Anita made a four tiered cake for our wedding day and it was spectacular to say the least. It was absolutely a piece of art and was so incredibly delicious. Our guests raved about the cake - some even saying it was the best they've ever had at a wedding. She transported it to us in Palmer from Anchorage and everything went off without a hitch. She coordinated well with my other vendors and was quick to respond via email when needed. We did a tasting with her in her studio prior to booking with her and were blown away by her professionalism and creativity, she truly is an artist. Anyone looking for a wedding cake should look no further than Midnight Sun Cakery. Thank you Anita!

Reba is up for any challenge! She was game to have fun with our wedding cake and cupcakes. She offered a long list of unique flavors, and innovative ideas. We definitely wanted something different. We are both avid photographers, so she ran with that theme. The cupcakes were beautiful, and she decorated them with some special little vintage camera flags. She created the main cake to look 'weddingish,' but also fun and creative.

The wedding cake was not only beautiful but very delicious! Everyone enjoyed the cake, which my daughter choose to make each layer (3 total) a different flavor. So yummy.

We couldn’t be happier with our wedding cake and cupcakes from Alpenglow Cakes. From the start, communication was smooth and timely, and everything came together beautifully. The setup was absolutely gorgeous, and the desserts were even better than we imagined. Everyone raved about how delicious the cake was. We were a little worried we’d have too much, but by the next night, there wasn’t a crumb left. Truly a sweet highlight of our day!
