I have lots of out of town family. Even though I'm sure many of them won't come to the wedding, should I send Save The Date cards and wedding invitations to them just as a courtesy?

My stepfather has been a dad to me since I was 13. None of the father/daughter songs I've found suit us. Help us please! My wedding is Nov. 3, 2012.
