Perfect, friendly, efficient!!! The staff and experience at Zale's was perfect! We used the online service to order my ring, but upon receiving it, it was the wrong size. We went into the Appleton Fox River Mall location to get my ring re-sized. The manager and the staff that assisted us were amazingly friendly, fun, and they had my new ring in record time! The pricing was completely within budget, and having unique taste I was able to find the perfect ring!

My husband and I purchased both my ring and his from Zales. The sales woman was very helpful and didn't try to push something that we couldn't afford on us. We were very pleased with the service and were happy that we walked away knowing we could afford what we purchased. Not only were they professional when we purchased our rings but they have been helpful and friendly since then as well, they helped us when my husband needed his ring resized and they always clean our rings for free. The only thing I didn't like was when we brought my husbands ring in for resizing they never called us to let us know when it was done.

The salespeople at Zale's are very respectful. They did not try to push us into buying rings that were not within our budget, like some other stores did, and they made sure that we loved the ring that we bought. Our salesperson took the time to get to know us, something that we did not find at any other jewelry vendor, and we can out with rings that we love and that are well within our budget.

I loved the jewelry we got, hated the service. I had to get my rings soldiered together, and of course they guy woldnt listen to me and had them done wrong.. TWICE!! Then they lost my rings for a whole afternoon. We've been Zale's customers for years and we have now changed to other stores. Maybe you will have better luck,. but chances are you are better off going to Jareds or Kays.

He ordered my engagement ring and did not get the size he ordered. I go into their stores and use their ring sizer rings to pick what to have my ring sized to. When I get it back the ring is so much bigger than the sizing rings I tried on. We ordered his ring from there as well. Same problem with his. We get a ring much bigger than the sizer rings. They told us it would take two weeks to get his ring. It took a month. Came in 5 days before our wedding. I don't even want to go back to get it sized there again. Might just pay and take it somewhere else.
