Millbrook Manor

Millbrook Manor was absolutely incredible for our special day. The staff was amazing and handled everything beautifully, even through a massive storm during cocktail hour. We couldn't be happier with our experience and how they went above and beyond on our day to make it everything we wanted.

All-Inclusive Venue

We were looking for a venue where everything was all-encompassing and came across 1705 East...it was perfect! The venue is beautiful, location is convenient, and the fact that food and drinks are all combined with the venue through Rocky Top Catering, made everything so easy! We worked with both Quann and Karlee, and both were incredible and very quick to respond to any questions we had throughout the process.

Amazing experience, perfect wedding day

1705 is an amazing one stop shop for your wedding needs. From the venue, the getting ready suite, the accommodations from the staff, the in house catering, and every little detail in between- 1705 East was such an easy and magical place to get married. We will never forget our perfect day and we would chose 1705 East all over again if we could! 10/10!!!

Quann was absolutely amazing from start it finish! He really catered to our exact needs! And Rocky top’s food was 1000% phenomenal! Any bride, you will LOVE this venue and food!

Beautiful Venue, Great Staff!

We used 1705 East for our rehearsal dinner in February 2022. We couldn’t have been happier with this venue! The recent updates they’ve implemented look stunning. The bar in particular looks amazing! Such a cool space. We worked mostly with Quann. He was incredible; answered all of our questions quickly and was great behind the scenes the day of! We loved this venue and would recommend it for a wedding or rehearsal venue!

Excellent Wedding Venue

We hired 1705 East, owned by Rocky Top catering, after we had celebrated a birthday party through Rocky Top catering. Their food is excellent. We had our wedding ceremony and our reception at 1705 East. Makes it very easy when they are also a catering company. Tons of food selections to create a menu. Quann was our go-to person and was there every step of the way in planning our menu and our reception. This location has an excellent large bar for cocktail hour and and an up stairs bridal suite - with 2 make-up stations and a sink. My bridemaids and I got ready at 1705. We had an amazingbwedding, and I would recommend 1705 and Rocky Top catering!

Magical Wedding Venue

I'm so glad my husband and I chose 1705 East for our wedding venue. The location was easily accessible for family members from across the state. The simplicity of the grounds and space were perfect to ensure all guests could fully participate regardless of mobility limitations. Kayla was a gift to work with both during planning and on the day-of. Couldn't have made our wedding dream a reality without the 1705 East team!

Absolutely Perfect

Vicki and the entire Rocky Top staff went above and beyond to make sure our day was everything we dreamed of which it was AND MORE! The venue itself is breathtaking but what really makes it so great is how the staff makes you feel from the time you book with them until after. The day of you are their number one priority and they make sure everything goes exactly how it should. The food was delicious and we received so many compliments about it. We could not be happier with choosing Vicki, rocky top and the 1705 team for our dream wedding!

This venue is perfect because it will save you a lot of time planning. The venue offers a convenient location in Raleigh, catering, management, and bar services all in one package to make it a one stop shop. Choosing this venue made our lives a million times easier to plan our special day. So do yourself a favor to eliminate the inevitable wedding day stress and choose 1705 because they will provide an unforgettable experience for you and your guests by offering you everything beyond anything you could dream.

I want to genuinely take the time out to thank Rocky Top and 1705 East for their hospitality
and service. The staff and management go above and beyond to fulfill any requests in a expeditious manner before, during, and after your event. All of my guests genuinely enjoyed their food and warm welcome from the staff. In fact, the groom and I are still hearing about how amazing our guests experience were weeks later. Our wedding has been acclaimed the wedding of the year thanks to 1705. And I want to especially thank a special server, Latoya for her outstanding efforts to cater to every need of both myself, the bride and my groom. Because of the beautiful venue, hospitable staff, and delicious cuisine we will have a lifetime of memories to cherish every time we think of our special day. And if there’s any details that we might forget, I’m sure that our guests will remember all of the rest. We can’t thank you enough for being apart of our special day. Beautiful Venue

We absolutely loved having our wedding at 1705 East! Kayla was very helpful throughout the whole process and never hesitated to answer our questions. We received so many compliments from our guests about the venue and of course the food. Rocky Top Catering is amazing! Everyone loved the bar area and the service was beyond amazing! Amazing food/service and beautiful venue!

