Where to even begin. From start to finish Kaitlan and her team at 21c were amazing. Not only were they full of information, they were very responsive and kind. Everyone from their front desk staff to their housekeeping, to their staff on the day of made us feel special and welcomed. We were looking for a venue that was different and fun to match our personalities and boy did we find it. We were also looking for a venue that allowed us to get ready there, get married there, have our reception there and then stay there and there are no other places like that in Lexington. Our guests loved this concept too. They also loved being able to look at all the art during the cocktail hour and LOVED the food. I am still getting text messages about how great the food was. I highly recommend 21c if you are looking for something different and if you are looking for an extremely professional and efficient staff.21c Museum Hotel Lexington's reply:
