I booked 3LE through the bridal expo, but I had already known about them from another friend’s wedding. They have now done 3 of our friend group’s wedding, and every single time, they are a godsend. They are worth the price (which I honestly think they need to charge more for their services)! If you’re on the fence about getting a planner, DO IT!! Even if your venue has a coordinator, having your own planner is well worth the day of assurance. Rina (who is the lead coordinator) is a little curt and does most of the communication leading up to the wedding. She knows what she is doing and clearly has done this a lot. Our team of 3 executed everything well for the day of. We chose the lowest tier planning and coordination and that is really all you should need to have a smooth wedding. They will give you check lists to make sure you stay on track. I didn’t need any hand holding for the planning part, so you may consider higher tiers if you need help choosing vendors. They offer rentals as well - we rented linens, our sweetheart loveseat, and dinnerware. They have additional rentals (upgraded chargers, furniture such as signs, etc). She also put out all of my DIY items (at no additional charge).

My Dream Team
We couldn't be happier with our decision to use them for our all-inclusive wedding package. Every vendor they provided was top tier, even those we ultimately didn’t choose. Laura, Jordyn, and Ericka ensured our day ran flawlessly. I never felt stressed, not even once. Rina, the lead planner, maintained constant communication and made sure everything was on track. The team was incredibly attentive, always available, and made sure we had water and drinks throughout the night. Their care extended to even the smallest details, like helping me with my hair in the middle of the night. They were just the sweetest group to work with, I am forever grateful for their help! We also used them for linen rentals and chargers, etc. 10/10 -

The absolutely best experience!
3LE was the absolutely best on our wedding day. Prior to the day Rina ensured every detail was thought of. On day of, the coordinators made everything go so smooth and perfect. I would recommend 3LE and their day of coordinators to everyone having a wedding, and I have! -

Rina and Diana at 3LE Event Planning were simply amazing!! We hired them as our day of coordinator at the Gallery. Rina is so knowledgeable about wedding planning and has been doing it for many many years and has such great suggestions that you never would have even thought about. They met with us several times and went above and beyond the services that I would have expected from a Day of Coordinator including meeting with us and going over the details, floor plan and layout, going through the entire timeline, going with us to the venue to visualize it AND going to our appointment with the florist. They were so present in the process and available whenever we had questions. On the day, we had Diana there assisting us and she was SO sweet and calm!! She was exactly what you need on the day of your wedding by bringing you everything you need and helping to take care of all details so that you can just relax. I highly highly recommend 3LE for your planning needs if you want the $ you spend to go a long way (which was very affordable compared to others). I also highly recommend them if you are getting married at the Gallery as they knew the venue in and out and made the process so much easier. Thank you Rina and Diana for all of you help and making our wedding so beautiful! -

Rina was a pleasure to work with. From the start, she was helpful, informative, and very quick to respond to all of my questions. She was willing to adapt to what we wanted and dreamed of.
The day-of seemed to go off without a hitch. Rina was always nearby to keep us on track, and her team made sure we had what we needed...drinks!
Blake and I call her the Wedding Ninja because she was instrumental in making sure everything went off with precision, but you never really saw her either, as she blended in to the background.
If getting married a second time was ever an option (hehe), we'd absolutely hire her again! -

Tracy Sent on 10/11/2018Rina went above and beyond for me. I hired her for month/day of coordination but it felt like so much more throughout the process. I was planning the wedding from far away, so I did a lot of talking with her via phone and email. She helped plan the timeline, talked with all the vendors, helped set up, and so much more. I was able to enjoy my day, despite the rain, without worrying about the behind-the-scenes stuff. She also provided some of the extra stuff, like a wait staff, photobooth, napkins, and chargers. I liked that she had these extra things because it made it easier to order the stuff when it was through her already. I would definitely suggest Rina and her services to any bride out there. She was fantastic! -

Laura Sent on 05/30/2018Rina Luera is a lifesaver. When I first began the wedding planning process, I immediately knew I needed a planner. The first planner I met with told me that my 150 person wedding would cost my parents no less than 40k... my dreams were crushed. When I went to the Bridal Extravaganza with my Mom, we didn’t even meet Rina. We just got the business card for 3LEntertainment and left. RINA called ME two days later and gave me all of the insider tips on how to get the most bang for my buck. I knew that she was the planner for me in that moment. Rina gave me the wedding of my dreams within the budget that my parents were so wonderful to give me. She was quick to respond to my messages, was always checking in, and felt like family! My husband loved her, my Mom as well, and my Dad was so impressed! Rina is in the business of making YOU happy at the price point you set! She will never tell you no, she will just get creative to bring your vision to life. We love you Rina!!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart, you brought my dream to life. We will absolutely come back for her services in the future, whether it be a birthday party, a retirement party, or a baby shower (I know you’re counting the days until the last one happens LOL)!

Elizabeth Sent on 05/23/2018My now husband was skeptical about hiring a wedding planner (he thought my mom and I could do it all) but after a consultation with Rina he was sold, and we hired her to be our wedding coordinator. Rina was sooo amazing, she kept our planning on track and had the best vendor recommendations. I know some people may think that hiring a wedding planner is another added expense but it is totally worth it. Rina will save you time and stress and will personally make sure that your wedding is perfect.

Jessica Sent on 05/22/2018Rina, was an absolute blessing! She was beyond helpful and went out of her way to ensure I was calm, happy and organized. Rina brings a wealth of knowledge to her brides and a positive attitude. She was innovative, patient, kind, and most of all professional and on top of things. In the wake of a mishap, she was resilient. Most of all, I appreciated her honesty. She didn't push me to go overboard or do things her way, instead she gave me options to choose from, and suggested things I was missing when necessary. She even went out of her way to get vendor estimates to compare prices for me. I didn't have to ever ask her to take initiative on anything, she was always one step ahead. If you want someone who will roll up their sleeves and get the work done, and still look pretty and smiling while doing it - Rina is the coordinator for you! My family was so impressed with her grace the day of the wedding, they said she was beaming and smiling the whole time. I would use Rina again and again, and have already suggested her to family members who will be on the hunt for a coordinator down the road. Brides, do yourself a favor, and hire Rina to make your life easier and your wedding seamless! -

Laura was fantastic on our wedding day, ensuring everything ran smoothly. From keeping the flow to setting up decor and helping with tear down, she was excellent. If there were any issues with vendors, etc., we were not made aware of them, indicating her effective management of the day.
I particularly valued her when she recognized that I was feeling overwhelmed right after the ceremony, with many people bombarding me with questions and adjustments to my dress, bustling, fixing the veil, and the photographer directing me. At one point, she politely asked everyone to leave the room, giving my new husband and me a few minutes alone, which was much needed.
The one aspect that disappointed me about 3LE was the communication leading up to the event. It was often challenging to get in touch with Rina. Despite Laura being great, I had the impression that Rina would be our day-of coordinator. While I knew a senior coordinator would be part of our day according to the contract, I assumed it would be Rina since I had met with her for all the preplanning meetings. Meeting Laura for the first time on the rehearsal day was a bit surprising. She was included in some emails before the day, but I was uncertain of her role. Again, she did an amazing job, but perhaps a transition call or mentioning that she would be coordinating the day would have helped alleviate some stress prior to the event.