I loved that we had our wedding at 1705 East! They made some beautiful renovations since we last saw the space. The staff (Rocky Mountain Catering) were fabulous and very focused on attention to detail. The only downside is that there is no restroom upstairs but not a deal breaker. I highly recommend this space for your wedding.

Most incredible venue!

1705 East was everything we could have ever imagined! The venue is absolutely gorgeous and comes at an absolute steal of a price! Kayla, manager of 1705 East is so sweet and helpful. Nothing came as a “surprise” during the planning. Everything was very straight forward and transparent. We got so many complements on our venue after the wedding! Oh and ladies, the bridal suite is everything you’ve ever dreamed of... gorgeous, elegant, comfortable! 😍

1705 provides amazing service and catering at an incredible value

We were very pleased with our wedding at 1705 East. Samantha was very responsive to our questions and helped us plan exactly what we wanted. 1705 was very flexible with our wishes and accommodated our many changes throughout the process. Samantha was very upfront with the pricing before we signed a contract and there were no hidden fees or surprises. The renovations are beautiful. The space is large and and it was lovely to have the entire venue to ourselves. The best part of 1705 East is the food! We received so many compliments and our guests told us repeatedly it was the best wedding food they'd ever had. We looked at a lot of venues and 1705 by far provides the best value for your money in the Triangle. We strongly recommend 1705 East for any couple looking for a wedding venue.

The staff at 1705 East was spectacular. They were friendly, helpful, and made sure we were happy the whole time.
The food was out of this world delicious. We had the bubbly bar (a must have!) it was so delightful.
The venue itself is a stunning! The bridal suite was a dream. I felt like a princess bride. There are so many picture opportunities. There was plenty of room so no one felt cramped, but everyone was still able to enjoy each other.
Vicki was my coordinator and she was fabulous. She was always there when I needed her and she made sure that everything was perfect.
We are so pleased with 1705. Next big party we throw will be right there!

All of our guests raved about the food at our wedding! Keep in mind the extra services that come with this vendor. They were extremely flexible, ended up helping us with more than just the food! We worked mostly with Elizabeth Haman and she provided such peace of mind. She was able to give great advice about our location, venue, rentals, etc. Everything the day-of ran very smoothly. The wait staff was wonderful and very professional.

I would highly recommend 1705 Prime! My son's wedding was at Cross and Main. The venue was breathtaking. The entire staff worked with me very closely and responded to my every need. They tool a lot of my plate as I live in Maryland and the wedding was down there in North Carolina. Everyone was amazed with the food!! We were working with a VERY tight budget and they gave my son the wedding that I had dreamed of. Everything was perfect! The staff was professional and so kind! Katie and Elizabeth took great care of every detail.

We chose 1705 Prime as our wedding venue because it had a classy look and feel, it was priced much more reasonably than other high end venues we had toured, alcohol was reasonably priced, and the food was delicious!!! Elizabeth Haman was wonderful to work with. She was very experienced and referred us to some excellent vendors. We were blown away by the level of service we received the day of our wedding. If you're looking for excellent food, wonderful service and true professionals, Rocky Top is the best choice! My husbands cousin had used Rocky Top for her wedding years ago, so we knew from experience who we wanted to go with for catering. From the beginning Elizabeth made us feel like our wedding was a top priority. She was so sweet and easy to work with, and made the planning process so much fun! They also invite couples to tastings to try all kinds of food from their huge menu.. it's such a unique experience. They fill their venue with top choice linens, tall centerpieces, flower arrangements and tons of delicious food.. a true feast for the eyes and tastebuds. When you choose Rocky Top you feel like you're their number one client no matter how small or big your wedding may be. On top of all that, during the wedding itself they make the Bride, Groom and entire wedding party feel pampered and special. I cannot recommend Rocky Top enough! We were very pleased. Thank you Elizabeth and team for all your hard work and being such a special part of our wedding day!

