Scammed $4200, save yourself
We hired Sergio Zayas (Z Films Pro/ACSCAMERA) as our videographer and signed a contract with him, paying in full via Zelle/Venmo as agreed. The contract promised a 90-day turnaround for our wedding video. After 105 days with no update, we reached out but received no response. Despite repeated follow-ups, we were told to “not reach out anymore.” We continued to check in monthly, and after nine months, he finally responded - only to curse us out with F-bombs. It has now been 12 months, and we still have not received anything. I strongly advise staying far away from Sergio Zayas, Z Films Pro, and ACSCAMERA.
