We truly cannot say enough amazing things about Mike and the entire Hyatt team. Our June 2022 destination wedding was truly a dream thanks to their incredible staff. Mike's responsiveness, professionalism, flexibility, and support throughout the entire wedding planning process made us feel like we were working with a dear friend since the start. He was always an email away even when we had the smallest questions and helped us create a weekend that was memorable for everyone. We had over 200 guests fly in for the weekend and Mike, Noreen, Hannah, and the entire crew made sure every single minute went off without a hitch. Even unexpected location changes due to weather were a non-issue due to their quick thinking and communication to guests. Our family and friends are still raving about how attentive, kind, and fun the Hyatt staff was in all areas of the resort. I can't imagine having our weekend anywhere else- we are truly grateful to have worked with this all-star team! Thank you for EVERYTHING!

My husband and I got married at Vasari Country Club May 3, 2025. We had the pleasure of working with Meghan McDowell and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From start to finish, the entire event flowed flawlessly. Meghan's attention to detail and experience in event coordination made the entire planning process feel seamless and stress-free. The venue itself is stunning, beautifully maintained with a warm, elegant atmosphere that made our day feel truly special. Every element, from the ceremony to the reception was perfectly executed. Our guests have yet to stop raving about the food, service, and the overall experience. If you are looking for a venue that delivers excellence and a coordinator who genuinely cares about making your day perfect, I cannot recommend Meghan and Vasari Country Club enough.

My wife and I searched throughout Naples, and finally decided on Spanish Wells Country Club for our wedding reception. It is a hidden gem to be sure. From start to finish, we were treated with attentiveness, diligence, and professionalism. Tiffany kept in constant contact with us, and was always available to answer any of the questions we had throughout the process. There was always an open line of communication, and we really felt as if they truly cared about making our day special. The club itself is absolutely beautiful, and they worked tirelessly the day before the wedding until we were satisfied. Tiffany also went out of her way to ensure that all of their Covid-19 policies, and procedures made us comfortable, and focused on our needs while ensuring a safe environment for our guests. I truly have never experienced this level of joyful customer service! If you are looking for a venue that is beautiful, has fantastic food, and excellent customer service, look no further than Spanish Wells. The service you will receive here is worth far more than what you will end up paying. You will not be disappointed that you chose to celebrate your once in a lifetime day here.

We evaluated many venues in the area but nothing compared to The Colony Golf and Country Club. The venue itself is breathtaking, to say the least, it’s so unique, modern, and beautiful inside and outside that it really doesn’t require much floral and decor. Although the physical venue was stellar, the best part about The Colony was the team. Milda, the Food and Beverage Director, went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect. Like many 2020 brides, we were impacted by COVID but Mild was so gracious and flexible with moving our wedding from May to November without hesitation. Communicating with her was always easy and she helped guide us and make suggestions along the way; Milda and her head bartender even helped us create a signature drink recipe! When the day came, the service team was exceptional with their attention to detail and hospitality. Our outdoor ceremony was at risk due to Tropical Storm Eta but Milda and her team were alert and ready to move it indoors but wanted to wait and give the weather a chance. I’m so glad they did because it didn’t rain and it was perfect outside! We received so many compliments on the venue, the delicious food, and the service. From the beginning stages of planning all the way up to our rehearsal dinner at Roy's, everything was perfect! Kelly & Tina were great to work with. Everyone raved about the food and great service. The package I chose offered Salmon, but I really wanted to offer the Butterfish to our guests. Kelly & Tina were able to accommodate my request easily! I would highly recommend anyone to have their rehearsal dinner here. You won't be disappointed!

Kim and Monica were incredible and managed to organize our entire event with only two weeks notice! As an out of state bride who had never stepped foot on the property until the wedding, I felt totally at ease and supported with their help and great communication. The venue itself is stunning, and the water view from the private space is breathtaking. The event ran so smoothly with every step professionally directed by Kim and Monica. Every time I turned around they were there to check in with me and offer their support. The food was outstanding, and the chef even prepared me my own vegan meal option separate from the buffet offerings! We truly can't say enough glowing things about our entire experience and would recommend this venue to any and everyone! Best service we have received anywhere and our guests thoroughly enjoyed themselves!

We attended a wedding at Shangri La years ago, so when it was time to look for our own wedding venue, we knew Shangri La would be perfect. If you’re into nature or you’re looking for an old, historic hidden gem- this venue is an absolute dream. The setting is gorgeous and the property has several different areas and options to choose from. We had our reception at the back of the property at the gazebo, cocktail hour at the mermaid fountain, and our reception in the courtyard. We couldn’t have asked for a more magical venue!

Mary and Vince were wonderful to work with. We had a surprise 50th Anniversary party and the room was beautiful. Mary helped bring our vision to light! Answered questions quickly. The food was very good and the service was great. This will be our go to place for our next event!
