We believe food should be a culinary adventure and a cultural experience, so Yum Dum is here to be Chicago's Premier Asian Food Truck! We're serving up fresh, authentic handmade steamed dumplings and signature baowiches crafted from family recipes. We specialize in using Mom's recipes to display homestyle cooking with a modern adaptation.

We started serving our signature dumplings and baowiches at markets across Chicago. Often garnering huge lines, we rolled out the Yum Dum Truck in July 2014.
