I found Next to the Salt Catering & Co through my own research, and decided to contact LaToya for a tasting with my now husband. We were impressed with what we tried, and booked her for our wedding soon after. The process of booking was so incredibly easy and stress free. The most difficult thing was deciding what to choose from her extensive menu. From the grazing tables, entrees, sides, and desserts, there were so many enticing options. She was very straightforward about all of her offerings, wrote up an easy to follow contract, and was very responsive to all questions. On the day of, she was on time, set up beautifully and ready to go so our guests and I could start eating right on time. We had lots of compliments on dinner from guests, and couldn't have been happier with how catering turned out. Thank you for being part of our day!