Working with Rocky Top for our wedding was seamless, flawless and amazing. Elizabeth is so patient and accommodating, never seemed to mind answering any of my dumb questions and came up with a menu that was exactly what we wanted while falling within our tight budget. They work with the rental company to arrange your rentals so you have less things to keep up with and fewer people to pay. They also broke down all of our chairs during our cocktail reception so they could "flip" the space into a dance floor at no additional cost to us. Everyone on the serving team was friendly and helpful and they made sure that my groom and I were fed and always had a fresh drink. They even packaged up a few plates and sent them to our hotel so they were waiting in the fridge when we arrived. So thoughtful, helpful, professional, and easy to work with. I could't recommend them more highly than I do!!

1705 Prime was an excellent choice for a reception venue--both in terms of the space and the catering. The newly refurbished dining room and bar area have a lovely, modern look that was perfect for our wedding reception. The dinner was just fabulous--we got so many compliments on the food, which I find isn't usually the case at weddings. (Try the bruschetta macaroni and cheese. You won't be disappointed.) The biscuit bar in the later half of the evening was a big hit as well. If guests remember anything about our wedding, it's probably going to be the biscuit bar.

Kevin, our coordinator and main contact, was a delight to work with and was always willing to talk with us about anything, even small details like which color of red fabric to drape over a specific table. He really helped to streamline what could have easily been a highly stressful year of planning.

My wedding day was amazing! I became a little nervous when my catering contact resigned however Kevin jumped right in and ran with it. He worked out our menu perfectly and was extremely helpful. The food was delicious and it was a great value. I opted for the station styled menu which allowed my guests to mingle with each other. All of the staff at 1705 Prime were professionals. This is a great "one stop shop" venue and since it rained on my day it worked out perfectly.

We were thrilled with our choice of 1705 Prime for our ceremony and reception. Jenn helped us throughout and made the whole process smooth. The venue underwent some renovations between when we first booked and when our wedding was and they definitely were for the better. She was patient with my (now) husband with his plated food choices as she knew that was most important to him. Communication was great and she let us know if there would be any delays in responses way in advance.

The day of went smooth from what I could see, if only there was some way they could have kept the ring bearer from falling asleep right after dinner! Jane helped out the day of and she was also super helpful. Thanks for making our day fantastic! Everyone loved the food and are still commenting on how great everything was. A great time was had by all!

I cannot say enough positive things about 1705 Prime. They just redid the interior and it's absolutely beautiful. I had my wedding on probably the worst day of the year, during an ice storm, but the staff still made sure that my husband and I and all of our guests had a great time. Elizabeth was my planner and went over and beyond any of my expectations. Also, the food is amazing. You cannot go wrong with this venue!

1705 was very accommodating! We had originally booked The Twisted Fork, but due to a small kitchen fire it wasn't available anymore. Rocky Top was very quick in directing us to 1705 Prime and they were happy to work with us on menu & bar items. Along with decorations! Food was great & everyone had a great time!

Carol Sasseen from Rocky Top Catering/Hospitality was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! From the moment we met Carol, I was sold. I had been to a wedding reception at 1705 Prime almost 10 years ago, so I'd always considered it an option for my own, but after meeting with Carol, my decision was confirmed--we never even looked at another venue!

From the beginning, I loved the idea of doing stations for my reception dinner. I was under the impression that I had to choose from a specific set menu--I was wrong! I literally could have told them I wanted a corndog station and I'm pretty sure they would have found a way to make it happen. All joking aside, it was perfect.

Rocky Top does full on events every 3 months, which is how you get your "tasting." You show up to one of their venues, pick up your name tag, and enjoy a full reception event starting with passed appetizers, to photographers, a champagne station, seafood raw bar, full liquor bar, AND the infamous cake table. This was amazing for us because not only did we get to taste the food they offered, but we were able to see HOW they put on an event, as well. And let me tell you, the place is top notch!

