We LOVED our experience at 14Tenn, for planning and for the event itself. Their team was so professional and really worked with us to stay within our budget without sacrificing how we wanted our wedding day to be. Sarah Hodges was a phenomenal planner, and she went beyond her duties to help us have the wedding day of our dreams. The venue was everything we wanted it to be AND MORE, and they were so flexible with us when it came to vendors, catering, and all the little details that came with hosting an event there. Sarah and her team put so much work into all of the logistics, and the day went so smoothly as a result of their diligence. Having Sarah as our partial planner and choosing 14Tenn as our venue were two of the best decisions we made throughout the whole process. We will keep recommending them to everyone looking for the perfect event space! Not only is Sarah great at what she does, but she's SO fun, too! We looked forward to our check-in meetings with her each month! -

Where do we even begin? From our very first meeting to the final moments of our wedding night, our planner completely understood our vision and brought it to life in ways we couldn’t have imagined. Every detail was flawless, and the entire experience felt like pure magic.
The vendors they recommended were truly next-level. Our venue looked like it was straight out of a magazine—from the stunning florals and chandelier plants to the perfectly curated décor. The food was absolutely incredible (guests are still raving about it 10 days later!), and our cake was so delicious we were genuinely sad to freeze part of it for our anniversary—we just wanted to keep eating it! The music set the tone for the entire evening and kept everyone in great spirits.
What stood out the most was how seamlessly everything ran. Every vendor we worked with—from catering to florals to photography—was professional, kind, and totally dedicated to making our day special. Because of that, my husband and I got to be completely present and soak in every second of what was truly the best night of our lives.
Friends and family continue to tell us how much love they felt in the room and how unforgettable the entire evening was. We honestly wish we could do it every weekend. :)
We’re beyond grateful for the passion, talent, and care that went into every part of our day. Truly a dream come true.
(P.S. Our only regret is missing out on the Wildberry desserts—our guests devoured them and said they were so good they ate 10 at a time! Definitely planning to place an order soon to make up for it.)

We had our wedding at 14TENN at the end of March and it honestly couldn't have been better. The venue was the PERFECT size for wedding, and the space transformed perfectly for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception.
We used the middle of the venue for the ceremony itself, and there was plenty of room for the 160 guests we had in attendance. The garage doors opened up for an indoor/outdoor cocktail hour which was perfect for the March weather. Opening the room up for the reception, we had ample space for the dinner buffet, bartenders, and a spacious dance floor.
We found our planner Sarah through 14TENN and we honestly have no notes. She met with us monthly for a year and a half, keeping us on track for everything. She had the day-of stuff down to a science and had everything on track to the second. Since she was affiliated directly with the venue, she had great relationships with their recommended vendors and knew how to manage them in the space.
We cannot recommend 14TENN and Sarah enough. I don't typically hand out 5-star reviews but we were so pleased with our experience with this group of folks and the venue that a 5-star review was warranted. -

We LOVED having our wedding at 14TENN. It is a beautiful space, it is in an awesome location, and the staff are so on top of everything!
VENUE - It is beautiful as is, and it is the perfect space to go with any style or design. They have an option of renting decor right from them if you want to. We had our ceremony and reception here, so we added on the draping for a perfect touch to separate the areas. The room flip went so smoothly, and the staff took care of everything. They have an option of renting decor right from them if you want to. The in-house beverage service was great, and our guests and us were happy with how it turned out. We are so happy this venue was the backdrop of our wedding!
LOCATION - We loved the location of the venue. We really wanted our wedding IN Nashville, so our guests could have the full Nashville trip and experience. So many of them commented on how they loved the location and the proximity to things to do in the city.
PLANNING - We had the partial planning package and we were SO happy that we had this. Sarah was AMAZING and we were so thankful to have her helping us, especially in the month leading up to the wedding and even more so on the day of! I felt so much calmer knowing she was there and taking care of everything! She responded to my emails so quickly and took the time to really explain everything. We would definitely recommend planning with Sarah!
We would highly recommend 14TENN to any couple looking for a stunning, well-run wedding venue in the heart of Nashville! -

We cannot recommend 14Tenn enough! We chose 14Tenn for our wedding venue and we really couldn't have been more pleased! For those looking for a wedding venue, they offer wedding planning services as an add on, which we opted for. Again, cannot say enough good things about our planner, Sarah, who just absolutely knocked it out of the park! She took what likely would have been a highly stressful event and removed all of that stress from both me and my bride. As for the actual venue, the space offers a good amount of flexibility in how you can decorate and accommodate your guests. We had right around 160-170 and I'd say everyone was pretty comfortable. We just recently received our pictures from our photographer and the space looks phenomenal in the pictures as well! 10/10 venue! -

Kendall, Erin, Clay, and the rest of the 14TENN team were beyond amazing. They made planning SO easy, and the value for the space, amenities, and add-ons is unmatched. The team is communicative and the venue is stunning. The gorgeous pictures on their website don't even do them justice - it's a beautiful space. I can't recommend this venue highly enough. Thank you for making our reception everything we hoped for and more!! -

