We loved our wedding here! Andrea was professional and quickly responsive from day 1, and it was so easy to get in touch with her when we had questions while planning. Lisa was our coordinator, and she made the entire day so easy for us. It was a huge load off of us to not have to worry about getting everything ready or communicating with our vendors as they arrived. We paid for the decor package and got to choose our decor out of their huge closet, and Lisa did a great job putting everything together. We expressed our desire to have a private dinner at the reception, and they created a romantic setup in the bridal suite for us. It is one of my favorite memories of the day! Our wedding was exactly what we dreamed of, and we cannot thank the staff enough for making it happen!

Harper’s Vineyard was the most breathtaking setting we could have asked for. The mountain views alone are enough to sell you, but what truly made this venue special were the people behind it. Chuck and Sarah (the owners) were incredibly kind, accommodating, and genuinely invested in making our day perfect. They, along with their family, even helped set up for our wedding, which was so sweet. Jordan, the venue coordinator, was amazing to work with—always responsive, organized, and helpful throughout the entire process. We're so grateful for all of her help leading up to our special day. Almost all of our guests traveled in from NJ/NY, and they were absolutely blown away by the breathaking views. Even with a bit of rain (which thankfully held off until after our ceremony and photos), we were still able to fully enjoy the space. The gorgeous floor to ceiling windows made it so that we felt like we were outside the entire time. It was such a gorgeous backdrop for photos and added such a cozy, natural feeling, even in late March. Being able to have our pup with us on our special day was also a huge plus. One of my favorite memories was getting ready with my bridesmaids, sipping coffee by the firepit, and taking in the mountains—it was such a peaceful, grounding moment. The bridal suite was small and I was concerned about fitting our group of 11 comfortably, but we made it work perfectly. Our group was spread out throughout the venue at times, enjoying the gorgeous day and stunning views - so much better than being locked away in a bridal suite for hours. If you’re looking for a venue that is not only stunning but also run by the most thoughtful people, Harper’s Vineyard is it.

They were very upfront about costs and were incredibly helpful in answering any and all questions we had. The venue is just beautiful and they were very kind and thoughtful hosts! We talked with them and shared our plans and you could just feel how genuinely excited they were for us. We’re so excited for our upcoming wedding and know that they’ll do everything in their power to make our wedding dreams come true.

I booked the Lily Barn 7 month before my wedding after a catastrophe with another venue in the area. They happened to have my date available and were very professional out the gate. We met with their coordinator, Emily, at their office conveniently located in a Chocolate Bar(my husband loved this part). We went over ever detail and let me customize the level of services I wanted to use. They ended up doing our flowers, wedding cake, catering and rentals! It was such a relief to get those big items off my plate. I have to admit, I was nervous. I figured they'd be able to do one thing really well, but all four seemed like a stretch. I'm so happy I was mistaken! The flowers were stunning. I'm not exaggerating here, the florals were legitimately breathtaking. I expressed early on that I wanted a subtle Pocahontas meets Boho wedding and she seriously painted with all the colors of the wind with this one. I pulled examples from very different bouquets and she made it a reality. I gave her a difficult base(a large birch teepee) for the centerpieces and she pulled it off seamlessly. The cake, THE CAKE, this thing left all my guests stunned. It was so gorgeous! I gave them a picture that I really liked and they elevated it to an entirely different level. It was covered in similar florals from my bouquet. Lets put it this way, I found someone to turn it into an ornament. I needed that beauty immortalized. My guests all raved about the food(one even got back to New Mexico and made sweet potato casserole for himself). Late in the game, I realized there had been a miscommunication about the dinnerware. Emily stepped up to coordinate with a rental facility to ensure that I had the glassware and dinnerware I wanted on my big day. We brought a lot of extra decorations and a S'mores bar. They made sure to meet up with us twice before the wedding to ensure everything was right. It was a great experience and I didn't even mention how beautiful the venue is on it's own!

We got married in April in Gatlinburg and had our reception dinner at the bistro. Kristy helped make our experience an unforgettable one! She was very communicative and thorough. Everyone raved about the food, drinks, and venue. We had a private dining area in the restaurant set up for 10 people. Lauren, our waitress was very attentive and friendly. We were able to decorate the space in our wedding theme/colors and bring our wedding cake. I couldn't recommend them enough! We will be back to celebrate for our 1st Anniversary!
