and all the millions of questions I had. She gave us great advice regarding our colors and linens for our venue. She was never pushy with her opinions. She treats you like a friend she's known for years. Most importantly, the food was amazing. Best wedding food I've ever had in my life. Our guests complimented how delicious it was. The venue looked stunning that night! I LOVE MARGGIE!!! She is so awesome. My husband and I were nervous of planning a valentines wedding beacause of all of the extra costs that you read about. Honestly, she put my mind at ease. We went a head and got the a full four course. I knew for sure I wanted the food to be fabulous for our backyard wedding. Though it was small and intimate, we wanted our guests to really enjoy the food so we made sure it was special. Fancy Fiesta did such a great job and I couldn't have wanted anything better. I have no complaints. They're very professional and made it all happen. Thank you so much for being a huge part in our wedding that everyone very much enjoyed. Very affordable, in which we did not have a budget for our food but we actually really did save money in the end.

I actually found Marggie through review sites like this one. After reading what others had to say about her I was curious to meet her. From the first day I knew she was a great fit for me as my caterer and wedding planner. My husband and I told her what our budget was from the start and she guided us so that we stayed within that budget. She took my vision and delivered it beautifully. The flowers from Nevot Flower Designs were impeccable as they were gorgeous. The talk of the night! The food she delivered was finger-lickin' good. Not your typical "wedding" food (we had almond crusted chicken with a wild bourbon glaze, NY strip steak in a madeira wine reduction, Spinach and veal stuffed chicken....YUMMM) On the wedding day there were a couple of hiccups (as there always are). I had wanted amber lights to decorate the Douglas Entrance ballroom but somehow this detail got lost in all the different revisions we made to the contract.....a classic case of simple miscommunication. On the wedding day I get to the ballroom and it's dark, gloomy, with no amber lights to be seen. Needless to say I was incredibly upset. Marggie went out of her way to find those lights and get them there just in time for my grand entrance at the reception. Her biggest concern wasn't what was or wasn't in the contract. Her biggest concern was my happiness on my wedding day. In addition to this, at one point in the night I started feeling a bit sick to my stomach (the nerves and stress go the best of me) and Marggie was there for me the whole night with Sprite in hand making sure I was ok. She was more than a weddingplanner for me. She was a crucial part of my wedding day and for that my husband and I will be forever thankful.

Definitely more than what we ever expected. Let me start by Margie, she is so wonderful to work with. She was always there to talk to me when my bridezillaness came out, I completely LOVE her. Barbie (the day of coordinator) WOW!! so sweet, she went out of her way to make sure that everything was perfect the day of the event. She literately stood by us the entire night to be sure we ate and had everything we needed. Now, for the best part THE FOOD!!!! OMG, is all we have to say. AMAZING is an understatement to what Chef Anthony did gor us the day of the event. My husband and I are going to have to pretend to have events so we can continue to have the food. The flavors are incredible. Nothing to do with what you would expect at a wedding. Basically, they outdid themselves. What an amaing team they have. A five star rating stays short with the quailty and service we recevied at our wedding. Thank you so much for everything. It was PERFECT! I highly recommend this company.

We were a bit nervous planning a destination wedding, traveling from Northern California to South Florida. Marggie with A Fancy Fiesta provided an Excellent Wedding Event even though it was difficult meeting and communicating with her with our time zone difference and our busy work schedules. The wedding planning staff was very accommodating and helpful with last minute details. I would imagine that if we lived locally, our event would still have been as awesome as it was! Where can I start? Honestly I do not know. Marggie you were truly a blessing to Devin and I. The moment I spoke with you, I knew that you were the one for the job from our instant connection. You made me feel relaxed and confident in your capabilities. No matter how indecisive I was, you always remained professional and supportive. If I were to do things all over again, I would select your total package. The food, piña colada drinks and service during the reception was amazing. Let me tell you, we did our homework! After much research and many tastings we were 100% certain A Fancy Fiesta was the best! From the moment we sat and saw the presentation we where sold. The day of the wedding we thought to expect the same, it was actually better than the actual tasting!!! I still have guests talking about the food. A fancy fiesta is amazing! My husband and I are only 21 years old and we were stressing on how we were going to make our dream wedding come true. Thankfully my parents were able to bump into Marggie and her staff one day while they were looking for venues for our wedding. My husband and I then met up with Marggie to discuss how we wanted our wedding. Two years of planning was ssooo worth it!!!! Marggie and her staff were on point. The food was breath taking! Thanks to her husband which is an excellent chef. The venue looked better than I had ever imagined. The attention and help we got from everyone was unbelievable. I remember that my shoes cut the back of foot and Barbie; Marggies daughter instantly found me a bandaid. How? I still don't know! lol She was also able to find me advils for my headache from being so nervous lol. I am truly thankful for everything that "a fancy fiesta" did for me, my husband, my family and our happily ever after. And from the bottom of my heart I am truly thankful! Thank you!