I could go on forever about how amazing 14Tenn is!! We did their partial planning package with Sarah as our planner and I cannot say enough good things about her and our entire experience there. From our first inquiry to our actual wedding day they have been incredible. Sarah is SO organized, kept us on track during all of our check in meetings, and perfectly brought my vision to life. I feel like throughout the entire process all we kept saying is “oh my gosh thank god for Sarah” because she’s so great at what she does and we truly felt like she became a friend! The venue itself is gorgeous and spacious and they have an open vendor policy which really allows you to make the space your own. I wish we could get married all over again based on our experience! Thank you 14Tenn team!!! -

I have been to a lot of weddings but I can confidently say our wedding is my absolute favorite!! (Might be a little biased bc I married my best friend) BUT 14Tenn and their staff seriously could not have done a better job at making sure our day went so perfectly! Special shoutout to our month of coordinator Sarah Hodges! We literally could not have done it without her. People always say that weddings are SO stressful but working with Sarah in the weeks leading up to the wedding lifted so much stress off my shoulders and when the big day came I just had so much fun and had not a worry in my mind! AND SHE KILLED IT. The photos speak for themselves. 14Tenn was the absolute perfect space for us to be creative from pizza buffet to a live jazz band at reception and a sparkler send off! Everything we wanted for our day was met and we could not be happier! We brought in a lot of our own decor but we also utilized the venues draping, greenery walls & beautiful draping! 100% recommend this venue if you are looking for an place to get married or throw your next event! And don’t skip out on the coordination/planning package! It’s above and beyond & their team is an absolute joy to work with :) -

14TENN - where you start as strangers and leave as family!
There are not enough positive words in the dictionary to describe how amazing our experience was at 14TENN. Our wedding day was the best day of our lives thanks to Kendall! From our very first meeting to the communication throughout the planning process to her bringing our vision to life on the big day, Kendall went above and beyond. Kendall is one of the kindest people who always has your happiness in mind! The wedding day was so smooth and if there was any stress, Kendall took that away from us so we could enjoy all the love and support we had that day. The space is open, clean, bright, and beautiful. The inclusion of farmhouse tables and rustic chairs added so much warmth to the space. Having 24 hour access and their list of preferred vendors made the planning process that much easier. Shout-out to Erin, who was our first point of contact. She was the reason we booked! If y’all are looking for a beautiful venue with staff that makes you feel like family, 14TENN is your venue! -

Amazing venue
I had my wedding at 14Tenn on 10/20 and it was absolutely amazing. Sarah and her team were very hands-on through the entire planning process, and I LOVED that I could bring in my own vendors. I did bring an external wedding planner to help me through the process, and the 14Tenn crew welcomed her fully and they made sure any issues that came up went to my planner and not me. When I walked in on my wedding day to see the whole set up I was so overwhelmed with emotion, it was perfect. The space of the venue gives you the ability to have full creative control and that was a must for me. I wanted to transform the venue into a more intimate setting and they did just that. My wedding was everything I could have EVER dreamed of and I cannot wait to see the final photos to share! -

14tenn was the perfect venue for our wedding/reception! We loved the clean, simple backdrop that allowed us to add our own touches to the design and decor. As a modern bride in Nashville, it's hard to come across affordable, non-barn venues, but this was everything we could have hoped for! Bonus was the tables and chairs were included in the price. We also got lucky with good weather, so we were able to open up the garage doors during cocktail hour so the guests could mingle outside as well.
The team at 14tenn always had quick responses to our questions and put together a great list of preferred vendors, many of which we selected for our wedding. Their weekly open house was incredibly helpful in the planning process, so I could come in and arrange my decor and see how it would look in the space ahead of time.
We couldn't be happier with our choice of venue! -

My wedding day at 14TENN would not have been the same without the 828 planning team! They made so many important pieces of my day absolutely seamless- helping me create my layout and timeline, communicating with my vendors, decorating beautifully and as planned, keeping us on schedule throughout the event, and making sure that once the night was over we had everything that we needed. Special kudos to Sarah! She jumped into planning with me and blew us away with her attention to detail, organization, and many great ideas. She even saved the day and helped us bustle my dress! Sarah handled everything professionally and discreetly- she was such an asset to our day and a dream to work with! Can’t say thank you enough!!! -

The perfect venue
We got married in Sept 2022 at 14TENN and could not speak more highly about the location, venue and staff of 14TENN. They are true experts and make the process of planning events easy and smooth. The venue is stunning on its own and the natural light it gets is gorgeous. We wouldn’t change a thing about our wedding. Thank you 14TENN and Lindsey! -

Dreamy! Lindsey is amazing.
Lindsey was an amazing coordinator! So personable and helped with millions of questions. She put so much time and energy into making the day exactly what we dreamed of, including personally facilitating touches we didn't even think of and even helping us cut out unnecessary details to be more cost-effective. The venue ended up being perfect, and we found the BYOB package to be super cost-effective while also having a great bar team to utilize.
Tips:
Instead of adding the extra cost of speciality cocktails, we utilized the full bar BYOB package and made speciality cocktails out of the ingredients at the bar, which Clay was super helpful with.
The only rentals included are tables, chairs, and the bars, which is helpful to know for planning initial budget, but their vendors are super helpful with the rest.
It's a 24-hour rental (woohoo!) so be prepared to have your rehearsal the day-of or early in the morning the day before if there's a wedding the day before yours.
There are certain add-ons that are included in some coordination plans and not others, so make sure to ask a bunch of questions to be the most cost-effective when picking any coordination!
Highly recommend, especially if you utilize Lindsey's talent! -

