Wedding Venues in Park City

We loved working with the team at Snow Park Bakery! They created the most beautiful grooms cake and wedding cake for us, bringing our vision to life.

We got married at Lookout Cabin in The Canyons in October. Both our ceremony and reception were at Lookout. Our guests loved riding up the chair lift to the ceremony. The weather was amazing which made the ceremony and evening really perfect. The staff was so professional, the food was amazing and the bar was perfect. We had a planner that helped things go smoothly however the actual Lookout Cabin staff was fabulous as well. Having our wedding at this venue was the most amazing experience. We did have a few issues and the only advice I would give a future couple is to be mindful of the chairlift schedule to get up the mountain. We had issues trying to get up the mountain early so just be sure the staff (all of the staff) is aware so you don't have any problems. There really isn't a venue like this and definitely recommend it to anyone.

My husband and I got married at the Stein Eriksen Lodge on May 25 2019, in a Jewish and Hindu inspired wedding - and it was the wedding of our dreams and a truly unforgettable day and night. Tracy is a incredible person and professional, and from the first time I spoke to her on the phone, I knew right away that she and the Stein team would be the perfect team to work with. Their level of attention to detail, overall consideration, patience, flexibility, creativity, and overall QUALITY - is truly unmatched. Since my husband and I live in New York City, we relied a ton on Tracy and the team to help move things along locally, and I have to say they did an outstanding job. If you are thinking about getting married in Park City, give Tracy a call - you won't regret it!

Absolutely beautiful scenery and venue. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The complimentary buffet breakfast was delicious!! We just wish we had more time to enjoy it all!

Having a very small and informal wedding with a total of 12 people in attendance, a traditional reception was not what we were looking for. We opted to have a nice family dinner instead. I came across Grub's while researching local Park City restaurants. I wanted a nice dinner in an atmosphere that was kid friendly. Grub's looked to be exactly what we wanted. We were 30 minutes early for our reservation and they quickly accommodated us with a smile. The service was excellent. No one was ever left wanting something. They had a great salad bar--which is excellent when you have small children with! The appetizers and entrees were very delicious. We couldn't have asked for better!

St. Regis Deer Valley is one of the best wedding venues you could ask for. This hotel held sentimental value for my husband and our family as we previously lived in Utah and would celebrate special occasions on the mountain terrace overlooking the beautiful mountain landscape. Having since moved to the midwest, it was almost a "no-brainer" in terms of choosing a venue. However, mountain luxury and outstanding service does come with a certain price tag. After falling in love with St. Regis, I was concerned we wouldn't be able to reasonably afford it. We looked at every other possible venue in Park City and Salt Lake City and eventually came back full circle to St. Regis - and we are SO HAPPY we did! By essentially having a destination wedding, we were able to keep our guest list modest (60 people) and splurge in other ways. From the gorgeous ceremony site (the grand lawn) outside overlooking the mountains we transitioned flawlessly to the mountain terrace (outside with fire garden overlooking mountain view - breathtaking) for cocktail hour. The reception dinner was on the Deer Crest Club terrace and dancing was both inside and outside the DCC. With it's cozy feel, still gorgeous views, and outdoor fire pits, the DCC was perfect for our 60 guests. Larger weddings can rent the Astor Terrace, one level above the DCC, which is quite a bit more money, but absolutely stunning. The food was exceptional (we went traditional with salmon and beef options) and the service was just outstanding. The bridal suite provided had stunning views (I've said this phrase a lot - but seriously..it's amazing) and the service is second to none (ahem... complimentary 24/7 butler). My husband and I are so happy we chose St. Regis. Their team is phenomenal and a joy to work with. (Shout out to Christina, Director of Catering, who is the most professional, organized, and pleasant person we encountered at St. Regis. She, along with my event coordinator, were with us every step of the way on our wedding day and did a phenomenal job overseeing everything). Ps. if you are thinking about skipping hiring an event coordinator for the day of - think again. I didn't think I needed it (which is a wild idea considering I had never been married nor do I work in the wedding or hospitality industry). Christina encouraged me to hire a wedding coordinator and from her list of preferred vendors I found the amazing Harvest Moon Events. Together they were a phenomenal team. While I am happy to be married, my husband and I wish we could go back and enjoy the day all over again because it was truly magical. You definitely won't be disappointed with St. Regis, and you will likely hear guests say, "this is the most incredible wedding I've been to," just like we did.

THE PERFECT PLACE TO GET MARRIED. Seriously. Absolutely gorgeous venue, the team lead by Colleen is unbelievably helpful and flexible, the food that the Powder Chef does is amazing, the hotel booking team is super accommodating, and all of your guests will tell you that the hotel is the most attentive they have ever stayed at (including your super picky grandmother..)

I wanted to get my hair done at this salon/spa because it was right by our wedding venue and house rental. It is very expensive, but you get all-day access to the nicest spa in Utah! Steam room, sauna, hot tubs, indoor pool, sundeck, etc etc. The salon is small and quiet, which I like, the shampoo chairs are the most comfortable I've ever been in, and the products are high quality. I got a trim and highlight 2 weeks before my wedding, then I had my hair blown out on the day of the wedding. While the highlights showed a line near my roots too much for my taste, everything else was perfect, including the color of my hair. Exactly what I asked for. And my hair did not look "wedding-y" after the blowout, but rather just my best hair day ever. Whitney Reck was my stylist, and I highly recommend her. Definitely a special place overall.
