Historic Wedding Venues in Death Valley

We could not have asked for a more perfect venue to have our wedding than the Oasis at Death Valley.  We were originally planning a reception for over 100 people, but due to covid reduced it to an intimate family wedding of 11 total.  Amber Shields became our de facto wedding planner, and she did a fantastic job of arranging the ceremony to the reception and everything in between.  Both the ceremony and the reception were held in the Mission Gardens, across from the Inn at the Oasis, which is a lovely outdoor event space secluded from hotel guests and park visitors.  Amber and the team at the Oasis were consummate professionals, ensuring that all of the small personal  details were perfectly executed from the wedding runner, to the centerpieces and the cake topper. The Oasis was able to accommodate all of our requests, even with the small group, to ensure that our wedding weekend was completely stress free.  Amber blocked out hotel rooms, helped with the "rehearsal" dinner reservations, and even arranged box lunches and dinner for the day after the wedding.  This allowed us to truly have a vacation at the Oasis with our families, which is what weddings should be all about!   Planning a wedding at any time is complicated, and having a wedding during covid only added to the stress.  We were in amazing hands with the Oasis, the staff was respectful of maintaining distance and was always wearing a mask.
