Facilities and Capacity
The club has both indoor and outdoor event areas for couples and their loved ones. The ballroom can hold up to 160 guests for an indoor celebration. Ambient lighting and flowing drapery lend themselves to an air of luxury and sophistication, with ample space around for an evening of dining and dancing. Outside, the happy couple can celebrate with up to 250 friends and family. From a ceremony on the verdant lawns to an open-air reception on the covered patio area, wedding-goers can spend the day basking in the sunshine and blue skies that characterize this locale. Along with the spaces to share with their loved ones, the newlyweds will also have access to suites in which they can prepare for the event in style and freshen up throughout the day. When the celebration has ended, those who wish can stay a little longer and enjoy a round on the 18-hole golf course to unwind and make the most of their stay here.

They will assist at every step of the journey, ensuring the couple's needs are listened to and their visions made a reality. Event rentals can be conveniently provided by Yolo Fliers Club, with outside vendors welcome to further service the event. Rentals include everything from tables, chairs, and ceremony arches to decor, centerpieces, audiovisual equipment, and more. Set up and tear down will be taken care of by the staff here while the happy couple and their loved ones make the most of the special day.
Cuisine
Catering will be looked after by the skilled culinary team here. This kitchen cooks up high-quality dishes to delight any palate, always using fresh ingredients for a delicious and nourishing meal. The onsite bar can be stocked with a range of beers, wines, liquors, and champagnes, and served by the in-house bartending team. Weddings start with planning and this one was no exception. My daughter started in April for a September wedding - which is a very short time for weddings these days. From the first inquiry about the club to the wedding itself, the experience was really amazing! The club's events team, headed by Veronica Lopez, and the executive chef, Chris Headding, are the best! They did a fabulous job making this the perfect wedding.
Veronica is special. I could see that from our first conversation. She knew how to handle my stressed daughter perfectly. It was obvious that she genuinely wanted my daughter to have exactly the wedding that she wanted and more. Veronica made great suggestions. She also gave my daughter a list of local people who provided some of the services that the Yolo Fliers Club doesn't provide such as the photographer, DJ, and florist. That proved to be very valuable and kept the costs down considerably. My daughter picked people on the list and we couldn't be happier. Their services were better and less expensive than those my daughter found on Google, Yelp, and wedding sites.
The club was decorated beautifully and everything down to the smallest detail was planned and done exceptionally well. I can highly, highly recommend the Yolo Fliers Club for your wedding.