If I write all that occurred during our wedding planning stage, I’ll be able to write a novel (which is coming soon to the iBooks store) however, the lead characters will be Marggie, Chef Anthony, and their amazing staff.

During our first meeting it was obvious that we were more than a little “behind the eight ball” on our wedding preparations however, Marggie put on her best “no problem” face… We weren’t fooled and neither was she, it was obvious we weren’t going to do this without her!

Three months and a couple million phone calls later (from Marggie to my wife), it was the eve before the wedding… and I was at work, Marggie was completely in charge. Magic is the only way I can describe what Marggie, Chef Anthony, and their amazing staff performed at our wedding.

Our families, friends, my fiancée wife, and I were all amazed! We continue to speak about it until this day and we will continue to do so for a very long time.

Unfortunately, we will not be using them for a wedding ever again but, there is always a baby shower or a fancy fiesta!

Working with A Fancy Fiesta was the best decision i could have made for my wedding day. Food and service were more than excellent, all my guests and family cant stop talking about how good the food was. Marggie was the best, she was always available to talk and willing to answer all my crazy questions. I loved working with A Fancy Fiesta! Thank you for making my big day a PERFECT DAY!

It was such a pleasure to work with Marggie at A Fancy Fiesta. She was accommodating, professional, and reliable. Her team is outstanding as well as all of the vendors she works closely with. My wedding was spectacular and everything and more of what I had ever imagined. I received so many compliments on the decor and food. I have given a 5 star rating because I received nothing less than a 5 star event. Thank you Fancy Fiesta!

Margie & A Fancy Fiesta are the best! She is so sweet and helpful. I will always appriciate everything she
did for us. The food was so good. My guests are still talking about the appetizers and the food.

Fancy Fiesta made my day truly incredible. It would not have been the same without them. Margie is an angel. Very down to earth and most important honest. She really knows what she is talking about. Even when I did not want to hear what she was recommending. At the end she was RIGHT! The food oh wow, was to die for. What flavor and how fresh everything was. Marggie was there every step of the way. I did not need to worry about anything. Thank you Marggie and Chef Anthony for making our wedding unforgettable.

This catering company is by far the best out of the 20-30 I researched before choosing them, as well as providing better service and food than any other wedding or event that I have ever been to, (I have been to many). I will start with the attentiveness, friendliness, and professionalism of the staff, from the bartenders to the wait staff, and chef. the food was the cherry on top. I have never experienced such sweet and helpful people. when you add Marggie to the top of that, you get the BEST service you could possibly hope for. there was no complication or hindrance that could slow her or her staff down, and always with a smile and a friendly tone would they quickly solve or answer any question or problem. Thank you so much for such a Wonderful day.

THE FOOD, all I can say is DELISIOUS. They have made my wedding planning extremely easy and I have been unstressed and really happy! The food was truly amazing, I could not have been happier to have chosen such a wonderful company. The wedding was spectacular, more than what i could have ever expected.

Hired A Fancy Fiesta for our November 2nd Gala and they were simply amazing. The quality of service and level of professionalism was unparalleled. The menu was absolutely delicious, they served generous portions, and the presentation was phenomenal. Marggie runs a tight team of professionals and her valuable resources will be a valuable asset for anyone hosting an event. Highly recommend them and will definitely be contracting their services in the future.
