About this venue
A Kings Lodge & Farm only books 15 weddings per year & is a versatile, unique, family-owned farm in Sevierville, Tennessee. It features a private mountain horse farm, beautiful meadows, and gorgeous mountain & valley views. Nestled on seven acres of land, complete with a creek & 17 acres of farm across the street, this scenic location allows couples to personalize the vast outdoor space with decorations and bring in outside vendors. A Kings Lodge & Farm owners David and Erin Reddell are happy to assist with planning, coordination, and preparation to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. This rustic country venue is for adventurers and outdoor lovers who want an intimate space to celebrate their big day in nature's peace. The Lodge has an outdoor fire pit, whiskey barrels, a spacious log cabin that can also be used for accommodations for up to 22 people, and unmatched views ideal for any wedding portrait background.
Facilities and Capacity
A Kings Lodge features a 30x60 outdoor covered pavilion with Edison lighting to accommodate up to 100 guests. The log cabin lodge also allows guests to go inside and relax. There are also plenty of bathrooms!
Services Offered
The venue's elite wedding package offers three nights in their spacious Lodge, full use of the entire property and pavilion, round tables and chairs, extra clean-up assistance, use of their vintage whiskey barrels and drink troughs, convenient parking for all guests, and a complimentary consultation. You can always ask for a customized package as well. While couples are allowed outside vendors, their staff can provide a list of trusted vendors with excellent work ethics and impeccable customer service. Couples are also encouraged to use the farm for memorable wedding portraits. Horses are also available to be a part of your special day!
Accommodations
Their comfy log cabin Lodge features five bedrooms, six bathrooms, and a bunk room with six bunk beds that also doubles as a game room with enticing games such as air hockey and foosball. A smaller log cabin on the farm side is also available for rent. It is a perfect honeymoon cabin or great for the bride. Other services include:

absolutely amazing!
A Perfect Wedding Weekend
Originally we booked with them in 2019 for a 2020 wedding but we had to delay everything one year. Erin and David made the process so easy. Erin answered any and every question/concern I could come up with leading up to the wedding. She helped me out many times and I'm so grateful for that. The weekend truly went off without a hitch. On the way home my family was already asking if we would want to book with A King's Lodge for another vacation. Obviously the answer was yes!
I really can't say enough about A King's Lodge. You are in good hands if you book with them.

The lodge itself was more than we could have hoped for! They take so much time in their decorating to make you feel like you are really on a mountain vacation. There was plenty of room for all of our guests who were staying there and the extra bathroom for the wedding guests was perfect!
We even ended up booking their smaller cabin across the way and that was absolutely stunning. The amount of detail and time spent on the cabin really shows! We cannot wait to come back to both of the properties again to be able to enjoy them a little more without planning a wedding.
Overall, this was the best experience we could have ever hoped for and we cannot wait to go back!
Our perfect day!
We had a late afternoon wedding that went into a beautiful evening reception. We had about 100 friends and family that attended and all were impressed with the stunning beauty that is A King’s Lodge. It’s setting is breathtaking.
Those of us that stayed on the property all felt like we were home. My deepest gratitude to the Reddell family for making our day so completely perfect! There is nothing I would’ve changed! ❤️
