  Aimee was extremely helpful to us in planning our event. We hired her as a "Day Of" coordinator but she was SO much more! Before the wedding, was available to meet with us and provided great ideas, support and advice. Highly organized, professional and warm. We wanted to enjoy our wedding and that's exactly what we were able to do, thanks to Aimee! We didn't even know half of the issues she handled until weeks later -- from people who attended. We joked that she was our "Bridal Enforcer" -- she made sure everything got done as we had specified and kept away the nonsense. We had a great day and it was because of Aimee. A true pro!

  Aimee' and AEvents Chicago was hired as our full time wedding planner and she did an outstanding job of making our wedding dreams come true from start to finish. She assisted us with every detail and took the stress out of and away from what should be a magical time. I highly recommend Aimee, she will take your vision and make it a reality! She is a hidden gem in chicagoland, but not for long

  Aimee is a little wedding angel! She helped me pull off an amazing wedding in under 7 weeks (and on a budget)! She is completely organized, professional, and really knows what she's doing! I love her! I don't think it gets better than her, seriously. She had great ideas! She has all the right contacts and really pulled my wedding together for me. She worked major overtime with me and still her fee was affordable. Totally worth her weight in gold!!! We found ways to make my budget work together and my wedding went off without a hitch! I loved everything about it. Planning was a breeze thanks to Aimee and she really made my life so much easier. I honestly could NOT have done it without her! She is such a sweet person and she offered completely honest opions and wonderful ideas, she went with me to every appointment, helped me find my perfect dress, kept me grounded, and she was always there for me even through my many, many meltdowns. She always got back to me right away, even though she has a busy schedule. I never felt neglected. And she even let me borrow jewelery and more things for my wedding. I am honored to have her as a new friend! Don't waste your time with anyone else, A Events Chicago is the best!Thank you so much.

  I found A Events Chicago online as I was planning our wedding. As it turned out, Aimee, and her services was exactly what we needed. We held our wedding and reception at our home. Total number of guests was around 170 adults! As we were making plans I realized we needed someone to "run the show." Think about it, that is exactly what you are doing when preparing for a wedding. You are putting on a staged show for your family and friends! Aimee respected and followed through with all of our wishes. She did a wonderful job coordinating all of our vendors helping us have a fantastic ceremony and party for all of our loved ones. At the reception alone, we had a full open bar with bartenders, food catered with servers, a pig roast, an elvis impersonator, and a dj! Our wedding was everything we wanted it to be and more! If you are in the market for a wedding coodinator you would be lucky to have Aimee!

  A. Events Chicago did my day of coordination on June 9th 2011 and it was absolutely wonderful!! Aimee saved the day by helping me with last minutes things like the place cards and favors! She even helped me avert a crisis! My flower person was late in the delivery and she calmly addressed the situation and fixed everything, lowering my stress level and putting a smile back on my face. I was so pleasantly surprised by her great organizational skills and professionalism that i would recommend her to everyone getting married in the future! I am so grateful that i hired such a great day of coordinator and don't know what i would have done without her!! Thank You!!!

  A. Events is helping me to plan my June 2011 wedding and man, what a help! I only gave myself 3 1/2 months to plan a wedding, and while most people say there's no way that can be done, Aimee at A. Events was there every step. Even though Aimee is planning her own personal wedding the week after mine, she is always there when I need her and works within my budget giving me ideas I never would have thought of. I'm so excited for my big day and have A. Events to thank.

  What can I say about Aimee, other than she's Aimee-zing! I honestly had no idea how much I needed a wedding planner until Aimee and I had our first meeting. She was super organized and had so many great ideas of things to add to the wedding. She listened closely to what my vision for the big day was and was very accommodating to meeting my requests and budget! I didn't even realize some of the things I was overlooking until Aimee brought them up, so she was definitely a life saver! Also, she was so great with my vendors in handling payment and delivery of my flowers, cake, etc. The day of the wedding was a total breeze because she was there. She helped set up all of the centerpieces, tables, candles, etc with a smile on her face, which to a bride is very reassuring. She was really useful when it came to organizing the many members of my family for pictures, and made sure the day went according to the schedule we made together. Thanks to her, I could not have been a more calm and collected bride! Aimee is an incredibly sweet, punctual, and organized person and I would recommend her coordinating services to every bride out there.

  Aimee was an excellent day-of-planner. I retained her services on very short notice for the wedding. I had interviewed about three different planners and found her to be the friendliest and most fliexible. She was able to attend the last minute meetings.
