I used VI Desserts for our wedding in St. Thomas. We decided to do a dessert display, and it was absolutely amazing. We ordered the key lime coconut tarts, passion fruit tarts, island carrot cake cupcakes, and Holly's specialty cupcakes. They were all expertly made and perfectly beautiful!! Liz was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Quick to communicate and super helpful guiding me when I wasn't too sure what I wanted. Not only was the cake beautiful but SO delicious. Liz also brought hors devours that were also picture perfect and so yummy!
