As the mother of the bride, it is difficult to find the words to adequately express how grateful we are to Katie for the extraordinary beauty she created for our daughter's wedding. From our very first conversation, it was evident that Katie is far more than a florist, she is a gifted floral designer, a true artist, and someone who genuinely loves helping brides see their dreams come to life. My daughter dreamed of an old-money, timeless, elegant atmosphere, something sophisticated, romantic, and classic that would never feel dated. Katie understood that vision immediately. She listened carefully, asked thoughtful questions, offered creative suggestions, and then transformed those ideas into something of balance and intentionality. Katie has an incredible eye for design and an exceptional talent for transforming ideas into breathtaking reality. She listened carefully to my daughter's vision, understood the feeling she wanted to create, and then elevated the style. The flowers became part of the story of the day. One of Katie's greatest gifts is her ability to communicate. She listened with genuine interest, offered creative suggestions with kindness and confidence, and gently guided decisions without ever overshadowing my daughter's vision. Her knowledge, experience, and artistic insight gave us complete confidence throughout the planning process. She has an extraordinary ability to see possibilities others might miss and to create something uniquely personal and unforgettable. Beyond her remarkable talent, Katie is an absolute joy to work with. She is warm, enthusiastic, encouraging, patient, organized, creative, thoughtful, attentive, dependable, and incredibly gifted. Her joyful, bubbly personality made every meeting something we looked forward to. She brought calm when there were decisions to make, excitement as the vision unfolded, and reassurance that every detail would be handled with excellence. One thing that especially impressed me was Katie's professionalism when a few of the centerpiece arrangements were not completed exactly as requested. Rather than becoming defensive or dismissive, she addressed the situation immediately with grace, accountability, and a sincere desire to make it right. That kind of integrity and commitment to her clients is just as valuable as her artistic talent. On the wedding day, the floral designs and décor created an atmosphere of timeless elegance, warmth, and romance that perfectly reflected my daughter's heart. Guests commented throughout the day on how stunning everything looked, and many said it was among the most beautiful weddings they had ever attended. If you are searching for someone with extraordinary talent, artistic vision, impeccable attention to detail, exceptional communication, and a heart that truly cares about each couple she serves, I cannot recommend Katie highly enough. She is an exceptional designer, an incredible professional, and a wonderful person. Thank you, Katie, for sharing your many gifts with our family. Lori

Thanks to hurricane Irma and Harvey the wedding flowers I had originally picked were not available. The staff at Gainan's worked relentlessly to get a comparable flower and did just that, they worked for 2 straight days and found another supplier to get my flowers from. They were absolutely amazing to work with. I will be a Gainan's supporter FOREVER!! Thank you Gainan's for making me a HAPPY bride!