I was adamant about not hiring a wedding planner--I wanted to handle everything myself and make sure it was done how WE wanted it to be done. Having said that, I left just about everything up to Carol! We chose the food and let her take care of the rest and she absolutely did. So, I may not have ever pictured having a wedding planner for the entire day, but I CAN say this... I had an OUTSTANDING "reception coordinator" after the ceremony! Carol is the first person we saw when we arrived to 1705 Prime... when she saw me, she cried. If this isn't a testament to the relationship we built over the last 7 months of planning, then I'm not sure what is.

I would recommend Rocky Top Catering and 1705 Prime 100% from every aspect-they were so easy to work with, get in touch with, and to enjoy my wedding day with!

Our wedding was two weeks ago and we are still receiving compliments on our choice of venue and food. The space is beautiful and was absolutely perfect for the size of our wedding (just under 100 guests). Many venues we viewed would have felt too large/too small, etc, but I get the feeling that 1705 is made to comfortably fit any number you have. The staff was wonderful and very flexible. I got sick at the wedding - worst luck ever - and they were so sweet bringing me anything I needed and extending cocktail hour keeping guests from noticing my absence. I would absolutely recommend this venue/catering to anyone!

Kevin and his staff are amazing. The food is outstanding. The service is attentive and professional. My presentation is on point and my guests are still talking about how its the best wedding food they have ever had. I can't thank them enough for being part of my wedding. Our event was a wedding celebration (not reception) which did not really fit any of the above categories. But beyond that everything was wonderful. We provided our own desserts but the catering staff plated everything added a few goodies and it looked great. The buffet was excellent and the service warm, friendly and extremely helpful.
The venue was perfect as there was space for dinner and dancing, space for conversation and a very nice bar!

We worked with Elizabeth at Rocky Top the whole planning of our catering for our wedding. She and her staff were great! We must have met with her half a dozen times before we decided on a menu and structure that worked for us. She was patient and attentive the whole time. She would even follow up with me when she hadn't heard back in a while and made everything was perfect for the big day. The food was great and the wait staff was awesome. Everyone was super friendly and helpful, everyone's glasses stayed full and everyone had a smile on their faces. so glad to have gone with this vendor. You can tell they have done this before and are great at what they do. They are true professionals.

Kevin was amazing! He was super responsive and willing to work within our budget and within our vision. Everyone has raved about his attentiveness at the event, the small details they assisted with and the great food! When we started looking for venues for our wedding, we were overwhelmed by the number of places in the Raleigh area. We visited 1705 Prime and met with Jenn, and immediately knew this was the venue we were going to be married in.
Jenn is knowledgeable about everything that happens with 1705 Prime and Rocky Top Catering. She answers all of your questions professionally and provides suggestions for your event. In our initial meeting, we told her the vision of the day, and our desired budget - and she never lost sight of either through the entire planning process. She can recommend vendors that fit your needs and budget, and will blow you away!
The chef and other staff are very professional, friendly, and trustworthy.

This was the biggest day of our lives, and we wouldn't have changed a thing!

Jenn and the whole staff at 1705 Prime were so great to work with! They took such good care of us through the planning process and especially the day of the wedding reception! Incredible venue and food! We were coming from out of town and 1705 Prime made our rehearsal dinner fabulous. The entire evening flowed beautifully. The staff was professional, friendly and very attentive to all our needs. I wish they were in our hometown so we could use them for our wedding coming up in November!
I would highly recommend them!

Kevin and his team were hands down the reason why my ceremony and reception were more than perfect! He paid attention to every detail, kept our budget in mind, stepped in when he saw the need and, the reason why my expectations were exceeded by a long shot. Love love love this team. Rocky Top was absolutely amazing during the wedding reception! The staff was friendly, fun, attentive and professional. The food was excellent. We used Rocky Top /1705 Prime , Fresh Affairs Florest / Lyn for the wedding Planner and The Grand Marque in Garner for the venue, it was over the top! Kevin was amazing we had signature drinks Watermelon Fiz with gin, bacon wrapped scallops, crab cakes, chicken sliders during cocktails and for the dinner we had sea bass, filets and herb chicken. Everyone went on and on how good the food was. Kevin was so helpful with everything we asked and I feel like I have a new friend. He has a calm gentle nature that is great to work with. He took the stressful party of a wedding and made it amazing! Did I mention I loved working with Kevin! Great company food tasting was fun and can not say enough about him!

