This company is a good deal and one of the few that was availabe for a 3-hour time frame. Most companies had a minimun of four hours of service. This worked out well, because I only needed a limo for 3 hours. However, the limo was almost 40 minutes late showing up at the church after the ceremony. When the driver finally pulled up and we asked him why he was late, he responded that we had given him incorrect directions. I know that is NOT true because we gavet that same set or directions to all of our vendors for the ceremony (the photographer, the florist, the organist, etc.) and they all showed up at the correct place at the correct time. The driver was VERY flexible, though, which we appreciated. We had planned to drive around the city and take photos at various outdoor locations, but it was pouring on the day of our wedding, so we had to make other plans quickly. He agreed to stray from the original plan and take the wedding party wherever we needed to be. This let me get much better photos than I would have if we had been forced to stick with the original plan, which would have meant getting drenched in parks and under the St. Louis Arch. The company provided free champagne in the limo's bar, which was nice. THe car itself, a white Ford Excursion stretch-limo that seated 14, was beautiful, clean and comfortable. There's just one more part I was uncomfortable with -- when we got to the reception site, the limo driver invited himself into the banquet center! He just came on in and made himself at home! We couldn't ask him to leave since it was a public building and there were 5 other receptions going on on various floors. Luckily, he stayed in the lobby of the banquet center and did not come up to our reception floor. Still, I thought it was unprofessional of him. AND he kept following one of my bridesmaids around, trying to talk to her. She tried to avoid him, but everytime they bumped into each other, he demanded a hug from her! He was a nice enough guy, but that's just not good service.
