Last year my daughter, Kenzie, had her first prom! She ended up going to hers as well as her boyfriend’s (he attended a different high school). Prior to shopping at Christine‘s bridal, we did shop at another store. It was not a personal or enjoyable experience. The person that was supposed to help us wandered off. Finding sizes was very difficult. We felt rushed. It was a disappointing experience overall. We decided to try someplace else which ended up being Christine‘s bridal. We are so thrilled we did! Our first interaction with Christine‘s bridal was the phone call to book an appointment. Over the phone the owner laid out what to expect during the appointment and also followed up with an email. Very informative and helpful. The day of the appointment, my husband and I accompanied Kenzie. The owner and another staff member greeted us, friendly and professionally at the door. Kenzie had her measurements taken and staff had a discussion regarding her preferences of style and color. The first dress that she tried on was a recommendation from them in order to get an idea of exact sizing and see if we were on the right track! And we definitely were! She was also allowed to look through the racks to try on other dresses she was interested in. My husband and I waited and visited with the owner while the other staff person assisted Mackenzie in the dressing room. Based on how she looked and felt in the dresses, they helped with color and styling recommendations. Every dress was lovely. The whole experience was perfect. It was exactly the tailored , personal experience any young woman would want for their first prom! They made my daughter feel very special and welcomed us as her parents into the whole experience warmly. I can’t say thank you enough. We are very grateful and looking forward to shopping for prom there this year !