The staff of 1705 made our wedding fantastic. We enjoyed every moment of the day. The food was spectacular and our guests (and the bridal party) have been raving about the wedding ever since. I (the bride) woke up with a terrible sore throat on the day of the wedding and throughout the reception 1705 staff checked in on me and brought me the perfect drink to feel better.

We had our ceremony and reception at 1705 Prime and it couldn't have been more beautiful! We were so happy to find a wonderful space and fantastic catering, all in one! Kevin and Jenn were great to work with and always able to help with questions. When I showed up for the rehearsal, the stress had totally set in and they were ready to help with anything I needed and immediately helped me relax before the big day. People are still telling us what an amazing time they had and how much they loved the food. Best night ever!!!!

OMG!!! They were so AWESOME with the food and the right on time service! This venue was perfect and intimate just what my wife and I was looking for! Oh my gosh. I cannot even begin to explain how GLAD I am that we went with Rocky Top Catering for our vendor. Jenn Carlin is AMAZING. My husband and I initially met with her in September 2013 and had our wedding on Nov 30, 2013. For only two months of planning and with my crazy-pregnancy brain, Jenn was absolutely the number one person I had on my team. She offered us so many food options to stay within our budget. We were even allowed to provide the alcohol ourselves and used their bartenders.

Working up to the wedding day, Jenn met with us to pick out our linen rentals. She even was our advocate when it came to changing the linens and dinnerware to match better with our budget. THAT was extremely helpful.

When it came to the wedding day itself, we didn't hire a wedding planner. Jenn was there the whole time to help direct the order of events and line up people to walk down the aisle. Again, I can't say enough here about how fantastic she was. I would absolutely recommend her service and this company to anyone.

She allowed us to have our rehearsal dinner at 1705 Prime the night before. The food was INCREDIBLE. On our wedding day, the food was incredible as well (even though we didn't eat much - busy busy with guests!). People still can't stop talking about the food and it's been two months.

I just want to say if you are worrying about the prices of this catering company, which actually was the biggest expense of our wedding, if you can handle it, do it. It's WORTH it. It will save you a giant headache and you won't have to worry about a thing on your wedding day. I planned my wedding in two months with a baby on the way and felt like Jenn was the number one person I could trust to handle the food, the service, and other wedding details I didn't even think of. Go with this company!! You won't regret it.

Jenn Carlin and the wonderful folks at 1705 Prime did an amazing job for our wedding reception! We have heard so many compliments on the amazing food and the gorgeous 1705 Prime! Jenn was always responsive to emails, despite how many I sent her!! She was fantastic to work with from the beginning and was flexible throughout the entire process. In fact, we often had difficult schedules and short notice to meet with her as we were planning from out of state, and she went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. We did a buffet dinner and only heard wonderful things about the food! It was delicious -- and yes, I did actually get to eat on my wedding day! Thanks for that!! The whole day went so smoothly and everyone had a great time! 1705 far exceeded our expectations and Jenn Carlin is absolutely amazing!! My husband and I used Rocky Top Catering for our wedding reception at the Blue Zone in Kenan Stadium and have nothing but EXCELLENT things to say:

Alison Purdee is amazing at what she does - she organized our entire day, met up to help us cart additional items into the reception venue. She reassured us of everything. And due to a rain delay, she was flexible the day-of with rescheduling my husband and my entrance time. I want to have my wedding all over again thanks to her.

Rocky Top Catering is, in three words: delicious, personalized, and professional. Not only is their food delicious, but their menu was open to suggestions and favorites. I loved that my husband and I were able to choose what we liked (Southern food) and make changes - there was no set menu or set price. It felt like our wedding. Finally, the staff we had under Alison was all smiles, professional and just made that wedding evening feel like a dream.

