10/10!! I’m so glad that I found Kukua because I could not imagine having my wedding anywhere else! I got engaged July 2024, signed a contract with Kukua November 2024, and had my wedding March 2026. I originally thought I wanted to have my wedding at a resort until I found Kukua. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless & I had a HUGE weight lifted off of my shoulders thanks to Rachel, the wedding planner. She was always very clear, direct, and honest about the process and the decisions that had to be made, and being a control freak/Type A myself, it was nice to have her guidance and expertise. From the decor, the food, guest experience, she made sure we were getting everything we wanted, while still understanding our budget. We ended up inviting 120 people and had 74 show up, and Rachel always made sure to set expectations around what this would look like, It was very clear from the get go that she knew what she was doing and she always was available to answer my questions. If it wasn’t for her, I would have been be a hot mess express. The day of our wedding was nothing short of perfect. Mayte, the head designer, and David, the restaurant manager, were simply THE BEST and made me, my husband, and our bridal party feel at home. The decor was BEYOND BEAUTIFUL and made me feel like a princess in a fairy tail. Every detail was exactly what I hoped for and I wouldn’t change a thing! It ended up raining during our dinner but the Kukua team quickly pivoted, moved a few tables & chairs, and set up space inside for our first dances. We had cold fireworks planned that ended up being outside at the entrance of the dining area and it was still amazing. When the rain let up a little, they opened up the dance floor and everyone moved outside for the party. I did not have “dancing and singing in the rain” on my wedding Bingo card but I could not have asked for a better experience! It was straight out of a movie and all my guests were embracing the warm, tropical rain. It was simply the perfect ending to an unforgettable day, and I owe it all to the MC, DJ, David, Mayte, and the entire Kukua team. If I could do it over, I honestly wouldn’t change a thing. I couldn’t imagine celebrating with my loved ones anywhere else!

We truly cannot recommend Natalia and huracan cafe enough. From the very first meeting, she was organized, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in bringing our vision to life. Every detail, big and small, was handled with care and professionalism, which allowed us to actually enjoy the planning process and, most importantly, our wedding day. On the day itself, everything ran seamlessly. Any potential issues were handled efficiently by her team, and we felt completely at ease knowing we were in such capable hands. Our decor was everything we wanted and our wedding at Huracan will be forever remembered by both us and our guests. If you’re looking for someone who is experienced, calm under pressure, and truly passionate about what they do, Natalia is the wedding planner you want. We are incredibly grateful for her hard work and dedication.

The pre-wedding service was very personable, from working with the menu and partnering with my wedding team, the BATÚ team was highly accommodating! The day of the wedding was exceptional, they were on top of every detail and the food and service was impeccable. Every guest enjoyed the food and other services provided. It was very helpful that the venue provided entertainment options as well, our guests really enjoyed the crazy hour, the ceremony and cocktail hour saxophonist and the work of the DJ. Overall, my wedding was a dream day made possible by the professionalism and service of Batú and their team. Big thank you to Rafael Navas and team for making it possible! ❤️

Our best decision for what was the beat day of our lives was to host our wedding at Pearl Beach Club as well as working with the best Wedding planner Jazmin Francias from pearl she was so easy to work with made everyone one of our vision come true gave the best advice worked with our budgrt and literally her and her staff at peal made my and my husbands day a night to remember while allowing us to be stress free since she took care of it all …All of our guest still are saying that was the best wedding they have ever been to and thats thanks to Jazmin and the pearl staff highly recommend for an amazing easy process💜
