    We opted for a BBQ meal for our wedding. This included steak, teriyaki chicken, baby potatoes, veggie kebabs, assorted rolls, greek, caesar and mixed green salads and desserts. We also used their bartending services and we were SO happy with everything. Right from the first email I sent requesting a quote the person we dealt with, Melissa O, was helpful, polite and very responsive. The serving staff were all very friendly and professional. We had the perfect amount of food required with full bellies for guests and few leftovers to take home.

    We would absolutely refer our friends to use A Cappella Catering!

    They did an AMAZING job! I had ordered just the cold sandwiches and finger food and had no idea what would specifically show up that day. It didn't matter to me though, because I already knew that their food was fantastic (they had catered lunches before, where I work). There was a lot of food, and everyone raved about it, how nice and fresh and good it was - people loved the sushi!. I would recommend them to anyone else, in a heartbeat!!

    They were very professional and helpful, offering gluten-free options for the sandwiches, delivering and pickup things up again in a timely fashion, and everything was presented so beautifully. No issues whatsoever. I couldn't be happier!!

    Thank you for such a wonderful service and delicious food, we were happy and so all of our guests, the staff was so friendly we were very comfortable around them. Food was fresh,amazing, and a lot of it, exactly how we wanted!
    We will trust in A Cappella Catering again for our future events!

    The most important aspect of our wedding to my husband and I was the food, and A cappella Catering did not dissapoint! They served best ceasar salad I have EVER tasted. The food was delicious and fresh, the servers professional, and their experience made everything run efficently and smoothly. I will definitely hire them again-- the food was a hit!

    We had buffet style and everything was delicious! I've been getting compliments on the food for days. They were very accommodating with all the allergies in my family. Made sure there weren't any nuts in any of the dishes that normally have nuts. They were able to do up vegetarian plates for all the vegetarians in the family, as well as a gluten free/vegan dish for one guest.
    The salmon was amazing, one of the best salmons I've had anywhere. We had copious amounts of food left at the end of the night and got to take it home with us.
    The servers that came to the reception were all amazing. Very professional. We had a few hiccups on our end, and the staff from A Cappella stepped up and assisted us in having the wedding run smoothly, even though they weren't obligated to.
    The price for the buffet was very reasonable, they didn't charge extra for the salmon, which I found a lot of caterers would. They did charge extra for the perogies though, which I think is pretty standard.
    There wasn't a bad thing to be said about the way they handled anything or the way the food tasted. It was all still warm up until the end, even though our dinner started 15mins late (due to the rain delaying some picture taking).

    The staff at A Capella were fantastic to work with! They provided us with suggestions as well as allowed us to customize every aspect of our menu, were quick to answer ANY questions or concerns that we had, and were more than thrilled to accept the challenge of catering our country wedding in a tent.

    The sample meal was great, the quote looked good. Makes a few changes here and there seemed to be no problem. All was looking up!

    Till the day of. WE had a buffet style dinner, and they ranout of food before half of my guest were served. Twice we had to annouce delays to dinner service. One staff member showed up in neon high tops and sweat pants. We caught them cooking their own food during our delayed dinner service. We were un-impressed.
    According to our contract, we got to keep all the leftovers, and there were lots. We even had bins in the kitchen for them. We never got them.

    After the event, we did voice our concerns to the company. It took them a good week and a half to get back to us, We had given up/ They did credit us $300.00 for the food that we didn't get. But they claimed that someone was back there all night snacking on steaks and chicken, veggie kabobs, and baked potatoes. Which i think is a lie, but at least we got a bit of money back.

    Dealing with this company was an absolute nightmare. The final price was almost 150% more than the initial quote and we didn't change a thing. Dealing with Melissa is like working with a brick wall. She is unpleasant on the phone, completely inflexible with price and unaccommodating with meeting requests.

    The food is terrible and the service is worse.

    Avoid at all costs!

    The food showed up an hour late. Our guests had already arrived! On top of that, some of the food had to cook for an hour once it was delivered. The service was horrible and the food was disgusting!