Jenn was very quick to respond to all of my emails and calls! Dakota was also fantastic as she got me everything I needed during the night of th event. They both helped the event to go smoothly and helped me keep calm! The late night food was so good and they even saved me some chicken and waffles to take back after the reception.

We chose Rocky Top after it was highly recommended by several of our other vendors. Being from out of town, I was hesitant to let my family do the tasting, but the food was absolutely phenomenal. They have an extensive menu to choose from and lots of different options for the format. My now-husband and I literally didn't sit down the entire evening but the staff went out of their way to box up some of everything!! Eating it later, we really regretted not getting to try it at the reception. The staff was absolutely as well- some of the most professional people I've worked with. They were very attentive to guests' needs and even came outside and made sure the bridal party got some of the passed hors d'oeuvres and drinks while waiting to go into the reception. They also made sure the two of us had a fresh drink in hand all evening, which we are so grateful for! They exceeded expectations and we would definitely recommend them!

We had Rocky Top as our caterer for our buffet dinner at our reception. The food was absolutely amazing. Everyone came up to us afterwards saying how delicious everything was. I liked how they offer a tasting night where you can go for dinner and sample certain things that they would serve. Our wedding was perfect. Jenn and Kella did an incredible job. They were so easy to work with. Everything was wonderful- the food was delicious- we are still getting compliments on the food! The bar service was quick, everything was set out perfectly. Kella worked our event and she made sure that the timeline was kept, which was such a blessing. The employees working our event were kind, impeccably dressed and very professional. I think my favorite part was the cake table up against the glass wine cellar- AMAZING!

One word to describe Rocky Top's food - DELICIOUS!!! If you are in the market for catering services, make it easy for yourself and choose Rocky Top. Kevin is an amazing person to work with and always offered suggestions and services that made our wedding food that much better. If you sceptical, go to one of Rocky Top's many open house events. I went with my husband and parents to one of their events in Raleigh and my dad still talks about how amazing the food and entertainment were.

Rocky Top Catering / 1705 Prime is a superb caterer/vendor. Their food is very good and their service is top notch. Kevin DeHimer was our personal coordinator of events and he was absolutely great! The value of what we received (food, service, and everything in between) FAR exceeded our expectations. The food was fantastic and my guests have raved about it every since. The venue was gorgeous and everyone there treated us like we were royalty! I just can't say enough!! I really feel blessed to have signed a contract with 1705!!

Thanks to EVERYONE that made our day wonderful!! You guys ROCK!

My review is more than a year overdue, but having just celebrated our first wedding anniversary I'd be remiss not to share my review on 1705 Prime. Being an out of town bride, I was hesitant and nervous about putting trust into our reception site to work through all the details, but Kevin really put me at ease. He even met with my parents who on my behalf facilitated some of the planning details. We were married in a church 2 minutes away, and had the party at 1705 Prime. 99% of our guests were out of state. The space is laid out nicely, and although it looks like a home from the 1800s, inside is so contemporary - it's the best of both worlds. Plus, the food is divine. Every single one of our guests (no exaggeration) loved the reception - the convenience to hotel/church/airport, food, the space, the layout, the staff, everything. We all loved it that we even half seriously contemplated having another party there just to have another party because it was so much fun. Alison was our event day coordinator, and again I was nervous upon hearing this because by that point I had worked with Kevin for more than a year, and likewise, she put everything at ease. They accommodated vegan meals for a few of our guests and other last minute requests. The staff at our wedding reception were attentive and exceptional. Kevin and Alison took care of a lot of the details, assisting with questions, meeting with us when we were in town to discuss the food, the event day details. They decorated the place as I would have had I been there. Being a DIY bride, I did my own flowers, decor, as well as favors, and I put them into Kevin and Alison's trusty hands to take care of on event day. Our wedding day was special. Our reception fun and memorable. We extend our gratitude to Kevin, Alison, and the team at 1705 Prime for this wonderful memory.

