Hotel Wedding Venues in Lexington

My experience with Griffin Gate was wonderful. From the beginning their staff has always been very responsive and able to answer any of my questions. For the kind of venue that this is, I feel like they are fairly priced and they include a lot of incentives. Originally, we were only holding our reception at Griffin Gate, but about a month and a half out from our wedding we asked if we could have our reception there as well due to our church not being able to host the amount of guests that we had due to Covid. Griffin Gate was under fewer restrictions and allowed us to have our entire wedding at their venue. They made this process seamless. One of my favorite things about the planning process with Griffin Gate is the tasting event that they hold. Their food is absolutely scrumptious and they have out a lot of examples for various reception items. The tasting was very helpful and reenergized me about our planning process. Due to Covid there were some slight changes, but overall we were able to have the wedding that we wanted. Jenna and Paige were fantastic, and very helpful. Jenna almost always answered my emails very quickly and responded to everything that I touched upon in the emails. She made the last few weeks of planning very smooth, and always kept me in the loop. I would highly recommend this venue!

We had our ceremony and reception here and it was beautiful and perfect. Their event staff are all so helpful and do all they can to ensure your day is amazing.

Doubletrees Richmond Rd. Lexington KY. Front desk was so accommodating to our guest. A lot of people reserved late. Keenland and rival football game during that time so that was a big plus for me.

Abby was so helpful when we were planning our wedding! She was easy to get in touch with and always worked directly with us to ensure that our questions and concerns were answered. We did have an issue where onsite construction was ongoing during our wedding when it was supposed to be completed before our date. Abby worked with us on this to ensure that we would still have a good experience. Bryna was also very helpful when we were navigating our room block. The hotel staff were very helpful during our events and did a great job overall. Would recommend as a venue!

Where do I start? They worked with us having to deal with covid restrictions and were very responsive to emails. Susan Fogle did an excellent job. The banquet staff was wonderful and the food was excellent.

Hyatt Regency was a great fit for our wedding. Everything was in a central location inside the hotel. We had no problems maneuvering around the day of. Plus, the suite that was provided was an amazing room for getting ready. Our food provided by the Hyatt was great and our guests agreed. Our wedding coordinators was excellent on emailing me back with any questions or concerns.

Everyone that I spoke with was so friendly and helpful. The banquet manager was helpful in making sure I stayed within my budget. He also have me several suggestions to make this a very special day. Thank you Ramada staff.

Where to even begin. From start to finish Kaitlan and her team at 21c were amazing. Not only were they full of information, they were very responsive and kind. Everyone from their front desk staff to their housekeeping, to their staff on the day of made us feel special and welcomed. We were looking for a venue that was different and fun to match our personalities and boy did we find it. We were also looking for a venue that allowed us to get ready there, get married there, have our reception there and then stay there and there are no other places like that in Lexington. Our guests loved this concept too. They also loved being able to look at all the art during the cocktail hour and LOVED the food. I am still getting text messages about how great the food was. I highly recommend 21c if you are looking for something different and if you are looking for an extremely professional and efficient staff.
