  Planner for day of wedding

  From directing guests upon arrival to setting up and serving the entire day, our planner Kelsey covered everything. She provided linens, dishes, flatware, table and room decor. She also managed to set up our food, keeping it warm and ice cream Sundae bar which was a hit!

  Made my wedding dreams a reality

  Hi! I hired Kelsey to be my DOC, but she was and became so much more than that. She truly wanted my day to be the best possible day, and went above and beyond for me before the wedding and on the day of to ensure that everything was perfect. She has a decor rental business as well, and all of her items are incredible!!! Hire her, you won’t regret it! She honestly puts her everything into everything she does!

  Kelsey is amazing!

  Kelsey was amazing! My (now) husband and I used A CheyElla for day of coordination, floral, rentals, and creating our first dance. She always responded promptly, was willing discuss ideas/answer questions that may have seemed silly, and work with our crazy schedule. On the day of our wedding we didn't have to do anything, she set up all the decor spoke with the vendors, and made sure we all got where we needed to go. We were able to just focus on our friends/family and of course each other. I also loved that she offers multiple services it was great ing knowing she would show up with the majority of decor and flowers so I didn't have to think about those at all. She was super professional, flexible, and genuinely a wonderful person to interact with. I was originally on the fence about getting a coordinator but there is no way my wedding would have gone as smoothly without her, not to mention the beautiful flowers, dance that everyone complimented us on and amazing decor.

  Amazing Wedding Coordinator

  Kelsey and her team are awesome!! Kelsey always stayed in touch, got to know us and our style, she shared pictures with us, met with us multiple times, and did an exceptional job decorating and arranging florals on the day of my daughter's wedding. She even had to sew one of the bridesmaid's dresses at the last minute. She was incredible to work with, and we honestly, had no stress on the day of the wedding and were truly able to fully enjoy the day.
  You won't be disappointed with Kelsey and her team!

  A (Relatively) Stress-Free Wedding

  Kelsey was a huge help with our wedding, both during the planning and on the day of the event. She put together our flowers, handled the setup and cleanup of the decor, and officiated the ceremony. She listened to all of our ideas and made sure the ceremony and reception really reflected our personalities and preferences. We live about 1000 miles away, in Pennsylvania, so she really provided a lot of peace of mind reduced our stress levels leading up to the wedding. I highly recommend A CheyElla Event for your wedding.
