I had the most amazing experience with Coastal Knot from beginning to end, and I truly cannot recommend them enough! After visiting several other bridal stores before coming here, I was starting to feel discouraged because I hadn’t found anything that felt quite right. From the moment I walked in, they completely understood my vision and pulled dresses that perfectly matched what I had been looking for. The very first dress I tried on was the one I fell in love with, and I ended up buying it! They also recommended their tailor, Mattea, who is one of their sales associates, and she was absolutely wonderful as well. Mattea was so talented, attentive, and easy to work with throughout the alterations process. She also coordinated directly with Coastal Knot so she could pick up my dress for alterations and drop it back off with them once everything was finished, which made the entire process so convenient and stress-free. Coastal Knot kept my dress safely for me throughout the process, which gave me so much peace of mind. They also helped me choose the most beautiful veil, and the week of our wedding, they steamed both my dress and veil so everything was perfectly ready for the big day. Even after the wedding, they continued to take care of me. I was able to drop my dress and veil back off at the boutique, and they coordinated having everything professionally dry cleaned and preserved. I was so grateful that they handled all of those details for me and made the entire process feel completely seamless. If you are looking for a bridal boutique that genuinely listens to you, understands your vision, and takes care of you from the moment you walk in through after your wedding day, I cannot recommend them enough. They made finding and preparing my wedding dress such a wonderful experience, and I will always be so grateful to them!
