I loved this venue because it don’t really have a pre-set theme. I didn’t want to get married and a plantation looking place, or a barn, or a country club, or a hotel ball room. I loved how there was room for everything in one place. You have the option for indoor or outdoor (which we planned for an outdoor wedding but we got rained out) Mike and the crew helped us brainstorm on moving the ceremony inside and we saved on the price of the chairs! Such a great blank space inside for your decorator to have creative freedom. We got married on a Thursday so we got a cheaper rate for that as well. I would 100% use this venue again for any other big event that we may have in the future!

WOW! What a special place for an event- especially a wedding. When we were first trying to plan for our special day my husband (then Fiancé) and I had just been to four weddings back to back at old, rustic barns. Not to say there is anything wrong with that, but we knew we wanted something different. Bricks and Brass was the perfect place. They accommodated our 150 guests very comfortably and the whole wedding was just stunning. We loved that the ceremony was able to be held outside under some shade and then have a whole new feel inside for the reception. Everyone we worked with was so kind and willing to help in whatever way we needed. If I had to do it all again, I would not change one thing!

Our reception was held at the Civic Center and TeRel Bowman was our event coordinator. He was not who I met at first but he was more involved than the original lady I spoke with. He really made us (me) feel special and unique. I didn't feel like I was just another bride, which is the vibe I received from other vendors I spoke with. He took his time to focus on what we would like and was flexible about things we could not control or became aware of last minute. During the reception him and his staff were the nicest people and I could feel how happy and excited they were for me. I love that the staff were very professional but yet were sweeter than some of the guests. I planned the wedding myself and choosing them as my reception vendor was a decision I am still thankful for. FYI I am a very realistic critic its not easy to completely please me but they got extremely close. In my total price it included two rooms (could have been three but we didn't need it), food, staff, dance floor, cocktail hour, and tables/chairs. It also included a few incidentals.

Thank you Mr. Dane, we had a good time celebrating our wedding, our guest had fun and everybody told me was a nice party. I will rent it again.
