We went to Z Florist because of a prior good experience with them for a funeral. My son got married on 8-31-24. From the initial contact to the delivery of the flowers to the church, it was a pleasant experience. Mark is phenomenal! When my daughter-in-law said that she wanted lots of color in her bouquets, that was all that needed to be said. Mark took that line and ran with it. The flowers were stunning and incredibly fresh. Even with the bouquets being out of water most of the wedding day until late at night, once they were put in water after the evening was done, they are still gorgeous nine days later!!! The wedding party wore black, except for the bride, and the flowers made everything pop. The wedding coordinators who see lots of weddings at their church also commented positively on the flowers. The colors were so beautiful. Also, we felt that the price of the flowers was very fair. I would not hesitate to hire Mark and his team for anytime I need flowers in the future. On top of the quality of the work and flower, Mark and his staff are the nicest people around. You can't go wrong with Z Florist!

This florist is the absolute best! Z and his team are simply amazing with everything they do. They are very innovative and will give you everything you envision.

Simply AMAZING! His work was beyond anything I expected. I had a NYE wedding and didn't want traditional center pieces I wanted something to stick out and sparkle and he delivered! We have had so many compliments on his work. Would highly recommend for a wedding!

Mark is The BEST. What impressed me most was that our particular wedding did not require many flowers. Yet he treated us as though it was a huge wedding. He is a perfectionist.

I was very skeptical about finding the right place to make my wedding bouquets. I wanted fall flowers and colors for my fall wedding. Z-florist did not disappoint! I received the flowers promptly at my church and they were stunning. I loved every choice and decision that was made.

The staff at Z we always friendly and welcoming. They also were very affordable.

The florist was the host florist for my venue so it was really the only florist I contacted/visited and I couldn't be happier.

In the past few years I've walked in to a few other florists in the north hills to get on-the-spot bouquets made (for birthdays, holidays etc.) and have mostly been underwhelmed and even once drove back to a great florist in Penn Hills I had a longtime rapport with for mother's day instead of trying another overpriced dud of a North Hills florist. I wish I had known about this florist then.

Before getting married myself I have gone to floral shops with other friend-brides and have seen them reduced to tears because the florist didn't understand their "vision" that will not happen here. Mark and staff are there to listen, even though ironically I didn't really have much of a vision and just left it in their hands. My bouquet, the bridesmaids bouquets and all the flowers were just strikingly beautiful and I would recommend them to anyone.

And in the future I will be stopping in for anything I need for a quick holiday bouquet and not drive back across town. Very happy.

Our flowers for our wedding were simply stunning! We knew very little about flowers and had no special requests. We brought a swatch of material from the bridesmaids gowns and asked them what they thought we should choose. We selected a color theme together and then gave the florists full reign of choices. The result was gorgeous. The employees are very polite and professional. We highly recommend Z Florist.

We worked with Patty for my daughter's wedding. We wanted very simple, but striking, flowers. We had met with 5 florists, but found Patty to catch our vision more than the others. Their quote turned out to be in the middle of all 5 quotes, but we chose them (rather than choosing a lower quote) based on my conversation with Patty. .... The flowers turned out to be just what we wanted, and very beautiful!! We had several comments on them at the reception, which I think is unusual.

I have used Z Florist as my florist for the past several years, so it was a no-brainer to go to them for my wedding flowers. Patty met with me and took detailed notes and understood exactly what I wanted. She made suggestions based on her experience and expertise and created perfection. She delivered all of the flowers on the day of our wedding and the bouquets, in particular, were breathtaking! The owner is a sweetheart and very generous to our church and school. Z Florist is consistently high quality.
