Excellent to work with

Where do I start? They worked with us having to deal with covid restrictions and were very responsive to emails. Susan Fogle did an excellent job. The banquet staff was wonderful and the food was excellent.

Susan and her staff at Embassy Suites was awesome! The service was impecable and everything was set up beautifully! The food was absolutely delicious too! We were so pleased with the job Embassy Suites did. If we had to do it over, we would still choose them! I would trust them with any event!

Tina at the Embassy was our personal wedding planner from the second we met with her! She wrote down all our ideas and made them come to life. She was available constantly leading up to the wedding, and took on most of the prep work herself! When we arrived for rehearsal the day before, she was meeting with the whole event staff about our wedding. It made me relax to know that she had everything taken care of!

Everything at the Embassy Suites of Lexington was fantastic!! We had so many compliments on the food and service. We couldn't of asked for anything else, it was amazing! Amy Stamper, the catering manager, was so helpful!

Nepali / Indian Wedding Reception

I did my wedding reception at the Embassy Suites/ Uk Coldstream. All the staff was friendly and very accommodating to whatever we needed for the night. The only thing I would suggest is that if you are getting an outside food caterer, make sure to let the staffs know to bring out the food in good portion so that guest doesn't have to wait in line for food and staff aren't rushing every ten minutes. That was the only issue we had which could have been avoided if we had told the crews beforehand. Overall, the venue was nice, the perfect environment for 150-200 guest.