There aren't enough positive words to describe our amazing experience with Rocky Top Catering and 1705 Prime as our wedding reception venue! We had an absolutely beautiful wedding that went off without a hitch due to the talent and professionalism of the Rocky Top team. We worked closely with Kevin who helped us make all the important decisions for our big day. Our guests were more than impressed with their delicious food and the lounge area added another level of fun to the party.

As we planned, there was always someone available to meet with us to answer questions or allow us inside the venue to check things out which made our experience very easy and stress free. The venue itself is modern and cozy and perfect for an initimate wedding!

We HIGHLY recommend Rocky Top Catering and 1705 Prime to host your wedding or cater your special event!

I held my wedding and reception at 1705 prime yesterday and was so satisfied that I couldn't wait to post my review. From the delicious dinner to the friendly, patient and super helpful employees at 1705 prime everything was beyond my expectations. At 1705 Prime they make it so you don't have to think. During our photo session outside they brought out hourderves and made sure the bridal party was satisfied and though we did a buffet style dinner they served all of the children at their tables. They also served my husband and I which meant a lot to me as I've heard many stories of the bride and groom missing out on their cake and dinner. They assisted in setup and take down of the Centerpieces and all of my guests were super impressed. I love 1705 Prime and Kevin Dehimer rocks!!!

Jenn Carlin was wonderful from the word go! She provided me with names of a photographer, cake person and table settings. Jenn was wonderful to work with. I would reccommend her and 1705 Prime to everyone. Our wedding was a wonderful success mainly because of all of Jenn's assistance!

We loved the team at 1705 / Rocky Top Catering! They were very professional and were able to make all our wishes come true on our wedding day. The food was awesome and the venue was a great place for both our wedding ceremony and reception. Jenn and the entire Rocky Top Catering team were amazing. They took great care of me from the initial planning stages to the actual event and made it stress free. The food was incredible and my guest are still talking about it and service. Of course the physical environment is very beautiful, classy and warm. This venue is worth every penny spent!! I just hate that my wedding is over! I highly recommend this venue for any special event that you are planning.

The venue was absolutely gorgeous. Food was good, not as amazing as what we had at the tasting but still very good. Staff was very accomodating and provided quality service. Jenn C. was our sales manager who coordinated the whole thing and did everything we asked and beyond, she was so thorough with everything to make the day easy on us. And packed up everything that night for us perfectly to pick up the following day. Very pleased and I would definitely suggest them to anyone.

Rocky top catering and 1705 Prime helped to make our wedding the most amazing memorable day of our lives. We couldn't have asked for better people to help with our day. We fell in love with this venue as soon as we saw it. We love the modern feel inside with the outdoor ceremony location. All the staff were very accommodating and made each of our requests a reality. Our coordinator did change three times throughout our planning process which was a little frustrating but each person was very responsive and attentive. The only small negative I would have about the site would be the location. The busy street corner is a bit noisy but it did provide some comic relief to our ceremony! All in all I would highly recommend 1705 to any couple!a

I cannot say enough great things about the staff at 1705 Prime. Every detail of my wedding was handled beautifully! As someone who likes to micromanage every single detail, I fully trusted the amazing staff (Alison and Jenn) and was able to let go and just enjoy my day to the fullest. 1705 Prime has an amazing combination of southern charm and modern elegance, you will be so happy you picked them!!!

Without a doubt I would recomend 1705 Prime to anyone planning a wedding. The venue is the best deal out there and such a beautiful spot pictures. It is big and has plenty of space for guests to roam and be comfortable. Guests have told me it is some of the best wedding food they have ever had. Creating our menu was effortless and they really do work with you on everything! The staff is wonderful and I always felt I could trust them with everything. In fact, all my other vendors told me how wonderful they were to work with. 1705 Prime and Rocky Top really made my wedding the best I could imagine!

We had our reception at 1705 Prime and can't say enough good about it! The employee we worked with was so pleasant and was happy to address any concern we had in the planning process. We came two days before the wedding to bring some "decorations" and personalized pieces for the reception and expected to be there for a couple of hours setting up. Alison, our event contact, insisted that we leave the items and that they would take care of everything....and the day of the wedding I saw what a great job they did with set-up! Other weddings in my family, we had to do almost all the work at the facilities we used for receptions-down to passing out favors/farewell rose petals,etc. 1705 was a breath of fresh air because we actually felt like guests at our own event. They were so willing to help and take things off of our worry list. The facility itself is unique with contemporary decor. I didn't have to do much decorating because the place is already pretty! I would highly recommend having an event at 1705, the staff was wonderful and they truly helped make our reception enjoyable and carefree.

I cannot say enough amazing things about 1705 Prime (Rocky Top Hospitality) to serve proper justice. This venue and catering made our day PERFECT! We found 1705 and began working with Kevin there and received amazing communication and information. They were so flexible with our travel schedule (we are from out of town) for doing walk through visits and catering meetings. Alison served as our catering manager and perfectly attended to nearly every detail, question and concern we had! They are experienced, accountable, flexible and the food is amazing! So many guests commented that the venue was one of the best & most unique they had been to and was an excellent venue for the cocktail hour and dinner/dancing reception we had. Our guests also informed us that the food was by far the best they had ever had at a wedding before! My (now) husband and I purchased so much glassware and hundreds of candles, amongst all the other reception items, and they were nice enough to store everything for us in advance and set everything up perfectly! After our final walk through, I knew everything would be perfect, and it was. Amazing food, amazing venue and among the best of the best in service!! Our guests couldn't believe how awesome the cocktail, dinner and bar service was!! Highly recommended -- this place will ensure your event is perfection!

We highly recommend 1705 Prime for anyone looking for a wedding/reception venue. My husband and I knew as we left from our first meeting with the staff of Prime that we had found our wedding and reception site. The staff was very flexible with our menu changes and also gave great insight to helping us pick linens to match the overall decor we wanted for our wedding. Kevin and Alison were awesome and did everything they could to make our day go off without a hitch.

I worked with Kevin and Alison while planning my ceremony and reception at the venue 1705 Prime. The entire process was extremely easy, and Kevin kept me organized the entire time and was very responsive with emails and telephone calls. I also had a few special requests (beer mainly, haha) that they worked in for me so easily and without any problems. And on the day of, if anything went wrong I had NO idea. The service was amazing, and the food was phenomenal. The bridal party had a personal waiter, Todd, who made sure we had drinks and appetizers while we were taking photos outside. My glass was always full. It was a beautiful venue and I cannot say enough good things about my wedding experience with Rocky Top Catering. My guests still rave about the food too, someone actually told me that the stuffed mushrooms we has as an appetizer were not only the best stuffed mushrooms they'd ever had, but the best food they'd ever had period. The shrimp and grit "martinis" were my favorite, best shrimp and grits I have ever had as well. It was the perfect place for our perfect day.

I can't say enough good things about the experience my wife and I received from Kevin at 1705 Prime. He was a godsend to us with how helpful, professional, easy-going, and knowledgeable he was all throughout our wedding planning and the actual reception. The venue itself was beautiful, and is perfectly laid out. Our guests really enjoyed having a separate bar area for the cocktail hour, and our wedding party was very grateful to have their own private waiting room upstairs.

I think the thing that stood out the most to my wife and I was how our every need was take care of in the most professional and quick manner possible. Kevin was very easy to communicate with, as was everybody at 1705 Prime who assisted us. During our wedding reception, Kevin assigned my wife and I our own private waitress, who constantly refilled out glasses, brought us our food plates, etc etc, which was a huge help!

All in all we could not have asked for a better reception venue than 1705 Prime, we highly, highly recommend them! The price was very affordable, especially for the quality of service we received! Thanks to all the 1705 Prime staff for making our reception perfect!

The team of 1705 Prime were amazing. We got a lot of compliments from our guests and groomsmen on how professional and likable the staff was! The only thing I wish I could have changed (but out of my control) was not having as many cars go by during the ceremony outside!!