Beautiful Venue!!
If you are looking for a beautiful venue close to downtown, 14TENN is the place! This space is a blank canvas with so much room for creativity! No event is the same. Another thing about 14TENN is that is allows for a 24hr rental too. AMAZING!! No other venue I know allows this type of rental. The team at 14TENN wants to ensure their clients feel valued and with a stress free event and the 24hr rental definitely helps! Without a doubt, I would suggest this venue to anybody! -

Simply stunning and easy to work with!!
From day one, 14TENN was amazing! When my husband and I first toured in February of 2019, it was still under construction. We knew from their sister venues that it would be stunning. Our coordinator was Kaitlynn Montgomery and she was beyond great. So laid-back, organized, and every meeting with her was productive and efficient... which was exactly what we needed. She quietly gets things done without raising anyones blood pressure, which is truly a gift in the wedding industry! The venue is gorgeous and has a great flow. I’ve been to many many weddings in my life, and they know what they’re doing!!
A couple weeks before our original wedding date in March 2020, Covid hit for the first time and the whole world shut down. Nobody knew what to do, but they worked with us. We postponed our 225 person wedding to August 2020 and a month out realized that wasn’t going to fly either. SO, talking to Kaitlynn and 14TENN, they were amazing in letting us have a small ceremony with our families that day in August, and allowing us to postpone the reception to April 2021 which we then succeeded with! It was absolutely perfect. I had a month to plan our small wedding ceremony after the second postponement, so it was a tremendous help they allowed us to do it there. It also rained that day and backyard vows (our backup plan) would have been disastrous! My husband and I were beyond grateful that Kaitlynn and the team were so easy to work with in a time that was not so easy for everyone! -

Gorgeous venue!
Best decision choosing this venue for my Friday wedding!! It is absolutely gorgeous and I received so many compliments from guests! It offers great natural lighting and a blank canvas to create any style. Open vendor policy + barn wood tables + gunmetal chairs + tall ceilings, gorgeous modern chandleries- YES PLEASE! I wanted a romantic, garden oasis and we were able to turn the space into just that! We used it for both the ceremony and reception and the flip worked perfectly.
Planning a wedding in the middle of a global pandemic was quite stressful at times, but Kaitlyn was amazing to work with through it all! She was very organized and took SO much stress off of me - especially the day of set up/take down. I highly recommend using their planning !! Kaitlyn and Caroline were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! -

We found this venue online when it was just a sketched photo on a random search engine. When we visited 14TENN, it was completely under construction in the dead of winter with obviously no heat or electricity. We bundled up in coats and scarves, and walked around the empty construction site at night with our iPhone flashlights 😂 14TENN only consisted of some raw wood, a few original beams and a wonderful owner named Sean, who had no staff hired in Nashville yet. But we knew we HAD to get married there. We could see their vision and it matched ours. BEST DECISION EVER. I mean look at this place. And their customer service.. Over the top!! I could go on for days. Just know, the insanely beautiful space is just the icing on the cake. It’s the people there that make this place what it is.
Which leads me to our wedding coordinator Kaitlynn Montgomery. An angel in human form. This girl, y’all. I messaged her at least once a week with another ridiculous idea. And she encouraged me on every single one of them. Anyone who knows me knows how annoyingly Type A I am and how I prefer to do things myself and plan every detail to nauseam. Kaitlynn took SO much off my plate. If I asked her about something or suggested something, she had already taken care of it 3 days prior. She was always 5 steps ahead of me at all times. She single handily took my stress level down 1,000 notches on a daily basis. Every single last detail or idea that we came up with for this wedding would absolutely have never been possible without Kaitlynn. She brought it all to life. And Ellyse.. Her and Kaitlynn worked their butts off together on our wedding day and it was perfect. Every time I saw Ellyse that day, she was smiling ear to ear and it immediately put my nerves at ease. These two girls are just the absolute sweetest and SO freaking good at their jobs.
Now, one of the most important guy of the night... Our alcohol and bar concierge, Hunter!! I remember calling him one day thinking, he is going to kill me and I’m about to make him hate his job 😂 I was like, So I was thinking about cocktail hour and how it would be cool to serve hand-crafted blueberry mojitos named after our dog in 150 coconut cups with stir sticks that have our dog’s face on them. Oh and I want them all displayed on shelves with signs and the whole works. He was like, hell yeah, you got it. Not only that, he insisted on pulling out all the tricks. Infusing his own simple syrup with mint and having us over TWICE to taste the recipe and make sure it was perfect. He loves his job and it shows. He took full ownership of the bar and making sure we didn’t even have to think about it. THANK YOU HUNTER!!!
In summary,14TENN was an absolute dream come true and we cannot recommend them enough. Thank you for EVERYTHING. We love y’all! -
