This was one of the most accommodating, professional, and Amazing venues that I've experienced. Responsiveness was Amazing the property was whimsical. Anything I needed they provided for my wedding party. Katelin, Christa, and the staff that was assigned to our contract was superb.

We were so glad to enjoy a perfect spring day celebrating our anniversary with about 90 folks. The venue was great for a happy hour with lawn gangs, photos, and lots of conversation. We danced the night away in the Pavilion with the option to go in and outdoors throughout. There was plenty of room for a dance floor, band, photo booth, catering tables, and lots of room in the courtyard for catching up and games. Laurie was so easy to work with and the day of the security and set up team were excellent.

This venue is so intimate and perfect for a wedding/reception. The decor has an industrial, artsy feel and not a lot of decorating required. We really enjoyed out evening!

This venue is an amazing place to set up your wedding with a band or DJ using the stage as your platform! You have more area to drop your dance floor and boogie- the double bar setup leaves ample room for no lines to please your guests! Try the Signal for your wedding!!

My wife and I live in Atlanta and had looked at several local venues before widening our search. When we walked into the Turnbull Building, we instantly knew it was the perfect fit! The natural lighting, wooden beams and overall aesthetic was exactly what we were looking for in a wedding venue! Several of our guests commented about how beautiful it was to watch the sunset over the mountains as they ate their dinner. The staff overall was incredibly helpful, insightful and responsive. With the Turnbull Building being a short drive from Atlanta, Chattanooga was a wonderful destination for a weekend getaway for our guests or just a day trip!

The place is gorgeous. It is a lovely venue, and the owners/staff are wonderful. They are professional, and they are an integral piece helping to make sure your special day goes off without a hitch. I couldn't have asked for a better venue for our wedding!
